The Impact of Outdoor Sports Industry of COVID-19 in Changsha on Supply and Demand

The outdoor sports industry plays an essential leading role in developing the sports industry. Based on the essential characteristics and current development status of the outdoor sports industry in Changsha, the impact of COVID-19 on the demand and supply of the outdoor sports industry was studied. It is concluded that the demand side of the outdoor sports industry is affected by weather factors, high risks, competitive products generated by the progress of new technologies, epidemic prevention policies and related policies supporting outdoor sports development, and the transformation of people's pursuit of nature. On the supply side, it is mainly affected by the workforce shortage and innovative talents, limited site development, inadequate material supply, weakened entrepreneurial enthusiasm, and government policy support for entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises. In the face of hazards and opportunities, we should focus on improving the management and service level of outdoor sports enterprises, giving play to the function and role of sports social organizations, scientifically deploying major outdoor sports activities and event preparation, and enterprises to carry out self-rescue, and strengthening the long-term tracking research on the development of outdoor sports enterprises after the epidemic.

Intelligent financial decision support system based on big data

Abstract In the era of big data, data information has exploded, and all walks of life are impacted by big data. The arrival of big data provides the possibility for the realization of intelligent financial analysis of enterprises. At present, most enterprises’ financial analysis and decision-making based on the analysis results are mainly based on human resources, with poor automation and obvious problems in efficiency and error. In order to help the senior management of enterprises to conduct scientific and effective management, the study uses big data web crawler technology and ETL technology to process data and build an intelligent financial decision support system integrating big data together with Internet plus platform. J Group in S Province is taken as an example to study the effect before and after the application of intelligent financial decision support system. The results show that the crawler technology can monitor the basic data and the big data in the industry in real time, and improve the accuracy of decision-making. Through the intelligent financial decision support system which integrates big data, the core indexes such as profit, net asset return, and accounts receivable of the enterprises can be clearly displayed. The system can query the causes of financial changes hidden behind the financial data. Through the intelligent financial decision support system, it is found that the asset liability ratio, current assets growth rate, operating income growth rate, and financial expenses of J Group are 55.27, 10.38, 20.28%, and 1,974 million RMB, respectively. The growth rate of real sales income of J Group is 0.63%, which is 31.27% less than the excellent value of the industry 31.90%. After adopting the intelligent financial decision support system, the monthly financial statements of the enterprises increase significantly, and the monthly report analysis time decreases. The maximum number of financial statements received by the Group per month is 332, and the processing time at this time is only 2 h. According to the results, it can be seen that the intelligent financial decision support system integrating big data as the research result can effectively improve the financial management level of enterprises, improve the usefulness of financial decision-making, and make practical contributions to the field of corporate financial decision-making.

Productivity Measure in Using Enterprise Resource Planning System in Selected Companies in Beijing, China

With the globalization of economic development and social development, the business environment of enterprises has changed. Only by continuously improving the digital level and management level of enterprises can they survive in the fierce global competition and develop. In this economic and social environment, enterprise managers need to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in order to better operate and manage enterprise business and improve enterprise operating profit. Its purpose is to standardize and restructure enterprise process, financial process, capital flow and information flow, and improve enterprise operation ability, profitability and growth ability. The implementation of ERP system will have an impact on the level of enterprise productivity. Therefore, taking manufacturing companies as the research object, it is of great significance to explore the impact of ERP system implementation on the level of enterprise productivity.Taking the manufacturing companies selected in Beijing, China as the research object, this paper uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research to study the impact of ERP system on enterprise productivity and enterprise performance, so as to improve the industry’s understanding of ERP system. This paper uses data statistics and empirical research methods to analyze the impact of ERP system on enterprise productivity and enterprise performance. Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of the research, and then reviews and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad on ERP system, enterprise performance and the impact of ERP system on enterprise performance; Based on management information system theory, business process reengineering theory and financial performance theory, financial performance is measured from three aspects: operation ability, profitability and growth ability. Reasonably select relevant indicators to build the index system. This paper selects the enterprise financial data of Beijing manufacturing company implementing ERP system from 2013 to 2015, and uses the data model to make an empirical analysis on the impact of manufacturing company implementing ERP system on enterprise productivity and enterprise performance. It is found that in China, the implementation of ERP system by Beijing manufacturing company will have a certain impact on enterprise productivity and enterprise performance Combined with the principle of ERP, this paper discusses the impact of ERP Implementation on enterprise performance. In the empirical research part, descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon paired rank sum test are used to verify the impact of ERP Implementation on enterprise performance. Therefore, when preparing for the ERP system, enterprises must do a full feasibility and demand analysis to ensure the smooth implementation of the ERP system. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions on the impact of ERP Implementation on enterprise performance.

Research on Whether Digital Finance Can Improve the Management Level of Enterprises

This paper takes the panel data of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in China from 2011 to 2020 as the research sample to conduct an empirical analysis on how digital finance can improve the enterprise management level. It is found that digital finance helps to improve the management level of enterprises, and the coverage breadth, usage depth and digitization level will have a promoting effect on enterprise management; the heterogeneity test results show that the management level of state-owned enterprises and enterprises in eastern China is more sensitive to the development of digital finance; the relationship between digital finance and enterprise management level is positively regulated by the degree of marketization and informatization. The research provides a theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of digital finance to achieve inclusive and convenient development, and provides new ideas for the improvement of the management level of Chinese enterprises, so that enterprises can better benefit from digital finance.

Evaluation Method of Efficient Power Marketing Strategy Based on Multi-dimensional Clustering Algorithm

In the power system, power marketing is a very important work. How to evaluate whether the currently used power marketing strategy is efficient and useful has always been the most important concern of the power system. This paper proposes an efficient electricity marketing strategy evaluation method based on multi-dimensional clustering algorithm, aiming to evaluate whether a new policy has an incentive effect on enterprises through the means of big data. First, we use big data to group motivated users, and then analyze the effect of personalized marketing and key marketing on target customer groups. Based on the existing marketing methods, the influence of different target groups is analyzed, and finally the feasibility of the proposed method is verified through two experiments. In the A and B companies selected in Experiment 1, the average errors of the predicted value and the actual value are 1.4% and 1.2%, respectively. For the 12 industries in the C area selected in experiment 2, the average error between the predicted value and the actual value is 0.55%. Both experiments show that the method proposed in this paper has certain applicability. The method in this paper can be applied to the marketing process of the power supply company, and the corresponding promotion strategy is put forward, which is helpful to improve the management level of the power supply enterprise and increase the economic income of the power supply enterprise.

THEORETICAL AND ANALYTICAL SUBSTANTIATION OF THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE LEVEL OF SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

The purpose of the study: theoretical and analytical substantiation of factors affecting the level of quality management of services of railway transport enterprises in Ukraine.The article analyzes the main scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists regarding the determination of the factors affecting the level of service quality management of enterprises, including railway transport enterprises. This is especially acute during the period of hostilities taking place on the territory of Ukraine. Thus, during the period of hostilities, the number of transportation services increased, especially due to the evacuation of the population and free travel. That is why the development of the potential of transport enterprises, including railway ones, is of crucial importance. The dynamics of changes in the transportation of passengers and cargo by modes of transport are presented in the paper with railway transport as a priority. The category of concepts " product quality" and "quality of services" has been analyzed.The internal (production, socio-psychological, human, organizational) and external (political, economic, social, technological, ecological, cultural, medical-biological) factors that affect the quality of services have been singled out, as well as the factor that affects the level of service quality management of railway transport enterprises, which, according to the authors, includes: reliability, safety, sensitivity, competence, accessibility, sociability, understanding, materiality, as physical parameters of the service, trust, courtesy. An integral indicator of the quality management level of railway transport enterprises is proposed. It has been found that in the future the construction of an integral indicator of the level of service quality management of railway transport enterprises and the determination of its forecast values may form the basis of the development of the state regional development strategy and separately be important for the development plans of railway transport enterprises.

Dynamic assessment and system dynamics simulation of safety risk in whole life cycle of coal mine.

Based on the accident causation theory, the mechanism and inducement of construction safety risk in mining enterprises are clarified. The safety risk system of mining enterprises is divided into five subsystems: personnel, material equipment, technology, environment, and management by rough set theory. The comprehensive weight of each risk factor is calculated by network analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Taking a mine in Shanxi Province as the research object, the causal traceability diagram and stock flow diagram of the risk system of mining enterprises are constructed by means of system dynamics model. The influence of various risk factors of the mine on the overall safety risk management level of the enterprise is simulated, and the numerical value of key personnel influence factors is adjusted. The sensitivity changes of safety productivity and safety risk management level of mining enterprises in different situations are analyzed. The results show that: (1) the management and personnel subsystem has the greatest impact on the safety risk management of mining enterprises, followed by the technology, material equipment, and environment subsystem. (2) Increasing safety input can improve the safety level and reduce the expected safety value time, otherwise it will reduce the safety level and delay the expected safety value time. (3) Further simulation of the personnel subsystem, it is found that the factors affecting the safety level of mining enterprises contain six factors, namely, the technical level of construction personnel, the management level of manager, the conduct code of construction personnel, the safety consciousness of practitioners, the basic quality of construction personnel, and the physical and mental state of construction personnel. (4) The conversion rate of personnel safety input to manager's management level and the safety consciousness of practitioners presents a steep decline-slow rise-gradually steady development trend, which mainly because the benefits of safety input have certain time delay and lag.

FINANCIAL ASSETS OF THE ENTERPRISE AS AN OBJECT OF ACCOUNTING

In order to reveal the economic essence of financial assets, the article systematizes current approaches to their classification as the basis of information support at various levels of enterprise management. It was concluded that there are many different definitions of the concept of “financial assets”, they can be used, especially in the scientific environment, as: “financial instruments”, “monetary assets”, “financial resources”, this ambiguity leads to problems in understanding the essence of this term and causes problems in the accounting of these objects. Therefore, the article specifies the economic essence of financial assets for the needs of accounting. Based on the study of the legislative and regulatory framework, which regulates the accounting methodology of financial assets in domestic and international practice, their components for the needs of accounting are determined. In order to determine the relationship between financial assets and accounting objects, the article highlights certain features characterizing financial assets. Taking into account the above characteristics, the financial assets of enterprises can be defined as funds involved in the financial and economic turnover of the enterprise from various sources for the purpose of obtaining economic benefits and intended to ensure current and investment activities. That is, for accounting purposes, financial assets are a group of economic assets of an enterprise in the form of cash and other financial instruments: financial investments, receivables, cash of the enterprise and their equivalents. Summarizing the conducted research, the relationship between financial assets and accounting objects based on the Chart of Accounts is given. It is noted that financial assets are clearly indicated in the Chart of Accounts, both in the part of non-current assets (class 1) and in the composition of funds, settlements and other assets (class 3). That is, they are directly reflected in the accounting accounts, and therefore in the balance sheet of the enterprise. The practical use of the given composition of financial assets, based on the essence of this concept, corresponds to the current regulatory framework, takes into account their features and will contribute to the arrangement of financial assets in the accounting accounts and reflected in the balance sheet.

Studying the problems of increasing the competitiveness of domestic agricultural enterprises remains relevant. Ensuring the functioning of the domestic agricultural sector against the background of globalization processes in the food market is possible under constant improvement of the organizational and economic conditions of the functioning of farming enterprises. The article presents the results of the study of selected indicators that characterize the efficiency of the use of natural resources by agricultural producers, and the grouping of enterprises according to the size of the harvested area of the main crops is carried out. During the research, it was established that the most efficient use of the land resource was by enterprises with an area of 500 to 3,000 or more thousand hectares. These farms have a high yield, which exceeds the statistical average by 15 %. Large farms have more investment resources and the ability to improve administration processes, use technical support, apply advanced technologies, and, as a result, gain competitive advantages in domestic and foreign markets. The factors that shape the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises have been determined, and a comparison of the management level of domestic agrarian enterprises with foreign competitors has been made. The factors that need to be considered to achieve the most significant economic indicators from the agricultural activity are given. Since the primary determinant of the economic efficiency of the state is its competitiveness in foreign markets, the results of the conducted research are aimed at improving and increasing the level of use of the existing natural resource potential, which is at the disposal of domestic agricultural producers.
