Kepuasan Pengunjung Pada Fasilitas Wisata di Daya Tarik Wisata Safari Lagoi Bintan Kepulauan Riau

This research was purposed to describe level of visitor satisfaction at the Safari Lagoi Bintan from indicators: suitability of expectations, revisit intention, and willingness to recommend. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative data using survey methods. The research was conducted at the Safari Lagoi Bintan, Riau Islands. The population in this research was 9,297 visitors who visited Safari Lagoi Bintan from November 2021-April 2022. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The level of satisfaction about facilities on the suitability of expectations indicators is categorized as satisfied for domestic and foreign visitors, with a score of 4.13 and 4.08; 2) the level of satisfaction on revisit intention indicator is categorized as satisfied for domestic and foreign visitors with a score of 4.15 and 3.96; 3) the level of satisfaction on willingness to recommend indicator is at very satisfied category for domestic visitors, with a score 4.23 and satisfied for foreign visitors with a score of 4.16.

Evaluasi Pengelolaan Lansekap Taman Kota Bendosari, Salatiga

Evaluation of the Management Landscape in Bendosari City Park, Salatiga. Bendosari City Park is a citypark located in Salatiga, Central Java. This City Park is one of the Green Open Spaces located on the side of the highway, has an area of 3.8 ha, of course requires maximum maintenance because there are two landscape elements in the park, hardscape elements there are buildings and public facilities for park visitors, while softscape elements there are vegetation in the form of trees dominating so as to make the atmosphere cool. The purpose of this research is to determine the existing conditions and landscape management of the park, then the characteristics and satisfaction level of visitors, so that an analysis of strength and weakness, opportunities, and threats of city park landscape management can be carried out, then produce recommendations for city park landscape management strategies based on the results of SWOT analysis. Therefore, we evaluated the landscaping management of Bendosari City Park using the SWOT method. Having the strength of the location with the highway, the weakness is the lack of experts who understand the maintenance of softscapes, the opportunities is the support from the city government, and the threats that have a lack of awareness of visitors about the cleanliness of the park, then the preparation of management strategies that can be recommended, such as maximizing the use of city parks as green open space by improving management that already exists, and draws up in writing the duties and responsibilities of the gardener to make it easier to understand.

Application Of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Of Sapta Pesona Beach Marina Semarang

This study aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction on the service performance of Marina Semarang beach. The method of measuring visitor satisfaction uses the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method or the Performance Interest Analysis and the Customer Satisfaction Index or Customer Satisfaction Index (IKP). Data was collected by filling out questionnaires and interviewing 440 respondents who were visitors to Marina Semarang Beach who were domiciled in Semarang. The questionnaire consists of 3 parts: first, visitor characteristics data, second assessment/perception of visitors about the performance (performance) at the tourist attractions Marina Semarang Beach, third assessment/perceptions about the importance (importance) in tourist attractions Marina Beach Semarang. A total of 274 respondents or 62.27%, this shows that the respondents are satisfied, meaning that the implementation of the attributes of Sapta Pesona Marina Beach Semarang is satisfactory. a total of 437 respondents or 99.3%, this shows that respondents feel it is important that the implementation of the attributes of Sapta Pesona Marina Beach Semarang is expected to be improved.

Analysis of Visitor Satisfaction Levels Using the K-Nearest Neighbor Method

Visitors are people who come to a place, entertainment, shopping, and tourism. Visitors are one of the important factors for the progress and development of a place. With visitors, an entertainment, tourism and shopping area can progress and develop. Therefore researchers will make a study of the level of visitor satisfaction. This research aims to improve the quality of an entertainment venue, shopping and increase the quantity of visitors. This research was conducted using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The K-Nearest Neighbor method is a classification method based on training data (dataset). The data used by researchers is 45 visitor data. The classification carried out using the K-Nearest Neighbor method aims to classify data of satisfied visitors and dissatisfied visitors at an entertainment or tourism place. In using the K-Nearest Neighbor method, the first stage is selecting sample data, the data to be selected, then preprocessing, then designing the widget with the K-Nearest Neighbor method and finally testing data mining using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The K-Nearest Neighbor Method. This visitor data was obtained by researchers through a questionnaire and the results of the questionnaire that 41 visitors were satisfied. After classifying visitor data using the K-Nearest Neighbor method, the classification results were 41 satisfied visitors. The conclusion is that many visitors are satisfied.

Evaluasi Tingkat Kepuasan Pengunjung Pada Kawasan Pusat Perbelanjaan di Pusat Perbelanjaan Mentaya

Travel attraction, especially in the Mentaya Shopping Center shopping area, is one of the problems that causes congestion. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the transportation problem. The first step is to know the characteristics of the trip attraction and evaluate the level of visitor satisfaction with the current condition of the Mentaya Shopping Center. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents at the Mentaya Shopping Center. The analysis used is descriptive analysis to determine the characteristics of the trip attraction and the measurement of the results of the level of visitor satisfaction using a Likert scale. Based on data from filling out questionnaires by 105 respondents, it is known that the average visitor is 21-30 years old, female, most of them work as private workers with the last education of high school (SMA), the average travel time is 20 minutes, the average travel distance is 15 km, the mode used is a motorbike, the highest average income of visitors is Rp. 2,000,000 – Rp. 4,000,000, the origin of most visitors coming from home, the intensity of the visitor's trip for 1 week is 1 time, the purpose of visitors is to buy basic goods. In general, visitors are satisfied with the current state of the Mentaya Shopping Center with a satisfied percentage of 49.5%.

Analysis of Service Quality Policy on Patients Satisfaction at Benjeng Health Centers during COVID-19 Pandemic

Background: Patient's assessment of the services of health workers is based on the patient's experience. The purpose of this study is to analyzeinfluence tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assuranceand empathy for the level of satisfaction of visitors to the Benjeng Health Center during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Subjects and Method: This was a cross sectional study with the focus of the research being directed at analyzing influence tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assuranceand empathy for the level of satisfaction of visitors to the Benjeng Health Center during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The total population is 2,000 respondents and a sample of 333 respondents taken using the simple random sampling. The data were described into number and percentage. Results: The findings showed that most of the respondents had a good tangible category as many as 171 respondents (51%). Most of the respondents have a good category of reliability as many as 178 respondents (53%). Most of the respondents have good category responsiviness as many as 165 respondents (50%). Most of the respondents have good assurance category as many as 184 respondents (55%). Most of the respondents have empathy in the good category as many as 174 respondents (52%). Most of the respondents have a satisfied category of satisfaction as many as 237 respondents (71%).influence tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assuranceand empathy for the satisfaction level of visitors to the Benjeng Health Center during the Covid 19 Pandemic with a magnitude of 79.1%. Conclusion: It is expected that respondents can provide constructive input and criticism so that the services provided can be in accordance with what is expected. Malang is a tourist destination and the second largest city after Surabaya in East Java. In the current era of globalization which is increasingly uncertain, coupled with worsening global warming, Green Open Space (RTH) is a solution to restore the environment. One of the parks in Malang City is Singha Park and Flower Garden in Merjosari District, Malang City. Over time, many facilities and infrastructure are outdated or damaged, causing discomfort for visitors to the park. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the sangha and flower gardens and determine the level of visitor satisfaction and improve service performance at Singha Park and Merjosari Flower Park, Malang City. The results of the study show that overall the Singha and Bunga parks are categorized as good, but there are several variables that need to be improved, namely Taman Singha and flower Garden such As availability of road access/transportation, availability of children's play facilities, and availability of sports facilities).

Tingkat Kepuasan Pengunjung Terhadap Objek Wisata Pulau Kumala di Kutai Kartanegara

East Borneo has a lot of potential and natural resources that have not been fully developed, including in the tourism sector. Kutai Kartanegara Regency is experienced rapid progress in the tourism sector and continues to be developed until now. One of the popular tourist objects is Kumala Island as a cultural tourism object. However, within one year this tourist attraction experienced a decrease in the number of visitors because the management was considered less than optimal. Therefore, there is a need for a study of the level of visitor satisfaction at a tourist attraction to see what facilities must be improved in order to attract visitors again. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a Likert scale to see the level of satisfaction of visitors to Kumala Island tourism. From the research results, the Attractions and Accessibility aspects in Pulau Kumala have been satisfactory, but the amenities are still unsatisfactory so they must be addressed to attract visitors again.

ANALYSIS OF SERVICE QUALITY USING SERVICE QUALITY (SERVQUAL) AND SWOT METHOD IN BORDER AREA (CASE STUDY: PT. JABABEKA MOROTAI)

Pavilliun d'loha Resot Jababeka Morotai or commonly called PT. Jababeka Morotai which is managed by Jababeka group which is a company in the management of the first open industrial estate in Indonesia which is listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya stock exchanges since 1994. where the three main pillars in this company are land development, infrastructure, and entertainment venues and hospitality. PT. Jababeka Morotai so far, has never measured the level of visitor satisfaction in the hospitality field with Hotel Guests so that in improving the quality of service and also in overcoming complaints of hotel guests, it is still not carried out properly. Based on the above problems, this study uses the SERVQUAL method and SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunities, Threat). The SERVQUAL method is a method used to find out the extent of differences in reality and expectations for the services received / felt by customers, SWOT is a way to systematically identify various factors in order to formulate a company strategy. The result of the study is the quality of service of the five dimensions of SERVQUAL, the perception value is 4.61 and the Expectation value is 4.32 with a positive gap value (0.28) so that it is considered good because it is in accordance with the level of expectations of consumers or guests. From SWOT, strategies are obtained which maintain prices, increase promotions, advertising, brochures and social media.

Visitor valuation for natural tourism development in Simarjarunjung, North Sumatra, Indonesia

Ecotourism is a type of tourism that became popular around the 1990s. Indonesia has a variety of unique nature that is good for the development of ecotourism. Most foreign tourists come to Indonesia because of its natural beauty and uniqueness. The increase in the local and national economy is obtained from visits and expenses incurred by tourists, so it must continue to be improved and maintain satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the characteristics, level of visitor satisfaction, and the factors that influence the motivation to visit tourist attractions in the Simarjarunjung area. This study uses descriptive and explanatory methods with a quantitative approach. Score and categorization of satisfaction level in each aspect studied, namely natural scenery, access/affordability, security, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, toilet facilities, road infrastructure, and promotion. Scores for all aspects are also obtained as an overall picture of the level of visitor satisfaction for each category of push and pull factors. From the regression analysis obtained the factors that have a significant effect on the motivation of visitors along with the direction and coefficient value. Aspects of satisfaction and motivation as well as the factors that influence them become important policy briefs for stakeholders to develop nature tourism.

Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pengunjung terhadap Agrowisata Taman Edelweis di Kabupaten Karangasem Bali

Analysis of Visitor Satisfaction Level of Satisfaction with Edelweis Park Agrotourism in Karangasem Regency, Bali. The development of tourism in Indonesia has increased significantly, this is supported by the government's policy to continue to make improvements to the tourism sector massively and evenly from Sabang to Merauke. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of visitors, analyze the level of visitor satisfaction and analyze the level of suitability of edelweis park agrotourism. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Customer satisfaction index (CSI) and Importance performance analysis (IPA). The results showed that visitors to Edelweis Park agrotourism were dominated by women aged 17-25 years, last high school education, and had an income level of >Rp. 3,500,000. The level of visitor satisfaction in visiting edelweis park agrotourism is included in the category of satisfied with a percentage of 71.36%. The average value of the degree of conformity, level of importance and level of performance of the overall indicator is 86.23% so it can be concluded that the level of conformity in Edelweis Park agrotourism as a whole is in the category of "very suitable". Based on the level of suitability of agrotourism Edelweis Park has several things that must be improved again in the position of quadrant I, namely trash cans, bathrooms, parking lots, access roads, and directions.

Analisis Discover YIA (Airport Educated Tour) terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung di Bandara Yogyakarta Internasional Airport

Yogyakarta International Airport launched a new program, namely Discover YIA. Discover YIA is the first airport educational tourism program in Indonesia, therefore a visitor behavior survey is needed to determine visitor responses to the quality of services provided. The purpose of the study was to identify services and analyze the level of visitor satisfaction with the Discover YIA program at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study used quantitative methods. Quantitative methods are research that intersects with statistical data, therefore quantitative research can be generalized (Sugiyono, 2017). The results of testing the HO hypothesis are rejected and HA are accepted, there is a significant influence between the Discover YIA program variables on visitor satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport . The results of the simple linear regression test were 0.673 and the significant probability value was 0.000 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of the Discover YIA program on visitor satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport is 64.3%. It is recommended for the Discover YIA program to pay attention to and improve the quality of visitor services, based on this research, it shows that providing satisfactory service greatly influences visitor satisfaction of the Discover YIA program at Yogyakarta International Airport. Further researchers are advised to add insight and develop further research as a means of information for further research. This is so that it can be used as a comparison for this research.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Hotel Grand Palm pada Masa Pandemi di Kota Pematangsiantar

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs regarding the level of visitor satisfaction at the Grand Palm Hotel Pematangsiantar which may threaten the integrity in providing visitor services. This of course will affect the number of visitors who stay and use the services of Hotel Grand Palm. The objectives of this study are, (1) To determine the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction, (2) To determine the effect of location on visitor satisfaction, (3) To determine service quality and location simultaneously influence visitor satisfaction at Grand Palm Hotel Pematangsiantar. The sample that will be taken and researched is 40 visitors of Grand Palm Hotel Pematangsiantar with purposive sampling. Then analyzed the data obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes: Validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). From the results of the analysis obtained regression analysis: Y = 4.521+ 0.089 X1 + 0.293 X2From the results of the t-test, the service quality variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Y) with a regression value of 29.23% and a t-count value = 2.923 with a significance level of 0.006. The location variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Y) with a regression value of 25.58% and a t-count value = 2.558 with a significant level of 0.015. From the results of the F test, the comparison between F count and F table, where F count is 23,664 greater than F table, which is 3,251, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted or service quality and location have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction. From the results of the coefficient of determination of R2 that has been carried out in this study, the coefficient of determination of R2 is 0.538 or 53.8%. This shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variables (service quality and location) to the dependent variable (visitor satisfaction) is 53.8% with the variation of the independent variables used in the model (service quality and location) able to explain 53.8.2% of the dependent variable. (Visitor satisfaction), while the remaining 46.2% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Therapeutic plant landscape design of urban forest parks based on the Five Senses Theory: A case study of Stanley Park in Canada

As an important part of urban development, urban forest parks (UFPs) are critical community resources for supporting physical activity of people of all ages, and are also crucial for connecting people to nature, specifically for mental health benefits. During the COVID-19 pandemic, urban parks have experienced exponential increases in the volume of users as people have sought ways to enjoy green spaces and their benefits safely. As the park environment provides a pleasant, healthy and comfortable atmosphere for people of all ages, UFPs have a vital impact on human health, which has been recognized by more and more people all over the world. The five senses, seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, and tasting, are the most direct ways that humans perceive external information and assess experiences. Notably, Canada has a strong presence in and a long history of designing and conserving UFPs. Therefore, we used Stanley Park in Canada as a case study to analyze the therapeutic functions of and design methods for plant landscape in UFPs. We conducted an on-site survey of tourists to investigate their perception, level of satisfaction, possible inadequacies, and suggestions regarding potential therapeutic plants in Stanley Park. The results show that the high plant diversity in the park has created a functional therapeutic landscape that can be perceived by the five senses. The overall satisfaction level of visitors and their dependency on these therapeutic landscape components are high. The inadequacies are relatively simple vegetation structure and lack of wetland plants. The plant species in Stanley Park were categorized according to their sensory influences. Based on the survey results and the literature, we have provided feasible recommendations for the design and management of therapeutic landscapes in UFPs.

ANALISIS KEPUASAN WISATAWAN TERHADAP PANTAI BAHARI JAWAI DI KABUPATEN SAMBAS

Marine ecotourism is the potential of an area to improve the welfare of coastal communities. The Jawai Marine Tourism Beach, located in Sambas Regency, is a tourist location developed from self-help at the start of the pandemic of COVID-19. In its development, the management of this area is still making continuous improvements in marine tourism services in fulfilling the wishes and needs of visitors. This research aims to determine the level of visitor satisfaction based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the attribute importance level based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This research has conducted from March-July 2021 at The Bahari Coast of Jawai Sambas Regency. Research methods are quantitative research methods. The research method is a quantitative research method with accidental sampling techniques. Data was obtained by distributing 220 questionnaires to visitors. The results showed that the CSI data was 69.21%, which means that the manager's performance has not met the needs and desires of visitors. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out with IPA, several attributes must be improved and improved. The attributes which need to be improved to upgrade the service quality of the Jawai Marine Tourism Park are 1). Accommodation costs such as toilet, parking, and entrance fees; 2). Prices of food, drinks, and souvenirs. All stakeholders are expected to contribute to the development of marine ecotourism in the form of ideas, ideas, energy, thoughts, and financial assistance.

PENGUKURAN KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG DAN PEMETAAN LOKASI WISATA PANTAI DI KOTA BATAM

Batam is known as an industrial city, in addition to an industrial city, Batam is also known as a city with beach tourism, some beaches that are often visited by tourists are beaches located in the Barelang area. Coastal tourism needs to be mapped to find out the coastal area. The purpose of this study is to make a mapping of coastal tourist areas that are often visited by tourists using a Geographic Information System based on data on the level of tourist satisfaction with the beach using the servsqual method. based on the results of the study, there are three beaches that are frequently visited by tourists, namely Mirota beach, Melayu beach and Vio-vio beach where based on the level of visitor satisfaction for Mirota beach from the five dimensions using the servsqual method are in the satisfied category, for Malay beach there is one dimension in the dissatisfied category is tangible (-1.005), while for Vio-vio beach there are 2 dimensions in the dissatisfied category, namely tangible (-1.014) and empathic (-1.077). for mapping using a geographic information system where on the map of tourist attractions the coast for the Malay coast is indicated by a red triangle, Mirota beach is indicated by a pink triangle and for Vio-vio beach is indicated by a black triangle. With the mapping of coastal tourism is expected to provide information for tourists in knowing the distribution of coastal areas that are often visited.

Cultural Destination Attributes, Overall Tourist Satisfaction and Tourist Loyalty: First Timers versus Repeaters

This paper analyses the effects of the cultural attributes of tourist destinations on the satisfaction levels of visitors and the impact of this satisfaction rating on visitor loyalty. Additionally, a multiple-group analysis was conducted to compare the responses of first-time visitors and repeat visitors. For this study, a self-administered questionnaire was used to survey 411 international tourists who were visiting Istanbul, Turkey, through convenience sampling. The findings indicated that cultural attractions at the destination impacted the overall satisfaction rating of the visitors, and that this specific satisfaction rating determined the loyalty of the tourist to return to the destination. This relationship between cultural attractions, satisfaction and visitor loyalty was a significant factor for both groups.

Visitors' Perceptions of Service Quality In Taman Eden 100 Agro-Tourism

This study aims to describe the level of visitor satisfaction in Eden 100 Agrotourism based on visitor perceptions, analyze the service performance of Eden 100 Agrotourism Center to influence service quality at Eden 100 Agrotourism Park, and how to improve service quality in Eden 100 Agrotourism Area. purposive, namely in Eden 100 Agrotourism which is located in Lumbanjulu Village, Lumbanrang District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. This sampling method uses purposive sampling, the sampling technique is not based on random, regional or start, but based on considerations that focus on certain goals. The data analysis method used is a descriptive method and Importance Performance Analysis. The results of the study where the calculations were carried out using the help of SPSS version 15. The results of this study were: 1) The level of suitability of visitors was 73.05%-114.15%, the average level of conformity obtained was 96.53%. The average value of conformity is 17.62% lower than the level of visitor satisfaction which should be 114.15%. In this case, it can be concluded that the level of service performance of Taman Eden Agrotourism 100 is lower than the level of interest or expectations of visitors. 2) Based on the measurement results using Importance Performance Analysis, it can be seen in the Cartesian diagram that the location of items that affect visitor satisfaction with service quality at Taman Eden Agrotourism 100 is divided into four quadrants. 3). Based on the results of the Cartesian diagram, it is known that the service quality dimension attributes that need special attention are in quadrant A (priority) in the context of agro-tourism efforts in improving service quality, including a. the ability of employees to guide visitors which is included in the reliability variable, b. employees are willing to provide fast service which is included in the responsiveness variable, c. the patience of employees in providing services that are included in the guarantee variable, d. employees do not discriminate in serving visitors which are included in the guarantee variable.
