The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between participation motivation, leisure constraints, leisure constraints negotiation and re-participation intention. It used an intensive survey questionnaire as the research tool in this study. they were composed of 401 epople who had been participating in ski from three ski resort in Gang-won. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. Structural equation modeling techniques were used to test the relationships among the variable using AMOS 21.0 program. The results of analysis can be acquired as follows. First, participation motivation influenced negative leisure constrains, influenced positive leisure constraints negotiation. Third, leisure constraints influenced positive leisure constrains negotiation. Fourth, participation motivation influenced positive re-participation intention. Fifth, leisure constraints influenced negative re-participation intention. Sixth, leisure constraints negotiation influenced positive re-participation intention. Seventh, the indirect effects among participation motivation and the related variables is verified as significant effect by using bootstrapping method.
