PENGEMBANGAN METODE COBLAS (Consulting Based Learning for ASEAN SMEs) UNTUK PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN LANSIA DI USAHA KECIL MENENGAH (UKM)

The purpose of this research is to develop the COBLAS (Consulting Based Learning for ASEAN SMEs) method as an innovative approach in teaching entrepreneurship to elderly groups in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) environment. The presence of older people in the business sector has potential that can be optimized with an appropriate learning approach. The COBLAS method, which has been successfully applied in supporting the development of SMEs in ASEAN countries, will be adapted and applied in the context of teaching entrepreneurship to the elderly in SMEs. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through literature study, field observation, and interviews. Research participants included elderly SMEs and experts in education and entrepreneurship. The collected data were analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study provide an important contribution in the development of entrepreneurship learning methods that are in accordance with the characteristics and potential of the elderly in SMEs. The adaptation of the COBLAS method provide practical guidelines in designing effective and inclusive entrepreneurship teaching programs for the elderly in SMEs. As a result, this research has significant implications in maximizing the role and contribution of older adults in local economic development and sustainable development.

Analyzing the Factors Influencing the Success of Business Incubation Programs: A SmartPLS Approach

Improving productivity and effectiveness in business processes is highly desired by actors from faculties and companies. However, the problem is that the determinants of success and moderating influence on business incubators at Raharja University still need to be discovered to improve the performance of these business processes. The study conducted will help overcome these problems by evaluating the determinants of success and moderating influences on business incubators at Raharja University using a quantitative approach method. Data collection results from 50 incubator managers show that incubator image positively affects incubator performance. In addition, the IT factor, entry criteria, mentoring network, and funding contribute to incubator performance, while a sound infrastructure system is a moderating factor. University regulation, government support and protection, and credit and rewards were also shown to improve business incubator performance. The results of this research could benefit university professors as managers and consultants, entrepreneurs and undergraduate startups/tenants in knowledge transfer and learning entrepreneurship, and government officials in practical policymaking. There is nature. In the university context, the incubator serves as a platform for commercializing research activities, helping university officials to take responsibility for the economic environment, create jobs, increase the monetary value of the country and reduce poverty.

Entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance: evidence from Chinese farmer entrepreneurs

ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship is an area where farmers often struggle to perform well. This study aims to explore how entrepreneurial learning can enhance entrepreneurial performance. Specifically, the authors investigate the moderating effects of two key factors entrepreneurial environment munificence and innovation ability on this relationship. The study employs a quantitative survey method to collect data, using a sample of 329 Chinese farmer entrepreneurs. Hierarchical regression analysis is used to evaluate the theoretical model. The results demonstrate that entrepreneurial learning has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. Furthermore, it is found that entrepreneurial environment munificence positively moderates the relationship between guidance learning, communication learning and entrepreneurial performance. Jointly, entrepreneurial environment munificence and innovation ability also have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between imitation learning, guidance learning and entrepreneurial performance. These findings reveal that through external environment construction and internal innovation improvement, training can significantly improve farmers’ entrepreneurial performance. Additionally, the research provides insights into the relationship between dimensions of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance. Overall, from the perspective of social learning theory, this study sheds light on the boundary conditions of farmers’ entrepreneurial learning that affect their entrepreneurial performance.

Evaluating the significance of franchising entrepreneurial learning in higher education: a longitudinal study from two European Universities

This study delves into franchising education at HEIs and its advantages for students. It investigates its impact on knowledge and perceptions, preparing students for entrepreneurial careers and enhancing their job market competitiveness. Franchising is pivotal in contemporary entrepreneurship, offering aspiring entrepreneurs mentorship and risk reduction while enabling established entrepreneurs to expand efficiently. Hence, students must acquire franchising knowledge integral to their entrepreneurial learning. Existing literature extensively covers franchising. However, a noticeable gap exists concerning franchising education and its effects on entrepreneurship students. The research underscores the scarcity of franchising entrepreneurial learning in higher. Additionally, the literature reveals the necessity of collaboration between academia and the business sector in designing and delivering this course, considering the essential knowledge and skills required by lecturers of franchising courses. The longitudinal study spanned seven years based on two rounds of research at the University of Luxembourg (Public) and Vern University (Private) involving 203 students who attended the franchising course and assessed changes in knowledge and attitudes toward franchising through pre- and post-course surveys. The first study round occurred at Vern University, and the second at the University of Luxembourg. This study's results underscore the Franchising course's significance in shaping students' understanding and views regarding franchising. Overall, the course effectively promotes entrepreneurial learning outcomes, evident from the positive shifts in students' knowledge and attitudes toward franchising upon its completion. The study underscores the importance of franchising education in HEIs, aiding students in making informed entrepreneurial decisions and gaining a competitive advantage in the job market. Further Research can explore different groups of students and reasons for varying attitudes towards franchising in private and public Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). PENGEMBANGAN PEMBELAJARAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DI RAUDHATUL ATHFAL BAKTI 100 CERIA KOTA PADANG

This study aims to describe entrepreneurship learning for early childhood. This type of research is quantitative using the Research and Development model. The development model used is the 4-D model. Data collection techniques validation questionnaires, practicality instruments and effectiveness instruments. Data analysis techniques consist of learning validation data analysis, practical analysis of entrepreneurship learning and analysis of learning effectiveness. The results of the study illustrate that the results of observing the implementation of RPPH with a percentage of 94.25% are in the valid category, student responses to the practicality of entrepreneurship learning with a percentage of 90.25% are in the very appropriate category, teacher responses to the practicality of the Entrepreneurship Learning Module with a percentage of 90.25%, Effectiveness test, student activity with an average of 76.38 is in the high category and student learning outcomes are developing very well.

UNDERSTANDING THE DYNAMICS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL PASSION IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP STUDENTS

The goal of this study is to analyze the shaping of entrepreneurial passion among students in the practice of entrepreneurial learning at the one university in Jakarta, Indonesia. Exploring this passion is based on two exogenous variables namely emotional support and perceived competence. Students of the Management Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Tarumanagara were involved as source persons in this research. The purposive sampling method is considered for the selection of samples. Some testing stages were used to analyze data including validity, reliability, and structural regression by using the software of Smart-Pls. The result shows both exogenous variables giving significantly affect entrepreneurial passion. Further effects establish good reliability on these constructs and most indicators are valid. Otherwise, found some indicators got a less score on the loading factor so three items are not accurate to measure entrepreneurial passion and one item is less useful to indicate perceived competence. Based on these results, the entrepreneurial education ecosystem needs to improve these items, so students will be more understand the dynamics of entrepreneurial passion specifically for inventing, founding, and developing their venture. It is useful as a mechanism for encouraging the desire of students for entrepreneurial activity.

Utilization of Chatbot Telegram AI to Promote Students' Creative and Innovative Entrepreneurship in Learning Context

The development of technology in the current era is advancing very rapidly. Along with digital learning materials, they can increase verbal communication and various visual, audio and motion texts. This study aims to develop students' 4C competencies (Creativity and Innovation, Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving, Communication and Collaboration) in 21st-century learning through creative entrepreneurship learning materials of the Telegram Chatbot Artificial Intelligence with Natural Language Processing (NLP) Method. The scope learning materials are focused on Personal Business Plans, Customer Interviews, Customer Observation, Selling Products, and being a Creative Entrepreneur, which will be uploaded to the Telegram Chatbot as e-learning students' material. This research will use the Research and Development approach of Borg and Gall (1983). The series of research and development steps are carried out in stages, and each action will be taken to the results of the previous step until a new development product of learning materials is finally obtained. Product development design of the preliminary stage needs analysis is carried out by collecting related data and developing Creative Entrepreneurship learning materials for the Telegram chatbot model. The Creative Entrepreneurship learning program will involve 50 students of the English Literature Department, Universitas Negeri Medan, to analyze the feedback from the questionnaire Google form.

The Effect of Entrepreneurship Learning, Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Industrial Work Practice Experience, and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest with Self-Efficacy as An Intervening Variable in State Vocational High Students in Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurship knowledge, and industrial work practice experience and family environment on entrepreneurial interest either directly or indirectly through self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The population in this study was 3530 students of class XII State Vocational High Students in Makassar and a sample of 845 students slovin formula with a standard error of 3% applying Cluster Random Sampling method. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Data analysis is done through descriptive analysis, path analysis, and sobel test using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results showed that 1) directly, there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on self-efficacy 2) directly, there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy and on entrepreneurial interest, 3) indirectly, there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy. However, industrial work practice experience is found not significant on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest of vocational students.

Can crowdfunding creators learn from previous experiences to have a better future financing performance?

PurposeThis paper aims to explore whether crowdfunding creators can learn from previous experiences to have a better financing performance of future crowdfunding projects.Design/methodology/approachThis paper uses Python to capture the data of 6,267 crowdfunding projects from one of the largest crowdfunding platforms in China (JingDong Crowdfunding) and the author use the negative binomial regression model and the OLS model in this empirical study.FindingsThe empirical results show that both the early-stage experience of creating a crowdfunding project and the early-stage experience of supporting projects of other crowdfunding creators can improve the financing performance of their newly launched projects. The social network of the previous projects and the “Blockbuster” projects initiated before can also make the newly initiated projects obtain better financing performance.Originality/valueCurrent research on entrepreneurial experience shows that serial entrepreneurs have significantly different success rates than novice or inexperienced entrepreneurs but there is limited literature on the learning effect of crowdfunding creators. This study adds to the literature on entrepreneurial learning and provides suggestions to crowdfunding creators.

Entrepreneurship Skills Preference among Undergraduates’ Technology Education Students for National Development during COVID-19 Pandemic

During covid-19 social distancing requirements makes limited in class teaching. To respond to these changes there has been a rapid uptake in remote and digital learning entrepreneurship education methods. This study analyzes the Entrepreneurship skills preference among undergraduates’ technology education students for National Development during covid-19 Pandemic. The study adopted for the study is survey research. The area covered in this research work is undergraduate technology education students offering technology education courses. The population for the study consists of 200 undergraduate students’ technology education students. All the 200 undergraduate technology students were participants. Descriptive statistics and Inferential statistics were used to answer the research questions with the aid of stastistical product and service solution (SPSS) version 20.0 at 0.05 level of significant. The result indicated that there was no significant difference in the mean rating of male and female on entrepreneurship skills preference among undergraduate technology education students for national development during covid-19 pandemic. The study concluded that various Problem influencing the preferred entrepreneurial skills by students during COVID-19 Pandemic. The study recommended that students should embrace entrepreneurial skill that cannot be restricted by any crisis.

Efforts to Increase Student Interest, Motivation and Business Skills Through Entrepreneurship Courses at Mandalika University Of Education

Entrepreneurship is a personality who dares to take risks to get financing through existing opportunities by acting as an inventor and playing a role in creating economic growth. Based on the description of student perceptions regarding the effectiveness of entrepreneurship course learning methods to increase interest, and motivation, and foster student business skills. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of student perceptions regarding the effectiveness of entrepreneurship course learning methods to increase interest, and motivation, and foster student business skills in the Mandalika Education University Management Study Program. This study uses a qualitative research descriptive approach that uses the online survey method and the literature method as its data collection method. The results found that the perception of education students (learning methods) of entrepreneurship courses is considered effective for increasing interest, and motivation, increasing student business skills through practical activities (Maranatha Entrepreneurship Day), entrepreneurship seminars, and surveys to customers, and developing entrepreneurial learning methods (soft skills) and (live skills) can strengthen entrepreneurial interest and make entrepreneurship a promising career choice.

The entrepreneurial spirit must be cultivated from an early age. Through art and skills in entrepreneurship, they are able to create business opportunities for themselves and society. Creating creative and innovative business fields is able to grow the wheels of the family, community and state economy. Entrepreneurship learning in theory and practice can be started in a school environment. Through the application of theory towards real practice, the entrepreneurial spirit is increasingly active, developing and even advancing. In the college environment, the application of an entrepreneurial spirit is realized through student cooperatives. Through student cooperatives, it is hoped that qualified entrepreneurial spirits will grow. Good and professional management and management will be able to develop a healthy student cooperative.

Aligning with achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs), the entrepreneurship sector has a responsibility to synergize between the economic goals and environmental goals through implementing the model of green entrepreneurship. This study develops a model involving green entrepreneurial orientation and self-efficacy to improve the student intention in green entrepreneurship. Totally 180 students from the Economics & Business Faculty of Universitas Tarumanagara Jakarta are taken as respondents. The regression approach is used to analyze the data with the result as follows: the green entrepreneurial orientation owns the higher impact on green entrepreneurship intention, while the impact of self-efficacy is lower than this entrepreneurial intention. Based on this result, supporting of university needs to realize students in developing their business ideas in line with the effort to preserve the environment in the future. It is relevant to achieving the target of SDGs in 2030. The double bottom line orientation is perceived strongly by respondents. Through entrepreneurial learning, educational institutions together with stakeholders could contribute to building mechanisms to improve the education programs in green entrepreneurship. The next study can involve the legal aspect for supporting the sustainability of the green business.

Modeling of Sustainability Knowledge: Under Perception on Entrepreneurship Students

As aligning with sustainability issues, the study generates about modeling of sustainability knowledge with a factor analysis approach based on sustainable development goals (SDGs). The population involves entrepreneurial students with processing techniques using factor analysis using SPSS (n=150). The result of testing the Principal Component Analysis method provides the largest contribution of 57.817% with forming four components grouped in Component 1. However, the result is not logical so a rotation process is carried out with several methods including Equamax. After rotating, it produces four components, namely: Component 1 includes SDGs_3, SDGs_4, SDGs_7, SDGs_13, SDGs_17 with the name domain of social equity. Component 2 includes SDGs_9, SDGs_10, SDGs_11, SDGs_14, SDGs_15, SDGs_16 with domain of environmental sustainability. Component 3 includes SDGs_5, SDGs_6, SDGs_12 with the name domain of cultural responsibility. Lastly, Component 4 includes SDGs_1, SDGs_2, SDGs_8 with the domain of economic viability. Based on these results is concluded that the sustainable knowledge construct consists of four dimensions, such as social equity, environmental sustainability, cultural responsibility, and economic viability which are aligned with the pillars of sustainable development. It may be considered to enhance sustainability entrepreneurial learning at the university level.
