Analisis Wacana Kritis Berita Kriminal PADA RAKYAT BENGKULU.COM (Studi Berita Kriminal Oknum Polisi Cabuli Remaja Putri)

News is the latest information or information about something that is happening. News is usually presented through print, broadcast, internet or by word of mouth to third parties and the general public. This research aims to find out and analyze the critical discourse of kriminal news on Rakyat Bengkulu.Com (Study of Kriminal News by Police Officers Cabuli Young Women), this research is qualitative research. The results of this research show a critical discourse analysis of kriminal news on Rakyat Bengkulu.Com (Study of Kriminal News by Police Officers Obscuring Young Women) that in the analysis of the kriminal news text on Rakyat Bengkulu.Com, it can be seen that the text reflects a case of alleged immoral acts involving a police officer and a woman. From this analysis, it was found that the news described the case situation, chronology of events, investigation steps, and the victim's request for accountability. Furthermore, in discursive (mesostructural) analysis, it is shown that the mass media has ideological considerations and journalists' work routines in determining how news is presented. In the context of the Rakyat Bengkulu.Com news, this discursive aspect includes the production, dissemination and consumption of news which influences readers' understanding and reactions to the case. Finally, in socio-cultural (macrostructural) analysis, it was found that this case had situational, institutional and social dimensions that influenced various aspects of the victim's life, the responsibilities of the police institution and broader social issues. This shows the role of the media in shaping opinions and responding to relevant social and legal issues.

Expert System for Diagnosing Covid-19 Disease Using Method Forward Chaining

December 2019 was the beginning of cases that hit the Wuhan area, increasing cases of Covid-19 in China every day and increasing from January to February 2020. Initially reports came from the Hubei area and surrounding provinces, and the reports that came increased to the provinces around China, there were 86 other cases reported from various parts of the country, including Indonesia. Indonesia's first Covid-19 disease reportedly entered on March 2, 2020, there were two cases. The latest information is published on the official WHO website (World Health Organization) it was recorded that from January 3, 2020 to March 18, 2022 in Indonesia, there were 5,948,610 people who were recorded as positive for Covid-19 and 153,411 people were confirmed to have died. Diagnosing Covid-19 is the job of experts or specialists who have experience and knowledge in this field. An alternative that can help people who are not experts in diagnosing Covid-19 is an expert system. The forward chaining method was chosen because it is a forward tracking technique that is sorted according to the number of facts and ends with a conclusion. Forward Chaining is a method inference engine where this method compares facts and statements and will start from the left first (IF). Where, reasoning will start from the facts and then test the validation of the hypothesis (THEN). This research was conducted to make it easier for non-experts to diagnose Covid-19 with this expert system, and to be able to provide solutions after a successful diagnosis.

Search of opportunities for digitalization of infrastructure and establishment of industry 5.0 based on the application of artificial intelligence: regional aspect of digital transformation

The consistent practice of digitalization shows the ‘emergence’ of a new quality of work of development institutes, businesses. The further development of the infrastructure, taking into account innovations and ‘digits’, will make it possible to fulfill important tasks in the partial implementation of the directions of progressive digital development of the regions of Ukraine outlined by the government in the post-war period. The purpose of the article is research and data analysis in terms of sub-indices of digital transformation of the regions of Ukraine with the aim of finding opportunities for digitization of infrastructure and working business processes. The authors consider three stages of the development of artificial intelligence through the prism of digitalization of the economy and virtual reality, namely: basic artificial intelligence, universal artificial intelligence, artificial super intelligence. The article attempts to present the opportunities created as a result of industry digital transformation, the development of the Internet, the penetration of basic e-services, the introduction of a paperless regime, and the development of centers for the provision of administrative services. The sub-index ‘Penetration of basic e-services’ shows positive dynamics. Improvement of this sub-index indicates an improvement in terms of connection to the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere; availability in all departments of the State Registration of Civil Status Acts, maternity hospitals e-Malyatko; connecting the Technical Inventory Bureau to the State Register of Property Rights. It was concluded that the new virtual reality in combination with the ever-present application of the latest information and communication technologies is the driving force behind the formation of Industry 5.0, innovations are ‘born’, and new types of digital services appear. The IoT, big data analytics, AI, communicativeness and networking of interactions, diffusion of innovations and Internet technologies become the impetus for digital and innovative changes in all sectors of the economy.

Several major herb pairs containing Coptidis rhizoma: a review of key traditional uses, constituents and compatibility effects.

Herb compatibility is the soul of traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions. Coptidis rhizoma (CR) (Coptis chinensis Franch., Coptis deltoidea C.Y.Cheng et Hsiao, or Coptis teeta Wall.; family Ranunculaceae), is a well-known herb. The bitter and cold nature of CR can irritate the spleen and stomach, and certain ingredients in CR may trigger allergic reactions. Herb combinations can help alleviate the side effects caused by CR. Through data analysis and literature research, there are many herbs combined with CR have a high frequency, but only a few are currently used as formulae in clinical practice. The results showed that these six herb pairs are usually widely studied or used as prescriptions in the clinic. This paper describes the six herb pairs from the key traditional uses, changes in bioactive constituents, and compatibility effects, especially with Euodiae fructus (family Rutaceae), Scutellariae radix (family Lamiaceae), Magnoliae Officinalis cortex (family Magnoliaceae), Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma (family Fabaceae), Ginseng radix et rhizoma (family Araliaceae), and Aucklandiae radix (family Asteraceae), and found that herbs are more effective when used in combination. Therefore, it is feasible to establish some methods to study herb pairs comprehensively from different perspectives. This paper aims to provide the latest and most comprehensive information on the six herb pairs and summarize the pattern of CR compatibility effects. It aims to attract more attention, and further experimental studies will be conducted to investigate and evaluate the effects of herb pairs containing CR. These data can also provide valuable references for researchers and also provide more possibilities for future applications in clinical practice and new drug development.

Online course as a means of developing master's professional competencies: results of a pedagogical experiment

The article proposes a solution to a scientific problem, which is to substantiate the feasibility of using online courses in the professional training of masters in the pedagogical university, to develop an online course and experimentally test its effectiveness as a means of developing the professional competencies of masters in the speciality 014~Secondary Education (Mathematics). The author used the following methods of scientific research: pedagogical experiment, observation (for systematic perception and analysis of learning activities, motivation and personal growth of students in the context of blended learning), testing (to determine the level of logical thinking and development of students’ professional competences), questionnaire (to monitor the ergonomics and efficiency of the online course and the Mathematics teacher’s e-portfolio), expert evaluation of the developed online course, and methods of mathematical statistics (for proper processing of experimental data and verification of the online course’ effectiveness). The results of the control stage of the study indicate a positive trend in the development of mathematical, information and educational, methodological, psychological and pedagogical, and professional and technological competencies of students in the experimental group. The final test of the online course was chosen as a tool for determining the level of mathematical competencies of the masters in the experimental group. The reliability of the assessment of the masters’ professional competencies was confirmed by testing the hypothesis of the normal distribution of test results according to the Shapiro-Wilk test. In addition, a close correlation between students' academic achievement level in an online course and the level of logical thinking development was substantiated using the Student’s t-test. Prospects for further research include the development of online courses on Mathematics teaching methods with an emphasis on methodical, professional, and technological competencies; a detailed study of the impact of the latest information technologies (artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, web programming, etc.) on the development of students’ information and educational professional competences in distance and blended learning.

Fomo Vs Jomo: Understanding The Psychology Behind Social Media Consumption Behavior And Its Impact On Mental Well-Being With A Communication Psychology Approach

In this digital era, social media has become an integral part of people's lives, offering opportunities for connection and self-expression. However, excessive use of social media can have a negative impact on mental health, giving rise to the phenomena of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and JOMO (Joy of Missing Out). FOMO describes the anxiety and fear of being left behind by the latest information or trends, which can trigger anxiety and depression. In contrast, JOMO is the happy feeling of being free from the stress of social media, which increases happiness and mental well-being. This research analyzes the psychological factors underlying FOMO and JOMO, as well as their impact on mental well-being, through a communication psychology approach. The method used is literature study and in-depth interviews to collect empirical data. The results showed that FOMO increased anxiety and depression, while JOMO increased happiness and gratitude. Strategies to reduce FOMO and promote JOMO involve limiting time on social media use and practicing mindfulness.

Exploring the Role of the Gut Microbiota in Colorectal Cancer Development

Colorectal cancer is currently a public health concern due to its high incidence, morbidity, and mortality rates. Researchers have identified the intestinal microbiome as a crucial factor in the development of this disease. Currently, specialized literature data support the role of the microbiota in both the development of colorectal cancer and resistance to oncological therapies. Therefore, studying the composition of the gut microbiome can aid in creating risk assessment tools to identify specific populations that would benefit from tailored screening approaches. Also, manipulation of the intestinal microbiome can be useful in improving the response to chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Identifying the pathogenic mechanisms responsible for this causal link can aid in the discovery of novel treatment targets. This article will provide the latest information regarding the influence of the intestinal microbiota on the development and progression of colorectal cancer.

SMART MARKETING AND GLOBAL LOGISTICS NETWORKS

In the context of the global digital transformation, new communication systems are being formed based on networking and platforms, increased attention to environmental issues and social needs of the population. The purpose of the article is to identify the peculiarities of smart marketing development in the context of global logistics networks. Using the methods of system analysis, the article summarises the processes of spreading smart technologies at all stages of marketing: from smart supply to smart consumption. Graphical visualisation confirms the growth of spending on the latest information technologies in marketing strategies. The essence of the smart marketing concept is revealed: it is becoming digitised and focused on sustainable development, based on personalisation of offers and advertising, acceleration of the purchase or delivery of goods, and focuses on reasonable consumer requirements. A market for new products is emerging, with a high share of digital components, eco-friendly and organic products. Smartisation processes are transforming the logistics activities of companies. New technical solutions (big data, cloud solutions, augmented reality, drone delivery, etc.) help create competitive advantages for the company, increase the efficiency of its solutions, and significantly expand the range of opportunities: personalisation of demand, satisfaction of individual customer requests, improved communications and service, scaling up operations, deeper analysis and forecasting, and the introduction of dynamic pricing.

Pemanfaatan Penggunaan Twitter terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Informasi Mahasiswa Prodi Perpustakaan dan Ilmu Informasi UNP 2020

Social media is a very popular information dissemination platform, with one in three people worldwide and two-thirds of internet users using social media. There are many ways to obtain the required information, one of which is by accessing the social media platform Twitter. In order to obtain information effectively and efficiently, students need a skill in processing information, which is information literacy. For students, information literacy skills will help them in finding and obtaining information critically and not being deceived by information whose accuracy is uncertain. This study aims to explore the use of the social media platform Twitter and its impact on the information literacy skills of students in the Library and Information Science Program at Universitas Negeri Padang in 2020. The research method used a qualitative approach with interview techniques as the data collection instrument. The results of the data analysis can be concluded that Twitter plays a significant role in improving information literacy among students. The majority of respondents use Twitter for various purposes, ranging from finding the latest information, verifying the validity of information, to sharing personal experiences. Most students use this platform as a source of up-to-date information, but there are also those who actively join specific accounts focused on literacy and learning. Thus, Twitter is considered an effective means of improving information literacy skills among students.

Professional Training in Public Administration in Romania during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract Professional training is a basic element in the professional development of any employee, especially considering the evolution of the last months, marked by the Covid-19 pandemic and important economic and social changes. The crisis caused by the pandemic and the disappearance of many jobs, forces employees to professional conversions or to sharpen the area of activity by acquiring new, sometimes challenging skills. The aim of the study is to analyze the professional training activity in the public administration during the COVID-19 pandemic, to identify the advantages and disadvantages of training in the online system, the efficiency of this type of training, as well as the factors that would have a positive impact on a good performance of this activity. The research method is quantitative, based on the opinion survey, through the self-administered questionnaire. Employees are open to training, especially when dealing with new jobs and technologies or simply to stay up to date with the latest information in their field. Employers, in turn, want professional, efficient and motivated employees. Vocational training is a necessary tool to remain competitive in the labor market and to face the challenges of a global economy where digital skills are the key factor.

Pengaruh media sosial dalam penyampaian informasi terhadap minat berkunjung Kembali di Museum H. M. soeharto

This study aims to determine how much influence social media as a forum for communication and information delivery has on the interest in revisiting HM Soeharto Museum in Yogyakarta. Through a quantitative approach, this study uses a survey method to collect data from randomly selected museum visitors. The population in this study were visitors to HM Soeharto Museum, while the sample was determined on tourists who had visited the museum before and were at least 14 years old. The data collection tool used was a closed questionnaire with a range of 1-5 Likert Scale scores. The results of data analysis showed a significant influence between the use of social media and interest in revisiting HM Soeharto Museum. The regression coefficient and correlation coefficient showed that any increase in social media usage was associated with a significant increase in interest in revisiting the museum. These findings have important implications in the context of museum promotion and marketing as well as cultural tourism activities. Visitors to HM Soeharto Museum are advised to follow their social media accounts to get the latest information. By making good use of social media, visitors can provide feedback to the museum about the experience of visiting. Visitors can also invite friends or relatives to visit together. This can contribute to increasing interest in visiting HM Soeharto Museum again and enriching visitors' experience in exploring Indonesia's historical heritage.

Perceived Information in Organizations by the Employees is Fruitful or not? A Theoretical Context

The phrase perceived information refers feeling or self-assessments of knowing related information. Perceived information’s level affects the intellectual capacity and makes use of interrelationships amid new portions of information in subjects like choice decision tasks. It also influences themes’ assessments of the significance of latest and old information. This research effort is necessary for elaborating the value of perceived information by the employees for their job satisfaction. As the phrase, perceived information needs to be discussed because there is not much literature on it. It is a context base analysis from existing literature; where information sharing is considered as independent, whereas job satisfaction is dependent variable. Perceived information along with its dimensions is use as mediation that the workforce is perceiving the information from the environment through information sharing’s as well as it has impacts on job satisfaction. Investigation on available literature is exploring that perceived basic (initial, necessary), appropriate (specific) and actionable information by the workforce have both positive and negative impacts. However, it depends upon the nature of workforce especially their levels to understand and handle the things. This study is highlighting both bright and dark sides of information. When information has higher level of perceived intrinsic information quality, but lacks contextual weight or realistic applications, it might not facilitate job satisfaction. Some theoretical links has been elaborated in this study i.e., functions of basic, appropriate and actionable information.

Artificial Intelligence – Opportunities and Challenges for Small and Medium Enterprises in Romania. A Case Study on the Exonia Group

Abstract The economy of Romania is changing quickly, and small and medium-sized enterprises are at a stage where implementing artificial intelligence could make all the difference. Small and medium enterprises that do not have sufficient cash or specialised knowledge find this hard to apply, according to the literature. This paper tries to connect the dots by analyzing the relationship between small and medium enterprises and artificial intelligence in Romania through document analysis and a case study of Exonia, a group of Romanian companies that successfully implemented artificial intelligence in their businesses. The methodology also entails the analysis of graphs based on the digital economy and society index, exemplifying the latest information regarding the position of Romania in respect of small and medium-sized enterprises (and not only) that implemented artificial intelligence compared to the other countries in the European Union. Exonia's example shows how small and medium enterprises can make artificial intelligence an opportunity to obtain more efficient operations and happier customers. Elementary teacher’s perspective critical thinking process in analyzing mathematics problems: Right triangles

In the learning process that occurs, many students work quickly, but the results obtained are not accurate. This is because students do not carry out the evaluation process. This research aims to analyze students’ critical thinking processes in solving mathematics problems. The questions discussed are flat geometry material, especially right triangles. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects were 13 students Elementary School Teacher, Faculty Teacher Training and Education, University Muhammadiyah of Malang. Subjects were selected using the purposive sampling method. The questions were given to 50 potential respondents and only 13 students were able to analyze them correctly. This research has resulted in 13 subjects being able to write information using their language at the interpretation stage. In the analysis stage, this subject can find the latest information by connecting previous knowledge with information obtained while studying in class. Evaluation Stage, 13 subjects were able to carry out the evaluation process by linking the main information found. In the interpretation stage, all subjects can draw a conclusion accompanied by reasons to support the answers and conclusions obtained. Communication and regulation stage, 13 subjects were able to communicate and carry out the process well.

Unauthentic Information About Celiac Disease on Social Networking Pages: Is It a Matter of Concern in Celiac Disease Management?

Facebook (FB) is the most popular online networking platform. Many celiac disease Facebook (CD-FB) pages spread awareness about celiac disease (CD). To get the latest information, patients with CD frequently follow such pages. However, little is known about whether such pages provide authentic and reliable information. This study aims to investigate whether CD-FB pages spread misleading information to patients with CD. On the Facebook social networking platform, CD-FB pages created in three celiac-prevalent countries (Italy, the USA, and India) were explored using different combinations of keywords. The type/category of the CD-FB page, country of origin, purpose, page web link, and number of followers/members were documented in a Microsoft spreadsheet. All posts distributed on selected CD-FB pages in the last 3 years were thoroughly screened. From August 2022 to March 2023, a total of 200 CD-FB pages from Italy, the USA, and India were explored. Out of these 200 pages, 155 CD-FB (Italy 70; the USA 46; India 39) were found eligible. Of them, 20 (13%) CD-FB pages (Italy 4; the USA 5; India 11) shared misleading information about CD. Surprisingly, 11 (8%) of these 20 pages (Italy 0; the USA 2; India 9) supported alternative treatment options for CD. CD-FB pages are useful for disseminating celiac-disease-related information. While most such pages provide useful information, 13% of CD-FB pages allow misleading information. Patients with CD should consult their treating unit before following any uncertain information posted on CD-FB pages.

By identifying and analyzing the implications of cultural trends in these two concepts, the author aims to gain a deeper understanding of how values ​​and beliefs in contemporary society are influenced and change in line with the development of cultural trends. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. with a literature study approach. First of all, the study will begin with a comprehensive literature review, aiming to gather the latest information regarding the development of Christian philosophy, inclusive paradigms, and cultural trends in the context of modern times. The next step is to conduct an in-depth conceptual analysis, taking into account relevant theological, philosophical and socio-cultural perspectives. Modern cultural trends have brought about significant changes in the way humans interact, think and communicate. In the context of the inclusive paradigm, this change has several implications. Advances in information technology and digital culture have made individual needs more diverse and complex. An inclusive paradigm must be able to capture and meet these needs contextually. Inclusive education, for example, should focus on developing individuals' abilities to adapt to change and interact with various cultures. the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and inclusive paradigms in the modern era, with a focus on their impact in the context of morality, biblical authority, and inclusivity. Through conceptual analysis and critique of the implications of cultural trends, this article highlights challenges and opportunities for Christian philosophy and inclusive paradigms.
