Efektivitas Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Edpuzzle Berbasis Video Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik pada Materi Suhu dan Pemuaian

After Covid 19, computer-based distance learning was opened, but based on a preliminary study in one of the Public High Schools in the Kuningan Regency area, it obtained 710 out of a maximum score of 1600 (low category). The research method uses a quasi experiment with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design approach. This research was conducted in January - February 2023 at Public High School. The research population was all class XI IPA of SMA Negeri, consisting of 6 classes with 213 students. The research sample was taken using a random cluster sampling technique as many as 2 classes out of 6 classes, namely class XI IPA 1 as the intervention group and Class XI IPA 2 as the control group. Data analysis techniques used the Chi Square test, Fisher's test, and T-test. The results of the calculation of the hypothesis test using the paired sample t-test with a significance level (α = 0.05) obtained tcount>t_table, namely 3,495>2,030. it can be concluded that there are differences in the effect of using video-based Edpuzzle learning media on student learning outcomes at Public High School.

The Effect of Doses of Cow Manure and NPK Fertilizer on the Growth and Yield of Purple Eggplant (Solanum Melongena L) Cultivars Mustang F1

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of doses of cow manure and NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of purple eggplant plants (Solanum melongena L) Mustang cultivar F1, as well as to determine the relationship between the components of growth with components of purple eggplant plants (Solanum melongena L). The study was conducted in the village of Cigintung, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency from September 07, 2019 to November 24, 2019. The location was at an altitude of 400 m above sea level (asl) with clay type, rainfall type C (Slightly wet). The method used was an experimental method with a factorial Randomized block Design (RBD), the treatment consisted of two factors that were repated three times. The first factor is cow manure consisting of three levels (K 1 = 10 tons/ha, K 2 = 15 tons/ha, K3 = 20 tons/ha). The second factor is NPK fertilizer consisting of three levels (N 1 = 100 kg/ha, N 2 = 200 kg/ha, N 3 = 300 kg/ha). The results showed that the different treatment dosages of doses of cow nanure and NPK fertilizer do not have a real effect on all ages observations on plant height, number of fruit plants, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per plot.

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL CONTACT (EPICONTACT) INVESTIGATION OF COVID-19 AT ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOLS IN KUNINGAN REGENCY, INDONESIA

Introduction: COVID-19 has spread throughout the world with more than 61, 27 million patients infected, including in education clusters that implement boarding schools. Contact investigations on the cluster are necessary to control the spread of the virus. Aims: To describe the epidemiological contact pattern of investigation results in the Islamic Boarding School cluster in Kuningan Regency. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive with epidemiological approach. The population is all students of Pondok Pesantren X, as many as 164 students, a sample of 157 students who are positive for COVID-19, and research instrument for the COVID-19 outbreak is investigation form, the variables studied included age, gender, symptoms, duration of contact, number of contacts, number of contact groups and place of contact. Result: Univariate data analysis with epi-contact analysis show: sex: 33.3% male, 60.03% female, average age 15.05 years, the average number of contacts 3.25 people, the average number of male contacts 2.62 and female 3.39, number of male contact groups 41, number of female contact groups 91. Age of value p=0.037. Conclusions: Contact pattern conclusions are mostly in female with the number of contacts between 3-4 people and age is related to the number of contacts. Limiting contact when there is suspicion is necessary to prevent transmission.

Reconciliation and Fulfillment of Civil Rights: Case of Ahmadiyya Adherents in Manislor, Kuningan, West Java

Religious conflicts pose a threat to social integration, including those involving the Ahmadiyya Muslim community in Indonesia. This article discusses the post-conflict reconciliation and fulfillment of civil rights among Ahmadiyya adherents in Manislor, Kuningan, West Java, Indonesia. Social actors have a powerful position in the reconciliation and fulfillment of civil rights, which have become one of their most apparent violations against Ahmadiyya adherents in Manislor. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collected through fieldwork and ethnographic observations with Ahmadiyya adherents in Manislor. This article scrutinizes 1) the typologies of post-conflict reconciliation, 2) reconciliation efforts in the communities by leveraging cultural and religious aspects, and 3) the struggles of fulfilling civil rights, such as issuing marriage certificates and identification cards. The results show that the willingness of Ahmadiyya elites to meet with stakeholders and socio-religious organizations, particularly in Kuningan regency, created a space for a dialogue of understanding that helped the reconciliation between Ahmadiyya and the wider community in Manislor. This study contributes to clarifying the pattern of reconciliation based on the local approaches durably practiced by Ahmadiyya adherents in Manislor, Kuningan, West Java.

Land Dispute Resolution: Village Deliberation and Consensus to Establish Public Order

Land disputes are common in society, and the village head, as witnessed by the family, resolved the matter in congruent with the parties' will and good intention. Purpose to investigate the arrangement of land dispute resolution in Indonesia; and to investigate its application through consensus deliberation in villages to realize public order. Methodology an socio-legal approach, involving primary data gathered from the interview. Furthermore, the study was also conducted in Kuningan Regency. Findings in Indonesia, land disputes resolution have been completely regulated, ranging from laws to derivative regulations and is carried out through community discourse and consensus. However, deliberation method is more common than going to the court. The deliberations include bringing the parties together; if peace arrangements can be made, they will be made. It can, however, only function optimally if both sides (the family and the community) agree to deliberate. The method is thought to be more efficient in terms of time, cost, and mechanism. Conclusion in the village, there are two procedures for resolving land conflicts through consensus deliberation: mediation and family negotiation. Recommendation at the village level, it is critical to provide a legal framework for deliberation so that the outcomes are more equitable and mutually beneficial to all parties

The effectiveness of post-mining land rehabilitation policy in realizing environmental sustainability: Lessons from Sukageuri View, Kuningan, West Java

The effective management of natural resources is critical in achieving environmental sustainability, and it requires a careful balance of ecological and economic interests. Therefore, this study analyzed the effectiveness of village government policy in managing post-mining land for environmental sustainability using a non-doctrinal legal approach. Primary data were collected through interviews and observations, while secondary data came from regulations, scientific journals, and papers related to post-mining land rehabilitation governance. The study was conducted in Sukageuri View, Kuningan Regency. The study found that the policy implemented by the Cisantana Village Government in managing post-mining land through the establishment of the Village-Owned Enterprise (VOE) in 2016 has been effective. The area, formerly known as Sukageuri View, is home to various flora and fauna species, with several businesses operating and over 114,000 visitors engaging in social activities in 2022. Additionally, the site has contributed to the village's original income and supported the work program of the Cisantana Village Government. In conclusion, the policy implemented by the Cisantana Village Government effectively balances ecological, social, and economic factors, meeting the criteria for environmental sustainability.

Peran Disiplin Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai

This research aims to examine the role of work discipline as an intervening variable on the effect of relward and punishment on employee performance. Respondents in this research were BUMD employees in Kuningan Regency as 60 people. Analysis in research used path analysis which is used to examine the indirect effect of relward and punishment on employee performance through work discipline as an intelligence variable by using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. This research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire which contained statements and was distributed directly to the respondents. The research results show that (1) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Reward has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (4) Punishment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) work discipline mediates the effect of reward on performance but work discipline does not mediate the effect of punishment on employee performance

The influence of work culture, leadership, and employee involvement on employee performance through career planning

buAbstract. 
 This research was conducted to find out and provide advice in the form of program recommendations and company policies related to the influence of work culture, leadership, and employee involvement on employee performance through career planning at the Puspita Cipta Group (PCG) Oil and Gas Unit in Kuningan Regency. The method used is quantitative with a questionnaire distribution technique. The population taken was 230 people with details: 80 Head Office employees, 60 from SPPBE, 54 from Gas Stations (SPBU), and 36 from BPT. Based on proportional calculations from Taro Yamane's theory (Riduwan, 2015: 65) by determining the number of samples using the formula n = N / Nd² + 1, so that a sample of 146 respondents emerged with details: 51 from the Central Office, 38 from SPPBE, 32 from Gas Stations (SPBU), and 25 employees from BPT. The questionnaire distribution data collected was then processed by testing validity, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. This research resulted in a discussion that work culture and employee involvement have a positive and significant effect on career planning and employee performance, leadership has no effect on career planning and employee performance, career planning can mediate work culture and employee involvement on employee performance, and career planning cannot mediate leadership on employee performance. The conclusion is that in improving employee performance, companies must optimize the function of work culture, leadership,and employee involvement through career planning.
 
 

The Role of Counseling in the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Livestock Farmer Groups (Case Study of Livestock Farmer Groups in Dukuhbadag Village, Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency)

THE ROLE OF THE TRAFFIC POLICE REGARDING ROAD USERS WHO OBTAIN PRIMARY RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 134 OF LAW NUMBER 22 OF 2009 IN KUNINGAN DISTRICT

This study aims to determine the role of the Traffic Police regarding road users who have primary rights in Kuningan District. This type of qualitative research with a juridical-empirical approach. The subject of this study is the Head of Traffic Operations Development Affairs at the Kuningan Police, while the object of this research is the role of the Traffic Police regarding road users who obtain primary rights in Kuningan District. Data collection methods are interviews and documentation. The validity of the data used is triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Traffic Police regarding road users who have primary rights in Kuningan Regency, whether firefighters, ambulances, first aid vehicles, cavalcades, and convoys and/or vehicles for certain purposes, are Preventive and Repressive. Preventive is a prevention effort before violations occur in the form of escorts, patrols, and outreach through Dikmaslantas. PERAN MANAJEMEN TALENTA DAN MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI

This research was conducted to determine the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at the Civil Servant of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Kuningan Regency.This type of research uses a survey method with descriptive and quantitative analysis. The object of this research is the Civil Servant of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Kuningan Regency, with a sample of 57 using a saturated sample. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with an interval scale. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 Program application. The results of the research that have been analyzed show that simultaneously talent management and knowledge management have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants, Youth, Sports and Tourism, Kuningan Regency. While partially talent management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Kuningan Regency. But partially knowledge management has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Civil Servants of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Kuningan Regency.

ANALYSIS AND DESIGN REINFORCED CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE OF 4 FLOOR HOTEL IN KUNINGAN

Planning for a 4-storey hotel in Kuningan is projected to support supporting facilities for the tourism sector in Kuningan Regency, supporting facilities like this are really needed by Kuningan Regency which has great potential in the tourism sector and is proven by the continuing increase in the number of tourists every year, with the development of Kuningan Regency and the increasingly widespread the construction of multi-storey buildings is needed planning in order to make efficient use of land. To support the availability of tourism support facilities, this research will examine the planning of hotel building structures based on SNI 2847-2019, SNI 1727-2020 and SNI 1726-2019 and calculate the budget plan for the structural work. Referring to these rules, the dimensions of the structural elements and the need for structural reinforcement can be produced that meet the rules and can also support the work force and loads received on a building including earthquake loads, wind loads and rain loads. The cost of building a 4-storey hotel building in this study is Rp. 26,712,400,000.00 (Twenty Six Billion Seven Hundred Twelve Million Four Hundred Thousand Rupiah), and the cost of building a one square meter building is Rp. 4,345,716.00 (Four million three hundred forty-five million seven hundred and sixteen thousand rupiah).

Relationship Between Farmer Characteristics and Farmer Group Dynamics with The Success of Farmer Empowerment Programs Through Agricultural Technology and Information

Extension activities managed by farmers as a process of changing the behavior, mindset and attitude of farmers from traditional subsistence farmers to modern farmers with agribusiness insight through continuous learning are carried out with a learning by doing approach that focuses on developing managerial capacity, leadership and entrepreneurship of key actors in order to realize reliable agribusiness entrepreneurs. This study aims to examine how the relationship between farmer characteristics and group dynamics on the success rate of agricultural technology and information programs in the Tunas Walahir II Farmer Group, Pakapasan Hilir Village, Hantara District, Kuningan Regency from July to September 2022 with a sample of 25 farmers. This study used descriptive quantitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews. The data in this study is in the form of primary and secondary data. The analysis activities use the Spearman Level Correlation Coefficient Test (rs). The results showed that there was a real relationship between the characteristics of farmers (area of arable land and farming experience) with the success of agricultural technology and information programs, while the age of farmers and the level of education of farmers had no real relationship with the success of agricultural technology and information programs. There is a clear relationship between the dynamics of farmer groups and the success of agricultural technology and information programs.

The Relationship Between Farmer Competence and Shallot Farm Income (Allium Ascalonicum L.)

One of the causes of low productivity of a crop is that farmers have not fully applied production technology. One of the efforts made to increase onion production is through the adoption of innovation and new technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge competence, attitudes and skills of farmers with shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) farming income. The study will be conducted from January to April 2023. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method with survey research techniques. The respondents in this study were 55 shallot farmers in Sidamulya Village, Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency. Data analysis techniques in this study use correlational analysis to measure the relationship of variables / sub-variables to other variables. The results showed that there was a moderate and real relationship between farmers' knowledge and shallot farm income, with a value of rs = 0.560 and tarithmetic value is 5.060. There is a moderate and real relationship between farmers' attitudes and shallot farm income, with a value of rs = 0.544 and a calculated value of 4.850. There is a moderate and real relationship between farmers' skills and shallot farm income, with a value of rs = 0.550 and tarithmetic value is 4.927.

Analysis of Farmers' Response to The Rice Farm Insurance Program (AUTP)

Rice farming experiences uncertainty and is a business that is very vulnerable to climate change such as natural disasters, floods and droughts, and is inseparable from attacks by plant-disturbing organisms (OPT), which result in decreased production and income of rice farmers. Agricultural Insurance is a transfer of risk that can provide compensation for losses due to farming so that the sustainability of farming can be guaranteed. This study aims to: 1) Know the response of farmers to the rice farming insurance program plan. 2) Knowing the response of farmers to the implementation of the rice farming insurance program and 3) Knowing the response of farmers to the impact of the farming insurance program. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods with survey research techniques. Respondents consisted of the number of farmers who took part in the rice farming insurance program at least 2 times using the census technique with a total sample of 29 people. Data analysis technique using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that: 1) The response of farmers to the planned rice farming insurance program in Gapoktan, Patalagan Village, Pancalang District, Kuningan Regency was very good. 2) The response of farmers to the implementation of the rice farming insurance program in Patalagan Village is good. 3) The response of farmers to the impact of the rice farming insurance program in Patalagan Village, Pancalang District, Kuningan Regency is Good.

Consumer Behavior In Purchasing Vegetables In Cilimus Market, Kuningan Regency

Farming in Indonesia has a very important role so that in every stage of national economic development, the agricultural sector is not ruled out. Some of the reasons underlying the importance of agriculture in Indonesia are the large and diverse resource potential. One of the sub-sectors of the agricultural sector that has occupied an important position as a sub-sector that produces agricultural products that have a fairly high commercial value, namely the horticulture sub-sector. Horticulture sub-sector commodities in Indonesia are divided into four major groups, namely fruits, vegetables, ornamental plants, and medicinal plants. This study aims to find out the characteristics of consumers and what factors influence the decisions of vegetable consumers in Cilimus Market, Kuningan Regency. The study was conducted from October to November 2022. This study used a non-opportunity sample technique with a sample of 40 people. Data analysis techniques in this study use descriptive analysis to describe consumer characteristics. Furthermore, this research uses the Principal Component Analysis extraction method. The results showed that (1) the characteristics of consumers who buy vegetables at Cilimus Market, Kuningan Regency are mostly women, aged between 42-51 years, married status, the number of family members 3-5 people, the education level of most high schools, the type of work as a housewife, the amount of income Rp. 1,000,000 – Rp. 2,000,000, monthly expenses to buy vegetables ranging from Rp. 100,000 – Rp. 200,000 and (2) environmental factors, Psychology, individual differences and attribute assessments have a real influence on consumer decisions in purchasing vegetables at Cilimus Market, Kuningan Regency

The Effect Of The Principles Of Providing Production Credit On Increasing Cooperative Income

A cooperative is a business entity consisting of individuals or cooperative legal entities based on their activities based on the cooperative principle as well as a people's economic movement based on kinship. Cooperatives in Indonesia, especially savings and loan cooperatives as one of the microfinance institutions established on the basis of the values of independence, responsibility, democracy, equality, justice and solidarity that have the determination to help develop MSME activities up to daily needs exemplified such as providing daily and even monthly credit. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of personality, the influence of ability, the influence of capital, the influence of guarantees, the influence of economic conditions and credit loans based on the principle of lending to increase the income of the KSU Karya Nugraha cooperative. The research was conducted at the KSU Karya Nugraha Cooperative, Cipari Village, Ciautumn District, Kuningan Regency from April to June 2022. The object of this study is 30 farmers who are members of the KSU Karya Nugraha Cooperative in Cipari Village, Ciautumn District, Kuningan Regency. Data Analysis techniques carried out in this study include descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, f-test and t-test. The results showed that the results of regression variance analysis had a significant influence (real) between personality / Charakter (X1), ability / Capacity (X2), capital / Capital (X3), collateral / collateral (X4), economic conditions / condition (X5), on the increase in cooperative income (Y).

The Implementation of The Extension Management Function to The Success of Empowering Farmer Women's Groups in The Sustainable Food House Area (KRPL) Program

The Women's Farmer Group (KWT) really needs management to process agricultural products to be more developed. In an effort to empower farmers, group processing is needed which is carried out from, by and for farmers. But in this case, the management function of the Harapan peasant women's group Ciputat Village, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency In the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and assessing the success of empowerment is still not optimally applied. Therefore, researchers will explore the application of the extension management function to the success of empowering farmer women's groups in Ciputat Village, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency. The study was conducted from July to September 2022. The research design used is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection techniques that researchers use are questionnaires, documents, and interviews. Research data was analyzed using statistics to determine respondents' responses regarding research variables submitted through research instruments in the form of questionnaires. To determine the effect between independent variables, namely the extension management function (X1, X2, X3, and X4) on the success of empowering farmer women groups (Y) Using Descriptive data analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that the strong relationship between the variables of the extension management function (planning, organizing, implementing and supervising) with the success of empowering farmer women's groups was shown by the simultaneous correlation coefficient R of 0.924, this showed a relationship that was classified as 'very high' at 0.60 – 0.80

The Effectiveness Of Agricultural Extension Methods And Techniques In The Application Of Cultivation Technology Sweet Potato (Ipomoea Batatas L.)

This research was conducted in Bandorasa Kulon Village, Cilimus District, Kuningan Regency, from January to February 2023. This study aims to find out: (1) the effect of the effectiveness of agricultural extension methods in the application of sweet potato cultivation technology, (2) the influence of agricultural extension techniques with the application of sweet potato cultivation technology, and (3) the effect of the effectiveness of agricultural extension methods and techniques with the application of sweet potato cultivation technology. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach. The object of research in the boled flower farmer group of Bandorasa Kulon Village with a sample of 47 farmers. Primary data collection was obtained through interviews with respondents using a list of questions, and secondary data were obtained from agencies related to this study. To determine the variable relationship between the effectiveness of agricultural extension methods and agricultural extension techniques, with the application of sweet potato cultivation technology, the Spearman level correlation coefficient test is used. The results showed that: (1) there is a medium and real relationship between the effectiveness of agricultural extension methods and sweet potato cultivation technology as shown by the value of rs = 0.456, (2) there is a low and real relationship between agricultural extension techniques and sweet potato cultivation technology, which is indicated by the value of rs = 0.360, and (3) there is a very strong and real relationship between the effectiveness of agricultural extension methods and techniques with sweet potato cultivation technology, indicated by the value of rs = 0.943

SUNDA AND CIREBON LANGUAGE INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION PROCESS IN EARLY CHILDREN'S ENVIRONMENT

ABSTRACT
 This study aims to determine how the intercultural communication process in the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Learning Group (KB) environment, as well as knowing what are the factors that hinder it. The location of this research in Beber Village, Beber District, Cirebon Regency, is a place that borders Kuningan Regency with different cultural backgrounds. Descriptive qualitative. The aim is to describe the facts that have been found systematically, actually and factually, which views that only researchers are truly free and different outside the target research environment, and produce objective conclusions.
 This research focuses on how the communication process and what are the factors of communication barriers that exist in the PAUD environment.
 The results of the research in the intercultural communication process that occurs in the An Nur Early Childhood Education Learning Group (KB PAUD) environment are:
 
 Communication is usually done through the adaptation stage first. If communication is blocked or deadlocked due to language differences, they use Indonesian as a 'unifying' bridge so that communication can be more effective and the message conveyed as desired.
 Students of KB PAUD An Nur in their interactions with peers use a mixed language of Sundanese and Cirebon.
 Teachers who teach at KB PAUD An Nur when teaching in class use Indonesian as the language of instruction. But when interacting informally follow the language style of their students, Sundanese and Cirebon language.
 
 4.Communication that occurs in the environment of KB PAUD An Nur, as well as in general in Beber Village, Beber Sub-district experienced a mixture (acculturation) of Javanese culture Cirebon and Sunda Kuningan so that the use of language is unique.
 5.The mingling of language and culture in the educational environment makes one of the riches in the cultural repertoire in Indonesia, especially in the development of Islamic education-based communities.
