PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU MELAKSANAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MELALUI SUPERVISI KLINIS

This study aims to improve teacher competence in implementing the Problem Based Learning learning model through clinical supervision in class III SD Negeri Percobaan 4 in 2020. The study was conducted from January to April 2020 with 2 target teachers as research subjects. The mentoring is carried out using a cycle design model to the Kemmis Tagart cycle. The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle through four stages of activities, namely Planning, Implementation, and Reflection. The results showed that through the supervision of teacher competence in compiling lesson plans containing problem-based learning models and implementing learning using problem-based learning models, the percentage increased at each stage, from Pra-Siklus Kategori Kurang (62.5), siklus I Kategori Cukup (74), Siklus II Kategori Baik (90). Thus, the results of this study indicate that the application of clinical supervision can improve the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans and implementing Problem Based Learning learning models in SD Negeri Percobaan 4 Kapanewon Wates, Kulon Progo Regency.

Pengembangan Potensi Pantai Glagah sebagai Lokawisata Unggulan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo

Glagah Beach is one of the tourist attractions in Kulon Progo Regency which has the highest number of touristsHowever, there are still several problems in developing the tourism potential of Glagah Beach, namely the lack of adequate facilities, the lack of sports tourism on Glagah Beach, and the maintenance of tourism on Glagah Beach is still not optimal. The purpose of this research is to identify the tourism potential of Glagah Beach as a leading tourist spot in Kulon Progo Regency. In this study using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through library research in the form of research documents, journal publications, and website government. The results of the study concluded that the potential of Glagah Beach is not only natural resources, but also social, economic and cultural potential. Supporting factors in the development of tourism potential at Glagah Beach consist of culinary tourism and cultural tourism. While the inhibiting factors in the development of tourism potential at Glagah Beach are the lack of public awareness, the creation of slum beaches due to unmaintained facilities, and the provision of inadequate facilities. Therefore, the strong commitment from various parties through good collaboration from the government, private sector, NGOs, and the community are important to increase the potential of Glagah Beach.

Tourism and culinary: study of identification & tourism development strategy of Pagerharjo village, Samigaluh District, Kulonprogo Regency

Pagerharjo Village is one of the villages within the working area of the Borobudur Authority Agency, an agency under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy / Tourism and Creative Economy Agency. Pagerharjo Village is trying to become a tourist village that is able to attract as many tourist visits as possible in order to improve the welfare and standard of living of the community for the better through tourism. Tourism and Culinary: Study of Identification Tourism Development Strategy of Pagerharjo Village, Samigaluh District, Kulonprogo Regency is a research conducted with the objectives: 1) to find out the description of Pagerharjo village, Samigaluh District, Kulonprogo Regency as a tourist destination; 2) to find out the description of Pagerharjo village tourism destinations, Samigaluh District, Kulonprogo Regency as a tourist destination; and 3) to find out the culinary description of Pagerharjo village, Samigaluh sub-district, Kulonprogo district as a tourist destination. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection is done by means of literature document study, observation, and interviews. The results showed that Pagerharjo village has several potential tourist attractions, namely Nglinggo tourist village, Nglinggo tea garden, Ngisis Hill, Nglinggo viewing post, and also potential culinary tourism, namely ingkung megono, taro criping, pegagan criping, banana criping, various wedhang spices, traditional roast tea, deplok coffee, and geblek. For the development of the Pagerharjo tourism village, it is recommended that the village government intensify promotional activities and also synergize with all tourism sector stakeholders.

PENGEMBANGAN MINA PADI SEBAGAI BAHAN PANGAN DAN WISATA DI DESA DEMANGREJO

The 80th period of KKN program was held with the theme Society 5.0 as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The activity was attended by Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University students as an obligation. Participants were divided into groups of students that came from different faculties. KKN would be held from October 1st to December 4th, 2021 virtually. The authors were members of group 101 who were given the responsibility to expand their knowledge and skills through the experiences in Demangrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo Regency. Demangrejo village itself have had potential in agricultural land, rice fields in the north which stretched along 1.68 km. Good irrigation in rice fields came from the Progo River and wells around the village. Therefore, most of the villagers were farmers. Because of those reasons, village welfare improvement could be achieved by developing existing agricultural land into mina padi. Mina Padi is a combination of rice cultivation and fish cultivation. These two aspects would support each other in terms of production. The water quality of the rice fields would improve and the fish seeds would get their food source from the bran, milled rice husk. When it's time to harvest, the results will be more profitable for the village because it is a combination from 2 types of cultivation in the same period. Beside improving the economic aspect of the village, Mina Padi was also expected to play a role in improving Demangrejo Village's tourism.

Analisis Potensi Sektor Ekonomi Pada Kabupaten Dan Kota Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Regional growth in the present era of regional autonomy will be fraught with challenges. This is a result of regional disparities, the advent of globalization, and the fierce rivalry across areas. The province of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) possesses one city and four districts constitute. Each municipality/district has its own GRDP and economic potential. This helps an area raise its competitiveness so that it can improve the well-being of its citizens. This research employs a quantitative method to identify the top sectors in DIY municipalities/districts for 2018-2021. According to the findings of the LQ analysis, there are several basic sectors, including seven in Sleman Regency, six in Bantul Regency, eleven in Yogyakarta City, eight in Kulonprogo Regency, and seven in Gunungkidul Regency. Several sectors showed both positive and negative outcomes based on the Shift Share analysis. Meanwhile, According to the findings of Klassen's typology analysis, there are sectors in quadrant I, quadrant II, quadrant III, and quadrant IV.

ZONA KERENTANAN LONGSOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DI DESA BANJARSARI DAN SEKITARNYA, KALIBAWANG, KULON PROGO, DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Kalibawang area has 20 landslides. Therefore, a landslide vulnerability map with a scale of 1:25,000 is needed for appropriate mitigation measures and as a basis for strategic planning for the future using the AHP method. Based on the AHP method, several parameters such as slope conditions, lithology, land use, geological structure, rainfall intensity, earthquakes are factors that influence the occurrence of landslides. The purpose of this research is to identify areas that are prone to landslides in the Banjarsari area and its surroundings using this AHP method. The research location is at coordinates 110°12'30''-110°15'00'' east longitude and 07°40'00''-07°42'30'' latitude, located in Banjarsari Village, Kalibawang District, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research location has a moderate-strong wavy morphology with a relatively steep slope with a lithology composed of andesite breccia, alcarenite, reef limestones and alluvial deposits with a fairly high level of rock weathering, resulting a fairly thick weathered parent rock accompanied by poor land use. land on it. The high landslide vulnerability zone in the research area is mostly in the west, southwest to northeast with an area of + 35.1% of the research area. The moderate landslide vulnerability zone in the research area is mostly in the south, north and east with an area of + 61.4% of the research area. Low landslide vulnerability zone in the easternpart of the research area with an area of + 3.5% of the research area.

Mapping The Landslide Risk in Kulon Progo, Indonesia Using GeoTOPSIS

Kulon Progo is the regency in Yogyakarta with high intensity of landslide exposure. Kulon Progo also facing a new era of regional growth which potentially increases the risk. Therefore, mapping the landslide risk is required for disaster risk management. The objective of this study is to map the level of landslide risk as part of disaster risk management in the Kulon Progo Regency. The method used to map landslide risk is GeoTOPSIS (Geospatial Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The criteria used include the hazard aspect, namely the occurrence of landslides, the vulnerability aspect consisting of population density and the percentage of built-up in the area, and the capacity aspect, which includes the criteria of settlement regional services hierarchy and the number of disaster-responsive villages. The criteria’s weight is obtained through the entropy index. The results show that the Samigaluh district has a very high-risk level of landslide, followed by Kalibawang district with a high-risk level, Kokap and Pengasih districts are at a medium level, while Girimulyo and Lendah are at a low-risk level. Other districts are at very low risk. Thus, disaster risk management can focus on districts with high to very high level of risk.

Determinan Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa

This research is useful in assessing the influence of human resource competence, community participation, government internal control system, and accessibility of financial reports have an impact on village fund management accountability. The research uses quantitive data. The population in this research is 7 sub-districts in the Kulon Progo regency with 50 villages. The sample of this research is 168 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. This research reveals that human resource competence, community participation, government internal control system, and accessibility of financial reports positively impact village fund management accountability

Utilization of online geospatial data sources for oikonym study: mapping and analysis of housing name in capital area of kulon progo regency

Oikonym is a part of toponym that focus the study on the name given to inhabited place. In the past, availability of data was one of the obstacles in the study of toponym as well as oikonym. Now days, the development of digital mapping and information technology particularly internet enables oikonym data obtained from a variety of sources. This study aimed to explore the typology of housing names as well as the geographical characteristic of the housing location by means of mapping and spatial analysis. Data required for mapping and analysis were obtained via internet therefore referred as online geospatial data sources. Housing names were analyzed based on their generic and specific elements and language of origin used for naming. Spatial analyses i.e., 3D analysis and network analysis were performed to obtain geographical characteristic of the housing location. This study shows, about 57% of housings which have generic name, use indigenous element i.e., local language. In addition to this, about 80% of housings use indigenous element for their specific names. Housings mostly located in low land and gentle slope. On average, distance of housings to the center of capital area is 3.3 km and road density is 6.6 km/km2.

Implementasi gerakan penguatan pendidikan karakter sebagai wahana pendidikan nilai

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the movement to strengthen character education in terms of 3 aspects policy, implementation, and assessment of the implementation of activities. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The object of the study was the Movement for Strengthening Character Education in Kulon Progo Regency. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis using interactive model analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. The results showed that Kulon Progo district has implemented a systematic comprehensive character education strengthening movement in terms of policy, namely with the issuance of Kulon Progo Regent Regulation Number 65 of 2017 concerning guidelines for the implementation of strengthening character education in education units. The implementation of strengthening character education in Kulon Progo Regency consists of 3 main bases, namely, religion, the practice of Pancasila values, and the culture of humanity. Evaluation is carried out in the concept of monitoring and evaluation carried out through observation (direct observation) to collect data both administrative and supporting records to assess character education strengthening activities carried out by the Youth Education and Sports Office of Kulon Progo District.

SuratKu Application as Electronic Mail Innovation in Supporting Governance at the Kulon Progo Regency Communication and Information Office

This study focuses on the "SuratKu" electronic mail innovation made by the Kulon Progo Regency Communication and Information Office. The innovation aims to support good governance in the correspondence management process so that it is faster, more precise and accurate. This is a form of the bureaucratic digitilization process. Specifically, this paper tries to see how the developed information technology innovations can facilitate communication and coordination between government agencies/government to government in Kulon Progo Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. And for the results, the data was analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. The results showed that after going through various stages of testing and testing the feasibility of the SuratKu innovation, the implementation of the SuratKu innovation had run smoothly and was able to provide more effective and efficient mail administration services so that it could be adopted for implementation and use in all regional organizations.

Prematurity and language development of 9-18 months child

Premature birth (gestational age <37 weeks) can cause a variety of health problems premature birth are prone for experiencing impaired children's language development in the future. This study was to know the correlation between prematurity and language development of children aged 9-18 months. This research was an observational analytic study with a retrospective cohort design (historical cohort), conducted in August 2019-April 2020. The population was all infants born at Wates General Regional Hospital (RSUD) Wates in Kulon Progo Regency in October 2018-July 2019. The sample was 96 children who were divided into 48 children in the exposed group and 48 children in the non-exposed group. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The variables in this study were prematurity, smoking parents, maternal education, maternal occupation, and socioeconomics. The data were obtained using Google Form and Denver II forms. Data analysis used chi-square test and logistic regression. There was a correlation between the variables of prematurity with language development. After controlling for smoking parents and mother education variable have significance (p=0.015) on the dependent variable. Developmental language disorders are 3,57 times higher in children born prematurely (OR=3,571). There was no statistically significant correlation between maternal occupation and socioeconomics on language development (p=0.525; 0.277). The chance of language development disorder if the child is born prematurely and has parents who’s smoking and low maternal education is 62%. Prematurity is a risk factor for children's developmental language disorder.

Improving Teacher Ability in Preparing HOTS Questions Through In-House Training (IHT) at Ngaliyan State Elementary School, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo Regency for the 2021/2022 Academic Year

This School Action Research aims to improve the ability of teachers in preparing questions based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) through In-House Training (IHT) activities at SD Negeri Ngaliyan, Samigaluh for the academic year 2021/2022. This research is a school action research conducted in 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The implementation steps using research methods/procedures are carried out based on the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were the teachers of SD Negeri Ngaliyan, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo Regency, for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 8 people consisting of 6 classroom teachers and 2 subject teachers. The results showed that the use of In-House Training (IHT) can improve the ability of teachers in preparing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions. The results of the first cycle of research at the 1st meeting obtained an average score of 3.15 with a percentage of 63.03%. When compared to the results of initial observations before the implementation of IHT, there was an increase of 13.03%. Then, in the first cycle for the second meeting, the average value was 3.58 with a percentage of 71.58%. Cycle II for the 1st meeting obtained an average score of 4.22 with a percentage of 84.30%. Cycle II for the second meeting obtained an average observation result of 4.62 with a percentage of 92.30%. The results of the observations when compared with the results of the second cycle of the 1st meeting there was an increase of; 8.00%. Meanwhile, the ability of the resource persons in delivering the material shows that the results of the observation of the first cycle of actions for the 1st meeting show the ability of the resource persons in delivering the material in the second cycle of the 1st meeting, the resource persons obtained an average score of 85.70 with a percentage of 80.59% or "Good" category. Cycle II at the second meeting obtained an average value of 91.22 with a percentage of 91.21%; with the category "Very Good". The results of participant observations on the ability of resource persons in delivering IHT material turned out to have increased by 5.51%. So it can be said that IHT activities can improve the ability of resource persons in delivering material on the preparation of HOTS-based questions

Malaria Surveillance Mapping in Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia

Background: Kulon Progo is one of contributing malaria cases in Indonesia and eliminating incidence malaria still unsolved problem in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the relationship between mosquito breeding sites, the distribution of malaria cases through Arc-GIS specifically for buffering and spatial analysis in Kulon Progo Regency from 2015 to 2021.Subjects dan Method: This descriptive research retrospective approach was conducted from secondary data on malaria cases in Kulon Progo between 2015 and 2021. The variable research in this study are positive malaria cases diagnosed using the traditional method of thick blood and thin smear. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling, in totally 265 cases were included. The Data on malaria cases in Kulon Progo Health Office were used as instruments to develop the spatial map and questionnaires served as a confirmation sheet for demographic characteristic. GPS (Global Positioning System) 10.3 used to determine the coordinates of malaria cases. Data on malaria cases are presented in a six-year time series. Area classification using Arc-GIS 10.1 software with buffer analysis and visualization data was utilized to determine the distribution pattern of malaria.Results: Incidence declined sharply 23.9 to 0.4 cases per 100,000 in 2015 to 2021. The purely cluster of malaria cases trend were in the watershed area at a distance of <250 meters in Kokap Sub-district. Malaria cases were mostly found in rice fields with a distance of <250 meters in Samigaluh Sub-district. All malaria cases were in the garden areas of <250meters in Nanggulang and the forest area of >250 meters in the Kalibawang Sub-district. Conclusion: Probability of malaria transmission are rivers, rice fields and gardens. It is necessary to hold training on the use of the Arc-GIS application for surveillance officers.Keywords: Gis, malaria, mapping, surveillance. Capacity Building Petugas Pendataan untuk Kepentingan Penetapan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan

Abstract: Tujuan (Purpose): This program aims to identify the skill needs of the Kulon Progo Regency and improve the competence of the Kulon Progo Regency data collection officer or appraisers. Metode (Method): The method used to achieve the goal is to carry out a capacity building program. At the beginning of the program, we conducted a pre-test to identify the level of understanding. Then we provide online materials and practices. At the end of the program, we held a post-test to evaluate the implementation of capacity building. We use the real object of Yogyakarta International Airport so that participants can directly discuss the actual situation on the field. Hasil (Results): From the post-test results, we can see an increase in the knowledge of the officers. However, we have identified several regulatory instruments that Kulon Progo Regency does not yet have. Kesimpulan (Conclusions): From the results of this capacity building activity, we know there is a need for a sustainable capacity building program with an actual tax object. Keywords: 1. Taxation 2. Improving the Ability to Manage Libraries for School Administration Staff and Teachers Through In-House Training (IHT) at Jumblangan Elementary School, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo Regency for the 2021/2022 Academic Year

This study aims to improve the quality of library management and services as well as the ability of the principal in managing activities through in-house training at SD Negeri Jumblangan, samigaluh, Kulon Progo regency, for the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is school action research which was carried out for 3 cycles. Where each cycle consists of the following 2 meetings if the research in cycle II has met the indicators of success, the research can be ended. The corrective steps are based on research procedures, which are carried out based on the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were librarians and teachers of SD Negeri Jumblangan, samigaluh, and Kulon Progo regency for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 8 people. The results showed that the implementation of the first cycle at the first meeting reached 78.00% with the "enough" category. Furthermore, the results in the first cycle of the 2nd meeting obtained a percentage of 84.25%. When compared with cycle ii at the first meeting there was an increase of 6.25%. Furthermore, the results of the research in the second cycle at the first meeting obtained a percentage of 88.00%. So it can be said that there is an increase of 3.75% in the first cycle of the meeting at the second meeting

Improving the Ability and Motivation of School Librarians and Teachers Using the SliMS Application Through in-House Training at SD Negeri Tukharjo Samigaluh Kulon Progo for the 2021/2022 Academic Year

This study aims to increase the motivation and ability of school librarians and teachers in managing school libraries using the SLiMS application, through In House Training at SD Negeri Tukharjo Kapenewon Samigaluh, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research is a School Action Research using the In House Training method which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The technique of collecting data in this study was carried out using observation and documentation. The results of this study are an increase in motivation and the ability of participants (librarian staff and teachers) in managing the library by using the SLiMS application program. The results based on the acquisition of the total ability score of IHT participants in Cycle I 1st and 2nd meetings there is an increase of 4.33; while in the second cycle of the 1st and 2nd meetings, the total score obtained was an increase of 4.50; while based on the percentage of the first and second meeting cycles; there was an increase of 5.78%; as for the second cycle of the 1st and 2nd meetings there was an increase of 6.00%; while based on the motivation of the participants obtained; the total score of the first cycle of the 1st meeting reached 33.5, the second meeting reached 39.00 there was an increase of 5.65; then the second cycle of the 1st meeting the total score reached 44.00; the second meeting reached 46.33; there was an increase of 2.33; The following is based on the percentage of the first cycle of the 1st meeting reaching 67.00%; while the average number of the 2nd meeting reached 78.00%, there was an increase of 11.00%; while in the second cycle of the 1st meeting the average score based on percentage reached 88.00%; while at the second meeting it reached 92.67; there is an increase of 4.67%; while based on the ability of researchers; the results of the observation in Cycle I, the 1st meeting, the ability of researchers to manage IHT activities, the average score reached 2.61; based on percentage reached 65.30%; the 2nd meeting reached 3.3; the following based on the percentage reached 82.52%; Furthermore, the second cycle of the 1st meeting the average score reached 3.51; based on percentage reached 87.65; following the 2nd meeting it reached 3.81, while the average number of percentages reached 95.17%,

Implementation of corporate governance principles to support sustainable development goals in Yogyakarta’s traditional markets

PurposeTraditional market revitalisation is an important policy designed to reduce unfair competition between traditional markets and modern businesses. This study aims to determine, analyse and illustrate the implementation of corporate governance principles so that traditional markets can be revived in accordance with the United Nations’ sustainable development goals (SDGs) program, with specific reference to the Yogyakarta Special Region.Design/methodology/approachThe study relied on primary and secondary data sources. Data were collected through interviews, observations, analysis of documentation and review of the literature. The research was conducted in Yogyakarta Special Region, specifically Bantul Regency, Kranggan Market in Yogyakarta City, Sentolo Market in Kulonprogo Regency, Gentan Market in Sleman Regency and Argosari Market in Gunungkidul Regency. The data were analysed using the qualitative research method and a descriptive approach.FindingsTraditional markets play a vital role in strengthening the national economy and preserving an old culture that reflects local traditions. Good collaboration between parties in the implementation of corporate governance is evident, despite market revitalisation proving to be highly costly. In some places market development has simply resulted in marginalising the old traders who cannot improve their livelihoods. Therefore, the revitalisation program of traditional markets must not only improve the facilities but all aspects of traditional markets.Originality/valueTo the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is an original study based on primary observation, and it has implications for all emerging economies where traditional markets are being replaced by modern markets.

Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era Through Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Learning Models Using WhatsApp Groups for Class II Students of Kempong State Elementary School, Kapanewon Kalibawang, Kulon Progo Regency

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Contexstual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning method through WhatsApp Group. This type of research is classroom action research which is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and analyzing and reflecting. This research was conducted at Kempong State Elementary School, Kapanewon Kalibawang, Kulon Progo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the achievement of students in the first cycle at the first meeting the average value is 71.33 with learning completeness of 55.56% with the "Very Low" category, while the first cycle of the second meeting the average value is 75.67, the percentage is 66, 67% in the "Low" category, then in the second cycle of meeting 1 the average value was 82.33, the percentage of completeness was 77.78% with the "Enough" category. While at the second meeting of cycle II the average value was 87.44 in the "High" category with a completeness percentage of 100% with the "Very High" category. Meanwhile, teacher activities using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model using WhatsApp Group in the first cycle of meeting 1 obtained an average score of 3.59, the presentation of the total score was 89.68%, with the category "Very Satisfactory". Meanwhile, in the second cycle of meeting 2, the average score was 3.84 with a presentation of 95.91%, in the "Very Satisfactory" category.

Application Of The Group Investigation Model, Using Whatsapp To Increase Learning Outcomes For Class VI Students Of Sd Negeri Trayu Samigaluh Academic Year 2020/2021

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes for grade VI students at SD Negeri Trayu Samigaluh Kulon Progo for the 2020/2021 school year and the ability of teachers to manage learning through the application of the Group Investigation model with WhatsApp Group Classes. This research is a classroom action research. This research was carried out in two cycles, in which each cycle had two meetings covering planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were students of Class VI SD Negeri Trayu Samigaluh, Kulon Progo Regency. Data and data sources come from students, and the learning process. Data collection techniques through observation and tests. Data analysis with qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that the application of the Group Investigation model using the WhatsApp Group class could improve the learning outcomes of grade VI students at SD Negeri Trayu Samigaluh for the 2020/2021 school year. It can be seen the increase in cognitive test scores from 35.29% (cycle I) to 58.82% (cycle II). Furthermore, in the management of learning by teachers, the average result was 3.49 (cycle I), with the category "Very Satisfactory", while in Cycle II the average value was obtained at 3.74 with the category "Very Satisfactory".
