Hubungan Masa Kerja Dengan Kejadian Gangguan Pendengaran Pada Karyawan PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru Tahun 2019

Background: Hearing loss is one of the occupational diseases. A noisy work environment as one of the impacts of the industrial sector. This is the most common cause of hearing loss. The National Institute of Health in 2012 reports that about 15% of Americans aged 20-69 years experience hearing loss in connection with work activities, because noise can cause hearing loss, the government sets standards that regulate permissible noise exposure. Hearing loss due to noise occurs slowly, in a matter of months to years. This is often not realized by the sufferer, so that when the patient starts complaining of hearing loss, it is usually already in an irreversible stage. Such conditions will affect labor productivity which will ultimately cause a decrease in the health of the workforce. In certain cases, hearing loss due to noise begins for 6 to 10 years after exposure to loud noises. PT. Riau Graindo was established on January 17, 1997 located in Desa Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, a publishing company under of Riau Pos Group (RPG), based in Pekanbaru. Research Objectives: To determine corelations of work period with the incidence of hearing loss in employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019. Research Methods: This study was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. Research Results: Majority of PT. Pekanbaru Graindo Pekanbaru that is > 5 years as many as 21 people (70%). The majority of employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru experiencing hearing loss as many as 18 people (60%). Chi square test results obtained Pvalue = 0.001, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between work period and the incidence of hearing loss in the employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between working period and the incidence of hearing loss in the employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019 with Pvalue = 0.001 smaller than α (0.05).

Relationship Analysis of Teacher’s Pedagogic Competence and Social Competence in Using the Disability Friendly School (DFS) Model to the Quality of Learning in the Inclusion Early Childhood SKB Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between pedagogic competence and social competence of teachers in using the Disability Friendly School Model on the Learning Quality of the Inclusion Early Childhood SKB Kota Pekanbaru. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire were then analyzed using correlation nonparametric analysis to determine the positive and significant relationship between variables. The main finding of this study (1) Pedagogic Competence does not have a positive and significant relationship to the Quality of Learning, (2) Social Competence has a positive and significant relationship to the Learning Quality, (3) Pedagogic Competence and Social Competence have a positive and significant relationship to the Learning Quality of The Inclusive Early Childhood of SKB Kota Pekanbaru. Novelty of this study This is the first study used to test the DFS Model teachers at SKB Pekanbaru City. DFS is an alternative model of child-friendly schools for children with disabilities that have been developed since 2022.

Model Discovery Learning dengan Pendekatan Saintifik untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa Madrasah Aliyah dalam pembelajaran Matematika

One of the factors that cause student learning outcomes to be low in mathematics is the need for more student activeness in learning. The Discovery Learning Model aims to train critical, scientific, and analytical thinking skills. Thus, students are expected to be able to find their mathematical structures. This article aims to improve the activeness of class X MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru students through a Discovery Learning Model with a Scientific Approach. The method used is action research on students in classes with 70 samples. The research was conducted over two cycles, each comprising four stages of activities. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that this model could improve the student’s learning activeness. Several recommendations can be made to improve student activeness, including explaining the learning objectives, creating discussion groups, and giving rewards to students. However, for more optimal results, it is important to increase the provision of exercises to the students.

Increasing the Growth of Coelogyne rochussenii Orchid Plantlets by administering various concentrations of KH2PO4 and Pyridoxine

Coelogyne is a native Indonesian orchid with relatively large flower sizes and attractive colors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving concentrations of Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate (KH2PO4) and Pyridoxine in Murashige And Skoog media on the growth of the Coelogyne Rochussenii De Vriese orchid subculture. The research was conducted at the UPT Tissue Culture Laboratory of Seeds of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantation, Riau Province, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution, Kelurahan Simpang Tiga, Kecamatan Bukit Raya, Kota Pekanbaru. The research was conducted for four months, from September to December 2022. The design used in this study was a factorial complete randomized design (CRD) consisting of 2 treatment levels, KH2PO4 and Pyridoxine, with three replications, KH2PO4:160 mgl, 170 mg/l), 180 mg/l), 190 mg/l, and Pyridoxine: 0 ppm 0.0 5 ppm, 0.10 ppm, 0.15 ppm. The results of the study by administering various concentrations of Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate (KH2PO4) and Pyridoxine did not significantly affect all parameters observed in Murashige and Skoog media on the growth of the Coelogyne Rochussenii De Vriese orchid subculture.

Strategi Reading Aloud sebagai solusi meningkatkan keterampilan menghafal Dalil naqli pada Mata Pelajaran Fikih

This study aimed to improve the ability to memorize Naqli verses through the Reading Aloud strategy in MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru students. The study used the classroom action research method in two cycles with 40 participants. The results showed a significant improvement in the ability of students to memorize Naqli verses after implementing the Reading Aloud strategy. In cycle I, the average score of students increased from 60.1 to 70.2, and in cycle II, the average score increased further to 80.8. These findings suggest that the Reading Aloud strategy effectively improves students' ability to memorize Naqli verses. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers use the Reading Aloud strategy in teaching the memorization of Naqli verses in the classroom. Further research can be conducted to test the effectiveness of the Reading Aloud strategy on a larger group of participants and involve more factors that affect the ability of students to memorize Naqli verses.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTICLE 201 PARAGRAPH (11) OF THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 6 OF 2020 (STUDY OF PENJABAT MAYOR OF PEKANBARU)

This research wasbased on the occurrence of a public pegantian penjabat event in Kota Pekanbaru Riau Province. The change was made for a period of two years to fill the vacancy in the position of Mayor of Pekanbaru. This type of research is normative legal research. The data collection method used in this study is by conducting a literature study related to the object of this study. Data analysis in this study was carried out systematically based on research problems that were described qualitatively. The results in this study show that the change of Mayor of Pekanbaru must be in accordance with the established legal umbrella. Whoever the person is, the acting Mayor of Pekanbaru must put the interests of the general public first. Then, the public official fulfills the rank and position and must be proposed by the governor as a higher official. The results obtained turned out that the acting Mayor of Pekanbaru was the choice of the Ministry of Home Affairs based on the results of the proposal of the confidant of the Minister of Home Affairs who came from a social organization. It is unfortunate because it will be questioned about the credibility, professionalism, and accessibility of the sworn officials. Therefore, the acting Mayor of Pekanbaru is inseparable from political interests where these political interests are inseparable from the fight between the elite in the capital of Riau Province and the elite in the National Capital, Jakarta.

ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA AGROWISATA KAMPOENG RABBIT’S DI KELURAHAN MENTANGOR KECAMATAN TENAYAN RAYA KOTA PEKANBARU PROVINSI RIAU

Agrotourism is a tourist activity that involves the use of agricultural land or related facilities that become an attraction for tourists. Agriculture in the broadest sense includes people's agriculture, plantations, livestock, fisheries, and forestry. This study aims to analyze: The financial viability of the agrotourism business kampoeng rabbit's. The research method is a survey method, on the agrotourism business kampoeng rabbit's in the Village of Mentangor District Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru. The study was conducted for 6 months starting from August 2020 to January 2021. The respondents in this study were entrepreneurs and 8 workers. Furthermore, this study was analyzed descriptively quantitatively, business analysis, investment criteria (Net Present Value, Internal Rate Of Return, Net B /C and Payback Period). The types of data used are secondary data and primary data. The results of this study showed that the financial feasibility analysis of the ecotourism business kampoeng rabbit's worthy because it has met 4 investment criteria with an NPV value of 637,900,658 > 0, Net B / C 1.17 > 1, IRR 29% > 12% payback rate for 2 years 11 months 2 days < business life (10 years).

Pemanfaatan Aplikasi e-office dalam Manajemen Arsip di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Kota Pekanbaru

The rapid development of technology in the industrial revolution 4.0 is marked by the presence of electronic devices that humans can utilize as users in various work activities. Facing this phenomenon, e-office as records management needs serious attention. In addition to time efficiency, the use of technology can also reduce costs and other resources such as paper, ink, etc. Unfortunately, users sometimes lack the skills to use existing electronic systems. Therefore, this article aims to explain the use of e-office in MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru and the opportunities, challenges, and obstacles faced. This article was written with a case study approach, namely by explaining the facts in the field using a qualitative descriptive method. The study's conclusion shows that archive management at MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru is currently carried out using manual and online systems. However, there were several challenges and obstacles encountered during the study, so it is recommended to conduct training so that HR skills can be adequately improved and e-office applications can be implemented optimally.

An Analysis of Madrasah Aliyah Students’ Ability in Writing Recount Text

Students' ability in writing varies greatly; some students can write recount text, but on the other hand, others don't have that capability. This study focus on five aspects of writing. They are Grammar, Vocabulary, Mechanic, Organization, and Fluency. This study aims to find out the ability of Tenth Grade Students of MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru in writing recount text. The data collecting technique is using a writing test. The research findings are as follows: first, the Tenth Grade student of MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru's ability to write recount text is at a good level with an average score of 64.75. Second, the student's average score in terms of Grammar is 61.80, Vocabulary is 69, Mechanic is 70.02, Organization is 61.80, and Fluency is 52.40. This component is the most challenging problem the students face in writing recount texts. This result concluded that the tenth-grade students of MAN 4 Pekanbaru have a relatively good level of writing recount texts. But with an average score of 62.75, they need to practice more in writing a text.

Implementation of Slum Settlement Management Policies in the District of Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru

This study aimed to determine and explain the implementation of policies for handling slum settlements in Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that aims to describe the relationship between the phenomena investigated. Qualitative data analysis is carried out interactively and takes place continuously until complete so that the data is saturated. The study results indicate that the government's resources are limited in implementing the handling of slum settlements. For this reason, there is a need for collaboration between the government and the private sector. The role of the private sector also includes the contribution of funds through private investments that are beneficial to support the process of handling slum settlements. The monitoring and evaluation of the private sector also contribute to maintaining the results obtained through community empowerment projects from some of the profits from private investments that have been operating and increasing the amount of the budget by field needs.

Penerapan Iptek melalui kukerta terintegrasi pengembangan mata pencaharian alternatif dengan teknologi “bule empal” bersama kelompok usaha mandiri Kota Pekanbaru

The economic level of the city of Pekanbaru experienced a significant increase in 2019 which was 6.01% from previous years, but since the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in 2020, the economic condition of the city of Pekanbaru has decreased by around 2.3%. This figure is considered quite worrying for the economic condition of the people of Pekanbaru City if there are no efficient steps to overcome it.Currently the people of Pekanbaru City are required to be more innovative in utilizing existing resources by considering the narrow and limited urban conditions. Cultivation of catfish (Clarias gariepinus) by utilizing tarpaulin buckets "Bule Empal - Catfish Cultivation Bucket Tarpaulin" is one of the innovations in developing alternative livelihoods for people in urban areas who have narrow land with a relatively short maintenance time of about 3 months. In order to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Education, Research, and Service. Academics can provide guidance through knowledge transfer activities, applications and assistance to community business groups to apply Bule Empal "Catfish Aquaculture with Tarpaulin Buckets" in the context of developing alternative livelihoods for the community in the midst of economic problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With this integrated Kukerta, the potential for neglected yards can be raised for cultivation. This shows that the touch of science and technology through integrated Kukerta is able to accelerate the development of catfish farming in the Binawidya Village of Kota Pekanbaru.

APLIKASI TRICHOKOMPOS DAN PUPUK GRAND-K TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum L) PADA LAHAN GAMBUT RAWAN TERENDAM

Riau is a province in Sumatra Island with the widest peatland covering up to ± 4,04 million Ha or about 56,1% of the area, with various type of peat, including the potentially submerged peat area. With the peat charasteristics drawbacks such as low nutrient content and relatively high acidity, cause this type of land barely cultivated for horticulture crop such as shallot. Whilst, in Indonesia, shallot is part of daily society culinary component. Therefore, efforts are needed to make use of peat land for this type of commodity by overcoming the shortages, for example by applying Trichocompost combined with Grand-K fertilizer. This research thus aimed at evaluating the growth and yield of shallot in potentially submerged peat soil, treated with Trichocompost and Grand-K Fertilizer. Experiment was conducted on peat soil in Labersa Street Kelurahan Simpang tiga Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru for three months, from October to December 2019. The experiment was arranged in completely factorial design with two factors; each at four levels. The factors were Trichocompost (at 0, 2, 4, 6 ton ha-1) and Grand K fertilizer (at 0, 50, 100, 150 kg ha-1). The parameters observed were the percentage of seed viability, plant height, number of leaf, number of tuber, and the yield per plan. Results of the experiment showed that the best combination of treatment was Trichokompos at 4 – 6 ton ha-1 dan Grand K at 150 kg ha-1.

Perbandingan kesegaran jasmani antara siswa yang tinggal di kota dan desa

This study aims to determine the comparison of the physical fitness level of students of SD Negeri 004 Ranah Sungkai, District XIII Koto Kampar with students of MI Negeri 03 Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru. This research is a comparative study, which is comparing 2 groups, namely students of SD Negeri 004 Ranah Sungkai Kecamatan with students of MI Negeri 03 Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru which focuses on grade V students. The subjects of this study were students of class V SD Negeri 004 Ranah. Sungkai totaling 20 male and female students with MI Negeri Simpang Tiga totaling 20 male and female students. Taking the value using an instrument in the form of 5 tests, namely, run fast 40 meters for boys and girls 30 meters, lift the body for 30 seconds, lie down for 30 seconds, jump upright and run long 600 meters. The data analysis technique used t test analysis. The results of this study obtained that most of the male students of SD N 004 Ranah Sungkai, XIII Koto Kampar District had a "moderate" level of physical fitness, and for male students of MI N 03 Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru had a "low" level of physical fitness. So it can be concluded that students who go to school in the village have better physical health than students who go to school in the city.

Role of early childhood educators professionalism in managing learning activities in RA Uniq Kota Pekanbaru

Learning management process in early childhood classroom is inseparable from the early childhood educators’ professional role in creating a learning atmosphere, managing learning process, implementing learning strategies, providing learning media and learning model that are able to create a conducive, safe, and comfortable learning atmosphere. Good curriculum and learning management plan are likely to fail to meet their goals when teachers could not perform their professional role well. In RA Uniq, teachers’ professional role is pivotal in supporting the learning plan and management. The present study aimed to explore the role of early childhood educators’ professionalism in managing the learning process in RA Uniq To this end, five participants were recruited, consisting of four teachers as the main informant and the head of RA uniq as additional informant. The present study applied qualitative method, the data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation. This study revealed that early childhood educators in RA Uniq played some professional role in managing the learning process, namely as facilitator, motivator, inspirator, model, and a caregiver

The purpose of this study is to know the description of KB acceptor behaviour against combination pill side effects. Quantitative research type with deskritif design. The population of mothers who consume KB pills in 2018 is 4422 people. Sampling techniques using sampling quota, samples used 30 mothers in the work area Puskesmas Rejosari who consume KB pill combinations that experience side effects. The results of the study obtained the majority of respondents had a positive behavior of 21 70% in the working area of Rejosari Puskesmas. Suggestions for respondents expected this research could add insight into the behavior or actions of the mother to the side effects experienced adding to this insight can be done in a way often follow the counseling about the KB that is held healthcare personnel In the Puskesmas, read a book on how to cope with the pill side effects combination and can also find info on the problems of side effects through social media.

SMART method utilization for meetinghouse elections in Pekanbaru City

Choosing and looking for information about the meetinghouse in Kota Pekanbaru is a problem for people in need. A Distance of distant location and limited information obtained. This application is built based on Android using Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method, there are several criteria used are rental price, capacity, and facilities. The application is built using the JAVA programming language with Android Studio. This system design analysis uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results that this application can help users to choose existing meetinghouses in Pekanbaru City using the SMART method. The search result is a list of meetinghouse names in which there are various information about the meetinghouse and the location to the meetinghouse. The test results of the built-in application can work well and can address the problems faced by the user in determining the multipurpose building elections.

Pengaruh Konsep Diri, Masa Kerja dan Latar Belakang Pendidikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Kepala RA

This study focuses on self-concept, years of service, and educational background that affect the work motivation of the head of RA Pekanbaru City. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence between self-concept, years of service, and educational background on the work motivation of the Head of The Raudhatul Athfal City of Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were 27 RA Heads of Pekanbaru City. The data analysis technique is correlation analysis in the SPSS for Windows program. The results of the study between self-concept, years of service and educational background influence the work motivation of RA heads, expressed in the results of the study with an R Square value of 28% (0.282), higher than the value of σ = 5% and an F value of 6.913 above the value 10% showing no symptoms of multicollinearity. This study states that self-concept, years of service, and educational background have a significant effect on the work motivation of the head of the RA City of Pekanbaru. The effect of self-concept, years of service, and educational background on work motivation show a significance value (Sig.) Of 0.010 with a value of σ (significant degree) 0.05, meaning 0.01 <0.05; meaning is that there is a significant influence between the influence of self-concept, years of service and educational background on the work motivation of RA Kota Pekanbaru head

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE DI KELURAHAN KULIM PUSKESMAS TENAYAN RAYA

Diarrhea is the number one cause of death worldwide. Data for 2017 states, nearly 1.7 billion cases of diarrhea occur in children with a mortality rate of around 760.000 in children under five each year WHO (2017). seconds one child dies of diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the occurrence of diarrhea in the community. The design of this study was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach, with a sample of 50 respondents taken by saturated sampling technique. The results of the study are the relationship of clean water sources (p value = 0.001), family latrines (p value = 0.012), waste management (p value = 0.024), to the incidence of diarrhea in the community in RT 02 RW 03 Kulim Village Work Area Puskesmas Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru with the stipulation of p value (<0.05) thus it can be concluded that the source of clean water, family latrines, and waste management are related to the incidence of diarrhea. The suggestion of the results of this study is that the people who become respondents can recognize and understand the clean environment in order to avoid diseases caused by damage to the environment that is less healthy.

Islamic Economic Perspectives in Buying in the Traditional Market Tuesday Panam Tampan Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the review of Islamic economics related to business ethics in buying and selling transactions in the traditional market of Selam Panam, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The subject of research for traders, the object of business behavior. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data is descriptive analysis where the data obtained is analyzed and presented in the form of an analysis table. Based on the results of observations and questionnaires obtained from traders, there are several points of business ethics that are applied, namely halal, trustworthiness, justice, non-coercionand endorsement, so this is in line with business ethics in buying and selling transactions according to the Sharia Economy. However, at honest and usury points there are still fraudulent actions that are not appropriate. So it can be concluded that business ethics in buying and selling transactions in the traditional markets Tuesday Panam Tampan Pekanbaru which are reviewed according to the Sharia Economy in general have not been well implemented by traders. Traders still commit fraud (reducing doses, hiding defects of goods, and others), this is contrary to Islamic law.
