The study conducted a demand analysis for manufacturing workers in Vietnam with the aim of producing specialized business textbooks for employees of Korean manufacturers in Vietnam. First, we examined the status of vocational Korean education and prior research related to the development of business Korean textbooks in Vietnam, and analyzed the teaching subjects and vocabulary of existing business Korean textbooks. Based on this, the school was required to compile the syllabus to be presented in the business Korean language textbook for Vietnamese working in the manufacturing sector in Vietnam. In addition, the Commission conducted a survey of Korean and Vietnamese employees engaged in electronic related businesses in Vietnam on the requirements of teaching subjects. As a result, the Korean vocabulary and cultural areas required by Korean and Vietnamese employees differed. Considering these differences, textbooks will have to be produced. (Kyung Hee University)
