СУЧАСНІ ТРЕНДИ УКРАЇНСЬКОГО МУЗИЧНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ СУСПІЛЬСТВА

The article is devoted to the issues of the formation and development of music management in Ukraine. It is studied that music management is a key component of the industry, which is responsible for coordinating all stages - from the creation of music to its perception by the audience. The definition of the concept of "music manager" is analyzed, its functions are considered, and the criteria for assessing the effectiveness of work are indicated. It is determined that music management is a dynamic field where new tools and trends are constantly emerging, so it is important to be aware of the latest changes and adapt to them; the rules that have been in effect for a long time in the field of musical art no longer meet the requirements of the new digital era. It is determined that modern trends in music management cover the following key areas: digital marketing strategies, branding and image, data analysis and analytics, integration with other media, copyright protection and legal aspects, globalization and international development, fan management. It is proven that in order to bring creativity to the audience, stand out in the face of fierce competition, organize concerts and tours, and record albums, it is necessary to strengthen management processes in musical art. These processes can be implemented only by experienced managers who specialize in the music industry, have deep knowledge in the art industry and in the field of show business, possess stage skills, conduct marketing research, position and promote a musical product, and also have good taste and strong intuition. Famous Ukrainian agencies specializing in music management are named. It is noted that marketing technologies play a key role in the promotion and sale of any musical product in the modern world. The main characteristics of music marketing are highlighted. The concept of "promotion of a musical performer" is studied. Factors affecting the effectiveness of promotion are analyzed. It has been proven that the development of professional management in music in all its aspects is a necessary condition for the productive existence of modern Ukrainian musical art.

Storage Stability Enhancement of Lactic Acid Beverage Using Anti-MDA Lactiplantibacillus plantarum NJAU-01: The Antioxidant's Role.

This study evaluated the inhibitory efficacy of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum NJAU-01 (NJAU-01) on oxidation associated with malondialdehyde (MDA) and utilized the bacteria in a functional lactic acid beverage. The antioxidant capacity of the bacteria was measured in vitro, the production conditions (inoculum, fermentation time, and sugar addition) of the lactic acid beverage were optimized, and the effects of NJAU-01 on antioxidant, flavor profile, and storage stability of lactic acid beverages were investigated. The results revealed that NJAU-01 exhibited a high tolerance towards MDA at 40 mM, and that it also exhibited outstanding antioxidant capacity in vitro and antioxidant enzyme activity throughout its growth stage. The beverage demonstrated an elevated antioxidant capacity and efficiently eliminated MDA. Additionally, the NJAU-01 lactic acid beverage could be stored at 4 °C for 21 days, exhibiting stable sensory attributes and strong resistance against lipid peroxidation. The study yielded insights into the role of NJAU-01 in improving the storage stability of lactic acid beverages thereby contributing to a deeper understanding of the specific mechanisms by which probiotics enhance beverage quality. These findings can facilitate a more effective utilization of this knowledge in the food industry.

Design Of The Indonesian Film Museum

The increasing public interest in Indonesian cinema accompanied by a lack of insight into the history and development of film technology, as well as the absence of museums that highlight this theme, are challenges that need to be overcome. This research aims to design the Indonesian Film Museum as a forum for education and information about the history and technology of film, so that people can get to know and appreciate local works better. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research population consists of people who are interested in film, with a sample of 30 respondents taken purposively through interviews and observation. Data collection includes literature study, in-depth interviews, and field observations. Data analysis is carried out by organizing, classifying and interpreting the data obtained. The research results show that the design of the Indonesian Film Museum can meet educational needs related to film history, equipped with facilities such as exhibition rooms, workshops and a mini cinema. This museum is expected to attract visitor interest and function as a film information center. The conclusion of this research states that the design of the Indonesian Film Museum can make a positive contribution to the development of the film industry and increase public knowledge about the history of film in Indonesia. Previous research, such as that conducted by Angkirawan (2017) and Nugroho (2020), highlighted the importance of developing museums as a means of education and preserving film history. The theoretical framework focuses on thematic architectural concepts and the role of museums in society as educational centers that offer interesting learning experiences for visitors.

Digital transformation adoption and its influence on performance: an empirical study of creative companies in Vietnam

The purpose of the study clarifies the digital transformation adoption and how it impacts on the performance of creative companies in Vietnam. This investigation applied the technology–organization–environment framework and the structural equation modeling approach. The data was collected from 674 survey participants who are middle and senior managers or owners of creative companies in Vietnam, mainly located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The structural equation modeling analysis indicates a positive relationship between technological, organizational, and environmental factors, and digital transformation adoption; the digital transformation adoption positively affects a company performance. These findings substantially contribute to the knowledge of digital technologies, digital transformation, company performance, and creative industries in the context of technology, organization, and environment. This research also provides insights for policymakers, readers, scientific communities, and management levels of creative industries to understand more about the environment of Vietnam’s creative industries.

Value relevance of intangibles: a comparative analysis between financial and non-financial sector firms listed on the Argentine capital market

The objective of this study is to analyse whether differences exist in the value relevance of intangible assets (IA) and intellectual capital (IC) between firms in the financial sector and other industries. A quantitative approach was adopted. Drawing on the work of Ohlson (1995), an original price model is constructed in the form of a specified panel data model with fixed effects. Data from to 2009-2018, directly collected from primary sources, were used. The sample comprises 52 firms listed on the Argentine capital market without interruption throughout the period. The results show that the value relevance of IA and IC differs between non-financial and financial firms. Among the former, only the human and structural dimensions of IC were of interest to investors. In contrast, both identifiable intangible assets and the three dimensions of IC influence bank valuation, thereby confirming the importance of intangibles in this industry. The study contributes to knowledge of the impact of industry on market valuations of intangibles, which is a somewhat unexplored line of research and, likewise, to knowledge of the banking industry, a sector that has been less well studied in previous research.

This plethora of ideas fosters industry knowledge and promotes the exchange of innovative solutions driven by engineering advancements and data analytics. It covers the deployment of digital technologies, the journey toward decarbonization and its environmental impact, and the enhancement of energy efficiency and maintenance of asset integrity. The process of reviewing a significant number of technical abstracts based on their relevance, originality, clarity, and potential impact on the oil and gas industry is essential to ensure that JPT’s readers see papers with high-quality contributions to the production and facilities community. Comprehensive digital solutions cover the entire spectrum of production and facilities management, integrating a wide range of technologies such as advanced data analytics, Internet of Things devices, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, automation, robotics, and digital twins. To exemplify this, paper OTC 32872 outlines learnings by evaluating the routine of a floating production, storage, and offloading vehicle crew to identify scenarios for the application of ground robots in day-to-day offshore activities, leading to a boost in productivity while reducing human exposure to risk. In the field of minimizing carbon footprint and promoting environmental sustainability, several academic papers have outlined strategies for reducing emissions led by a creative ecosystem of technologies and solutions, encompassing the deployment of methane emissions quantification at production facilities, reducing gas flaring, enhancing energy efficiency, repurposing of existing gas pipeline networks for the transport of hydrogen and hydrogen/methane blend, and using hydrogen fuel in a dual-fuel engine on a drilling rig. A notable illustration is URTeC paper 3866061, which presents continuous-monitoring point sensors for methane emissions, tracking changes in parts per million of methane in the air. Collecting raw data and applying a proprietary data-science algorithm, using a plume-dispersion model with the continuously acquired data, the evidence is reported to the operator, identifying the piece of equipment from which emissions originate and quantifying the volume and rate of the emission. In the asset-integrity-management landscape, the integration of digital technologies is playing a key role, whether through machine learning and artificial intelligence paired with fiber-optic distributed acoustic sensing technologies used to enhance pipeline integrity or rapid and reliable management of pipeline leak detection with a novel method on a multiphase-flow leak-detection model using only input and output parameters. From the standpoint of composite and nonmetallic materials, ongoing product research, development, and qualification efforts are being pursued to meet rising demand to stretch the operational envelope and enhance reliability. LLM-TSFD: An industrial time series human-in-the-loop fault diagnosis method based on a large language model

Industrial time series data provides real-time information about the operational status of equipment and helps identify anomalies. Data-driven and knowledge-guided methods have become predominant in this field. However, these methods depend on industrial domain knowledge and high-quality industrial data which can lead to issues such as unclear diagnostic results and lengthy development cycles. This paper introduces a novel human-in-the-loop task-driven approach to reduce reliance on manually annotated data and improve the interpretability of diagnostic outcomes. This approach utilises a large language model for fault detection, fostering process autonomy and enhancing human–machine collaboration. Furthermore, this paper explores four key roles of the large language model: managing the data pipeline, correcting causality, controlling model management, and making decisions about diagnostic results. Additionally, it presents a prompt structure designed for fault diagnosis of time series data, enabling the large language model to realize task-driven. Finally, the paper validates the proposed framework through a case study in the context of steel metallurgy.

Challenges and Approaches to Extending the Safe Operational Life of Future Renewable Energy Infrastructure

To decarbonize our economy, a huge network of renewable energy infrastructure will need to be built both onshore and offshore, often at remote locations, to generate and transmit renewable energy, and to convert and store renewable energy. Corrosion and other forms of materials degradation will pose major challenges to critical components of renewable energy infrastructure that often operate in extreme and complex environmental conditions. Currently solar and wind farms are designed only for approximately 25 years due to the degradation of solar panels and wind turbines. Such a short design life is unsustainable, not only from lifecycle assessment point of view, but also for generating significant materials wastage. The lives of batteries, hydrogen electrolysers and fuel cells are also significantly affected by corrosion and materials degradation. Addressing these issues is critical for the feasibility and sustainability of future renewable energy-based economy. Corrosion engineering is expected to play an important role in the emerging renewable energy economy in order to address these issues and challenges. Unfortunately, although substantial progress has been made in corrosion science and engineering over the past decades, major weaknesses exist in the management and control of corrosion of engineering structures exposed to complex engineering environments. This problem becomes even more acute when complex forms of localized corrosion occur on ‘invisible’ and highly variable engineering structures such as underground energy pipelines and offshore wind farms. In most practical cases, the failure of engineering structures is due to unexpected and complex forms of localized damages. The safe service life of an engineering structure is often determined by the ‘worst case scenario’ localized corrosion such as corrosion under disbonded coatings on buried steel pipelines. Effective control and management of localized forms of corrosion in complex environments is probably the most significant issue that has not yet been sufficiently addressed by corrosion engineering. In particular, the prediction, detection and prevention of localized forms of corrosion in complex environments remain the most significant challenges to corrosion engineering.This paper critically reviews the challenges and issues in extending the safe operational life of renewable energy infrastructure in complex environments and discusses potential approaches to overcoming these challenges. It is shown that localized corrosion control is a critical issue that has to be addressed in corrosion science and engineering. Although various approaches to localized corrosion control can be taken in the future to help addressing these issues and challenges, the most practical approach to addressing major challenges of localized corrosion to future renewable energy infrastructure could probably be based on reliable and more effective localised corrosion prediction, detection and control. A prerequisite for achieving such effective and reliable corrosion management is timely knowledge about the initiation, propagation and seriousness of localized corrosion occurring over an engineering structure in order to take timely corrective actions. Currently accurate and reliable localized corrosion prediction in practical engineering structures is very difficult, if not impossible. Current industrial knowledge of localized corrosion is mostly from time based routine inspections using various condition assessment and in-line inspection tools. Although corrosion data from such inspection are useful for identifying longer-term corrosion trends, they often do not have sufficient temporal and spatial resolutions required for predicting dynamic changes in complex localized corrosion including these in renewable energy systems. Acquiring corrosion data more frequently and more reliably is necessary not only for early warning of unanticipated structural failure but also for evaluating the efficiency of corrosion control measures such as cathodic protection, corrosion inhibitors and protective coatings. It is concluded that future corrosion management of renewable energy infrastructure will need to incorporate advanced corrosion monitoring tools, data analytics, artificial intelligence and predictive modelling in order to achieve quantitative, accurate and reliable corrosion prediction and closed-loop smart corrosion control. More specifically, (i) the maintenance and management of future energy infrastructures will require more reliable and accurate corrosion forecast and prediction capabilities for more effective detection, monitoring and control of corrosion on infrastructure exposed to complex and variable environments. (ii) Future energy infrastructure will require more efficient corrosion protection technologies, especially those able to control localized forms of corrosion, in order to extend the service life of future renewable energy infrastructures. (iii) New eco-informed and environmentally friendly anti-corrosion materials and methods will be required to meet progressively strict regulations for environmental protection. Caring for calves: Canadian public perspectives of calf handling methods during spring processing

In North American beef production, handling and restraint of young calves is integral to animal welfare and management practices. This study used a mixed-method approach to gather public perceptions of three handling and restraint methods common in western Canada during spring processing (TT—tilt table, RW—roping and wrestling, and NF—roping and NordFork). Canadians (n = 551) participated in an online survey that included videos of each handling method to ascertain preferences and acceptability. Participants were given industry information about handling and restraint or generic information regarding hay as a control information statement within the topic of agriculture. The survey also collected information about knowledge of the beef industry, animal welfare, and empathy toward animals. The reasons for preferences for specific handling methods were described as the presence of a perceived positive attribute and the absence of a perceived negative for most preferred methods, and inversely when explaining the least preferred method. The main themes focused on the calf’s experience, perception of handler actions, and pragmatic balancing of needs for a good life for the calf. All methods were rated as more acceptable for participants that ate meat consistently, knew more about the beef industry, and, to a lesser extent, if the individual had a lower animal empathy score. Acceptability was not affected by providing information about the practices; however, information did elicit more pragmatic reasoning. Most participants preferred TT over NF and RW (p < 0.001) and found TT more acceptable as well (p < 0.001). The TT was the most preferred method due to calf experience and human handling—notably the absence of dragging a calf, which was predominant in why participants selected NF or RW as their least preferred method. Consistency of themes highlights that regardless of method or acceptability, the fundamental expectation of the public focuses on the perception of the calf’s quality of life, humane handling, and pragmatism, which are values aligned with beef sustainability initiatives.

Navigating Dividend Decisions: The Impact of Outsider CEOs in Imputation Tax Environments

This study examines the influence of outsider CEOs on corporate dividend policies, specifically within the framework of an imputation tax environment, like in Australia. The study analyses 9826 firm-year observations from Australian firms listed on the ASX from 2012 to 2021. The study reveals that outsider CEOs tend to distribute lower dividend payouts; a trend observed even after robustness tests. Methodologically, the study addresses potential endogeneity issues through sophisticated methods like propensity score matching, difference-in-difference approach, and two-stage system generalized method of moments. The findings indicate that firms led by outsider CEOs, particularly those with specialized industry knowledge, are more inclined to invest undistributed profits in capital expenditure projects, reflecting an investment-oriented strategy. This research contributes significantly to understanding the strategic decision-making of outsider CEOs and their impact on dividend policies in specific tax environments.

A Questionnaire-based Research and Analysis Report on the Demand and Status of Language Services in the Energy and Power Industry in Hebei Province

This report analyzes the demand for language service professionals in Hebei’s energy and power industry from three key perspectives: enterprise requirements, translation education, and student employment planning. The 45 valid questionnaires cover four key aspects related to enterprises including the business scope, international business activity, language service team building and employment requirements. Despite the energy and power industry in Hebei Province have made significant strides in international collaboration, there is a gap between professional training and industry requirements. Enterprises demand language service personnel to maintain proficiency in terminology, have industry knowledge, master technical competence, and own international communication skills that most translation students lack. It can be seen that there are issues with the alignment between educational content and the actual need of enterprises. In addition, the results from teachers’ survey identified challenges in terms of aspects of teaching methods, curriculum setting, and the cooperation with enterprises. The report thus recommends to enhance the professional skills and industry knowledge of energy and power language services of translation students through various measures, including establishing professional knowledge bases and terminology bases of energy and power, designing relevant courses and practical projects, and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation. By performing these practices, it could better adapt to the future energy and power industry market demand. Furthermore, this report emphasizes that the education system needs to better adapt to the development of the industry, especially in the cultivation of interdisciplinary language service capabilities, and strengthen cooperation with energy and power companies to jointly develop language service talent training programs that meet the specific needs of the industry.

A Football Club's Strategic Performance Management

The current study presented in this article shows that football teams should; generally speaking, implement a multifaceted performance management system that takes into account the opinions of all stakeholders. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC), which offers an integrated framework for measuring and managing performance, can assist clubs in evaluating both financial and non-financial activities. This study's context and content greatly advance our knowledge of the football industry and offer a thorough and all-encompassing set of contributions to the field of business academia. The knowledge acquired on a topic that has naturally shown to have a significant impact on people inherently adds something useful and beneficial to society.

Онтологическое моделирование как средство семантизации терминологической лексики в процессе обучения иностранному языку специальности

The study provides a rationale for the use of ontological modeling techniques for teaching the language of a specialty to foreign students studying educational programs in Russian. Ontologies of subject areas, defined as conceptualization specifications, are widely used in computational linguistics to create formalized knowledge management systems. In the context of internationalization, globalization and a colossal increase in the volume of industry knowledge, linguaprofessional skills of interlingual modeling and systematization of conceptual areas of various professions should become a basic element of foreign-language professional communicative competence. This study presents the experience of applying linguistic ontological modeling techniques as a means of improving the effectiveness of terminology teaching, in particular, in terms of semantization of terminological units that form the conceptual sphere of professional communication of students in non-linguistic areas of training. In the course of this study, positive experience was accumulated in applying linguistic ontological modeling techniques, proving the feasibility of using ontologies as a means of semantization of industry terminology. In the applied aspect, the approach we propose can be used for ontological modeling of foreign language courses for special purposes, as well as for creating digital didactic products with an extended list of functions that form a linguistic and professional virtual learning environment.

Procedure of developing more energy efficient and electrified hydraulic systems for loader cranes

This work presents a process for the requirement management and conceptual design phases of hydraulic systems. The aim is to provide a foundation for developing more energy efficient systems for the working hydraulics of construction machines. A framework is developed and applied in a case study of a loader crane. An important part of the framework is to evaluate and compare different designs based on customer usage of the machine. Emphasis has also been put on incorporating the knowledge and experience of both industry and academia. A large number of different designs are evaluated during a concept exploration phase. The design space is then narrowed down to the system design analysis phase. Losses from simultaneous operation are significant, systems with two and four pumps respectively are therefore selected for analysis by demonstrators. In order to reach equal energy performance, two-pump systems need to be more complex, i.e., they require a more sophisticated control and more components, than four-pump systems. When comparing demonstrator results, the conclusion is that for two-pump systems, it is more challenging to reach the theoretical performance, both in terms of energy efficiency and of drivability, than for the less complex systems made possible with four-pumps.

Exploration and practice of teaching reform of automotive mechanical system course based on information technology

The course of automotive mechanical system is the cornerstone course of automotive related majors, it plays an important role in cultivating students' professional quality.However, in the face of the rapid development of the automobile industry and the continuous renewal of educational ideas, the traditional teaching mode in this course has exposed many problems and can no longer meet the needs of students' learning and teaching. This article uses modern information technology to establish a knowledge map teaching resource for the course, introduces advanced intelligent technology to assist personalized learning for students, combines online teaching tools for knowledge reconstruction and meets the needs of students' independent learning. By implementing these reform measures, the aim is to improve the quality of course teaching and cultivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit, practical ability and solid professional knowledge for the automotive industry

Prediction of National Innovation Using Data Scientific Approach

Countries have traditionally relied on various innovation measures to plan national-wise strategies and analysis, which hinders their ability to take proactive actions beforehand. This study introduces an advanced model for predicting national innovativeness using machine learning techniques. Utilizing a comprehensive dataset that includes 1,410 observation points and 20 variables from 141 countries spanning from 2011 to 2020, the data were sourced from the World Bank Open Data, Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) and Global Innovation Index (GII). The proposed model employs machine learning algorithms such as regression tree, random forest, support vector machine and extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), and benchmarks their performance against the traditional linear regression analysis method. The findings reveal that all five machine learning models significantly outperform the traditional linear regression model in terms of correlation, root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAE), with XGBoost demonstrating superior performance. The XGBoost analysis highlights university and industry research collaboration, knowledge workers and logistics performance as the most critical variables influencing national innovativeness. This research not only presents a robust predictive model leveraging machine learning but also contributes to theoretical advancements by uncovering previously overlooked variables, offering new insights and practical implications for enhancing national innovation strategies.

This article discusses strategies for job applicants to effectively demonstrate cultural fit during the interview process. It emphasizes the importance of fit in today's competitive hiring environment, as employers seek candidates who will seamlessly integrate into their team and advance organizational goals. The article outlines ways for applicants to research the company and role thoroughly, align examples of their background to the employer's stated values, highlight enthusiasm for the position and company, provide substantive examples to evidence a compatible work style, and showcase relevant industry knowledge. It presents real examples of how candidates have persuasively shown cultural fit. Overall, the article provides research-based guidance on customizing stories and responses during interviews to communicate passion and compatibility through tangible scenarios that leave hiring managers confident in an applicant's long-term potential for success within their unique culture.

Enhancing Pedagogical Skills and Industry Knowledge for Maritime Instructors through Applied Management Studies

This study examines the effectiveness of enhancing teacher training and development programs for maritime instructors by focusing on improving both pedagogical skills and industry knowledge. The research explores applied management strategies in the fields of port, shipping, and logistics, aligning them with industry-specific educational needs. Qualitative perspectives from 5 maritime professionals, 5 lecturers, and 5 graduates working in maritime sectors were analyzed through descriptive analysis. The study aims to understand how maritime instructors can effectively integrate technical, promotional, marketing, and innovative skills into their teaching practices to better prepare students for the maritime industry. The data collection was conducted through structured interviews, observations, and focus group discussions. Findings indicate that improving teacher training not only enhances instructor competencies but also bridges the gap between maritime education and industry requirements. Key indicators include the effectiveness and efficiency of the training programs, with a performance score of 9/10 based on qualitative assessment. The paper discusses the implications for maritime vocational education, emphasizing the need for continuous improvement in instructor development. The study concludes with recommendations for further enhancing maritime teacher training programs by incorporating modern management practices and technological advancements to ensure that maritime education stays relevant to industry demands.

WITHDRAWN: A smart agriculture information system delivering research data for adoption by the Australian grains industry

Online Farm Trials (OFT) is a bespoke online information system providing current and historical grains trials research data and information in Australia. It represents a technology that supports smart agriculture by enabling discoveries in the data. Its impact on users has been established, supporting industry knowledge and decision making and leading to improved work practices. The aim of this research is to identify the contribution of OFT, as a tool that supports smart agriculture, and to explore current adoption, barriers and the opportunities for expansion of the system in the Australian grains industry, as perceived by industry experts. In-depth, semi-structured interviews were conducted with leaders and innovators from the agriculture industry (N = 16). Thematic analysis of the qualitative data reveals widespread value of OFT as an important resource for accessing industry-dedicated, current and historical research trials data. Barriers to adoption were identified which included incomplete data, and a lack of industry-wide awareness. Opportunities to consolidate and expand the data, together with improved industry awareness, are essential to improving industry-wide adoption. Key learnings were identified in the research that has benefit for the industry, and consideration for the adoption of technology in smart agriculture. Research on the Optimization of Higher Mathematics Teaching Content Based on Vocational Demands

With the rapid development of the economy and technology, society has placed higher vocational-oriented requirements on higher education, especially in fields such as engineering and information technology. As a core foundational subject, higher mathematics must keep pace with the times to meet the practical needs for mathematical knowledge across different industries. However, the current teaching content of higher mathematics tends to be overly theoretical and disconnected from practical applications, making it difficult to adequately support students' career development. This study analyzes the requirements for mathematical knowledge in various industries from the perspective of vocational demands and proposes optimization strategies including modular design of teaching content and the integration of mathematics with vocational skills. It also explores innovative multidimensional teaching models and reforms in teaching evaluation systems. The findings provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the optimization of higher mathematics teaching content, contributing to the enhancement of students' professional abilities and employability.
