The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to prevent job satisfaction andturnover of care workers by revealing the moderating effect of job esteem in the relationshipbetween job embeddedness and job satisfaction of care workers. For the study, a survey wasconducted in November 2023 with the help of 37 visiting care institutions in Chungcheongbuk-do, and 280 questionnaires were finally analyzed, and analyzed usingfrequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regressionanalysis. did. As a result of the study, both job embeddedness and job esteem had asignificant effect on the job satisfaction of nursing care workers, and the interaction termbetween job embeddedness and job esteem also showed a strong influence on job satisfaction. Based on the research results, the following suggestions were made. First, policy efforts areneeded to improve the job satisfaction of visiting care workers. Second, visiting careinstitutions need to make efforts to improve the degree of attachment of visiting care workersto their jobs. Third, efforts by policy authorities and individual organizations are needed toensure that visiting care workers feel proud of their profession.
