MANGANAN: IMPLEMENTATION OF KALYANAMITTA VALUES IN SEDEKAH BUMI TRADITION IN JEPARA

Manganan is a tradition passed down from generation to generation by the people of Tunahan village, Jepara district. This research aims to describe the transformation of Kalyanamitta values in the Manganan tradition of Sedekah Bumi in Tunahan village, Jepara district. The methods used in this research are phenomenological methods and descriptive methods. By providing meaning from the experiences that have been felt and also to describe what happened when the research was carried out according to the facts in the field. The research results state that first, the Manganan tradition carried out in Tunahan village is different from the Manganan tradition in general in terms of its implementation, place and also the process carried out; The second result is the values contained in the implementation of the Manganan tradition, including religious values, solidarity values, tolerance values, educational values; Third, there are values contained in the Manganan tradition which are related to Kalyanamitta, namely religious values, tolerance values and solidarity values. The conclusion of this research is that the Manganan tradition which is still carried out today by the Tunahan village community has meaning, values and symbols contained in it and also from the values in the Manganan tradition there is a connection with Buddhist teachings, namely kalyanamitta

Analisis Penentuan Komoditas Unggulan Hortikultura di Kecamatan Way Jepara, Kabupaten Lampung Timur

Regional development is carried out through two approaches, namely the regional approach and the sectoral approach. The sectoral approach is believed to be able to grow the regional economy to achieve comparative and competitive advantages. The agricultural sector is one of the main contributors to the GRDP value in almost all regions of Indonesia. Way Jepara Sub-district depends on the results of the agricultural sector. Based on the RPJMD document, Way Jepara District has 4 (four) superior agricultural commodities. The research objective is to identify superior commodities in order to encourage economic growth in Way Jepara. The data collected is secondary data in the form of commodity production results in 2017-2022. Analysis techniques used Location Quotient, Shift Share and SWOT in strategy formulation. Researchers found that there are three products that are included in the superior classification, namely rice, cocoa and cassava. Development strategies that need to be carried out are improving infrastructure; improving the quality of human resources; and strengthening institutions.

State Responsibility and Legal Protection of Environmental Activists: Review of Decision Number 14/Pid.Sus/2024/Pn.Jpa

Decision Number 14/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Jpa, Panel of Judges at the Jepara District Court is one of the cases of many environmental activists who were deprived of the right to voice their opinions to protect the environment. This article examines the state's responsibility in protecting environmental activists in Indonesia based on the applicable legal framework, including Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, as well as supporting regulations such as Attorney General's Guidelines No. 8 of 2022 and PERMA no. 1 of 2023. The main focus of the article is to understand the extent to which these regulations provide effective protection to environmental activists from unfair legal claims (Anti-SLAPP) and ensure they can carry out their rights and obligations in defending the environment without fear of intimidation or legal persecution. This research also explores the implications of the application of laws and regulations on law enforcement practices, especially in the context of protecting environmental activists.

Learning Nahwu Using the Ibtida'i Method at Madrasah Diniyah Jepara

Learning Arabic grammar and the Kitab Kuning is the main focus of madrasah diniyah and Islamic boarding school education. Hence, adapting strategies, methods, and media for learning materials is Asatidz's (teachers) main concern in motivating students' interest in participating in learning at these two institutions. The research used a quasi-experimental design to describe, analyze, and describe (1) the application of the Ibtida’i method and (2) Asatidz's perception of the application of the Ibtida’i method in Madrasah Diniyah throughout Jepara district in learning Arabic grammar and turats. This research results show that 1) the procedures and applications of the Ibtida’i method are simultaneous between mastery of grammatical rules and application in grammatical learning and the meaning of the turats. 2) Asatidz's perception of the application of the Ibtida’i method shows that a) the majority of asatidz always teach Arabic grammar (nahwu and shorof) so that it becomes their field of expertise, b) the majority of asztidz have sufficiently mastered the stages of learning using the Ibtida’i method, c) the majority of asatidz have sufficiently mastered the characteristics of the Ibtida’i method, d) the majority of asatidz are consistent in applying the Ibtida’i method, e) the majority of asatidz are quite motivated to apply the Ibtida’i method in learning Arabic Grammatical, f) the majority of students are quite enthusiastic and motivated in learning Arabic Grammatical using the Ibtida’i method on the score, g) learning Arabic Grammatical using the Ibtida’i method makes a positive contribution to achieving targets in learning Arabic Grammatical and the book of turats.

PKW Budidaya Sayuran Hidroponik di Desa Pekalongan Kecamatan Batealit Kabupaten Jepara

One of the hydroponic vegetable cultivators in Jepara district, Mr. Ryan Arfian with his business named Bagus Hydrofarm (Mitra) has problems in the field of low production capacity. This is because partners only have 800 mature planting points. The production process of hydroponic vegetables is also still low because there is no quality control on the product. This problem arises because there is no partner's knowledge about the production process and quality control that is sufficient and good. there is no humidity and temperature measuring instrument. The results of the increased benefits from this regional partnership program are an increase in production capacity by 17.5%, an increase in knowledge of how to cultivate hydroponic vegetables by 100%, an increase in assets in the form of measuring instruments for PH and TDS by 100%, an increase in assets in the form of measuring devices for temperature and humidity by 100 %, increased knowledge about good business management by 100%.

Peningkatan Produksi dan Daya Saing Kopi di Desa Sumanding Kecamatan Kembang Kabupaten Jepara

One of the coffee farmers and processors in the Kembang Jepara district, Mr. Eko Siswanto, made a business called Vinzoei with coffee products branded The Boyo (Mitra), which has problems in the field of low production capacity. This is because partners process coffee using third-party services, which causes long queue times and high production costs. The product packaging design is still very traditional and unattractive. To overcome these problems, the methods used include outreach, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of the increase in benefits from this regional partnership program are an increase in production capacity by 25%, an increase in coffee quality control knowledge by 100%, an increase in assets in the form of a grinder tool by 100%, an increase in product packaging design by 100%, an increase in knowledge about good business management by 100%.

Export Market Exploration: the Key to Optimizing Export Performance with the Support of Market Sensing Capability and Export Channel Choice

This study aims to determine the following: (1). the impact of market recognition capability on export performance in export furniture in Jepara. (2). the impact of export channel choice on export performance in export furniture in Jepara. (3). the impact of export market exploration on the export performance of export furniture in Jepara. This type of research is quantitative and uses primary data from questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The population used in the study were export furniture companies in Jepara district that have been operating for more than three years. The sampling technique uses probability sampling technique with random sampling type. Data processing was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software. The results of this study show that market recognition ability, export channel choice and export market exploration have a significant positive impact on export performance. Market discovery ability, export channel choice, and export market exploration variables simultaneously and partially affect export performance.

Effect of workload, work environment, and job insecurity on employee turnover intention

Turnover intention occurs in companies engaged in manufacturing, namely PT Kertas Energi Mulia Jepara where for the past year this company has experienced turnover intention every month. The largest decrease in employees occurred in December as many as 70 employees. The reason employees leave the company is because they are not ready for the borong system applied to the company. This research purposes to analyse the effect of workers' compensation, work environment, and job insecurity on the likelihood of employee turnover. This research was conducted at PT Kertas Energi Mulia Jepara which is located at KM Sukri No. 5, Potroyudan XIV, Kec. Jepara, Jepara District, Central Java, Indonesia. Quantitative methods were used in this research. The data collection process was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to employees, and 113 of them responded. The findings of this research indicate a positive and statistically significant relationship between workload and turnover intention, as well as a positive and statistically significant relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention, but no relationship between workplace environment and turnover intention. The adjusted coefficient of determination (R2) value was 0.238 or 23.8%, while other variables such as job stress and job satisfaction accounted for 76.2% of the variance

Pengembangan Permainan Sains Gelembung Salju Pelangi Berbasis Games untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Sains pada Pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini

The background that prompted this research was the unavailability of media that supports children in improving scientific literacy skills in early childhood. Teacher-centered learning so that students cannot describe objects in detail based on their observations, many children have very poor scientific literacy abilities, lack of children's interest in the learning provided by the teacher because the material provided does not activate students in the science learning process, the media used in less innovative learning. Teachers have not used games-based science games with IT media so that children's scientific literacy skills are low. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using games-based rainbow snow bubble science game development to improve scientific literacy skills in early childhood learning. The approach used is research and development Research and development (R & D). The approach and design used in this development research is using the ADDIE model. The research location was at TABITA Kindergarten, Ujungwatu, Donorojo sub-district, Jepara district. When the research was conducted in the even semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The subjects in this study were group B students aged 5-6 years. The sample used was 13 children. The data in this study were obtained through documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and pretest and posttest of children's expressive language skills. Data analysis techniques: Validation Test, Reliability, Practicality Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and T Test. The results in the Game-Based Rainbow Snow Bubble Science Game Development research proved to be valid, effective, and practical to use to improve early childhood scientific literacy skills.

IMPROVING THE CALCULATING SKILLS OF SUBTRACT AND ADDING INTEGER USING BEADING PROVIDERS FOR CLASS VI STATE 3rd ELEMENTARY SCHOOL KUWASEN JEPARA

This research aims to improve the Mathematics learning outcomes of class VI students using Beads teaching aids in 2023/2024 at SD Negeri 03 Kuwasen, Jepara Regency, Jepara Regency. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this research were students in class VI of SD Negeri 03 Kuwasen, Jepara District, Jepara Regency, totaling 18 students. In data collection techniques, test techniques are used, and in data analysis, percentages of learning outcomes between pre-cycle and cycles I, and II are used. The results before the research was carried out were that in the pre-cycle only 5 students or 49% achieved the km, in the first cycle this increased to 6 students who achieved the kkm, or 61%, and in the second period, it increased. A total of 16 students achieved the KKM, namely 76%. This research was successful because it provided more value than the KKM, namely ≥ 76% of all students with KKM≥70. It was concluded that learning with beaded teaching aids can improve learning outcomes in mathematics subjects such as subtracting and adding integers.

Kegiatan Keagamaan Majelis Ta’lim Dalam Penanggulangan Dampak Covid-19

The purpose of this research is to describe the disease of COVID-19 in Jepara district and to explain how the implementation of the study by Tafsir Amaly manages the stress of the community in Tigajuru Village and Welahan Village of Jepara District. The research methods used in this research are qualitative research methods and quantitative descriptive design techniques. Data collection in this study is done in three ways: interview, observation and documentation. Research results: (1) The impact of COVID-19 in Jepara district: a. The effect of economic change: income is decreasing and cannot work. b. The impact of psychological change: anxiety and stress (stress). (2) Implementation of the Amaly Tafsir Study in dealing with the stress of the community in Tigajuru and Welahan villages: (a) Planning: The research activities of Amaly Denagn pay attention to the time and methods or studies that will be used. (b) The implementation: (1) Tigajuro village: using general methods to interpret Amaly in general. (2) Welahan village: Special methods (Tababbur methods): understand, live, and think about every word and every verse of the Qur'an. (c) Evaluation: (1) The condition of the citizens who became more calm and more enthusiastic to do daily activities after the appointment of the Amaly Tafsir study (2) The request of citizens to be appointed to an amaly tafsir study once a week.

The title of this research is "Talangsari Tragedy: Human Rights Violations That Left Wounds in East Lampung in 1989-2022"February 1989 in Talangsari III Hamlet, Rajabasa Lama Village, Way Jepara District, East Lampung Regency. The Talangsari incident in Lampung became a tragic story that was forgotten by the state. Hundreds of people who were victims at that time seemed to have no right to know what really happened, and to get justice through punishing the perpetrators and restoring their rights. Over the years, the victims who are still suffering from the incident have also experienced terror and intimidation. The method used in this writing is using the historical method. The purpose of this writing is to know the chronology of the Talangsari tragedy, to know the government in overcoming the Talangsari tragedy and the impact of the Talangsari tragedy. The conclusion of this paper is the Talangsari incident for many years, victims who are still suffering from the incident also experienced terror and intimidation from the parties involved in the crime

The SWOT Analysis of Kampung Chicken Livestock Business Development in East Lampung District (Case Study in Way Jepara District)

This study aims to find out how the potential for developing free-range chicken rearing in Braja Dewa Village is. The research was conducted in Way Jepara District, East Lampung. The research was conducted in Way Jepara District, East Lampung. In this study using a survey method. The number of samples is 20 respondents, the population can be considered homogeneous because it has relatively the same characteristics or traits among one another. The research was conducted April-May 2023. The data obtained for the formulation of alternative strategies, namely qualitative and quantitative data which will be processed and analyzed using the SWOT analysis method to determine both potential and development in free-range chicken farming activities. The results of the study with SWOT analysis are that the potential in the strategy for developing free-range chicken farming run by the people of Braja Dewa Village, Way Jepara District, East Lampung Regency is strongly influenced by external factors, namely the highest opportunity is high market demand for free-range chicken meat. While internal factors, the highest strength is the high selling price of free-range chicken. This means that the internal position of free-range chicken farming business development has a strong position in terms of strengths and weaknesses.

Implementasi dan Digitalisasi Sistem Administrasi Desa di Kantor Desa Kedungcino Kecamatan Jepara

Kedungcino Village is a village located in Jepara District, Jepara Regency. Kedungcino Village is one of the government agencies engaged in community service, but this community service is still not optimal and has many obstacles. One of the obstacles is the availability of village administration information that can be easily accessed by the community and making letters in the village takes quite a long time because it is still manual. People are even more lazy to go to the village office. In the era of digitalization, the Kedungcino Village government really needs a website-based information system application that contains information about the village and administrative services for submitting letters. So that the community will be greatly assisted and services from the Kedungcino Village Government can be carried out optimally. Based on the description of the problem, researchers will conduct research with the title "Implementation and Digitalization of the Village Administration System in the Kedungcino Village Office, Jepara District". This system was built using the waterfall model development method and created using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with the Laravel Framework, MYSQL database and XAMPP as the system's local server. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the community to receive the latest information, to make it easier for the community to administer the submission of letters and to increase the efficiency of services from the Kedungcino Village Government.

Pengembangan model parenting berbasis e-modul untuk anak

The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze the need for an e-module-based parenting model for children's independence (2) to formulate a design for developing an e-module-based parenting model (3). The type of research is Research and Development (R&D) from Sugiyono. adopting the theory of Borg and Gall, the research simply uses ten steps (1) Research and information gathering, (2) Designing a product, (3) Developing a prototype (preliminary), (4) Preliminary testing in the field, (5) Revision of the main product, (6) Main product trial, (7) Product use revision, (8) Field use trial, (9) Final product revision, (10) Dissemination and implementation. Sources of data are parents and teachers at basic level formal education institutions in Bangsri, Bangsri Jepara District. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires, documentation. The research instrument is a structured interview guide for teachers, validation questionnaires for material experts. The results of the study: 1) The results of the needs analysis show that parents need interesting modules for reference materials and teaching materials in the implementation of parenting in order to make children independent based on the results of interviews and observations. 2) Development of parenting media in the form of e-module-based parenting models and e-module usage manuals; 3) The feasibility of the e-module-based parenting module based on the validation results from media experts is 91, material expert validation is 87 and linguist validation is 93. The validation criteria from the three validators are very valid and very feasible to use in parenting activities for elementary level children. The conclusion of the study is that the development of an e-module-based parenting model is very suitable to be used to improve parents' skills in making children independent at the elementary school level. Keywords: e-module, Parenting, elementary school age children

Pengkol Village is the center of the catering industry in Jepara district and is growing until now. The development of the catering industry is hampered by various problems that often arise, including packaging design, markets, equipment, capital and governance (management). Most catering entrepreneurs already feel comfortable with the current conditions even though they do not know whether they are profitable or not in running a business. Problems that exist in partners require carefulness and concrete actions to solve problems according to the priority needs of partners, so that problem solving is in accordance with the targets and outputs achieved. To solve the problems faced by partners, in this community service, catering entrepreneurs will get the facilitation of a Dough Developer Machine with automatic temperature control, an oven with automatic temperature and time control, a non-stick pan which is expected to be able to develop the productivity of entrepreneurs both in producing, making packaging design and opening up market opportunities both in the Jepara region and outside the Jepara region by promoting through various social media and andorid-based sales applications

A Review of The Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats Facing Muslim-friendly Tourism in The Jepara District of Indonesia

This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the potential of Jepara Regency as a Muslim-friendly tourism area. The benefits of this research can be used by the government in making policies regarding the development of Muslim-friendly tourism in Jepara. This research method is qualitative, and the data sources are interviews with the tourism office, tourism managers, and observations on tourist objects. Data analysis using SWOT The results of this study show that there is support, especially for the Jepara community, which is predominantly Muslim. Various types of natural tourism areas, religious tourism, and modern tourism have been supported by adequate and Muslim-friendly facilities. The weakness aspect is that there are still many access roads to tourist attractions that are inadequate, as well as religious facilities and toilets that are not clean. The opportunity to make Jepara a Muslim-friendly tourist area is the existence of social media support, which makes promotion easier and can reach all levels of society, while the threat is competitors from other cities who are also starting to integrate tourist attractions. Even so, Jepara is optimistic that it will remain the best Muslim-friendly tourism area.
