This study uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. In the Quran, there is a word al-mudabbir or event. Event means organizing, managing, leading, planning. This term can be found in QS. Yunus: 3 and 31, QS. Ar-Ra'd: 2. There are five management functions: 1). Planning, QS.al-Hasyr: 18. 2). Organizing QS. Ash-Shaf: 4. 3). Move (actuating), QS. Al-Maidah: 48. 4). Surveillance (controlling), QS. Ali-Imran: 29. 5). Evaluation. QS. Al-A’raf: 168. The Quran further indicates the principles of Islamic education management, including: 1). Sincerity, ihsan and example are found in QS. Al-An'am: 162 and QS. Al-Isra: 7. 2). Honesty, found in QS. Az-Zumar: 33. (3). Trust, found in QS. An-Nisa': 58. 4). Fair, found in QS. Al-Maidah: 8. 5). Responsibility is contained in QS. Al-Baqarah: 286. 6). Dynamic, found in QS. ar-Ra'du: 11. 7). Practically, it is found in QS. Al-Ashr: 1-3. 8). Effective and efficient, found in QS. Al-Kahf: 103-104, al-Isra': 26-27.

The Concept Of Education Management In The Post-Conflict Regions Of West Kalimantan: A Study Of Ibn Khaldun’s Thought

This article discusses the management of education in schools in the thought of Ibn Khaldun. The approach used in this study is qualitative, and the type of research is literature research. This research combines data collection techniques with document studies so that data in the form of journals and books related to Ibn Khaldun are used as primary sources in this study and refer to the work of Ibn Khaldun. The data used relates to Ibn Khaldun’s thoughts on Islamic education management. This research shows that, at least in the implementation of education management in schools, four aspects are mutually integrated: educators, students, learning materials, and learning methods. Ibn Khaldun’s perspective on educational management can be applied to educational institutions such as the Madrasah in West Kalimantan. Moreover, educational practices in West Kalimantan are still unable to overcome problems, especially in building an atmosphere of peace between students, both ethnic and religious. Educators in Madrasah, especially in West Kalimantan, can integrate learning materials with tolerance and student backgrounds without raising ethnic or religious stereotypes. The learning method can be done by understanding the material and mapping the material that can be related to building peace in West Kalimantan.

Al-Qur'an is a way of life for all time, which is relevant in various aspects of life. The development of Islamic education management science has become an important aspect in the evolution of knowledge in this domain. The focus of the study involves ontological and epistemological analysis to detail the concept and implementation of management principles in the context of Islamic education. This type of research is qualitative literature research on the History of Philosophy of Islamic Education Science and Management, exploring the evolution of Islamic education management science through literature analysis, combining historical and philosophy of science approaches. The discussion in this research includes four main historical phases and a study of the philosophy of science, with an emphasis on ontology, epistemology and axiology. The basic management concept includes the integration of Islamic values ​​in modern management principles, emphasis on Islamic character, multicultural education, and management of educational quality as well as the role of technology, national standards, and the implementation of the PDCA cycle as a strategy to improve the quality of Islamic education. So, there is a need for in-depth understanding and a holistic approach in overcoming quality challenges in Islamic education.

The research results show that there are positive opportunities, such as technological advances, as a basis for positive change, but also identify social and cultural challenges that require a holistic approach. Therefore, it can be concluded that this research emphasizes the need to develop quality and globally relevant Islamic educational institutions. In facing global challenges, there is a need to focus on innovation, improving the quality of teaching, and effective management to ensure the sustainability of Islamic education that makes a positive contribution to the global scope.

Technological advances have led humans to create new forms of interacting and socializing, one of which is communication technology innovation in the form of social media. With the rapid development of new media, it has had an impact on communication sites, from just email and chat, to social media or social networks. One of the social media that is currently widely used by gadget users is Instagram. The aim of this research is to find out the role of Instagram social media in social interaction between students in the Islamic Education Management Department of Stambuk 21 and to find out how students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, North Sumatra State Islamic University behave in using Instagram social media. Researchers used purposive sampling to determine research informants, while data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the social media Instagram plays an important role in social interaction between students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN North Sumatra.

Pendampingan Ketatausahaan Madrasah di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Ampah Kalimantan Tengah

This article is the result of service to the community of the Postgraduate Islamic Education Management Masters Study Program in Iaian Palangka Raya regarding providing material and assistance regarding school administration management at the Darussalam Ampah Islamic boarding school in Central Kalimantan. The problems faced by schools are related to the management of school administration, including the management of correspondence and school administration services for religious teachers and female students. The administrative assistance activities that will be carried out are collaborative between lecturers and students of the IAIN Palangka Raya Postgraduate Islamic Education Management Masters study program, which is very relevant and important. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance to school administration in the form of correspondence management and school administration services. This activity received a positive and enthusiastic response from the leadership of the Islamic boarding school, the head of administration and all the ustadz and religious teachers who taught there. Community Service for the MPI Master's Program obtained the results of the discussion, namely that there is still a lot that needs to be improved in the administrative management system of the Darussalam Ampah Islamic boarding school in terms of managing correspondence and TU services. Service activities like this can be carried out regularly either in the same location or in different locations targeting people who really need services in terms of administrative management. Moreover, IAIN Postgraduate IAIN Palangka Raya has a Masters Study Program in Islamic Education Management so that it can be useful and useful. for Islamic educational institutions in Central Kalimantan.

Ar-Ra'du verse 11 which reads: "Allah does not change the condition of a people so that they change the situation that exists in themselves." Most people think that "changing things" often means turning bad luck into good. In fact, Allah has bestowed pleasure on man, but because of man's bad actions, the pleasure turns into a bad thing for man. The author uses a library reaserch approach in studying Qs. Ar-Ra'du verse 11 in relation to quality assurance of Islamic education. The results showed that the quality management of Islamic education is contained in Islamic teachings.

Exploring the Value of Islamic Law in the Context of Modern Education in Islamic Education Institutions

This research focuses on exploring the values of Islamic law in the context of modern education management. This research aims to understand how Islamic legal values, including justice, equality, morality, and responsibility, can be integrated into modern education management in educational institutions. This research uses a literature review approach, with primary data sources in books on Islamic law and education management and secondary sources in scientific articles and related literature. The results showed that integrating Islamic law values can form a more moral work ecosystem in the management of educational organisations. These values serve as the basis for realising managerial functions and decision-making processes. This research provides new insights into how Islamic legal values can be integrated into modern education management and how these values can help shape a more moral work ecosystem in the management of education organisations. It also highlights the importance of these values in realising managerial functions and decision-making processes.

KONTRUKSI KOMUNIKASI PROFETIK DALAM MEMBANGUN KEBUTUHAN PELANGGAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Prophetic communication is a new term in the communication science family. Prophetic itself is everything that relies on the attitude, behavior, and words of the Prophet Muhammad. In prophetic communication there are elements of values and ethics. The focus of this research is on the construction of prophetic communication in building customer needs for Islamic education at the State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 1 Tulungagung. Data collection through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation. The results of the study mention that building customer needs through prophetic communication is manifested by SEHAT (Who am I, Empathy, Reliable, Enthusiastic, Responsive). This concept is accompanied by examples of prophetic communication practices that occur in the madrasah environment. This research is practically used in Islamic education management science, especially in actualizing changes in conditions and situations. Furthermore, this research aims to be developed further

The importance of madrasa-centered management and issues related to the management of the curriculum in madrasah in order to facilitate the learning process in an educational institution. This article aims to understand the concepts of Islamic education management, curriculum management, student affairs, infrastructure, finance, and the challenges Madrasah management faces. This article is written based on a literature study. This study relies on library research methods, where the necessary data and information to refine this article are taken from sources available in libraries, such as books and journals. A description of the madrasah, including its issues, curriculum management, facilities and infrastructure management, student management, financial management, and management challenges. Management is crucial in ensuring the smoothness of the learning process at educational institutions, including establishing positive relationships between the institution and parents or students, as well as the community. This discussion will address aspects of management at educational institutions, such as Madrasah management and its issues, curriculum management, facilities and infrastructure management, student management, and financial management and its challenges. All elements within the management of educational institutions must be integrated and have a close reciprocal relationship because if one aspect encounters problems, the learning process can be disrupted.

Kualitas Pelayanan Akademik terhadap Kepuasaan dan Loyalitas Mahasiswa

The relationship between the quality of services provided by higher education institutions and consumer satisfaction is very close. This quality can motivate students to form a strong bond with the university and build loyalty towards it. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of service quality on student satisfaction and loyalty. The subjects of this study are graduate students in the Islamic Education Management Department at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. A quantitative method is employed in this research with a sample size of 76 individuals determined through the Slovin formula and purposive sampling method. The results of the study indicate that service quality significantly affects student satisfaction (Y1). Service quality, as the X variable, also significantly influences student loyalty (Y2). Further understanding of the positive correlation between service quality and student loyalty can assist universities in designing student retention programs and building a committed community on campus. These implications support efforts to enhance the quality of higher education services and establish a sustainable relationship between universities and students.

This article explores the All facets of human life, including education, are currently being affected by the growth of information technology. Three types of literacy are required in the age of the fourth industrial revolution: data literacy, human literacy, and technological literacy. Case-based learning and hybrid/blended learning are both applicable in the revolutionary age 4.0 of education. Even education in the age of society 5.0 allows students to work side by side with robots that are intended to take the place of teachers in learning activities. What about the idea of managing Islamic education inside it, then? In the age of society 5.0, the notion of Islamic education management planning is examined in this essay. As a result, advocates for education management and other interested parties get an understanding of the significance of technology in the era of society 5.0 in the world of education.

Evaluating the Effectiveness of Role Play Method in Improving Students’ Arabic Speaking Skills: A Case in an Islamic Education Management Program

This research investigates the efficacy of the role-play method in improving Arabic speaking skills among students enrolled in the Islamic Education Management Program at STAI Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Malang. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach involving observation and interviews, the study reveals that the role-play method significantly enhances students' self-confidence and proficiency in Arabic speaking. Instructors play a pivotal role in shaping and facilitating role-plays, offering constructive feedback to aid in skill refinement. Despite positive student responses, acknowledging the method's relevance and practicality in honing their Arabic communication skills, challenges such as limited resources and initial role discomfort were noted. The findings suggest that the role-play method effectively contributes to students' comprehension of Islamic education contexts and their preparedness for related careers. The research proposes that instructors incorporate this method more extensively into their teaching strategies. Moreover, students can benefit from recognizing the value of role-play in refining their Arabic speaking abilities. To address the identified challenges and provide a comprehensive understanding of the method's effectiveness, future research should explore broader applications and offer deeper insights into the impact of the role-play method.

Developing Academic Writing Learning Module to Improve Writing Skills of Graduate Program Students

Academic writing is one of the skills needed by students, especially postgraduate students. However, there were still many writing problems experienced by Islamic Education Management Postgraduate students of IAIN Curup batch 2020. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a learning model for Academic Writing course. This study aims to investigate the development of a learning model in the Academic Writing course. This study used 4D development research model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The result of the study shows that the learning model in the Academic Writing course was carried out into these stages: prewriting stage, drafting stage, responding stage, revising stage, and evaluating stage. By carrying out the academic writing course, there were improvements in the writing skills of the postgraduate students. In the prewriting stage, it was observed that the students had already the skills needed to be possessed in the pre-writing stage. Then in the writing stage, the students had possesed skills in processing or analyzing data, and the students also had been able to revise their writings. This research produced a learning module for the Academic Writing course that has been refined from the modules used so far. The contribution of learning academic writing is in the academic writing course which teaches writing systematics, rules for writing, reference management, how to submit articles to nationally reputable journals, paraphrasing. The results of this course can be seen from student articles which have been published in many accredited journals Sinta 3 and Sinta 4.

Curriculum Management Characteristics in Arabic Language (A Comparative Study of Curriculum Documents in Arabic Language Education at UINSI Samarinda and UIN FAS Bengkulu)

Curriculum documents should have appropriate characteristics to produce graduates in line with educational objectives, necessitating a thorough examination of an educational institution's curriculum documents. Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the curriculum management characteristics in Arabic language education at UINSI Samarinda and UIN FAS Bengkulu. This study adopts a qualitative approach, specifically a library research, utilizing primary data sources such as curriculum documents in Arabic language education at UINSI Samarinda and UIN FAS Bengkulu, as well as relevant secondary data sources such as books and journals. A systematic and ongoing data analysis is conducted, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion stages. The research findings reveal that the curriculum management characteristics in Arabic language education at both campuses encompass a theological foundation, which is a distinctive feature of Arabic language education within the realm of Islamic educational management, as well as rational, empirical, and theoretical foundations.
