Urgensi Bimbingan Penyuluhan Islam (BPI) Dalam Membentuk Karakter Remaja di Lingkungan Tembelok Kelurahan Mandalika Kecamatan Sandubaya Kota Mataram

This research aims to determine the urgency of Islamic counseling guidance in shaping the character of teenagers and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the urgency of Islamic counseling guidance in shaping the character of teenagers in the Tembelok Neighborhood, Mandalika Village, Sandubaya District, Mataram City. This research uses a qualitative approach. This approach is used so that the author can gain a broad and in-depth understanding of the urgency of BPI in shaping the character of teenagers in the Tembelok Neighborhood, Mandalika Village, Sandubaya District, Mataram City. The research results show that Islamic Counseling Guidance (BPI) is very important. First, BPI helps direct teenagers to the path of goodness with strong supervision from parents and religious figures. Second, BPI instills religious values ​​from an early age to direct youth's piety and faith. Third, BPI helps develop an attitude of awareness in teenagers with love, patience and coaching. Meanwhile, supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping adolescent character include the existence of Islamic Counselors and the active role of religious and community leaders as supporting factors, while environmental complexity, difficulty in controlling adolescent self-control, character formation from an early age or during puberty, negative environmental impacts, and lack of affection. from parents as an inhibiting factor.

EKSISTENSI KONSELOR SEBAGAI KHALIFAH PERSPEKTIF TAFSIR MAUDHU'IY

This study aims to examine the existence of counselors as caliphs based on the perspective of maudhu'iy interpretation. The existence of counselors as a profession is considered to have a duty that must be carried out in Islamic da'wah. The task in question is as a caliph on earth. The study of these verses uses the maudhu'iy interpretation method or thematic interpretation. Tafsir maudhu'iy is an interpretation that collects and examines verses on similar themes or issues. In this study focused on the topic of the verses of the AlQuran relating to the caliph and its relation to the existence of counselors. This research is a library research which aims to collect bibliographical data to solve a critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials. Data collection techniques use documentation methods, such as: books, e-books, journal articles, etc. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, namely by selecting, comparing, combining, sorting out various meanings, until relevant data is found. The conclusion is that counselors must equip themselves with knowledge and reflect the personality of the Islamic counselor. In addition to the provision of knowledge, the counselor as caliph is also characterized by faith and charity, making decisions with the truth and not following desires, and inviting to amar ma’ruf nahi munkar.

Upaya Penyuluh Agama Islam Dalam Mengurangi Pernikahan Usia Dini di Binjai Selatan

In Indonesia there are many cases of early marriage. Even though early marriage is permissible according to Islamic law, if it is not carried out according to the provisions it will cause a lot of harm. The purpose of this qualitative research is to be able to find out what efforts were made by Islamic Religious Extensionists in reducing early marriage in South Binjai City through observation and in-depth interviews. The informant was an Islamic Counselors in South Binjai. The results of the study show that the efforts of Islamic Counselors at South Binjai to reduce early marriage are carried out in various ways, including by socializing the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 and providing religious guidance to parents and adolescents every month in different locations regarding the purpose of marriage and the negative impacts of early marriage. Apart from that, they also cooperates with village heads and neighborhood heads in providing education for residents who want to marry early. This effort is very helpful in reducing the number of early marriages in South Binjai in 2022.

Development of a Scale for Measuring the Competencies of Islamic Counselors

The competence of an individual's personality is a crucial aspect in determining the success of guidance and counseling services. It is important to measure the personality competence of Islamic counselors to assess their preparedness to fulfill their responsibilities in the workplace. This measurement serves as a benchmark for the quality of prospective Islamic counselors and can be used as an evaluation tool. The objective of this study is to develop a scale to measure the personality competence of prospective Islamic counselors based on the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), the American Counseling Association (ACA), and the Minister of National Education Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 Year 2008 related to counselor competencies. The study employed a qualitative approach in formulating statement items and a quantitative approach to test the internal validity of the scale. The internal validity was confirmed through V-Aiken analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using the Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) test. Additionally, the reliability of the scale was tested using the Cronbach Alpha method. The results showed that the Islamic counselor personality competence scale was declared to be valid and reliable for all indicators and items.

ISLAMIC GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING: ISLAMIC SCIENCE POINT VIEW

Islamization is an effort to maintain and preserve the teachings of Islam that have been brought by the Prophet Muhammad, as well as efforts to liberate Muslims from underdevelopment in many sectors of life. One of them is the development of science. Guidance and Counseling as a science that is in direct contact with the community, of course, must receive more attention in its knowledge. It has been described in many previous studies about the study of counseling guidance that is not in accordance with Islamic teachings. So that in this study, we will examine in depth the history, definitions, principles, functions, and objectives of counseling guidance in the Islamization approach which was initiated by Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas and Ismail Raji al-Faruqi. The purpose of this study is that prospective Islamic counselors have an overview and insight into the study of appropriate counseling guidance in Islamic teachings.

Kepribadian Ideal Konselor Islam dalam Qasidah Munfarijah Karya Syekh Yusuf Bin Muhammad Yusuf At-Tuzi

Islamic guidance and counseling is an activity that is helpful and contributes to every individual in need in terms of alleviating the problems they face. However, the facts on the ground show that many counseling practices deviate from predetermined standards so that it affects the results of the services provided to counselees. One of the factors that causes the low quality of counseling services is the personality of the counselor who is less than ideal. This study aims to describe the ideal personality of Islamic counselors in the Qasidah Mun- farijah by Sheikh Yusuf bin Muhammad Yusuf At-Tuzi. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the type of hermeneutic research, while the data analysis uses the objectivist hermeneutics cycle of the part-whole path from Gadamer. The conclusion of this study is that there are 9 ideal personalities of Islamic counselors found in Sheikh Yusuf bin Muhammad Yusuf’s Qasidah Munfarijah, namely patient, pleased, guiding, diligent in doing good deeds, character, trustworthiness, gentle, good at communicating and knowledgeable.

Upaya Konselor Islami Dalam Penanganan Spiritualitas Pada Korban Trauma Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga

Research Objectives : The purpose of this paper is to look at the efforts of Islamic counselors in dealing with spirituality in victims of domestic violence. Research Methods : This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews and documentation. Research Results : 1) The role of Islamic counselors in dealing with trauma victims of domestic violence by approaching them first. Where this can foster enthusiasm in the victim and a discussion approach can be used as an alternative approach in Islamic guidance and counseling; 2) Islamic counselors provide direction and views to clients in a better and constructive direction, so that clients understand and realize the problems they have experienced so far, and try to get closer to Allah SWT by carrying out acts of worship in accordance with the instructions of the Al-Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet ; 3) Islamic counselors provide guidance to victims of domestic violence through family assistance. Conclusion : Islamic counselors focus on changing individual mindsets that are not going well and to reduce changes due to fear and trauma, as well as through family assistance and legal assistance in conducting discussions that can be used as alternative approaches to Islamic guidance and counseling. Implication : Islamic counselors to help recover from trauma conditions for victims of domestic violence. It aims to provide psychological assistance to victims of domestic violence to be able to find and fulfill the meaning and purpose of their lives. Where it is able to make individuals as victims of domestic violence improve close interpersonal relationships, draw closer to Allah SWT, show the value of life, actualize their potential, act and think positively, and take the right attitude about all the disasters they experience.

Bimbingan Konseling Dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Islam

This article discusses guidance and counseling in an Islamic perspective. This research method is a literature study, which is done by searching, collecting, reading, taking notes on the sub-discussions in Islamic guidance and counseling. The data collection technique in this research is library research, namely data collection activities related to research obtained from books, scientific journals, literature and other publications that are used as references for research researched by the author. The purpose of this study is to find out counseling guidance in an Islamic perspective, not only the meaning of counseling guidance in Islam, but also to explain the purpose, function, therapy in Islam and the requirements of a counselor in Islam. Many already know about the purpose and function of counseling guidance in general, but do not fully understand it Islamically. Especially at times like this that limit meetings, activities that make anxiety or worry increase. So, we explain how to deal with anxiety easily and without the need to visit a specialist or a psychiatrist. If the anxiety level is too high, it is possible to visit a specialist or a counselor. An Islamic counselor must have criteria according to the Islamic perspective. With this journal, it is hoped that it will make it easier for readers to understand counseling guidance in the perception of Islam as well as reminding each other to worship so as to reduce anxiety or worries about life.

Educative And Consultative Role Of Islamic Counselor In Crime-Prone Area for A Harmony In Community

Diversity and differences in ethnicity, culture and religion, apart from being the heritage of the Indonesian nation, also have an impact on the emergence of conflicts and criminal acts. However, in several areas, including in East Lampung, there has cc/ been a decrease in crime in the last four years, which is believed to be influenced by the role of Islamic religious counselor. This study aims to examine the educative and consultative role of Islamic religious counselor in crime-prone area for community harmony in East Lampung. This study used a qualitative method using a case study design. The research participants are all of islamic counselors who worked in Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in several areas prone to criminal in the East Lampung such as Jabung, Labuhan Maringgai, and Gunung Pelindung. These areas were chosen pusposively based on the highest crime rate areas in East Lampung. Research results show that participation Islamic religion counselor can effectively improve the character of society, especially the mother and the father in a family with optimizing various religious activities so that potential criminal action will be minimized. Islamic counselors are found to have a better approach in educating the society rather than teacher, and able to give in-dept counceling than general counselor because they basically understand more on the ciscumstances and condition in those societies. In addition, the collaboration and synergy between islamic counselor, the government, and the community can optimize any effort to create a harmonious, safe, and prosperous society.

There have been many counseling service practices that are below standard and even deviate, providing counseling assistance that is not optimal and even deviating from these items will certainly affect the results that will be obtained by the counselee, the counselee will cer-tainly be detrimental because of it. One of the factors that can be the cause of the emergence of these problems is a counselor who is less or not ideal. Unlike school/educational counseling which has the main reference in the form of the Minister of Education Regulation Number 27 of 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies, which contains ideal writings that must be owned by education/school counselors, in Islamic counseling there is no single main guideline that must be followed. become a reference for the ideal personality of Islamic counselors. In ن-------- by Habib Abdullah bin Husain bin Thohir, there is a prayer verse that discusses the criteria for ideal leaders, which then these criteria in this study will be discussed from the point of view of Islamic counseling, especially the ideal counseling of Islamic counselors. The problem that will be discussed in this research is how is the ideal personality of Islamic counselors based on values in the work of Habib Abdullah Bin Husain Bin Thohir Baa Alawi? The method that will be used to discuss these problems is a qualitative method with the type of hermeneutic research, and the data analysis uses the objectivist Hika cycle (objectivist hermeneutics) from Gadamer›s part-whole path. This study tries to understand what is contained in the verse about the criteria of an ideal leader, and then discussed from the point of view of Islamic counseling in the aspect of the ideal personality that an Islamic counselor must have. The ideal personality of an Islamic counselor based on the values contained in is unique because there has never been an ideal personality that has been raised with the same composition and discussion material, namely Amar Ma›ruf Nahi Mungkar, Faith and Fear, Obeying the Rules, Loving People. People Sholeh, Fair, and Confidentiality (Gives a Sense of Security Especially in terms of Confidentiality).

Contribution of religious moderation among multicultural counseling competence

The issue of religious moderation in Islamic counseling is part of the ethical and moral values of the counselor. Religious moderation education should be able to improve multicultural competence, especially in prospective Islamic counselors. This study aims to analyze whether religious moderation contributes to the development of multicultural counseling competence. The study used ex-post facto to examine the relationship between religious moderation and the multicultural counseling competence. The research was conducted through a survey using a google form to 30 students of Islamic Guidance and Counseling at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten and 30 students of guidance and counseling at the University of PGRI Palembang. The results showed that religious moderation contributes to the development of multicultural counseling competencies. Religious moderation supports the development of multicultural insight regarding differences in values and a person's perspective in religion.

Religiusity of Counselor Candidates in Islamic Counseling: Study of Mixed Methods in Guidance and Counseling Department

This research is motivated by religiosity or religious adherence to students as potential counselors in Islamic counseling courses. Religiosity affects how individuals view their problems and life at large. In Islamic counseling, religiosity is a mandatory requirement for counselor candidates to develop so that the counselor can transmit in Islamic counseling services. This research aims to study the religiosity of guidance and counseling students at UNNES. The research sample was taken purposively from students who were taking or had been taking Islamic counseling courses in the guidance and counseling department at UNNES with a total of 100 respondents. This study's data collection techniques include two techniques related to the data to be obtained, namely quantitative and qualitative data. The data collection technique for obtaining quantitative data uses a psychological scale. The religiosity scale in this study reveals how high student religiosity is. In addition, to obtain data accuracy to strengthen quantitative data, qualitative data is also needed, collected through a focused group discussion method with two students. The quantitative results showed that the level of spirituality of counselor candidates who took Islamic counseling courses was in the moderate category or was 71%. Meanwhile, the qualitative data shows that several things generally influence the students as candidate Islamic counselors in developing spirituality. These are faith (belief in Allah and pillars of faith), worship such as prayer, fasting, and reading the Al-Qur'an, and experiences such as remembering death, parental advice, and lecturers or listening to the holy verses of the Qur'an.

This study aims to find out The Role of Master Teacher Babussalam (Syekh Hasyim Al-Syarwani) and the Khalifah in Overcoming Public Problems. The type of research used in this research is field study research (qualitative descriptive). Researchers will qualitatively review and describe the results of the reality interviews found in the field, namely by interviewing Tuan Guru / Syekh Babussalam, the caliphs, congregations, and the community around the Sufi institution Tareqat Naqsyabandiyah Babussalam, related to various problems of the ummah and their alleviation. The roles of Tuan Guru Babussalam (Syekh Hasyim Syarwani) and the caliphs are as Islamic counselors, Al- Quran teachers (educators), healers, priests or leaders, caregivers and guides. As an Islamic Counselor, the main task of the master teacher and the caliph is to develop the teachings of the Naqsyabandiyah Order. However, because many people expect assistance and advice on solutions to various life problems. So that master teachers and caliphs help with advice, approaches and wisdom so that people enter the following dimensions. (1) The spiritual dimension, by directing the people to ask forgiveness from Allah SWT, as well as practicing the practices of the Shari'a such as guarding congregational prayers, praying tahajjud to serve parents, giving alms while asking Allah SWT for help. It is different if the problems of life are experienced by the congregation of the Naqsyabandiyah Order, the teacher and the caliphs recommend that they talk and practice the dhikr that is taught. As a healer, it can be seen in the service to the people who come. With the aim of asking for help in healing various diseases, namely to ask for recovery from psychological, medical and non-medical illnesses. With given traditional medicinal ingredients, as well as help with water therapy that has been prayed for by the teacher or the caliph.

The Al-Ghazali Psycho-Spiritual Counseling Theory: An Alternative Approach in Counseling Interventions

This article discusses an alternative approach of counseling interventions in Malaysia. The premise of this approach is based on the view of the al-Ghazali Psycho-spiritual Counseling Theory about the importance of using a counseling technique that is appropriate to the values and socio-culture of the majority of Malaysians. This approach is a paradigm shift in counseling services in Malaysia which has been largely dependent on the Western counseling approach over the last six decades. The al-Ghazali Psycho-Spiritual counseling approach is an approach that combines elements of spirituality and religion that are derived from the Qur’an and the Hadith. The author believes that it is time for Islamic counselors to explore more counseling approaches related to the psychology and beliefs of the Muslim community. This paper focuses on two basic areas: that of our philosophy and assumptions about humans, and the counseling techniques from the al-Ghazali perspective. It concludes that the al-Ghazali Psycho-spiritual counseling approach is the latest platform in counseling services that has to be explored and learned by counseling practitioners to empower the profession.

Mind Skills Training Model through Experiential Learning as Guide Teacher and Islamic Counselors

This article is aimed to create mind skills training manual books for guidance teachers and counselors to increase counseling skills theoretically and practically. Mind skill used by counselors and guides teachers in MTs 1 Kudus, MTs TBS, and Muhammadiyah Kudus, Central Java to manage and think about what they think and do. It will implicate how they react and act, communicate, and respond to their counselee or client. This article used a development approach that modified from Borg and Gall model through three phases included (1) preparation, (2) implementation, and (3) trial. The mind skills training book was developed by referring to the needs of research subjects based on the results of interviews and literature studies. The result shows that the mind skills manual book for guide teacher counselor is accepted and fulfillment with an average value of 87% in the "very good" category for small group tests by corresponding of correctness, usefulness, and conformity aspect.AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk membuat buku panduan pelatihan keterampilan pikiran untuk guru bimbingan dan konselor dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan konseling secara teoritis dan praktis. Keterampilan pikiran digunakan oleh konselor dan membimbing guru di MTs 1 Kudus, MTs TBS, dan Muhammadiyah Kudus, Jawa Tengah untuk mengelola dan berpikir tentang apa yang mereka pikirkan dan lakukan. Ini akan melibatkan bagaimana mereka bereaksi dan bertindak, berkomunikasi, dan menanggapi konseli atau klien mereka. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan yang dimodifikasi dari model Borg dan Gall melalui tiga fase termasuk (1) persiapan, (2) implementasi, dan (3) percobaan. Buku pelatihan keterampilan pikiran dikembangkan dengan merujuk pada kebutuhan subyek penelitian berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan keterampilan pikiran untuk guru BK membimbing diterima dan dipenuhi dengan nilai rata-rata 87% dalam kategori "sangat baik" untuk tes kelompok kecil dengan aspek ketepatan, kegunaan, dan kesesuaian.

Religious Guidance and Counseling For Listeners of Dangdut Radio in Jakarta Indonesia

<p class="06IsiAbstrak">Religious counselors in current days seldom come forward in mass media, especially in radio. They prefer to introduce their selves as Islamic preacher. Furthermore, Islamic counselor is rarely as program director and producer in radio. This article offers what is very significant roles and functions of Islamic counselor (IC) on air program and off-air program in order families look for Islamic counseling. This research methods using observation, text analysis on record cassette, and script of fragment, deep interview on Fattahuddin as Islamic Counselor, and literature studies. Data were analyzed by constructivism paradigm. It was conducted by dialect among subjective reality, symbolic reality, and objective reality through externalization, objectivities, and internalization. The results of research reveal two findings: 1). Fatahuddin is religious guidance and counseling in <em>Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta,</em> religious affairs. He had used radio schema to construct family problems in Jakarta <em>Dangdut</em> radio through 6 stages.2). He had framed the concepts of <em>Sakinah</em> Family through format of Dialog Listeners and Broadcasters by using fragments 1 and 2, script of cases and solutions.</p>

KERJASAMA PENYULUH AGAMA ISLAM FUNGSIONAL DENGAN APARAT KELURAHAN DALAM MENGATASI PENYAKIT MASYAKARAKAT DI KELURAHAN PURUS KECAMATAN PADANG BARAT KOTA PADANG

This paper raises the problem of how the cooperation of the Functional Islamic Counselor with Urban Officials in overcoming the disease of the community in Purus Village, Padang Barat Subdistrict, Padang City. Limitation of research is Cooperation extension of Islam functional with the village officials in overcoming drugs. Religious and village officials face many problems, such as multi talent community, stubborn, unruly and so on. Departing from the background above, it needs an in-depth study of the Cooperation of Functional Islamic Counselor with Urban Officials in Overcoming Community Disease. This research is a descriptive field research, aiming to describe reality in the field with qualitative and rationalistic approach. Data source 19 people Extension of Islamic Religion Functional PNS and Non PNS, Official apparatus, community leaders in Purus Village. Cooperation of extension of functional Islam with the urban village apparatus in overcoming drugs in Purus urban village only oriented to preventive measures. There is no action or curative cooperation.

HUKUM KAUSALITAS AL GHAZALI DALAM PROSES KONSELING ISLAMI

This article discusses Al-Ghazali’s law of causality, there are causes and consequences that we can see and become habits that are not from these objects but there is an essential cause, namely the will of God. God is the main cause of consequences. In the realm of counseling, clients who have problems will be assisted by counselors to solve problems. However, the cause of resolving the problem is not solely because the counselor helped him, but because of the will of God to allow the resolve of the client's problem through an Islamic counselor.

Personal Integrity of Islamic Counselor on Professional Ethics Commitment

A system, method, technique, or scientific competence will not be efficient as long as it is not done by a counselor who has a personal quality and integrity. Ethics, behaviors and good personality which appropriate to Islamic Sharia values should be improved to make a qualified Islamic counselor. An Islamic counselor with integrity means an honest person with a strong character, including consistency in all actions. A counselor who has integrity toward commitment will be able to show a good performance on duties and accordance with the authority within the value and professional ethics. In this article, author will attempt to describe what is personal of counselor that can support the effectiveness of the guidance and counseling services, the professional ethics of counselor that provided by the guidance and counseling profession organization, and personal integrity that can be seen from the words and actions that counselor do in the daily life.
