Abstract
This article discusses Al-Ghazali’s law of causality, there are causes and consequences that we can see and become habits that are not from these objects but there is an essential cause, namely the will of God. God is the main cause of consequences. In the realm of counseling, clients who have problems will be assisted by counselors to solve problems. However, the cause of resolving the problem is not solely because the counselor helped him, but because of the will of God to allow the resolve of the client's problem through an Islamic counselor.
