Implementation Of Digital Media Agumented Reality Based On Integrated Neuroscience Of The Qur'an To Improve Students' Physical Insight And Spiritual Attitudes In The Era Of Society 5.0

Technological developments in the 21st century have had a significant impact on various fields, including education. This study examines the effectiveness of the use of Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media integrated with neuroscience and Qur'anic values in improving students' understanding of physics and spiritual attitudes in the Society 5.0 era. The research was conducted in two Islamic-based schools, namely SMA Darussalam Blokagung and MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung, using quantitative methods with pre-test and post-test. The results showed that AR learning media significantly improved students' understanding of physics concepts and spiritual attitudes, as evidenced by the difference in pre-test and post-test scores as well as the results of the N-Gain test which showed the effective category, with an average N-Gain score of 77.12% at SMA Darussalam Blokagung and 76.05% at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. In addition, students' spiritual attitudes also increased with the average questionnaire score showing the category of "Very Good". This study concludes that the integration of AR technology in learning is effective in improving academic understanding and the development of students' spiritual character.

Management of Participation in the Management of Islamic Educational Institutions

The development of schools requires support from the surrounding community. This is commonly referred to as participatory management in the field of education. It is a strategic step towards the development of schools, particularly Islamic-based schools. The research aims to 1) describe the process of implementing participatory management in managing Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Wonosegoro, and 2) describe the internalization of participatory management through program activities in managing Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Wonosegoro. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research instrument used is an interview guide. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis utilized the Spradley model, which includes Domain analysis, Taxonomic analysis, and Componential analysis. The research findings revealed that organizing involves establishing an organizational structure that involves community participation. The implementation phase involves carrying out the management plan and daily activities of the Islamic boarding school. The community must actively participate in the implementation of various programs and activities. The control stage involves evaluating the achievement of goals and the performance of the pesantren, as well as taking corrective action if necessary. This includes evaluating programs and activities with the community, either through surveys, group discussions, or joint reflection sessions. The internalization program includes nightly activities, delegation of students, determination of educators, and the haul of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Wonosegoro.

Implementation of TQM in Islamic-Based Schools: A Literature Review

The quality of Islamic education in Indonesia plays an important role in supporting the improvement of education quality nationally in order to produce quality human resources (HR). This qualitative research aims to determine the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Islamic-based schools. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods, especially Systemic Literature Review (SLR) using the results of previous research. Based on a literature review study, it was found that TQM can actually be implemented in the management of the Islamic education system. By: 1) The principle of customer focus and total involvement, namely: leadership and employee empowerment. 2) Leadership roles, education and training, support structures, communication, rewards and recognition, and measurement 3) Implementation of continuous improvement, meaning that quality is always improved and adapted to changing customer needs and desires.

Anxiety Theory in School Selection Preferences in the View of Islamic Psychology

Education is an important thing for humans. The human need for education is primary. However, in pursuing education, schools are needed which are the category of formal education. School is a way to get an education. However, over time, school selection has become a scourge for children. The underlying factors are the zoning registration system, and the dominance of parents in determining schools. Parents tend to refer to madrasas or Islamic-based schools in the hope of getting more integrated Islamic lessons. This gives rise to a feeling of anxiety in children and are not free in determining their choices. This article will discuss the causes of the appearance of symptoms anxiety in children in school selection preference. This case study took place on Jl. Margosari rt.04 rw.07, Sawah Besar, Gayamsari, Semarang. This research uses the case study method and literature study at the same time. The results revealed that 25% of children objected if their parents forced them to attend further education at madrasah.

Global Diversity Character Habituation Profil Pelajar Pancasila in Islamic-Based Schools from the Perspective of Pierre Bourdieu and Clifford Geertz

This research is based on the phenomenon of conflict with a background of differences. Indonesia, as a multicultural country that has the ideology of Pancasila and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, in fact still often experiences discrimination, domination, and other problems that end in conflict and violence. Indonesia's cultural wealth in the form of local wisdom is now starting to be eroded due to the influence of globalization. Society began to focus on Western cultures. This research aims to describe the process of habituating the character of global diversity in the younger generation, especially students through educational institutions. Based on the theory of Pierre Bourdieu and Clifford Geertz, the researcher tries to describe the implementation of strengthening the global diversity character of the Profil Pelajar Pancasila in Islamic-based schools in the city of Surakarta. This research is research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research explain that Profil Pelajar Pancasila is a competent lifelong learner, has character, and behaves according to Pancasila's values. In connection with Pierre Bourdieu's theory, educational institutions are referred to as arenas (fields). Furthermore, global diversity includes openness and tolerance towards foreign cultural diversity while still respecting culture. This concept is by Clifford Geertz's theory that culture is a symbolic system, so cultural processes must be read, translated, and interpreted. The success of characterizing global diversity is influenced by family socialization and teacher example, both of which, according to Pierre Bourdieu, are structural actors/agents and are influenced by social heterogeneity which becomes social capital.

Empowering Educators: A Comprehensive Human Resources: Framework for Improving Islamic-based Schools

This research aims to analyze human resource management strategies in Islamic-based schools. This research uses a qualitative case study type approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in stages, from data display to data reduction and concluding. Research shows that directed human resource management development can create an inclusive work environment, support cultural diversity, and improve employees' interpersonal skills. The implications of this research highlight the importance of directed human resource management in achieving socio-cultural harmony in organizations and provide an in-depth view of how human resource management can effectively achieve this goal. This research contributes to the practical and theoretical understanding of the importance of developing human resource management to improve socio-cultural competence in various organizational contexts.

Meningkatkan Kemampuan Peserta Didik dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Terhadap Maharah Al-Kitabah dengan Metode Pembelajaran Insya’iyah

Apart from be.ing famous for the language of the Koran, Arabic has an important role in entering the current era of globalization, moreover Arabic is also an international language that we should have mastered. Therefore, Arabic has been widely studied in several schools, especially in Islamic educational institutions or Islamic-based schools. To make it easier for educators to convey Arabic language learning, educators should master the methods used in learning Arabic. In this writing, the author will explain a method for learning Arabic, especially the Maharah Al-Kitabah, to make it easier for educators to achieve learning goals. The method for learning Arabic in Maharah Al-Kitabah which will be discussed in this writing is the insyaiyah method. The purpose of this writing is to make it easier for educators or anyone who reads this article to inform and make it easier to choose Arabic language learning methods. The author uses the library research method, namely a series of activities relating to library data collection methods, by collecting as much data as possible through books, journals, the internet and so on, then criticizing and writing it into this paper when he has found it. accurate data.

Consideration of Parents in Choosing Islamic Schools in the Digital Era

In the digital era, formal education is not only about learning at school but also about learning and education outside of school. This condition has more or less directly affected the consideration of parents in choosing a school, especially in the digital era. This research is conducted using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. The quantitative method is performed by analyzing the potential of the schools chosen by parents, while the qualitative method is to find out the opinions of parents in more depth in choosing schools for their children. TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) analysis is performed which involves three experts in assessing good schools in the digital era. Three types of schools are used as research objects such as Islamic Boarding Schools, Public Schools, and Subsidized Schools. Some interesting findings related to considerations of parents in choosing a school are related to religious education for their children, access to education, and also the reason for the relatively expensive cost of Islamic-based schools. Therefore, parents tend to choose non-boarding public schools.

Program Unggulan Sekolah Berbasis Islam: Analisis Manajemen Program Tahfiz Qur’an untuk Ketercapaian Target Hafalan

Tahfiz Qur'an is one of the excellent programs that are widely implemented in Islamic-based schools, although it is not specifically mentioned in the national education curriculum. However, sometimes this excellent program is not aligned with the achievement of student memorization. One of the factors is poor management, with regard to that, this study aims to analyze the Qur'an memorization management applied by SMP-IT Ash-Shiddiiqi in achieving the set memorization target. This research uses a qualitative method, based on phenomenology. Data collection used observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The informants were taffiz teachers, school leaders and students. The results revealed that management is evidenced by planning activities which include setting student memorization targets, selecting and training muhafidz/muhafidzoh, selecting students, determining time allocations, creating memorization support programs. Implementation using the itqan method, this model is a method of memorizing the Qur'an by memorizing one by one verse of the Qur'an starting from juz 30. Program evaluation is carried out twice a month, for reporting the muhafidz report every day on the link that has been provided.

Analisis implementasi budaya sekolah berbasis islami dalam membangun karakter disiplin siswa di sekolah dasar islam terpadu

<p class="Abstract">The aims of this study are: (1) to analyze the implementation of Islamic-based school culture in building the disciplinary character of students at SDIT Al-Hadi; (2) analyzing the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Islamic-based school culture in building the disciplinary character of students at SDIT Al-Hadi; (3) analyzing the efforts made to overcome the inhibiting factors of implementing Islamic-based school culture in building the disciplinary character of students at SDIT Al-Hadi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The subject in this study were the principal, teachers and students of SDIT Al-Hadi. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity testing technique uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis techniques use interactive model data analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of Islamic-based school culture in building disciplinary character at SDIT Al-Hadi has been carried out very well at a scale of 90%; (2) Factors supporting, namely: the involvement of school members and supporting infrastructure. The inhibiting factors are: students easily forget and lack of student awareness; (3) Efforts made to overcome the inhibiting factors are: raising student awareness and establishing cooperation with parents.</p>

Pelatihan Duta UKS Dalam Meningkatkan Kesehatan Remaja Putri Di Boarding School Man 2 Surakarta

The complex reproductive health issues faced by teenagers and the suboptimal implementation of the School Health Efforts (UKS) triad at the high school level have a significant impact on the health of students, particularly in improving reproductive health and promoting a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS). Madrasah Aliyah 2 Surakarta (MAN 2 Surakarta) is a private Islamic-based school in the city of Surakarta that has a Boarding School program for girls located not far from the main building. Based on observations, the condition of the UKS room in the girls' boarding school building does not meet the general UKS standards and the management of the UKS triad is not optimal. The aim of this community service is to improve UKS management facilities as a means of optimizing health improvement through trained UKS ambassadors. The method applied in this community service consists of Situational Analysis (Problems), Solutions, and Implementation of UKS Ambassador Training. The results of this community service show that the students were very enthusiastic about participating in the UKS ambassador training and there was an increase in knowledge before (pre-test 86.6%) and after (post-test 94.6%) training by 5%.

The purpose of this research is to find out the existence of Islamic institutions in digitalization transformation through the Virtual Gallery innovation, as well as to analyze the obstacles and challenges that occur within them. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to process the data. The data collection techniques used included observation, document study of grades and student projects, literature studies, and interviews with teachers and students. The results of the study prove that digital transformation can help Islamic educational institutions maintain their existence in today's modern era. However, various problems were encountered in the implementation process such as students' difficulties using e-learning features, gaps in teachers' ability to use technology and differences in policies experienced by students

Teacher Performance and Student Character in Islamic Schools: Case of History Learning in Spain's Pandemic Time

This research aims to analyze teacher performance and student character in Islamic schools by highlighting the case of history learning in Spain during the Pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Research location in an Islamic-based school. The data sources in the research are informants, consisting of the deputy head of curriculum, history teacher, and student representatives from each class, learning activities, and documents. The results of this research show that planning for online history learning in Islamic-based schools is good, but teachers need to improve their competence and ability to adapt to technology; The role of history teachers in the process of cultivating character in pandemic conditions through distance learning is very limited. Interaction between teachers and students is very limited. Meanwhile, in distance learning, the assessment of the character of each student is seen from assignments, monitoring outside class hours, and communication with parents; Student responses to the role of history teachers in cultivating character through distance learning are different for each student. Student responses are influenced by students' interest in history subjects, as well as the methods and media used by teachers to attract students' attention.

Islamic Religiosity as A Moderator of The Effect of Organizational Climate on Happiness at Work in Islamic School Teachers

This study aims to determine the organizational climate's effect on work happiness with Islamic religiosity as a moderator variable for Islamic-based school teachers in the Banyumas Regency. A correlational quantitative approach was used for this study. Respondents in this study were 86 permanent teachers. Data collection uses the happiness at organizational ClimateCare and Islamic religious scale. The data analysis technique used tests the outer and inner models with the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The research findings show that organizational climate and Islamic religiosity have a significant effect on happiness at work. However, the moderator test shows no significant effect between organizational climate and happiness at work when Islamic religiosity functions as a moderator variable. The recommendation from the research is that to increase happiness in the workplace needs to pay attention to personal and organizational factors. Although Islamic religiosity does not moderate the relationship between organizational climate and happiness at work, further research can be conducted to gain a deeper understanding of other variables that function as moderators.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA SISWA MAN 1 PULANG PISAU

Components that influence student learning success are those that originate within students (interest and motivation) and from outside students such as the environment, social, teacher learning methods, and so on. Interest in learning Indonesian at MAN 1 Pulang Pisau is categorized as low due to a lack of student learning motivation, so there are still many low grades. Even though this school is one of the favorite schools with a large enough number of students because it is the only Islamic-based school and has been accredited A. The purpose of this study is to describe how motivation influences learning on student learning outcomes of MAN 1 Pulang Pisau, by applying differentiated learning designed by the teacher Indonesian. This research method is descriptive qualitative method. The population in this study were all students of class X and the sample in the study was class X IPS II MAN I Pulang Pisau. Data collection techniques were carried out by observing learning in class and distributing questionnaires. The data taken is the result of student learning in the form of written tests and questionnaire results which are distributed in the form of a questionnaire. Then the data is described descriptively and a final conclusion is drawn. Based on the results of the study, students' learning motivation in differentiated learning can improve student learning outcomes. Students are more active and enthusiastic in participating in learning, more confident, and able to respect others.

Parents' Expectations for Islamic Schools: Multi-Site Study in Al Falah High School, Muhammadiyah 2 High School, and Al Hikmah High School in Surabaya

This study aims to find out what parents expect from Islamic-based schools in Al Falah High School, Muhammadiyah 2 High School, and Al Hikmah High School in Surabaya.This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site design. The subjects in this study were parents, principals, deputy principals, teachers, and students at Al Falah High School, Muhammadiyah 2 High School, and Al Hikmah High School in Surabaya, Indonesia. Selection of informants with a purposeful technique sampling and snowball sampling Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis used a modified analytic analysis method. While data validity is used to reveal credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this study indicated the expectation included students’ output, which refers to having a strong faith, having awareness, and obedience in practicing Muslim faith tenets and its good deed of sunnah. Moreover, the students’ outcomes are defined as practicing the Muslim faith in the real life in society, becoming imam in salat, and becoming a leader in certain Islamic events in society. This study concluded that the parents’ expectation was fulfilled that their children have a good religious character. Hence, this research is expected to develop a renewal of Vroom's theory in school management

PEMBELAJARAN STATISTIKA TERKAIT UKURAN PEMUSATAN DATA (MEAN, MODUS, DAN MEDIAN) MELALUI INTEGRASI TERHADAP AL-QUR’AN

Statistics consists of how to plan, collect, analyze, then interpret, and finally display data. Although studied at various school levels, statistics is still taught in general, without being linked to the Qur’an, especially in Islamic-based schools or tertiary institutions. Therefore, the integration between religious sciences and general science, especially statistics, is very much needed in schools. Learning statistics related to the size of the concentration of data, namely the mean, median, and mode, can be integrated with the Qur'an. This can be seen from the existence of examples that can be taken using the number of verses, names of surahs, and other prayer services that can be related to this. This integration between statistics and the Qur’an can indirectly help eliminate the assumption that the Koran and general science cannot be collaborated. This research is focused on developing a learning process with a scientific approach that can help understanding statistics related to the size of data concentration. The research method used in this study is the research and development method, which includes the use of descriptive methods, action research, and experiments. The results prove that this integration is a bright spot to be able to combine the two sciences when teaching in class to get more meaningful learning. Students can also become more aware of what the Qur'an contains by frequently interacting through this integration.

Pola Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Perempuan di Sekolah Berbasis Islam

This study aims to describe the patterns of leadership of principals in Islamic-based schools, how principals manage time in carrying out their roles and efforts to unravel stereotypes. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The sample of this study is the principal, teachers, students and employees at the school. The results of the study illustrate, the leadership pattern applied by the Principal of MTs Al Hidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto is: 1) a transformational leadership pattern, a charisma shown through various approaches that embrace all parties with the aim of conditioning a better work situation; 2) Instructional and participatory leadership patterns, characterized by the principal's efforts to interact more with teachers, students, parents, colleagues, communities, more than men, support consensus decision-making, emphasize processes, encourage feelings of self-esteem, active participation, and share forces and information that help transform people's self-interest into organizational goals, influence teachers to use more desirable teaching methods in everyday life. In dismissing stereotypes, the principal has succeeded in creating a conducive climate in his institution so that all elements that are included in the academic climate of MTs can run well.

Financing Management in Islam-Based Schools in the City of Tasikmalaya

The purpose of this study was to analyze budget planning to improve education in Islamic-based schools, organize and implement financial management in improving the quality of education, as well as the monitoring and accountability system for financing education in Islamic-based schools in Tasikmalaya City. The research design is qualitative combined with percentage descriptive. Data collection uses observation and interview methods, as well as documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Hubermann interactive analysis model which includes four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation according to the classification of themes, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that 1) education budget planning was prepared and stated in the form of a school income and expenditure budget plan which was prepared at the end of each year by establishing all program plans and the budget for each program, involving internal school stakeholders through meetings, 2) organizing funding Education starts from the source of the funds themselves, 3) budget execution is used according to plan with slight modifications in real implementation, 4) the supervision of education financing is carried out by foundations, and 5) the responsibility for school financing is left to school committees, foundations, and education offices.

Analysis of Akhlak Values in Science Textbooks for Madrasah Aliyah

Integrating akhlak values ​with all subjects at all levels of education is one of the keys to forming students with a religious character. So that science and religion are no longer separated. Including at the Madrasah Aliyah (MA) education level, Islamic-based schools, but in reality, it is still difficult not to separate science and religion, especially in science subjects. Therefore, this study aims to analyze religious values, especially in the akhlak aspect in science textbooks for 10th grade Madrasah Aliyah (MA), and how students internalize these religious values. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, specifically content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning materials in science textbooks for 10th at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) contain akhlak values, including akhlak to Allah SWT, akhlak to fellow human beings, and akhlak to the environment. The media used to internalize akhlak values ​​in science learning is manufacturing printed and electronic teaching materials so students can easily access and understand them.
