ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KELAYAKAN USAHA JAMUR TIRAM PUTIH DI MURI JAMUR KUPANG

The white oyster mushroom business can be said to be successful if the business can provide optimal results. Optimal results are determined from the income earned and the feasibility level of the business being run. This study aims to determine the Revenue and Feasibility of the White Oyster Mushroom Business in the Kupang Mushroom Muri Business. The research location is at the Kupang Mushroom Muri Business which was determined intentionally (purposive sampling). Data analysis was carried out using the Quantitative Method, namely income analysis, and financial feasibility which was analyzed using the investment criteria analysis method. The results of this study show that the income earned by the owner of the White Oyster Mushroom Business in 2022 is Rp. 68,242,952. The results of the financial feasibility analysis show an NPV value of Rp.329,854,793, Net B/C of 5, IRR of 23%, and Payback Period of 1 year and 7 months. From the results of this analysis it is known that the White Oyster Mushroom Business at Muri Mushroom Kupang is feasible to cultivate.

Analisis Kelayakan Usahatani Kakao di Desa Kopandakan Dua Kecamatan Lolayan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of cocoa farming in Kopandakan II Village, Lolayan District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from October to November 2022. Data collection in the field was carried out by purposive sampling by direct interviews and data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for Bolaang Mongondow Regency, institutions related to cocoa commodity and scientific information from researchers - previous researchers. The variables measured in this study are cocoa production, cocoa prices, investment costs, cocoa operational costs, and cocoa income. The results of the data obtained will then be processed and analyzed in more depth using the analysis of investment criteria. The results of this study indicate that cocoa farming in Kopandakan II Village is feasible. With data obtained from the average Net Present Value of cocoa farming per hectare by farmers using intercropping of Rp. 6,098,333 and Rp. Rp.8,626,871 for cocoa farming using the monoculture method, the Internal Rate of Return for cocoa farming using intercropping is 19% and 20.64% for cocoa farming using monoculture. the Net B/C yield is 1.421 monoculture and 1.277 intercropping, the Payback Period cocoa farming by intercropping for 7 years 8 months and 7 years in cocoa farming by monoculture to return the investment costs incurred.

ANALISIS STUDI KELAYAKAN PENGEMBANGAN USAHA JAMUR TIRAM PADA UD. KENANGA DI KELURAHAN AMPENAN SELATAN

The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the business development that will be carried out by UD. Memories in the South Ampenan Village of Mataram City when viewed from the investment criteria of Net Present Value (NPV), Pay Back Period (PP) and Profitability Index (IP). The data collection method used in this study is the case method or case study. In this case the case under study is the plan to add one unit of mushroom house (Kumbung) with a capacity of 500 baglogs. To find out the extent to which a business or business will be planned and can provide benefits or benefits, the analysis used is analysis of investment criteria. Based on the calculation of the Net Present Value, it shows that the total present value is Rp. 66,009,488.33, - which is greater than the initial investment of Rp. 12,630,000.00. So it shows a positive (+) net present value of IDR 53,379,488.33. The business development plan by adding one kumbung unit is feasible when viewed from the NPV investment criteria because the NPV results are positive (+). From the results of the payback period (PP) calculation above, it can be stated that cash inflow is needed in year 1 to cover the remaining the initial investment is Rp. 3,279,776.8 then the need for Rp. 3,279,776.8 only describes 38% of cash inflow in year 2 (3,279,776.8 : 8,598,866.0) X 1 year or in other words that cash inflow of IDR 3,279,776.8 in year 2 will be collected within 4 months 17 days. So the initial payback period from the investment plan is shorter than the economic life that has been set, which is 10 years, so that the plan to add 1 unit of kumbung is feasible. Based on the calculation of the profitability index above, it is obtained 5.2, this indicates that the plan to add 1 unit of kumbung is feasible because the PI value is > 1

Feasibility of Integration of Cattle with Oil Palm Crops at Industry and Farmer Level

This study analyzes the feasibility of the market, technical and technological, financial and social integration of the system at the industrial and farmer levels. The market aspect can be seen in the market potential in absorbing integrated products, technical and technological aspects refer to the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 46/Permentan/PK.210/8/2015, and financial feasibility using investment criteria analysis and social feasibility including the response of the surrounding community. The driving factor for implementing the integration system for cattle and oil palm plantations at the industrial level is the benefits of integration, while the inhibiting factor is that the company still finds doubts about the negative impact of organic fertilizer on oil palm plantations. At the farmer level, the driving factor is the profit gained from integration, while the inhibiting factor is the limited market for selling organic fertilizer. Market and marketing, technical and technological, financial and social feasibility at the industrial level is feasible and not sensitive to changes in input-output, while at the farm level is feasible except for market aspects and sensitive to changes in prices and output volumes (compost). The novelty of this research is the driving and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the integration of cattle with oil palm plantations at the industrial and farmer level, and the comparison of aspects of the feasibility of integrating cattle with oil palm plantations between industrial and farmer.

Analisis teknoekonomi usaha pengolahan limbah cair organik menggunakan black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens)

Liquid waste could not treated by primary treatment only, secondary or tertiary treatment is needed. However, this process has a high cost, so alternative processes are required. Black soldier fly (BSF) is an alternative treatment for a low-cost. In addition, waste treatment with BSF also produce animal food from the larvae produced and compost from processing residue. This processing product has a good economical value. However, a business project should be conducted a feasibility analysis to find out if the business is possible. Feasibility analysis is based on financial analysis of investment criteria: Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost per ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The result is NPV Rp141,626142; Net B/C 1.15; IRR 17.6 % and PP 3.95 years. Based on that financial criteria, the organic waste processing into animal feed and fertilizers using BSF is possible. Sensitivity analysis shows that decreasing revenue over 8.04% could make this business unfeasible. The increasing of main material cost for almost 59% could keep this business feasible .

ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS FEASIBILITY IN EKSPANSION ABILITY PT. MEKARSARI WARNA PERKASA

In the world of the plastic industry, currently it is experiencing a fairly rapid development. In its efforts to develop the company carries out investment activities. PT. Mekarsari Warna Perkasa is one of the business actors engaged in plastic dye trading which will expand by building a color matching laboratory. This type of research is qualitative descriptive using investment criteria analysis techniques to see whether the project is feasible or not. The results showed that the NPV value was Rp. 165,168,085.69, NET B / C of 1.26, IRR value of 19.86%, then the payback period for 3 years 7 months and BEP of 85.49%, namely the turnover of Rp. 1,231,094,004. So it can be concluded overall that this expansion plan is feasible to run with a cash flow that is always positive using the assumption of sales of 1,440,000,000 per year, with 100% of own capital, and a discount factor of 10%. The benefits of this research for business owners in carrying out expansion plans are expected to use 100% of their own capital so that there are no additional bank loan interest costs, and it is hoped that future researchers will become a reference for analysis using the external capital component.

ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE AND FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY OF LAYING DUCK FARM WITH INTENSIVE SYSTEM


 
 
 This study aims to determine the management, production performance, financial feasibility, break-even point and sensitivity of business. The study began from December 2019 until January 2020 at UD. Sari Utama, located in Cepaka Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. This research uses primary data. The variables observed in this study are livestock management, production performance, cost, financial feasibility, and sensitivity. The fe- asibility of laying duck business is analyzed using investment criteria analysis, PBP, BEP and sensitivity analysis. The results of this study indicate that the UD Sari Utama laying duck business has paid attention to several aspects of management including the selection of pra-layer ducks, cages, feed, labor, prevention and treatment of disease. The average egg production is 65%/day and the average number of eggs produced is consumption eggs 62,4% and 37,6% hatching eggs with a maintenance ratio of male and female ducks 1:10. The results of financial analysis show that this farm produces NPV 246.749.932, IRR 26,16%, Net B / C 2,2, PBP in 1,17 years, BEP in 5,96 years, BEP egg production 217.935 / year, BEP egg price Rp 1.649,84 / item. The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the business is sensitive to decreasing egg prices and increasing feed prices, with sensitivity values of 10,52% and 16,87%, respectively. Based on these results it can be concluded that the business of laying duck UD. Sari Utama is financially feasible.
 
 

Investment Advantages of Broiler Production Using the Partnership System: A Study in Indonesia

Purpose: Broiler business with independent pattern in Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi often experiences problems with input and output price fluctuations. Therefore, farmers try to collaborate in partnership with companies that have better capital and technology. An evaluation needs to be carried out whether partnership model of broiler businessin North Minahasa, North Sulawesi Province is financially beneficial or not.Research Method: The research was a case study performed in UD. Matuari Waya, the only broiler farming entities in District of Kalawat, Regency of North Minahasa, of which was partnered with a national-scale husbandry company, Charoen Phokpand Ltd. Data were analyzed through business feasibility scope using analysis of investment criteria and sensitivity model.Findings: Partnership model was financially beneficial to be developed further, by NPV value of IDR.1,487,877,624 (US$101,909.43), net B/C, of 1.219, internal rate of return of 63.18% and the payback period within 1 year & 7 months. Moreover, the result of sensitivity analysis shows that: if price of broiler declined about 15% and operational cost was increased of 12%, the broiler business could still be performed. Nonetheless, whereas broiler’s production declined for 10%, this partnership was non-feasible to be developed since the value of NPV was negative and net B/C was lower than 1.Research Limitations: This study was constrained by the limited broiler breeders with partnership pattern in Kalawat District as the region with the largest broiler population.Originality/Value: The results provide new information on business development standards for broiler chicken partnerships in the context of a decline in output price, decrease of broiler production and an increase in inputs price.

Kelayakan Usaha Agrowisata di Kabupaten Rembang

Agrotourism is tourism that utilizes agricultural business as a tourism destination, with the purpose of recreation, increasing knowledge, and building business in agricultural. The purpose of this research is to analyze the investment feasibility of agrotourism. The location of the research was conducted in De Kampoeng Rembang Agrotuorism which is an agrotourism with the main commodity of dragon fruit and combined with edu-tourism. In this research will be compared to the feasibility business of agrotourism without restaurant facilities (scenario I) with agrotourism that adds restaurant facilities (scenario II). Feasibility of non-financial business was analyzed using the market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, law aspects, social, economic, cultural aspects, and environmental aspects. Whereas feasibility of financial business was analyzed using the investment criteria, that covered NPV, Net B/C, IRR, and Payback Period, and also switching value analysis. The result shows that De Kampoeng Rembang Agrotourism is feasible based on non-financial aspects and financial aspects. The result of investment criteria analysis shows that the business of agrotourism with restaurant facilities have better performance than the business of agrotourism without restaurant facilities. While based on switching value analysis, the result shows that the decreasing in the number of visitors is more sensitive to business feasibility compared to the increasing in the salary of permanent workers on both scenarios

Analisis finansial peremajaan perkebunan sawit rakyat di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi

This study aims to (1) determine the feasibility of smallholder oil palm plantations assessed from a financial perspective using investment criteria, (2) determine the sensitivity of smallholder oil palm plantations to changes in input and output prices. This research was conducted in Muaro Jambi Regency. The method of analysis used an analysis of investment criteria consisting of NPV, IRR, BCR, PBP, and BEP. The data used were primary data obtained through interviews using questionnaires. Samples were taken by snowball sampling of 40 small independent smallholders of Muaro Jambi Regency. The results showed that smallholder oil palm plantations, conventional rejuvenation, and underplanting rejuvenation were feasible to be cultivated. The results of the sensitivity analysis on the increase in the price of production factors by 15% and the selling price of FFB is considered constant, and the selling price of FFB has decreased by 15% and the price of production factors is fixed, both types of oil palm plantation rejuvenation are still feasible to carry out. Changes in FFB prices are more sensitive to changes in the value of investment criteria than changes in the price of production factors.

KELAYAKAN USAHA NELAYAN PANCING TUNA DI JAZIRAH LEIHITU

Tuna fishing activities using troll line tool is an optional activity that has been occupied by the community in Peninsula Leihitu. The activities have been occupied since hereditary and their life depends on fishery resources. In reality, most of coastal communities are still living below the poverty line. The aim of this research is (1) to analyze the thecnical, economic, social and institutional condition of tuna fishing fisherman, (2) to analyze the income level and the feasibility of fishing business in Ureng, Assilulu and Larike (Dusun Lai) of Central Maluku Regency. The used research methods include statistical descriptive analysis, income analysis, investment criteria analysis. The study was conducted for 6 months from October 2017-March 2018. Data required in the study consists of primary data and secondary data. Sampling is done purposively of 55 fishermen (30%) from total population of tuna fishermen line which is still active doing fishing activity. Based on the results of research income analysis of this business make a profit. The result of analysis calculation of investment criteria obtained value NPV>1, Net B/C>1 and IRR> discount rate, indicating that tuna business in Ureng, Assilulu and larike (Dusun Lai) is a well run.

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA BUDIDAYA TAMBAK YANG BERKELANJUTAN DI DESA LAWALLU KABUPATEN BARRU

This study aims to determine the level of socioeconomic feasibility of the pond cultivation business and formulate a sustainable development policy strategy for the pond cultivation business in the Lawallu village of Barru Regency. who works as a shrimp farmer in Lawallu Village. Analysis of the data used consists of business feasibility analysis (profit analysis, NPV, IRR, Net B / C, BEP), analysis of community social conditions and SWOT analysis.The results showed that the profit analysis was able to produce a large enough value based on the results of that the average net income or the benefits that could be generated from this aquaculture business could reach IDR. 21,165,179 per cycle and IDR. 84,660,714 per year. From the acquisition of each investment analysis shows the analysis of investment criteria obtained NPV values> 0, net B / C> 1 and IRR> of the applicable interest rate (11%), so it can be concluded from the pond cultivation business in Lawallu Village Barru Regency has high feasibility to be developed. From the results of the analysis and discussion of the prospects for developing a pond aquaculture business in Lawallu Village by using a SWOT matrix based on internal and external factors that exist in a traditional pond business there are 9 strategies to be developed.

ANALISIS FINANSIAL USAHA PETERNAKAN BABI CV. RINDRILLY DI DESA TONTALETE KECAMATAN KEMA KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF THE CV. RINDRILLY SWINE FARM AT TONTALETE VILLAGE, KEMA DISTRICT OF NORTH MINAHASA REGENCY. The CV. Rindrilly Swine Farm has been established in the year of 2000. The objective of this study was to evaluate the financial feasibility of CV. Rindrilly Swine Farm. Case study method was applied in this study. The primary data were obtained by interviewing directly to the owner of the pig farm using listed questioners. The secondary data were found from the “Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS)” of North Minahasa regency and other research reports related to this study. Descriptive analysis and investment criteria analysis were used in this study. Results of this study showed that the financial aspect was feasible in term of investment criteria appraisal including BEP unit with 288 heads of pig per period of production and BEP in IDR amount IDR 807,437,525.- per period of production. These criteria was reaching the break event point due to the total animals sold were 1,500 heads per period of production during 6 months with the total IDR output of 8,869,000,000 per year. The values of Net B/C and Gross B/C equal to 1.18 and 1.26, respectively. The value of NPV equal to IDR 764,420,240.- and IRR value equal to 22.18 percents > bank interest rates.

ANALISIS HASIL TANGKAPAN RAJUNGAN (PORTUNUS PELAGICUS) DENGAN ALAT TANGKAP BUBU LIPAT DI DESA WARUDUWUR KECAMATAN MUNDU KABUPATEN CIREBON JAWA BARAT

Folding bubble is one of simple fishing gear typesthat is used to catch the crab (Portunus pelagicus)by traditional fishermen for a long time. Folding fishing gear is widely used by fishermen, especially in Waruduwur Village, Mundu Subdistrict, Cirebon District. The choice of using folding fishing gear, because in addition to the relatively cheap price, materials and tools easy to can and easy operation. Besides, the fishing gear is environmentally friendly because it is selective towards the catch. The purpose of this research is to analyze the catch of small crabs in the folding fishing gear and to know the method of catching bubu fold in Waruduwur Village, Mundu Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency. This research use case study, as case unit is the business activity of the bubu fishing unit in the village Waruduwur District Mundu Cirebon District. Data analysis using financial analysis include profit / loss analysis, Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C), Payback Period (PP) Analysis, Break Event Point Analysis (BEP), while for analysis of investment criteria using Return Of Infestment Analysis (ROI). The results showed that the operation of fishing gear for four months (April-July) in 16 trips obtained the total composition of the main catches as much as 61,700 kg and the composition of 332 kg byproducts. The main catches in May were 79 kg (40.10%), May (78.05%) in May, 73 kg (50.34%) in June and 55kg (52.38%) in July, , While the by-catch is made up of crabs, fish, cuttlefish, and snails. Methods of operation of fishing gear include preparation, decrease of catching equipment (setting), soaking, and hauling.

Integrated farming system of duck and rice in the coast of Tondano Lake in the Regency of Minahasa

Farmers on the coast of Lake Tondano, mostly cultivate rice crops. In addition, duck farming also developed by farmers as the source of their income. Development of duck with rice was done with an integrated farming system. The problem was, whether integrated farming system of ducks and rice can provide benefits to farmers. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the benefits of the integration of duck and rice farming. Determination of research locations in Minahasa Regency was carried out by purposive sampling. This determination was carried out with the consideration that the sample location was the center of development of integrated duck rice farming. Data analysis used was RC ratio and analysis of investment criteria (BC ratio, NPV dan IRR). Farmers’ income from the development of integrated duck rice farming was more than non integration. The results of the research show that the revenue of integrated of rice duck farming per year was Rp. 75,546,633 with the costs of Rp. 49,013,896. The RC value of the ratio was 1.54 which shows that integrated farming provides benefits for farmers. The results of the investment criteria analysis show that the integration of duck rice farming provides benefits to farmers. This was shown from the BC ratio which has a greater value one, the NPV was positive and the IRR was greater than the bank interest rate that applies in the study area. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the integration of duck and rice farming provides greater benefits for farmers. Suggestions that need to be submitted were suggestions for the government to socialize the development of ducks integrated with rice.

KAJIAN KRITERIA INVESTASI KONVENSIONAL DAN LINGKUNGAN PETERNAKAN BABI DI KOTA TOMOHON

ABSTRACTSTUDY OF CONVENTIONAL INVESTMENT CRITERIA AND ENVIRONMENTAL OF PIG FARMING IN TOMOHON CITY. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of conventional (private) and environment (externalities) investment criteria, which determine the extent of the economic feasibility of the externalities investment criteria taking into account the private costs (conventional costs) and externalities costs (environmental costs) in the pig farm agribusiness. This research was conducted in Tomohon, where the sample pig farms that have business scale criterion of <1,000, 1,000-5,000, and > 5,000 heads. The analysis used the analysis of investment criteria to look at the externalities economic feasibility of the pig farms, with the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). NPV of conventionally and externalities was greater than zero or positive, these results suggest that the companies have been conventionally sampled financially feasibility, as well as the investment plan of externalities. IRR conventional and externalities is greater than one, these results indicate that the samples with conventional and externalities investment companies are still profitable, especially if the investment is viewed in the environment, it would be beneficial as it will reduce the environmental impact. BC ratio values conventionally and externalities is greater than one, these results suggest that the externalities investment is feasible for conducting.Keywords :Economy, Environment, Pig Farms, Tomohon

ANALISIS STUDI KELAYAKAN PENGEMBANGAN USAHA CANOPY DAN ATAP BAJA RINGAN PADA CV. BAJA JAYA LAS MUARA BULIAN

The objective of this study was to determine how much investment is needed for development of Canopy and Light Steel Roof business in Lembah Kuamang village, Pelepat Ilir sub-district, Muara Bungo District. And then, was to assess all the aspect in business development of Canopy and Light Steel Roof and to assess the business development feasibility by analyzing Investment Criteria. The investment needed was Rp. 564,210,000,- which consists their own capital was Rp. 394,210,000,- bank loan was Rp. 170,000,000,- through bank credit at BRI Bank with 9% interest rate. Aspects were assess, include legal aspects, management aspects and Human Resources, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, financial and economic aspects. From the evaluation of business development feasibility of Canopy and Light Steel Roof in Lembah Kuamang village, Pelepat Ilir sub-district, Muara Bungo District, this business was feasible to be developed. Based on calculations using the investment criteria analysis on CV. Baja Jaya Las in Lembah Kuamang village, the result was: NPV: Rp. 223,944,943,452,- was greater than 1 means that this business is feasible to be developed, IRR 27.07% was greater than SOCC means that this business is feasible to be developed, NET B/C 1.56 was greater than 1 means this business is feasible to be developed, GROSS B/C 1.04 was greater than 1 means that this business is feasible to be developed, PR 2.08 was greater than 1 means that this business is feasible to be developed, BEP for 3 Years 9 Months 20 Days was greater than the economic age means that this business is feasible to be developed.

Financial Feasibility Analysis of Mojosari Laying Duck Breeding Farm with Intensive Rearing System (Case Study at UD Sinar Harapan at Kedawung Village Blitar Regency East Java)

This research aims to determine the management of maintenance, marketing, and analyze the financial feasibility of duck breeding farms with intensive rearing system. This research was conducted from May to June 2017 at UD. Sinar Harapan located at Kedawung Village, Blitar Regency, East Java. The data used were primary and secondary data. The financial feasibility level of this business was determined based on the analysis of investment criteria, Pay Back Period analysis, Break Even Point, and sensitivity analysis. Business duck breeding mojosari of UD. Sinar Harapan was very concerned for several aspects, i.e. the selection of going, ranching, feeding, prevention and treatment of diseases, labor, and marketing. The results of this research showed that this business produced NPV for Rp 9.484.255.062 IRR for 167,07%, Net B/C for 5,53, Pay Back Period for 0,95 year, and Break Even Point happened in 1,49 year. The sensitivity analysis result shows that this effort is sensitive to the change of egg selling price with sensitivity value 37,98% and less sensitive to the increase of feed price with sensitivity value 92,24%. Based on the analysis of investment criteria that have been done can be concluded that duck breeding business mojosari UD. Sinar Harapan is financially feasible.

Financial Feasibility Of Dragon Fruits Farming In Urban Area As AdditionalAlternatives Of Farmer’s Revenues
 This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of Dragon Fruit Farming in urbanareas. Analyze the sensitivity of Dragon Fruit farming on the changes of productionquantity, product selling price, and production cost. The pilot unit of Dragon FruitFarming in urban area is in Experiment Garden of Faculty of Agriculture UdayanaUniversity. Key informants of this research are garden managers, field officers, fieldworkers in Experimental Garden of Faculty of Agriculture Udayana University. Thedata used are Bank Rakyat Indonesia's interest rate, investment cost (seedlingcuttings, climbers, used tires, rope, and equipment), operational cost (fertilizer andlabor), production quantity, and product selling price. Data analysis used analysis ofinvestment criteria and business sensitivity analysis. The results showed that theDragon Fruit Farming in Experimental Garden of Faculty of Agriculture UdayanaUniversity was profitable so it was feasible to run. The value of farm income is Rp231,453,087, Net B / C value is 4.03. IRR> I is 49.63%> 18%, the rate of paybackfor five years is eight months. This effort is very sensitive to the 50% decline in theselling price.

ANALISIS MODEL PEREMAJAAN PERKEBUNAN KELAPA SAWIT POLA PLASMA DI DESA MERANTI KECAMATAN PANGKALAN KURAS KABUPATEN PELALAWAN PROVINSI RIAU

Abstract Riau province is the largerst area of oil palm plantation in Indonesia. Oil palm has been cultivated commercially since 1970s by national enterprises and 1980s by smallholders. In the last ten years, production of the majority of the oil palm trees start declining. More than half of the area have to be replanted. However, the growers, particularly smallholders often delay the replanting activities due to various reasons such as access to funds, plant materials, and other inputs. The objective of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of replanting models of oil palm scheme smallholders using investment criteria analysis (Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, and Net Benefit Cost Ratio). Then, study on alternative replanting models was made to find the most suitable model for the scheme smallholders. The result shows that most of the smallholders have implemented best practices in their oil palm plantation. However, since the age of the trees are more than 26 years old, the oil palm production continuous to decline. An assessment on three replanting models shows that all the models are feasible to the smallholders. Nevertheless, the intercropping model is the most suitable to the smallholders.
