Cultural Memory in the Context of the Art Episteme of Ukrainian Cordocentrism

The article attempts to comprehend the influence of cultural memory on the episteme of cordocentrism in the nation-building process in nowadays Ukraine, as well as to analyze the spontaneous activation and prove the effectiveness of the re-actualization of the gestalt of indigenous national consciousness, which manifests Ukrainian cordocentrism through the aesthetics of aísthēsis, and which, in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian hybrid war, becomes a reliable protection of cultural memory while preserving the sovereign existential unity of the nation. The activation of the updated art episteme in the domestic space coincides with the international search for alternatives to art forms that are derived from consumer capitalism, one of those alternatives being the paradigm conventionally named "New sincerity". This latter, stimulates cultural oscillation between the concepts of outdated, as of today, patterns of postmodernism and modernism. It is hypothesized that such transformations might allow the commodified society of consumerism to get rid of the limitations of the collective memory imposed onto it and cultivated by the market ideology of "paradigm wars" and the de-skilling of the art business in particular. These transformations might also allow the society to overcome the overwhelming civilizational crisis that has been much discussed in the recent decades in publications dedicated to art history and contemporaneity, as well as those dedicated to cultural and civilizational changes and strategies.

Rubber-Based Agroforestry Systems Associated with Food Crops: A Solution for Sustainable Rubber and Food Production?

Agroforestry is often seen as a sustainable land-use system for agricultural production providing ecosystem services. Intercropping with food crops leads to equal or higher productivity than monoculture and results in food production for industry and subsistence. Low rubber price and low labor productivity in smallholdings have led to a dramatic conversion of rubber plantations to more profitable crops. The literature analysis performed in this paper aimed at better understanding the ins and outs that could make rubber-based agroforestry more attractive for farmers. A comprehensive search of references was conducted in March 2023 using several international databases and search engines. A Zotero library was set up consisting of 415 scientific references. Each reference was carefully read and tagged in several categories: cropping system, country, main tree species, intercrop type, intercrop product, level of product use, discipline of the study, research topic, and intercrop species. Of the 232 journal articles, 141 studies were carried out on rubber agroforestry. Since 2011, the number of studies per year has increased. Studies on rubber-based agroforestry systems are performed in most rubber-producing countries, in particular in Indonesia, Thailand, China, and Brazil. These studies focus more or less equally on perennials (forest species and fruit trees), annual intercrops, and mixed plantations. Of the 47 annual crops associated with rubber in the literature, 20 studies dealt with rice, maize, banana, and cassava. Agronomy is the main discipline in the literature followed by socio-economy and then ecology. Only four papers are devoted to plant physiology and breeding. The Discussion Section has attempted to analyze the evolution of rubber agroforestry research, progress in the selection of food crop varieties adapted to agroforestry systems, and to draw some recommendations for rubber-based agroforestry systems associated with food crops.

ТАРИХИ КАРТАЛАРДАҒЫ АРАЛ ТЕҢІЗІ АКВАТОРИЯСЫНЫҢ ДИНАМИКАСЫ

The global environmental crisis of the Aral Sea has garnered the attention of researchers in recent decades, leading to an increase in studies on changes in the water area and its environmental impact. While most research on the Aral Sea focuses on the past fifty years, there is a lack of information on quantitative changes from its inception to becoming an environmental disaster. Our aim is to utilize historical maps to examine the Aral Sea's area in different years and trace its evolution before the environmental crisis. By reviewing scientific papers and maps using international search engines and electronic resources, we analyzed the area of the Aral Sea on historical maps with the ArсGIS 10.4.1 GIS program. The data from 1716 to 1967 reveals that the area was 10 320 km2 in 1716, expanding to 20 538 km2 in 1742 and reaching a peak of 71 009 km2 in 1848-1849. Subsequently, the area decreased slightly to 63 691 km2 by 1907 before rising again to 66 836 km2 by 1967. It is worth noting that pre-1848-1849 historical maps may have more inaccuracies due to limited scientific knowledge and mapping techniques.

Factors that Affect Demand Creation for Health Services: Literature Review

Introduction: The prosperity of the country is represented by a healthy society. The existence of a demand for public health services is greatly influenced by quality and fair health providers, so that based on the aspect of being a health provider they are able to provide health services when there is an increase in demand from the community. Objective: The aim of this literature review is to determine the variables that influence demand for health services. The findings of this literature study are expected to be a starting point for future studies and to provide insight into health service quality management in various health service providers. Method: . This article was written using a literature review, namely an international literature search carried out using databases such as ScienceDirect and Proquest. Inclusion criteria include articles that discuss community demand for health services. Result: Article search results show that there are 7 (seven) related studies. Gender, place of residence, level of education, employment before retirement, age, health financing, technology, norms, values, and accessibility are several factors that influence people's demand for health services. This study reveals these factors. Additionally, this study emphasizes accessibility factors, which significantly influence the demand and allocation of health promotion services. This is because health services are considered emergency and require improvement in the available health centers. Conclusion: Based on the results of the review, it can be concluded that there are several factors that influence the creation of demand or demand for health services at the Community Health Center. Factors such as gender, place of residence, education level, employment before retirement, age, health financing, heat waves, technology, values and norms, and accessibility significantly influence the demand for and allocation of health promotion services.

Acupressure, a promising intervention for fatigue, within the European nursing care pathways (ENP): An integrative review.

The aim of this study is to test whether acupressure for patients with fatigue is an efficient nursing intervention and if it can be implemented into the European nursing care pathways (ENP) nursing classification system. Previously, interventions for acupressure were included nonspecifically in ENP and therefore were not available for standardized nursing documentation in an electronic health record (EHR). Acupressure is a nursing intervention that is increasingly used in specific settings. ENP is a nursing classification system that provides evidence-based nursing interventions for nursing diagnoses. A systematic international literature search was conducted from May 2021 to December 2021. An iterative, hierarchical search process according to the 6S evidence pyramid was chosen. The results were reported following the PRISMA statement. Findings of 49 included publications that studied a total of 1,716 patients indicate that certain acupressure points may be efficient in treating fatigue. Acupressure is a useful nursing intervention and can really help patients experiencing fatigue. It is illustrated how the findings have been implemented in the development of ENP nursing interventions to document acupressure. The acupressure points most frequently used on the ear with positive effects in improving fatigue are Shen Men, liver, spleen, subcortex, endocrine, heart, and sympathetic, while the most common points on the body are ST 36, SP 6, LI 4, HT 7, KID 1, Ex-HN 3, Ex-HN, and KID 3. In the future, nurses will be able to use ENP to quickly and easily document acupressure interventions for fatigue in the EHR. In the EHR, the documentation of the nursing process with ENP could help to promote research into evidence-based approaches to fatigue by generating mass data on the different concepts of acupressure, which could lead to a clearer determination of the evidence and contribute to the safety of care and patients.

Современные представления о патогенезе гестационного сахарного диабета

Aim. Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is by far the most common type of metabolic disorder in pregnant women, the consequences of which are significant for doctors of various specialties. Features of the course of GDM determine a whole range of completely new problems associated with the health of newborns. This was influenced, on the one hand, by the obesity pandemic, which provoked an exponential increase in the incidence of GDM, and insulin resistance, responsible for the earlier onset of GDM, and on the other hand, by the introduction into clinical practice of clear unified diagnostic criteria adopted by major international medical associations. As the prevalence of GDM continues to increase, the development of new prognostic and diagnostic tests for this pregnancy-associated condition is of great importance to improve outcomes for both mothers and children. Purpose. To study modern ideas about the pathogenesis of GDM. Material and methods. To write this review, a search was carried out for domestic and foreign publications in Russian and international search systems (PubMed, eLibrary, etc.) over the past 9 years. The review included articles from the peer-reviewed literature. Results. The review presents data on various mechanisms of GDM occurrence. Conclusion. Thus, GDM is a growing public health problem associated with rising obesity. To minimize complications for mother and baby, early diagnosis is essential. However, ideal screening for GDM has not yet been developed. The studies discussed in this review highlight the seriousness of GDM, including identifying and managing risk factors, accurately diagnosing and treating the disease to prevent associated complications.

Chemistry-Focused Conceptual Understanding Research Trends: A Systematic Review

Research related to conceptual understanding is often carried out, such as the influence of a model on conceptual understanding, or knowing students' level of understanding of chemistry concepts. However, there has been no systematic reflection on chemistry research focused on conceptual understanding. Based on this, this research aims to systematically synthesize articles related to chemistry focused on research trends in conceptual understanding with the year range of articles used 2014-2023. After conducting a national and international data search using keyword patterns (e.g., Pattern 1: conceptual and chemical understanding), 48 research papers emerged for systematic review. Then, primary and secondary codes were created by the authors for the research paper. The systematic review showed a variety of research scopes (e.g., relevance of chemistry education models) and dominant research focus for different themes (e.g., competencies and variables related to objectives, variables, samples, chemistry concepts, and conclusions). Furthermore, it was revealed that research on understanding chemical concepts includes various research fields.

Effect of Groundwater Fluoride Concentration on Human Health: A Systematic Review

In studies conducted by various researchers it was observed that the groundwater is polluted by fluoride in most of the parts of World. Due to reported health related issues some workers carried out carcinogenic risk assessments and meta-analysis of fluoride exposure to humans. In this context, fluoride concentration data in groundwater across India by systematic searches conducted in various international search engines databases was collected. In some tests High water and urine fluoride levels in children indicated the chronic exposure to fluoride and suggested that the population is at high risk of developing chronic fluorosis in some regions of World. This paper highlighted the research work of various workers wherein Fluoride concentration risk factors related to human health are pointed and also discussed the steps to reduce fluoride in ground water. PENGARUH KOMPRES HANGAT TERHADAP NYERI DISMENORE PADA REMAJA: LITERATURE REVIEW

Dysmenorrhea is pain in the lower abdomen before and during menstruation. Dysmenorrhea is not dangerous, but can interfere with physical activities and if left untreated can be annoying and cause discomfort. According to WHO (World Health Organization), dysmenorrhea was found in 1,769,425 (90%) women, of which 10-15% suffered from severe dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea pain can be treated non-pharmacologically, one way is by using warm compresses. The aim of this literature review is to determine the effect of giving warm compresses to adolescents on the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain. The design used is a literature review. Literature search through several international and national literature search databases including Google Scholar, Mendeley, and Garuda. The study sources used from 2017-2022 used PRISMA. After selecting 6 journals that met the criteria and showed how applying warm compresses helped dysmenorrhea patients feel better, a review was carried out. Based on the articles collected, the results showed that warm compresses can reduce dysmenorrhea pain.

Роль нутритивной поддержки при планировании беременности

Aim. The review is devoted to the causes and consequences of nutritional deficiency in the diet of a pregnant woman, as well as the possibilities of its replenishment. It has been proven that insufficient intake of vitamins and minerals during pregnancy is accompanied by a lack of nutrients to the fetus, which can cause obstetric and perinatal complications (such as gestational diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia, FGRS, etc.). In the conditions of the unfavorable demographic situation that currently exists in Russia, the birth of a healthy child is becoming one of the pressing problems. This is due to the entry into the childbearing period of a generation with low health indicators. The portrait of a modern young woman is 2 or more chronic extragenital diseases (arterial hypertension, chronic pyelonephritis, cystitis, anemia), early onset of sexual activity, frequent change of sexual partners (STI infection), refusal to use contraceptives (abortion), underweight, bad habits. The importance of the role of vitamin-mineral complex as an integral part of pre-gravid preparation becomes obvious. Material and methods. To write this review, a search was carried out for domestic and foreign publications in Russian and international search systems (PubMed, eLibrary, etc.) over the past 25 years. The review included articles from the peer-reviewed literature. Results. The review presents research data on the importance of using micronutrient support drugs before, during and after pregnancy. Conclusion. Thus, at the present stage, prenatal preparation is distinguished by an integrated approach and promotes the onset of pregnancy with optimal indicators, prevents the development of gestational complications, improves perinatal outcomes, and, accordingly, improves the health of the offspring as a whole.

Contribution of new coronavirus infection to the development of cardiovascular diseases (systematic review)

In 2020, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence in the UK proposed the concept of post-Covid syndrome. One of the main manifestations of the post-COVID syndrome are cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and dyslipidemia. However, the pathogenetic patterns of CVD development in COVID-19 convalescents remain unclear. The purpose of the systematic review was to analyze research data on the contribution of past new coronavirus infection to the development of dyslipidemia and atherosclerosis-associated diseases (AAD) in the post-COVID period. 106 publications were selected for analysis. After excluding clinical cases, drug studies, literature reviews and publications devoted to the acute period of COVID-19, a total of 19 articles were selected from Russian and international search engines. Analysis of studies has led to the conclusion that COVID-19 infection makes a significant contribution to the development of new AADs and worsening existing. One of the most likely mechanisms for occurrence of this phenomenon seems to be the development of endotheliitis against the background of the course of COVID-19, however, there are not enough works devoted to this problem.

Comparative Analysis of Islamic Education Policies in Indonesia and Russia

This research discusses Islamic education policies in Indonesia and Russia. The importance of this study is based on the Islamic education policy process in countries with a majority Muslim population and countries with a majority non-Muslim population. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and data was collected from books, journals and experts' thoughts related to the research theme. Data was obtained with the help of an electronic database site with a Scopus-indexed national and international journal search site, which was then mapped by searching for inclusive and exclusive criteria. The next step was selecting studies, collecting data, and extracting data, and the data was analyzed using comparative techniques. Based on the findings, Islamic education policies have been implemented in Indonesia and Russia, as evidenced by the policies issued by the government for implementing Islamic education from the lowest level of education to the highest level of education. Indonesia implements an integral curriculum policy combining religious and general education. Russia implements a mandatory curriculum policy that requires students to choose their religious education, including Islamic education. Through this research, it is known that there is still room for Islamic education in secular countries, and secular countries believe that Islamic education plays a vital role in creating a generation of character. Thus, this research significantly contributes to the development of Islamic education at the global level by identifying space for Islamic education in secular countries and emphasizing the critical role of Islamic religious education in creating a society with character. This enriches discussions about the relationship between religion and education in the context of multiculturalism and religious pluralism and provides a basis for developing inclusive and sustainable education policies in various countries.

Intellectual developmental disorder with hypertelorism and distinctive facies (IDDHDF) A case study with literature review

The research aims to investigate the clinical manifestations of neurodevelopmental problems in children with different facies and CCNK gene mutant characteristics. A literature study was carried out to identify the role of CCNK mutations in IDDHDF. Chinese and international search engines like PubMed, MEDLINE, Wanfang Data Knowledge, and Google Scholar were used to search. The search phrases "CCNK", "intellectual developmental disorder", "hypertelorism", and "distinctive facies" were used. A total of 5 studies were found, 11 cases were presented, 3 were thoroughly discussed, and 1 case was presented in this study. The clinical signs and genetic characteristics of children with intellectual developmental disorders with hypertelorism and unique facies were summarized. A male child was 1 year 4 months old. Last 1 year, he appeared of motor and cognitive lag, unable to crawl or stand. He had a large forehead head, wide eye spacing, and cognitive deficiencies, and he was clinically diagnosed with global developmental delay. C.437(exon5) T>C was not found in any of the child's parents and represents a de novo mutation. The main clinical signs were impairments in intellectual development, wide eye spacing, and facial feature features. The findings of the studies discussed here imply that mutations in the CCNK gene may cause IDDHDF. This is a very new kind of study in China to uncover the clinical aspects of a case of Intellectual developmental disorder with hypertelorism and distinctive facies (IDDF). It's discovered that wild-type mRNA coding CCNK partially repaired early defects but not the mRNA with the identified likely pathogenic variation c.331A>G. This shows that CCNK variations are involved in IDDF. The researchers also discovered that the likely pathogenic mutation c.331A>G may induce IDDF via a haploinsufficiency mechanism.

Network Traffic Monitoring and Real-time Risk Warning based on Static Baseline Algorithm

With the rapid growth of network traffic, in order to monitor network traffic, the author proposes a baseline based traffic inspection method. The main objective is to develop a global system for identifying malicious traffic, rather than a precise method for detecting the types of worms produced by malicious traffic. Although traffic is caused by the causes, network administrators can use this international search technique to detect malicious traffic data. The system based approach mainly includes designing time based on the traditional traffic model, detecting various equipments and network traffic process, and configuring the traffic flow according to each time frame. This method uses Cisco's NetFlow Collector, a NetFlow Collector (NFC), to collect raw NetFlow data transmitted by the device through UDP every 5 minutes. the Then, three-dimensional data such as communication port, communication time, and traffic flow (bytes or packets) is used to filter, remove the different values, calculate the base values, and compare the real-time results with the base values to check the traffic defects in the current network. If there are differences between the monitoring data and the system configuration at the same time, the system will issue an abnormal warning, and as time accumulates, the alarm level will gradually escalate.

Migration and Innovation: How Foreign R&D Hires Shape Firm-Level Exploration in Their Host Country

Prior research ascribes an important role to highly skilled immigrants in the production and diffusion of knowledge. However, little is known about their contributions to shaping the type and direction of organizational innovation. We aim to shed light on this question by investigating how newly hired foreign research and development (R&D) workers affect firm-level exploration. We argue that foreign R&D hires enable firms to overcome local search by making them aware of and providing access to novel knowledge tied to their home countries. We test this using a sample of 376 Danish R&D-active firms over the period from 2001 to 2013. Our findings reveal that newly hired foreign R&D workers contribute significantly more to exploration than other types of R&D workers within the firm. Moreover, we find support for the proposed mechanism and show that knowledge from the home countries of foreign hires shapes firms’ inventive output. Our results further suggest that the effect of foreign R&D hires is stronger for firms with a limited international search orientation and those with an incumbent R&D workforce with a shorter organizational tenure. These findings offer insights into a potential mechanism through which foreign R&D workers can shape firm-level exploration and the organizational contingencies that influence this relationship. Global investigation of the presence of adenovirus in different types of water resources: a systematic review.

Waterborne viruses such as adenoviruses cause major health problems in the world. Human adenoviruses are the second leading cause of childhood gastroenteritis worldwide. In recent years, the presence of the virus in aquatic resources has been shown in several studies. In this paper, the global presence of adenovirus in different types of water resources are reviewed through studying several surveys conducted in different countries worldwide. We designed one search study to collect the maximum number of related articles to this subject in international databases search engine via relevant keywords. After reviewing the articles, the most relevant ones were selected, and after classification and extracting the required information, they were reported in the tables presented in this study. In general, it was found that the highest rate of the presence of adenoviruses has been reported in sewage water, inlet, and outlet of the treatment plant while the lowest rate of the presence of adenovirus in the dam water. These findings demonstrate that treatment plant system has weakness in removing the adenovirus and are strongly recommended for treatment plants to use new and better protocols to remove this virus. In addition, appropriate diagnostic methods that combines molecular biological technique with infectivity assay should be implemented for detection of adenoviruses in water resources.

Complements or substitutes? Domestic and international network search and SME ambidexterity

PurposeSmall and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) use networks to overcome knowledge deficiencies in pursuing innovation. However, balancing the cost and risk of growing networks, especially internationally, with potential gains in knowledge remains a critical challenge. Searching for innovation knowledge in international and domestic networks can be complementary when learning is compressed or as competing when the SMEs capacity to use the new knowledge is exceeded. This paper aims to investigate whether knowledge searches in domestic and international networks are complementary or conflicting in pursuit of innovation.Design/methodology/approachThis study is based on firm-level data set comprising 426 SMEs located in New Zealand, an advanced small and open economy. Using multi-level modelling, this study tests competing hypotheses, asking whether domestic and international network searches are complements or substitutes when seeking ambidexterity.FindingsThe research finds that, in contrast to earlier research, which shows increasing network breadth drives innovation activity, SMEs benefit less from knowledge search across combined domestic and international networks for exploration innovation and ambidexterity. In contrast, exploitation shows no effect, suggesting that combined networks could support exploitation.Originality/valueThis paper highlights how SMEs mitigate the influence resource constraints have on the partnerships they form and how this translates to ambidexterity. Specifically, recognising that an opportunistic approach to network development may impose future constraints on SME ambidexterity. From a management perspective, the paper recognises that balancing knowledge search across domestic and international networks can facilitate ambidexterity; however, to prevent spreading resources too thinly, this likely requires exit from early domestic innovation network partnerships.

(Self-) Reflection / Reflexivity in Sensitive, Qualitative Research: A Scoping Review

This scoping review offers insight into researcher well-being when working with sensitive and traumatic topics in a qualitative research context. The study identified existing empirical research concerning researcher well-being and mental health. The databases included SSCI, ASSIA < IBISS, Scopus, Social Policy and Practice, PsycInfo, Social Science Database/Social Science Premium Collection (Proquest), and Open Grey. An international search was conducted, with no time constraints on publication dates to gather as wide a selection as possible. 55 papers met the criteria. We found that the terminology used within the papers was not consistent which necessitated grouping the (self-) reflection/reflexive practices researchers used and categorizing them under the umbrella term SRR practices. The research questions were: 1. Which disciplines or fields are conducting SRR practices on sensitive topics? 2. What SRR practices do researchers employ in the context of sensitive research? 3. What were the self-reported outcomes from using SRR practices as a tool of researchers working on sensitive research? A key finding of the scoping review is that many researchers who work on sensitive topics feel unprepared and receive little or no training or support for SRR practices. This poses particular challenges for early career researchers. We also identified that qualitative researchers have developed a range of SRR practices to manage the emotional impact of their sensitive research work. Many authors of the scoped papers stress the importance of peer-support as well as formal and informal debriefing meetings. Another key SRR practice discussed by many researchers is reflexive journaling. Our scoping review suggests that if it is combined with other activities, self-reflexive journaling can be an excellent way to acknowledge and assess the emotional impact of sensitive research.

Kombinasi Akupressure Dengan Yoga (Acuyoga) Terhadap Nyeri Punggung Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III : Studi Literatur

Pregnancy experiences many physiological and psychological adaptations, being vulnerable to all kinds of stress resulting in changes in physiology and metabolic function. Improper body posture will force additional stretching and fatigue in the body, especially the spine, so back pain will usually increase in intensity as pregnancy increases. Nearly 50% of lower back pain is experienced by pregnant women. As many as 43.9% of pregnant women experience lower back pain in the second trimester. Acuyoga uses a combination of yoga movements and pressure on organ meridian points to increase vital energy (qi). And combined knowledge of acupuncture/acupressure and yoga which regulates the flow of vital energy in the meridians of the organs. Vital energy is called prana (in yoga) or qi (in acupuncture) and ki (in Japanese medicine). The aim is to analyze acupressure and yoga methods in reducing back pain for pregnant women in the third trimester so that they can choose to use the most effective method to overcome discomfort during pregnancy. The research method used is a systematic literature review. Research articles were reviewed using national and international electronic journal search strategies, namely Google Scholar and Science Direct using keywords. Electronic journals obtained from 15 of 395 journals about acupressure for reducing back pain in pregnant women, publications ranging from 2009-2019, using Indonesian and English are presented in this review. The results of this study show that non-pharmacological holistic therapies such as acupressure and yoga can be applied to reduce back pain in third trimester pregnant women.

PROBLEM OF OPTIMAL SELECTION OF INFORMATION RESOURCES FOR THE INTERNATIONAL PATENT SEARCH OF METALLURGICAL MATTERS

The continuous digitization of patent information sources and the emergence of new world leaders in metallurgical science and production necessitate the correction of traditional approaches to international patent searches, which are carried out by specialists of science & technology libraries for users-inventors. The authors have compiled an exhaustive register of existing national and international electronic patent databases (EPDB), which includes 49 titles and covers the patent offices of countries, whose joint share in steel production, as of 2022, reaches 99% of the world total. Thus, the widest possible breadth of international patent search in the metallurgical field was determined. In order to spare the working time of library specialists and save resources while performing this type of search, the task of its optimization was formulated and subsequently solved. The study developed three possible scenarios of patent search, which include 11, 5 and 1 recommended electronic databases. The authors have carried out a comparative analysis of the three largest multinational free-access EBDBs: Patentscope, Espacenet and Depatisnet. It is determined that Espacenet contains the most complete and up-to-date collection of metallurgical patents and, therefore, is best suited for this type of search. In general, the research has a pronounced practical orientation and is intended to give the specialists of science & technology libraries tools and guidance for performing international patent searches in modern conditions and, thus, to improve the quality of user service. In addition, the obtained work results made it possible to determine promising directions for replenishment of library funds.
