Identifikasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas XI MAS Al Jam’iyatul Wasliyah 22 Tembung

This research aims to identify students' learning difficulties in learning Indonesian in class XI MAS Al Jam'iyatul Wasliyah 22 Tembung. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects were class XI students, selected purposively. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the learning difficulties experienced by students include four main aspects: (1) listening difficulties (2) speaking difficulties (3) reading difficulties (4) writing difficulties. Factors causing learning difficulties include lack of motivation to learn, minimal mastery of vocabulary, and less varied learning methods. This research recommends using more interactive and contextual learning methods to improve students' understanding of Indonesian language material. In addition, teachers are expected to be able to provide more intensive guidance to overcome students' learning obstacles, so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally.

Peran Literasi Agama dalam Meningkatkan Maharah Qira’ah di SMP Pahlawan Nasional Kota Medan

This study aims to deeply analyze the role of religious literacy in improving maharah qira'ah (reading ability) at SMP Pahlawan Nasional Kota Medan. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study explores data thoroughly regarding students' ability to read the Qur'an and its relationship to the religious literacy program implemented at the school. Data collection methods include memorization and Qur'an reading tests, observation of reading abilities, and surveys to explore students' perceptions of the importance of religious literacy. The results show that the majority of students still require intensive guidance in reading the Qur'an. In each class, only a few students are able to read the Qur'an and pronounce Arabic correctly, although their fluency is still lacking. Most students are not able to read the Qur'an fluently, and some still struggle to distinguish hijaiyah letters. These findings indicate the need for a systematic and intensive religious literacy program to help students improve their maharah qira'ah skills. Additionally, a more personalized teaching approach is necessary to address the specific challenges students face in reading the Qur'an.

ANALYSIS OF THE CREATIVE THINKING ABILITY OF PGSD STUDENTS IN OPEN-ENDED PROBLEM-BASED GEOMETRY LEARNING

The ability to think creatively is an important skill in the world of education, especially for students of the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). In learning mathematics, especially geometry, this ability is crucial for understanding concepts in depth and solving problems innovatively. However, there are still many students who show limitations in generating creative ideas, especially in the aspects of originality and elaboration. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the creative thinking abilities of PGSD students in open problem-based geometry learning, which gives students the freedom to explore various solutions in solving geometric problems. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data obtained through interviews, observation and document analysis. Research informants include lecturers, PGSD students, heads of study programs, librarians, and the curriculum development team at STKIP PGRI Trenggalek. The research results show that the open problem-based learning method is effective in improving students' fluency and flexibility abilities. However, in the aspects of originality and elaboration, several obstacles were still found that required more intensive guidance and the use of supporting technology. With the right approach, this method can be a solution to optimize students' creative thinking abilities in learning geometry.

Pengoptimalan Pengelolaan Open Jurnal Sistem pada Jurnal di AAL menuju Akreditasi Sinta

This workshop on journal management for study programs at AAL was carried out with the Indonesian Journal Management Association (APJI) team from Semarang, the AAL PPM team, and the AAL study program journal management team. Workshop materials include: Scientific Article Substance Standards, Open Journal Systems (OJS) Guide Version 3 for Writers, Editors, and Bestari Partners, and Journal Accreditation Assessment on Management Aspects based on National Journal Accreditation Guidelines. The application of the workshop materials and study program managers carries out the following: 1) Prepare a roadmap for each journal, complete with time coverage and what the journal will be like in the long term. 2) start managing their respective e-journals from submission, review to publication, and 3) start preparing and managing journal Accreditation Submission Requirements in Arjuna, and this is the aim of carrying out this workshop activity. To make the management of study program e-journals more effective and efficient, several strategies have been implemented, namely: collaborating with the Indonesian Journal Management Association, intensive guidance on the management of study program journals from LPPM to each study program, preparing for registration with Arjuna in 2026.

Creative Writing Training to Enhance Creative Ideas and Imagination in Short Story Writing for PKK in Bakalan Village, Pasuruan City

Writing short stories is an effective way to express creative ideas, experiences, and imagination. The Women's Group (PKK) plays a very strategic role in empowering women and improving the quality of family life. One way to strengthen this role is by developing literacy skills, such as writing short stories. This creative writing training in short story writing aims to 1) enhance the writing skills and creativity of the PKK women in Kelurahan Bakalan, 2) provide basic knowledge about the techniques and structure of short story writing, 3) build the confidence of the women in writing and expressing themselves through short stories, and 4) encourage the PKK women of Kelurahan Bakalan to publish their short stories in print or online media to be commercialized, thereby creating economic opportunities that can improve family welfare. The method used in this community service activity for creative writing training in short story writing is a structured, participatory training method with intensive guidance to ensure participants can follow, understand the material, and write short stories effectively. The target group for this community service in creative writing training in short story writing is the PKK women of Kelurahan Bakalan, Pasuruan City, totaling 25 (Kelurahan Bakalan PKK administrators). The training instruments include participant worksheets as a reference for writing short stories and an assessment rubric to evaluate the short stories written by the PKK women of Kelurahan Bakalan, Pasuruan City. The results of this creative writing training in short story writing showed good outcomes with the following details: 1) an improvement in short story writing skills among the PKK women of Kelurahan Bakalan, indicated by the high scores of the short stories based on the assessment rubric applied in the training, 2) increased self-confidence as indicated by the willingness of the PKK women of Kelurahan Bakalan to present their written works in public, 3) enthusiasm and commitment of the participants as indicated by their commitment to continue creating short stories, which will be published in an anthology, a collection of short stories written by the PKK women of Kelurahan Bakalan, Pasuruan City.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar PAK Melalui Model PBL pada Fase B Kelas IV SDN 13 Terepong

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education of fourth grade students of SDN 13 Terepong through the application of problem-based learning (PBL) model. Based on initial data, only 30% of students met the criteria for achieving learning objectives, while the remaining 70% were still below the threshold. The learning model that has been used is teacher-centered, less varied, and the limited facilities and skills of teachers in using technology contribute to low student involvement in learning. PBL was chosen as a solution because it involves students actively in solving problems, improving critical thinking skills, collaboration, and connecting subject matter with everyday life. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. In the first cycle, only 30% of students reached the category of “Proficient, 50% proficient, 20% decent and 0% just developing. “Through more intensive guidance, in the second cycle, there was an increase where 50% of students reached the category of “Proficient and Proficient”. The results of this study indicate that the application of PBL can improve student learning outcomes in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Students are more actively involved in the learning process, showing improvement in concept understanding, critical thinking skills, and collaboration. Therefore, PBL proved to be an effective method to improve the quality of PAK learning at SDN 13 Terepong, especially on the material “I am a Unique Person.”

The Role of Teachers in Shapingg Students’ Creativity in Inclusive Primary Shools

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in shaping the creativity of slow learner students in inclusive primary schools through the subject of Art, Culture, and Crafts (SBdP). The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method at SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The subjects include teachers, the principal, and seven slow learner students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using triangulation methods. The results show that teachers play a crucial role in fostering students' creativity through various teaching strategies, such as providing repeated instructions, using visual media, and offering intensive guidance. Despite challenges such as low self-confidence and difficulties in time management, support from teachers, families, and the inclusive school environment helps students develop their creativity. This study emphasizes the importance of teachers' creativity in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

IMPLEMENTATION OF LITERACY CULTURE IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS TO INCREASE STUDENTS' LEARNING MOTIVATION

This research aims to describe how literacy culture is implemented in vocational schools to increase student learning motivation. The research method uses participatory observation, where researchers directly observe daily activities in vocational schools related to the implementation of literacy culture. Respondents consisted of three teachers and 90 students from Computer Network and Telecommunications Engineering (TJKT) at SMKN 1 Gunungguruh Sukabumi. The research results show that by using a classical and independent approach, the school creates a learning environment that supports the development of students' literacy skills. The classical approach involves teachers in direct teaching and intensive guidance on reading, writing and text analysis techniques, while the independent approach provides opportunities for students for independent exploration in reading and writing. This combination not only improves students' literacy skills but also stimulates their creativity and increases motivation towards the learning process.

Menciptakan Ruang Gerak yang Bebas dari Ancaman Kekerasan

This service was carried out in Perian Village involving several elements consisting of the local community, regional office, village government and KKN participants. The aim of this service is that it is hoped that participants can understand the factors that cause sexual violence and can avoid it, thereby creating a space for movement that is safe and free from the threat of violence. The methods used in this service are the lecture method, FDG and two-way discussion between resource persons and participants. Whatever the results of this service, Perian Village is still classified as vulnerable to sexual violence, therefore it is hoped that the local community will be more alert and the relevant government should pay attention to the risks for perpetrators as early as possible through the formation of regulations and sanctions for perpetrators and intense guidance for victims so that victims not disturbed by his psychology.

Community Guidance Model for Women's Empowerment

Women in Indonesia currently have the opportunity to receive equal education to men in Indonesia. However, this may not be commonly found in remote corners of Indonesia. Women in Indonesia currently also have the same legal and political rights as men. This is different from the rights and social norms that still discriminate against women, and even harm women. Supposedly, with equal education, equal minds and minds, all discrimination in women's rights and freedoms would no longer exist. Even so, in fact there are still many people who differentiate between men and women in social contexts. Guidance and guidance services in the community need to be carried out by educational personnel who work together with all government officials in order to provide assistance or assistance so that the community's paradigm of all forms of harm to itself and preparation for the future will be achieved. Guidance and counseling function to help a person's life run smoothly and successfully, meaning that intensive guidance and guidance in the community will have an impact both directly and indirectly which will ultimately return to the person's success. The community guidance model for developing women's empowerment prioritizes increasing women's abilities and skills. Second, realizing sensitivity and concern for women from all over society, policy makers, decision makers, law enforcement planners and the renewal of legal products containing socio-cultural values and justice with a women's perspective. The third target is to optimize coordination in the management of women's empowerment, especially housewives, which includes aspects of planning, implementation, control, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Extracurricular Public Speaking Activities on the Development of Self-Confidence of Elementary School Students

Extracurricular activities are efforts made by Muhammadiyah PK Baturan Elementary School to support the talents of its students, one of which is extracurricular public speaking activities. Researchers are interested in discussing extracurricular public speaking activities because they are rarely found in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative case study method. Extracurricular public speaking activities address various aspects of public speaking, including acting as a host, telling stories in class, and presenting in front of a camera. Although most students showed self-confidence, some students needed intensive guidance from the extracurricular teacher to be confident. The purpose of the study was to describe extracurricular public speaking activities to develop students' confidence level for the better. The result of this study is that extracurricular public speaking activities have high enthusiasm from students so that many students participate in extracurricular activities with a sense of interest in developing self-confidence through material activities provided by extracurricular teachers.

Hubungan Bimbingan Orang Tua Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun

This research analyzes the effect of parental guidance on the reading ability of children aged 5-6 years. Based on a systematic review of twelve articles, it was found that parents' active involvement in reading activities had a significant impact on children's reading abilities. Positive parenting patterns, such as democratic parenting, and the routine of reading together at home contribute greatly to the development of children's reading abilities. This research is a Systematic Review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses method or commonly called PRISMA. The research sample consisted of twelve articles published in the 2019-2024 period. The results showed that children who received intensive guidance from parents showed significant improvements in reading ability compared to children who received minimal guidance. Parents' education and economic factors also influence the effectiveness of the guidance provided. This conclusion emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting early childhood reading development through positive and supportive interactions.

Bringing the Qur'an to life: Teaching students the art of reciting the Qur'an

The majority of Thailand's population is Buddhist. However, there are four provinces in the southern part of Thailand that mostly Muslims inhabit. The UINSA International Community Engagement (UICE) delegation team was assigned to plunge into the Muslim community living in Thailand to revive the Qur'anic values in non-Muslim society. Thus, the Muslim population in Thailand would not lose the Qur'anic values even as a minority. This activity also tries to introduce Qur'an recitation art guidance to Muslims in Southern Thailand who are less familiar with this activity. Therefore, this paper aims to describe the activities of Al-Qur'an reading art education by providing intensive guidance on the recitation of Al-Qur'an as a form of community service. The approach used is a qualitative approach that is Asset Based Community Development that is conducted in five stages, namely initial preparation, analysis, designing expectations, program implementation, and results evaluation. The Qur'an recitation art guidance method involves intensive recitation guidance classes, periodic evaluations, performances, competitions, and presenting prizes. Based on the implementation of these activities, some significant achievements have been obtained to increase the potential of Qur'an recitation art of Attarkiah Islamiah Institute students.

ECMWF Ensemble Forecasts of Six Tropical Cyclones That Formed during a Long-Lasting Rossby Wave Breaking Event in the Western North Pacific

The ECMWF‘s ensemble (ECEPS) predictions are documented for the lifecycles of six tropical cyclones (TCs) that formed during a long-lasting Rossby wave breaking event in the western North Pacific. All six TC tracks started between 20° N and 25° N, and between 136° E and 160° E. All five typhoons recurved north of 30° N, and the three typhoons that did not make landfall had long tracks to 50° N and beyond. The ECEPS weighted mean vector motion track forecasts from pre-formation onward are quite accurate, with track forecast spreads that are primarily related to initial position uncertainties. The ECEPS intensity forecasts have been validated relative to the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) Working Best Track (WBT) intensities (when available). The key results for Tokage (11 W) were the ECEPS forecasts of the intensification to a peak intensity of 100 kt, and then a rapid decay as a cold-core cyclone. For Hinnamnor (12 W), the key result was the ECEPS intensity forecasts during the post-extratropical transition period when Hinnamnor was rapidly translating poleward through the Japan Sea. For Muifa (14 W), the key advantage of the ECEPS was that intensity guidance was provided for longer periods than the JTWC 5-day forecast. The most intriguing aspect of the ECEPS forecasts for post-Merbok (15 W) was its prediction of a transition to an intense, warm-core vortex after Merbok had moved beyond 50° N and was headed toward the Aleutian Islands. The most disappointing result was that the ECEPS over-predicted the slow intensification rate of Nanmadol (16 W) until the time-to-typhoon (T2TY), but then failed to predict the large rapid intensification (RI) following the T2TY. The tentative conclusion is that the ECEPS model‘s physics are not capable of predicting the inner-core spin-up rates when a small inner-core vortex is undergoing large RI.

Development of a Clinical Pathway for Bariatric Surgery as an Integral Part of a Comprehensive Treatment for Adolescents with Severe Obesity in the Netherlands

Introduction: In the Netherlands, bariatric surgery in adolescents is currently only allowed in the context of scientific research. Besides this, there was no clinical pathway for bariatric surgery in adolescents. In this paper, the development of a comprehensive clinical pathway for bariatric surgery in adolescents with severe obesity in the Netherlands is described. Methods: The clinical pathway for bariatric surgery in adolescents consists of an eligibility assessment as well as comprehensive peri- and postoperative care. Regarding the eligibility assessment, the adolescents need to be identified by their attending pediatricians and afterwards be evaluated by specialized pediatric obesity units. If the provided treatment is considered to be insufficiently effective, the adolescent will anonymously be evaluated by a national board. This is an additional diligence procedure specifically established for bariatric surgery in adolescents. The national board consists of independent experts regarding adolescent bariatric surgery and evaluates whether the adolescents meet the criteria defined by the national professional associations. The final step is an assessment by a multidisciplinary team for adolescent bariatric surgery. The various disciplines (pediatrician, bariatric surgeon, psychologist, dietician) evaluate whether an adolescent is eligible for bariatric surgery. In this decision-making process, it is crucial to assess whether the adolescent is expected to adhere to postoperative behavioral changes and follow-up. When an adolescent is deemed eligible for bariatric surgery, he or she will receive preoperative counseling by a bariatric surgeon to decide on the type of bariatric procedure (Roux-en-Y gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy). Postoperative care consists of intensive guidance by the multidisciplinary team for adolescent bariatric surgery. In this guidance, several regular appointments are included and additional care will be provided based on the needs of the adolescent and his or her family. Furthermore, the multidisciplinary lifestyle intervention, in which the adolescents participated before bariatric surgery, continues in coordination with the multidisciplinary team for adolescent bariatric surgery, and this ensures long-term counseling and follow-up. Conclusion: The implementation of bariatric surgery as an integral part of a comprehensive treatment for adolescents with severe obesity requires the development of a clinical pathway with a variety of disciplines.

Peningkatan Literasi Melalui Program Study Tour di Sekolah Dasar

The purpose of this service activity is motivated by the low literacy culture of students which can be seen from the low interest in reading of children in Kalampa Village, the low interest in reading is caused by several factors including family, environment, peers, and mobile phones. As an effort to improve children's literacy in Kalampa Village, a programme called Study Tour was designed with an integrated learning concept and outclass learning activities were carried out. The parties involved in this service activity are elementary school children in Kalampa Village, and students of PGMI Study Programmes of IAI Muhammadiyah Bima. In this service, the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method is used, which consists of several implementation phases, such as observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the implementation of the study tour are very influential on increasing children's literacy and can foster children's learning motivation. through Study Tour activities children can express themselves through several games applied in learning. With intense guidance and an individualised approach, it has made a difference in improving children's literacy.

Peran Bimbingan Konseling dalam Menanggulangi Kasus Bullying Verbal di SMP

Bullying in general is often found in any sphere. Bullying is the act of using power to hurt a person or group of people verbally, physically or psychologically so that the victim feels depressed, traumatized and helpless (Sejiwa, 2008). This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Researchers conducted direct interviews, direct observation and also used document study methods to strengthen and stabilize the various data obtained. Efforts that have been made by schools and BK teachers to deal with the problem of bullying are by providing understanding, materials and also activities or actions to avoid bullying to all students, of course this can reduce, stop and prevent bullying, especially verbal bullying. Teachers as school environment educators must have techniques, strategies and efforts to overcome cases of bullying in schools. Guidance and Counseling teachers must be able to prevent bullying behavior by always instilling good moral values in students, providing personal services to perpetrators and victims, and providing frequent and intense guidance services.

Regenerasi dan Kaderisasi Kepemimpinan Kristen: Sebuah Studi Kasus

Regeneration and cadrerization are important programs that need to be done to progress an organization in the future. The existence of regeneration and cadrerization programs, both formally and informally, will help prospective leaders to be prepared both knowledgeably and mentally to become strong leaders and be responsible for their leadership calling. The research design used was case study qualitative research. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires by the principal, vice principal, and senior teachers who have worked for more than three years and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results showed that the regeneration process has not been running optimally. Formal regeneration is not optimal because there is no Christian leadership training, so teachers as prospective leaders lack an understanding of Christian leadership. Informal regeneration has not been optimal because the principal has not provided intense guidance for teachers after the evaluation to help teachers develop and be prepared to become leaders.

COGNITIVE COMPETENCY EARLY CHILDREN MEMORIZING THE QUR'AN OBTAINED FROM THE TAHFIDZ AL-QUR'AN LEARNING PROCESS

This research aims to explain the cognitive competencies that are formed in the process of learning tahfidz al-Qur'an. This research will be conducted using a qualitative research approach. Researchers will collect data using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Observations were carried out to obtain data about the process of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an as well as various interactions that occurred inside and outside the classroom. Through observation, information will be obtained about the approaches, models, methods and learning techniques used so that data can be obtained about the competencies developed in learning tahfidz al-Qur'an. Furthermore, to obtain an in-depth understanding of the data obtained, researchers will use interviews with both students and institutional management. The research locus was ABA 2 Ngawi Kindergarten with 4 informants determined using purposive sampling techniques.
