The intelligent warehousing control system is a system based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and human-computer interaction (HCI), aiming to improve the efficiency and accuracy of warehousing operations. The system controls the operation and monitoring of storage equipment through PLC, and interacts with operators through human-computer. The system design includes equipment selection, PLC control system design, and human-computer design. In equipment selection, it is necessary to select equipment suitable for automation control to ensure that the system can meet the needs of warehousing operations. This paper introduces a programmable controller design method, that is, using soft and hard to achieve automatic control of memory. The hardware part is mainly composed of PLC, sensor, actuator and so on, which controls the operation of memory and monitors the relevant parameters. In the aspect of software, the related control program is designed by PLC programming language. The test results show that in the traditional warehouse system, the processing time of each commodity is more than 169 seconds; the utilization rate of warehouse is less than 70%, and the logistics operation time of the enterprise using PLC and HCI for intelligent storage control can be reduced to 57 seconds; on this basis, the data processing time of the system is reduced to 43 seconds, and the utilization rate of the warehouse is 93%. Therefore, this paper presents an intelligent warehouse control system based on PLC and man-machine interaction. The system can not only effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operation, but also enhance the safety and reliability of warehouse operation. It provides a reliable and flexible solution for automatic control and monitoring of warehouse.
