The coordinated dispatch of multiple rescue forces for water emergencies refers to the establishment of temporary institutions such as emergency headquarters, on-site emergency headquarters or emergency command centers by governments at all levels and relevant functional departments during emergency response and emergency disposal. Development of The Profile Pancasila Students in Early Childhood Dimensions

The philosophy of life about Pancasila that the founders of the nation formulated has become the leading centre carried out by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Culture in forming the Pancasila profile. It is hoped that future generations can help Indonesian children grow into an age that is smart and characterful and can face the career world and the upcoming era of globalization. This study aims to analyze the development of Pancasila student profiles in the early childhood dimension. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis techniques with library review (Library Research). Data collection was sourced from teachers in Indonesia, scientific journals, proceedings, books, associations, and scientific forums. The results of the literature review found that the development of a profile of Pancasila students in early childhood is very important in order to prepare for their future to become an intelligent generation with character. The new findings of this study are that development can be carried out by implementing 6 Pancasila student profiles and developed according to each profile adjusted to the dimensions of early childhood, while the implementation of learning to characterize the Pancasila student profile can be carried out by implementing project-based learning carried out in a series of learning processes.

Betawi Ethnic Parents' Perceptions of Girls' Higher Education

This paper concludes that parents of Betawi ethnicity in Tangerang city area have different perceptions about higher education for their daughters. Some of the differences in perception include: 1) Considering higher education very important, because women when they are married and have children, the mother becomes the "first madrasa" for her children and the intelligent mother will give birth to an intelligent generation as well; 2) Consider it unimportant, because they assume that girls when married are more focused at home to be housewives; 3) Although many of the Betawi ethnic parents expect higher education in their children, many of them are at a weak economic level. In principle, this paper aims to photograph the phenomenon of reasoning of Betawi ethnic parents related to higher education for girls in Tangerang City. In its analysis, this paper uses a descriptive qualitative method that assumes that researchers are not only actors in the field but can also be the subject of research. This research is indeed considered less than perfect; therefore, it is necessary to conduct further research at least through this research to provide an overview of how Betawi ethnic perspectives concern higher education for their girls. A study that describes social phenomena in the perspective of ethnomethodology in Betawi society.

Intelligent Generation and Analysis of the Municipal Road Construction Scheme Based on the KNN Algorithm

The construction of municipal road engineering is a complex system engineering, and its internal components are interconnected and mutually restricted, and the relationship is intricate. The quality of its construction plan directly affects the realization of the project's quality, safety, environment, progress, cost, and other goals, and the project construction plan occupies an important position in the construction of the project. The selection of construction plans for municipal road projects involves a wide range of areas. According to the characteristics of specific municipal road engineering projects, it is very important to establish a scientific construction scheme intelligent generation model and select the optimal construction scheme suitable for the project from many feasible construction schemes, which has very important theoretical research value and practical application value. After analyzing the knowledge characteristics of road construction technology and the content of road construction schemes, this study decomposes the knowledge of road construction schemes into two parts: case characteristics and solutions. Then, according to the needs of case retrieval technology, the data storage form of each subdivision index is proposed and the value range is explained, and a complete structure form of the road construction scheme case database is formed. Combined with actual engineering cases, the feasibility and applicability of the intelligent generation method of the road construction scheme based on the KNN algorithm is confirmed, which provides a new idea for the automation of road construction scheme preparation and the improvement of the scheme application effect.

Enhancements to Neural Language Model for Generating System Configuration Code: A Study with Maven Dependency

Thanks to the widespread application of software frameworks, OTS components, DSLs, and new-generation software building and construction systems, leveraging system configuration code to assist in development is increasingly common, especially in agile software development. In software system implementation, the system configuration code is used to separate configuration items from the underlying logic, of which Maven dependency code is a typical example. To improve software productivity, developers often reuse existing dependency libraries. However, the large quantity, rapid iteration, and various application scenarios exacerbate the challenge for researchers to reuse the library efficiently and appropriately. Proper reuse of Maven dependencies requires correct importation, which is the research priority of this article; putting it into practical usage at the functional level is the next step. In order to overcome this barrier, researchers have proposed a number of recommendation and intelligent generation models based on deep learning algorithms and code learning strategies. We first introduce an enhancement path for the generation model in order to propose novel models that are more targeted than previous studies. We propose EMGSCC (Enhanced Model for Generating System Configuration Code), which generates accompanying dependency libraries based on the libraries already employed by the current system. EMGSCC uses content-based attention to cope with dependency language features and integrate additional domain information. Finally, we evaluate EMGSCC on the DDDI dataset with extra domain information, and findings show that improvement varies from 1% to 8% on all metrics compared with the baseline. We show empirical evidence of our enhancement path for generating system configuration code based on neural language models, and continuous improvement in this direction would yield promising results.

This paper will discuss the effectiveness of the learning concept of Imam Al-Ghazali in developing the character of students at MAN 2 Malang. The concept of learning according to Imam Al-Ghazali himself is closely related to the relationship of human behavior, precisely human problems and education there is a very close relationship, and cannot be separated. In the world of education itself, there are two main goals, namely to give birth to a smart and intelligent generation, then the second to form a generation of humans who have good morals. But in many cases, there are many ways and shortcuts if you want to make your child smart. On the other hand, to form students who are moral, wise, and polite requires extra effort that is not instant. Several methods are needed that support and this is certainly not easy, it is quite difficult for educators to do. Thus, it is very reasonable to say that moral problems are acute problems or chronic diseases that accompany human life anytime and anywhere. Through the application of the right educational concept, Imam Al-Ghazali is able to provide a clearer picture of the character of students, which of course is accompanied by appropriate learning methods.

Computer-Aided Virtual Restoration of Frescoes Based on Intelligent Generation of Line Drawings

Dunhuang frescoes are one of China’s precious historical and cultural heritages, but this treasure trove of human art has become very fragile due to natural weathering damage and the threat of major natural disasters. Therefore, the preservation of Dunhuang murals has become an urgent task. Digital fresco conservation and restoration work can preserve fresco information permanently, and can use computers to virtually repair frescoes, assist in fresco conservation, assist in fresco copying, virtually evolve the fresco disease process, and virtually display fresco realism. Digital fresco conservation and restoration provides sufficient scientific basis and testing environment for the physical conservation and restoration process of frescoes, and minimizes the danger of conservation work. This paper presents a new approach to digital conservation and virtual restoration of frescoes. Based on research by Dunhuang artists on the mural restoration process, research on pigment composition, knowledge accumulated by the artists’ experience, and some of the better-preserved murals, digital image processing, computer graphics, artificial intelligence, and other technologies are synthesized to achieve the virtual restoration of murals. Aiming at the current situation of Dunhuang mural restoration, combined with the actual painting process, this paper puts forward a set of computer-aided mural restoration solution based on intelligent generation of line graph. It can be well applied to the actual restoration work. It is a new attempt of computer-aided restoration of ancient paintings.

Multi-object optimal configuration of energy storage-photovoltaic capacity in AC/DC active distribution network

Abstract The AC/DC active distribution network is considered as an efficient way to achieve intelligent use of electricity. However, the economical configuration of distributed generation is critical for system economic operation. In the power distribution network, the economic operation mode of the photovoltaic power generation, storage battery and load are established firstly. Considering the cost of equipment installation, replacement, operation and maintenance, power purchase cost, and power sales profit, the use life of battery and security constraint, a multi-object economics evaluation function is then established. By optimizing the install capacity of distributed power generation, the operating economy of the distribution network is significantly improved. Finally, using the operating data of the partner-type intelligent power generation system in Lianyungang, the total cost of the operating state is calculated to determine the optimal capacity allocation scheme of the system, and the effectiveness of the proposed capacity allocation method is verified.

Intelligent Generation Method of Innovative Structures Based on Topology Optimization and Deep Learning.

Computer-aided design has been widely used in structural calculation and analysis, but there are still challenges in generating innovative structures intelligently. Aiming at this issue, a new method was proposed to realize the intelligent generation of innovative structures based on topology optimization and deep learning. Firstly, a large number of structural models obtained from topology optimization under different optimization parameters were extracted to produce the training set images, and the training set labels were defined as the corresponding load cases. Then, the boundary equilibrium generative adversarial networks (BEGAN) deep learning algorithm was applied to generate numerous innovative structures. Finally, the generated structures were evaluated by a series of evaluation indexes, including innovation, aesthetics, machinability, and mechanical performance. Combined with two engineering cases, the application process of the above method is described here in detail. Furthermore, the 3D reconstruction and additive manufacturing techniques were applied to manufacture the structural models. The research results showed that the proposed approach of structural generation based on topology optimization and deep learning is feasible, and can not only generate innovative structures but also optimize the material consumption and mechanical performance further.

This research aims to find out the transformation of school and education in the perspective of psychology in era 4.0. This research uses the method of reseacrh library approach. That is, in this study using books, previous research journals, articles in the form of magazines or newspapers, and other scientific writings. The results show that teachers and children are required to be ready in the face of the transformation of education and school that is happening now. However, the fact that the impact of learning transformation that all uses technology, especially gadgets psychological perspective actually makes children easily experience emotions that are less stable, concentration decreases and frequent tantrums. Seeing these conditions, it takes good synergy between teachers, parents, and the community to participate in order to be able to give birth to an independent, intelligent generation and able to meet a better future.

The algorithmic composition for music copyright protection under deep learning and blockchain

To strengthen music copyright protection effectively, a new deep learning neural network music composition neural network (MCNN) is proposed. The probability distribution of LSTM generation is adjusted by constructing a reasonable reward function. Music theory rules are used to constrain the generated music style to realize the intelligent generation of specific music style. Then, the digital music copyright protection system based on blockchain is constructed from three perspectives of confirming right, using right, and protecting right. The validity of the model is further verified by relevant data. The results show that the composition algorithm based on deep learning can realize music creation, and the qualified rate reaches 95.11%. Compared with the composition algorithm in the latest study, the model achieves 62.4 percent satisfaction with subjective samples and a recognition rate of 75.6 percent for musical sentiment classification. It is proved that the music copyright protection model based on block chain can ensure that the copyright owners of works obtain corresponding economic benefits from various distribution channels, which is helpful to build a harmonious music market environment. In short, the innovation of this study is reflected in that it fills in the gap of detailed comparative study of the differences in the application of different models, realizes the framework of music copyright protection system, and provides convenient conditions for composers.

Intelligent generation of optimal synthetic pathways based on knowledge graph inference and retrosynthetic predictions using reaction big data

The selection and design of suitable synthetic paths are important issues that affect the economics and productivity of chemical processes including reactions and the discovery of new chemicals. However, exploration of reaction information is difficult even with reaction databases, causing path explosion that occurs due to the huge search space and conflicting constrains such as economics, safety, efficiency, etc. In this study, we propose an intelligent system ASICS (Advanced System for Intelligent Chemical Synthesis), which supports synthetic path design at the basic stages of research and process design, based on the hybrid generative exploration and exploitation of reaction knowledge base, encoding big data of patented reactions, and machine learning-based retrosynthetic prediction. Based on the pseudo A* search, ASICS generates optimal synthetic paths minimizing scores of the synthetic reaction value function, composed of the synthetic accessibility score, likelihood score and similarity score. The preference in searching between confirmed reaction spaces and unexplored reaction spaces through prediction can be selected by the user. The suggested hybrid approach, combining the reaction knowledge base with the retrosynthetic prediction model, generates feasible and low-cost synthetic paths beyond the accumulated information in patented reactions.

It is, of course, related to the challenges of teachers' readiness, including early childhood teachers, in shaping a smart and intelligent generation of Aceh in the global industrial era 2045. In the future, each generation of Aceh will become a public need and is expected to be able to compete from all sides of life both locally and internationally. With the rapid development of appropriate technology in education, the skills of early childhood teachers are needed in modifying learning. Thus, it can sharpen the mind of students in the fields of science, technology, language, and art. Based on today's data, education in Aceh is left behind than that of other regions in Indonesia. This is far from reality and expectation of the motto "Aceh Carong". This phenomenon continues to motivate educators to renovate and find solutions until the education system can educate its generation according to technological needs. The application of the STEM approach is seen as an innovation in modern education to improve scientific and creative thinking skills. This literature study can answer the objectives, potential, and challenges of STEM application in early childhood education. Even from behind prisons, narcotics prisoners still operate with their network syndicates. Therefore the Riau Islands, which there are many islands, are still the gateway for narcotics to enter Indonesia . The results of the study show that to carry out investigations into the criminal act of narcotics trafficking has been regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 concerning Narcotics. However, in terms of its implementation, there are still many constraints faced by members of the Kepri Ditresnarkoba Polda Kepri to combat narcotics, which is the geographical location of most islands that cannot be controlled, lack of budget and personnel, changing circulation techniques, and minimal community participation. However, members of the Kepri Ditresnarkoba Polda continue to struggle to save the nation's generation by maximizing existing human resources, handling networks, conducting raids, and socializing to the community. Therefore the government has to support law enforcement in eradicating illicit narcotics trafficking in Indonesia and roles as well as the public to report if anyone is suspected of being involved in a narcotics crime network.

The formulation of the Child-Friendly School program involved 12 ministries, agencies, and foundations related to child welfare. The goal of the Child-Friendly School policy is to be able to fulfill, guarantee and protect the rights of children. Another goal is to ensure that schools can develop children's interests, talents, and abilities and prepare children to be responsible for a life of tolerance, mutual respect, work together for progress, and a spirit of peace so that later schools are expected to not only give birth to an intellectually intelligent generation but also give birth to an emotionally and spiritually intelligent generation.Â

CscGAN: Conditional Scale-Consistent Generation Network for Multi-Level Remote Sensing Image to Map Translation

Automatic remote sensing (RS) image to map translation is a crucial technology for intelligent tile map generation. Although existing methods based on a generative network (GAN) generated unannotated maps at a single level, they have limited capacity in handling multi-resolution map generation at different levels. To address the problem, we proposed a novel conditional scale-consistent generation network (CscGAN) to simultaneously generate multi-level tile maps from multi-scale RS images, using only a single and unified model. Specifically, the CscGAN first uses the level labels and map annotations as prior conditions to guide hierarchical feature learning with different scales. Then, a multi-scale discriminator and two multi-scale generators are introduced to describe both high-resolution and low-resolution representations, aiming to improve the similarity of generated maps and thus produce high-quality multi-level tile maps. Meanwhile, a level classifier is designed for further exploring the characteristics of tile maps at different levels. Moreover, the CscGAN is optimized by jointly multi-scale adversarial loss, level classification loss, and scale-consistent loss in an end-to-end manner. Extensive experiments on multiple datasets and study areas demonstrate that the CscGAN outperforms the state-of-the-art methods in multi-level map translation, with great robustness and efficiency.
