Improving business performance: A case study at Vietnam dairy products joint stock company

Improving business efficiency is one of the most important goals of enterprises. In the context of current world economic integration, domestic and international competition is increasingly fierce, the requirement to improve business efficiency of enterprises is becoming more urgent. Especially for export enterprises, world economic integration has a very strong impact. In the process of international economic integration, Vietnamese enterprises must face increasingly fierce competition from foreign enterprises. Weaknesses in capital, management experience and technical level are barriers for Vietnamese enterprises in general and enterprises operating in the dairy industry in particular. The basic way to improve business efficiency is to find every measure to increase revenue or reduce costs, or make the rate of revenue increase or reduce costs, or make the rate of revenue increase faster than the rate of cost reduction, especially for dairy enterprises. A Case Study on the Integration of Traditional Chinese Family Culture into Primary School English Teaching

The Chinese nation is a nation with a long history of culture, and traditional Chinese culture is like stars in the sky, brilliant and profound. It is the inexhaustible source of the development of the Chinese nation and the source of power to achieve its great rejuvenation. With the continuous strengthening of China s national strength and the rapid development of world economic integration, our traditional culture is moving towards the world and the international stage. More and more foreign friends are beginning to come into contact with and learn from our traditional culture. As the successors of the socialist cause, primary school students should integrate Chinese traditional culture into their daily learning. Based on this, this article will first analyze the characteristics of Chinese traditional family culture, and then analyze the significance of integrating Chinese traditional family culture into primary school English teaching. Finally, combined with the actual situation, we will analyze the specific integration. Strategy, I hope to combine traditional Chinese family culture with world languages and become an inexhaustible driving force for students life development.

Research on the Current Status and Problems of the Bilingual Education for Preschool Children in China

With the development of world economic integration, the number of bilinguals is gradually increasing. Nowadays, bilingual education for preschool children has become one of the most important research topics. The feasibility and superiority of bilingual education for preschool children have been confirmed by existing studies. However, the bilingual education for preschool children in China is relatively inadequate. Therefore, on account of three aspects: parents, kindergarten, and government, this paper analyses the current status and problems of bilingual education for preschool children in China and puts forward possibly effective recommendations separately based on Chinese actual conditions. This paper points out that there are some problems in the bilingual education for preschool children in China, such as the inadequate knowledge and vague expectations leading to blind selections in parents, insufficient qualified teachers and unscientific teaching activities in kindergartens, and negligent supervision and minor policies in government. This paper suggests that parents should increase their knowledge and conduct scientific family education, kindergartens should improve their teachers and organize scientific teaching activities, and government should strengthen the supervision and support the introduction of policies and academic research.

Exploring the Characteristics and Path of Internationalization Development of Vocational Education Based on the Information Diffusion Model

Abstract Internationalization of higher education has become an inevitable trend under the impetus of world economic integration and informationization. This paper adopts the information diffusion technique in the fuzzy information optimization method to construct an assessment model for internationalization development of vocational education. Explicit sample data are turned into fuzzy sets, information diffusion points are built using a two-dimensional average information diffusion model, and the estimated loss and probability distribution of information diffusion are calculated to assess the internationalization development level of vocational education. The constructed indicators set people’s awareness of the internationalization development of vocational education and the dissemination effect, analyzed the internationalization development trend of vocational education in the past five years by combining the Google search data, and explored the impact of internationalization development of vocational education based on the indicators of output level and quality level. The results show that the communication effects of internationalization of vocational education are all rated between (3.3, 3.6), and the attention to the internationalization development of vocational education has increased from 10% to 70% in six years. This study provides suggestions and strategies for advancing the internationalization of higher vocational education in China, which is conducive to steadily increasing the internationalization of higher vocational education in China and improving the level of schooling.

Torrens Imperatives for SADC Fast-track Land Reform Programmes

The most successful economies are underpinned and characterised by very clear governance of acquisition, disposal, and transferability of land or, as it is properly called in law – real property. This article examines the evolving post-apartheid land governance practices under the Southern African Development Community’s (SADC) fast-track land reform programmes for their potential to enhance land’s utility in framing economic development in concerned states. It shows a worrying potential diminution of land’s utility as real property as a direct consequence of insufficient consideration to ensure that agricultural land contributes optimally to the national treasury. The article recommends the integration into the SADC’s fast-track land reform programmes of the Torrens system for protecting land’s utility as the foundation and cornerstone of powerful and successful economies. The benefits for SADC states would be endless. They include the nurturing of an in-built resilience of SADC economies to withstand the ruthless vagaries of World Trade Organization- (WTO) sponsored trade liberalisation practices in the increasingly deeply integrated world economy. Failure to adopt and implement the Torrens principles on the recognition and protection of land titles would be suicidal for the agrarian economies of the SADC because it would either lower significantly or, in some cases, wipe out altogether land’s potential to make a meaningful and consistent contribution to the national treasury. Consequently, land’s potential to contribute optimally to the nurturing and development of national economies of affected SADC states would be severely curtailed and, in some cases, hindered from generation to generation.

EXAMINING THE COMMITMENT OF THE MANAGERS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN CHINA TOWARDS CORPORATE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

In the current era, the trend of world economic integration has gradually strengthened, and international competition has become increasingly fierce. As an important factor in the development of enterprises, strategic management of enterprises is also valued and has a profound impact on the growth and development of enterprises. Therefore, it is of more important theoretical and practical significance to study the manager’s degree of emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises to the strategic management of enterprises. Based on this, this study analyzes and explores the degree of commitment of small and medium-sized enterprises’ managers to corporate strategic management, focusing on the four influencing factors of corporate strategic management (business model, internal environment, external environment, and market competition) to conduct investigations and studies, and then analyze the manager’s degree of emphasis of small and medium-sized enterprises to the corporate strategic management. The main purpose of this study is to explore the managers’ degree of commitment toward strategic management. Through research and discussion, small and medium-sized enterprise managers will investigate and study the attitudes and behaviors of the four influencing factors of corporate strategic management to achieve the goal. This study uses quantitative research to test the hypotheses and collects data on behalf of independent variables and dependent variables through questionnaires. And this study used two commonly used software tools, SPSS and Smart PLS.

Bilingualism and Multilingualism in International Teaching

The process of world economic integration is dramatically changing the spread and use of human languages, and at the same time has a profound impact on human linguistic diversity. In the last half century or so, bilingual and multilingual education has become an important part of the education system of some countries, and bilingual and multilingual education policies have become a hot topic of concern for all walks of life. In this paper, we take the background of international bilingual and multilingual education as a premise, further explore the laws of bilingual and multilingual education, and sort out and summarize the academic discussions on this topic.

Global Energy Crisis: Inflation and Recession

With the deepening process of world economic integration and financial globalization, the fluctuation of international crude oil prices will have a substantial impact on the world economy and financial market. This paper will study the relationship between the energy and the financial crises. The price of crude oil has a relatively significant impact on the market, especially during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and after this year's conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Taking crude oil as an example (the most basic energy), analyze the impact of the price of crude oil on the three financial markets of the United States, the United Kingdom and China through three transmission chains, namely the Producer Price Index, energy sub-item in Consumer Price Index and the Inflation Rate. The empirical research results show that the financial and the energy crises are inseparable. The energy crisis triggered the financial crisis, and the financial crisis buried the root of the energy crisis. By applying the sustainable development theory and implementing the corresponding new financial crisis countermeasures and energy policies, countries can effectively mitigate and prevent the crisis.

Analysis on the Responsibility of Transnational Corporations to Protect Human Rights

With the acceleration of the process of world economic integration, the overall strength of multinational corporations is becoming stronger and stronger, and profoundly affects the world's politics and economy, and gradually forms a new pattern of powerful countries. Multinational corporations have played an active role in promoting global economic development and improving international people's livelihood. However, the actions of some multinational corporations have had a positive impact on their actions at the expense of human rights. More and more multinational companies have caused serious harm to human health due to violations of labor standards and environmental pollution. On this issue, the international community generally attaches great importance to the relationship between transnational corporations and human rights. Therefore, in recent years, the issue of human rights responsibilities of transnational corporations has become a common concern in the world. In this context, this study analyzes the human rights violations of transnational corporations, and from the perspective of the current international predicament, puts forward suggestions to improve international legislation and establish responsibility mechanisms of companies, home countries and host countries.

Revisiting the Customs Act 1969 in line with WCO’s International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures 1974

In the present-day system of integrated world economy, the administration of customs or customs procedure clearly carries considerable effects on the trade transactions both within the border and beyond. In fact, the gravity of the cross-border business potentials leads to the realization of simplifying and harmonizing the customs procedures all over the world. Moreover, the development and operation of the modern customs administration signifies, by and large, a radical shift from the revenue collection to the trade facilitation focus. In the current day, it has become almost a universal belief that trade facilitation and removal of trade barriers go hand in hand with simplification and harmonization of customs procedures. The World Customs Organization (WCO) with this in mind had the Revised Kyoto Convention (RKC) enacted in 1974. The customs regime of Bangladesh is still dependant on the half century old the Customs Act, 1969. Although some changes have been brought to bring it in line with the RKC, many of its provisions are still the same. This creates an impediment towards trade facilitation and economic growth. This paper discusses the differences between the provisions of RKC and Customs Act, 1969 and recommends the changes that are required to be brought in the customs regime of Bangladesh for overall trade facilitation and economic development of the country.

Sustainable development of the Russian market of organic agro-industrial complex

Organic agriculture is a dynamically developing area of the global agro-industrial complex. Global climate problems and the depletion of natural resources across the planet dictate the need to review the food production technologies used. Excessive intensification of agricultural production through soil mineralization and fertilization, hormonal stimulation of animal and plant growth has led to the deterioration of water, soil, air quality and overall health. Therefore, the problem of reducing the anthropogenic impact on the environment is the main trend of implementing the principles of organic production. The paper developed recommendations for the strategic development of the Russian market of organic production within the framework of the current EAEU agreement. Conclusions were made on the expansion of instruments of state incentives for the development of organic agricultural production in a changing world economic relations and integration.

Cross-cultural Management in International Business

With the accelerated development of world economic integration, there are more and more commercial exchanges among countries. However, in the international business environment, these frequent exchanges, communications and exchanges are not only simple business exchanges, but also the collision between different cultures. It belongs to cross-cultural communication. The article focuses on the importance of cross-cultural communication in international business, points out some important significance of language communication in cross-cultural business activities, and puts forward some different methods to deal with different cultures.

The use of mobile applications in the study of specialists in the hospitality industry to improve the quality of their training

The problem and the purpose. The modernization of the educational system involves the use of technologies based on artificial intelligence, AR, VR, and mobile platforms. The inclusion of mobile tools in the training of workers in the hospitality industry meets the requirements for training programs for highly qualified professionals in this area and the challenges of world economic integration. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the effectiveness the use of mobile applications in the training of hospitality industry specialists to improve the quality of their training. Research methods. Theoretical and methodological analysis and generalization are used in determining the content and problems of mobile learning and identifying the prospects for the development of travel applications. For designing mobile applications, the authors chose the iBuildApp tool. A test was developed, including the blocks "Fundamentals of tourism activities" (20 points), and "Mobile applications in the hospitality industry" (20 points). The study involved 50 students of Vyatka State University from the Faculty of Management and Service and 50 students of Russian State Agrarian University named after K. A. Timiryazev, Institute of Economics and Management (Russian Federation). The direction of training: "Tourism", profile: "Technology and organization of excursion services". Pearson's χ2 (chi-square) test was used as a statistical processing method. Statistical data processing was performed by means of Pearson's χ2 (chi-square) test. Results. The development and use of mobile applications in the experimental group were carried out in the following stages: analysis of mobile travel applications, requests, and opportunities of the hospitality industry; working in a software environment to create a mobile application; project presentation and application in practice. Statistically significant differences in the qualitative changes that occurred in the training system were determined (χ2 = 6.017; p < 0.05). In conclusion presents decisions about the features of using mobile applications in training specialists in the hospitality industry, contributing to improving the quality of their training: new opportunities for collaboration and project activities, cost optimization, innovative work experience, etc. However, there are also negative aspects: a decrease in the overall level of oral communication, the risks of losing the phone and personal data leaks, distraction, and addiction.

Challenges in developing integrated transport space over the world economic integration associations

Institutional, organisational, managerial, and financial problems typical for the development of transport systems of regional integration associations, major transport and logistics projects, such as EU or BRI, have been systematised by the author. The interrelation of the highlighted problems from the point of view of limitation of maximization of efficiency of transport and logistics processes and functioning of the unified transport system as a result of their influence is shown. Particular attention is paid to managerial, financial and economic problems in the sphere of transport integration.

Logistics as a mechanism of international economic processes

The development of international logistics, the setting of logistical problems and the effectiveness of their solution directly depend on the trends of the world market. Currently, the world economy is developing through ever-advancing globalization and rising production costs with fierce competition between manufacturers. Today, the trend of globalization is clearly visible in the development of global macro-logistics systems. This trend reflects on the one hand, the globalization of markets for the sale of finished products, production, supply of material resources, labor, and capital, which are characteristic of large transnational corporations and financial and industrial groups, and on the other hand, the creation and development of global interstate transport and logistics, telecommunications, distribution macrologistics systems. Globalization is manifested in the increase in the scale of world trade and other processes of international exchange in the conditions of a more open, integrated world economy. Economic relations between countries go beyond bilateral and take on the character of multilateral relations that connect several countries and sometimes have a very significant impact on the world economic system. The global implementation of quarantine measures as part of the fight against the pandemic affected all business sectors, which in general had a negative impact on the logistics industry, whose performance remains an indicator of macroeconomic development. While the pandemic has significantly increased the demand for online commerce, having a reliable transport company has become vital for business representatives, as it allows them to maintain business efficiency and ensure quality and timely delivery The rapid spread of the virus in the world has had a shocking effect on global trade in connection with the introduced anti-pandemic restrictions on economic and industrial activity and cross-border transportation. Ukraine also felt the impact of the epidemic, which affected a significant decrease in GDP growth rates in general and trade indicators. Analysis of Enterprise Financial Investment Management Strategy in the New Period

Forecasting Chinese stock market volatility under uncertainty

As the trend of world economic integration intensifies, global uncertainty also has a certain impact on the stock markets of various countries. To explore the volatility of China's stock market under uncertainty, we use a mixed-frequency data model and introduce uncertainty variables, namely the Global Economic Policy Uncertainty Index (GEPU), the United States (US EPU) and China (Chia EPU) economic policy uncertainty indices, the implied volatility index (VIX) and the geopolitical risk index (GPR), to build an extended GARCH- MIDAS model to analyse the impact of uncertainty indices on Chinese stock market volatility. The empirical results show that, except for the US EPU index, all other uncertainty indices have some impact on the Chinese stock market, and the out-of-sample forecasting results indicate that the introduction of these variables improves the forecasting effect of the model, with China's economic policy uncertainty index showing significant advantages in forecasting both weekly and monthly volatilities.

In today’s world economic integration development, the development of cultural pluralism and diversity has become a major trend of social development in this era. Accordingly, the author explores the inheritance and development of China’s vocal singing from the background of multiculturalism, explores the main characteristics of China’s vocal singing through an in-depth interpretation of the concept of multiculturalism, analyzes and studies the emotional characteristics of vocal singing from the perspective of multiculturalism, and constructs an effective classification method for vocal singing under the value of multiculturalism, in order to bring enlightenment to promote the better development of China’s vocal singing The purpose is to bring enlightenment for the better development of vocal singing in China.

A Grey Prediction Algorithm for Enterprise Human Resource Management Validity Model Construction and Improvement

With the deepening development of economic globalization and world economic integration, all enterprises are faced with an increasingly complex and competitive living environment. Therefore, it is particularly important to formulate a human resource strategy suitable for the enterprise’s own development to cope with the external challenges and external competition of the enterprise. However, in the current management practice of state-owned enterprises including power supply enterprises in our country, it is rare to make strategic decisions on human resources by applying scientific, effective, and complete mathematical models. Taking construction enterprises as an example, this study combines human resource management, enterprise management, project management, comprehensive evaluation, and grey system and other theories to systematically study the effect of human resource management in enterprises, and finally constructs a suitable evaluation method for construction enterprises, and an assessment model for diagnosing its human resource management status. We provide practical guidance for the management of human resources in construction enterprises, which is conducive to human resource workers to discover existing problems in time and make improvements, give full play to the potential of human resources, and improve the level of human resource management and the value of enterprises.
