Nursing Care For Patients With Second-Degree Decubitus Wounds in The Destructive Phase Using Wound Care with Honey Against The Problem of Tissue Damage Tissue Integrity in General Ahmad Yani Hospital Metro City

Background & Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of destructive phase II decubitus wound care using honey at Jendral Ahmad Yani Metro Hospital. Method: The method in this scientific work is a descriptive approach to nursing care involving 2 decubitus patients, the instruments used are assessment sheets, head to toe¸ and wound observation sheets, the application of wound care using honey is carried out for 4 days in patient 1 and 5 days in patient 2, with the intensity of giving honey once a day every day. Result: The results of this study found that the main problem that arose in both patients was damage to tissue integrity, the intervention was arranged by performing wound care using pure honey, the implementation was carried out for 4 days and 5 days in each patient, the wound nursing evaluation began to improve on day 3 of wound care using honey. Conclusion: The recommendation that the author can give is that honey can cure and accelerate wound healing, so it can be applied to other types of wounds not only decubitus wounds.

On the first root of two-parametric Mittag–Leffler functions: a functional perspective

We construct a novel class of integral operators whose eigenvalue reciprocals correspond to the roots (zeros) of two-parametric Mittag–Leffler functions E α , α ∗ ( z ) . Using the theory of μ 0 -positive operators, we demonstrate that the smallest roots (in modulus) of E α , α ∗ ( z ) must be real. Moreover, by employing the relationship between roots of Mittag–Leffler functions E α , α ∗ ( z ) and the eigenvalues of the integral spectral problem, together with new techniques involving fractional integral operators and fractional Sobolev spaces, we establish the existence, non-existence, and simplicity of the real root of E α , α ∗ ( − z ) for a large class of parameters α , α ∗ : 1 ≤ α < ∞ , 0 < α ∗ < α + ϵ . These findings extend the theory previously developed for the case 0 < α < 1 by other researchers, such as A. M. Sedletskiĭ in 2004.

Boundary Bethe ansatz in massless AdS3

Abstract We construct the boundary algebraic Bethe ansatz for the AdS3×S3×T4 integrable reflection problem restricted to the massless sector. We derive the double-row monodromy and find the appropriate formulation of the so-called dual equation of Sklyanin's. We perform the algebraic Bethe ansatz based on Sklyanin's recipe, and obtain the RTT (more properly RTRT) relations, from which the spectrum is obtained by repeated action of the B-operator on the pseudovacuum. We obtain the Bethe equations by cancelling the unwanted terms, and provide conjectures for the exact formulas for any number of quantum particles and magnonic excitations.

Integrability of open boundary driven quantum circuits

In this paper, we address the problem of Yang-Baxter integrability of doubled quantum circuit of qubits (spins 1/2) with open boundary conditions where the two circuit replicas are only coupled at the left or right boundary. We investigate the cases where the bulk is given by elementary six vertex unitary gates of either the free fermionic XX type or interacting XXZ type. By using the Sklyanin’s construction of reflection algebra, we obtain the most general solutions of the boundary Yang-Baxter equation for such a setup. We use this solution to build, from the transfer matrix formalism, integrable circuits with two step discrete time Floquet (aka brickwork) dynamics. We prove that, only if the bulk is a free-model, the boundary matrices are in general non-factorizable, and for particular choice of free parameters yield non-trivial unitary dynamics with boundary interaction between the two chains. Then, we consider the limit of continuous time evolution and we give the interpretation of a restricted set of the boundary terms in the Lindbladian setting. Specifically, for a particular choice of free parameters, the solutions correspond to an open quantum system dynamics with the source terms representing injecting or removing particles from the boundary of the spin chain.

Regularity Results for Hybrid Proportional Operators on Hölder Spaces

Recently, a new type of derivative has been introduced, known as Caputo proportional derivatives. These are motivated by the applications of such derivatives (which are a generalization of Caputo’s standard fractional derivative) and the need to incorporate such calculus into the research on operators. The investigation therefore focuses on the equivalence of differential and integral problems for proportional calculus problems. The operators are always studied in the appropriate function spaces. Furthermore, the investigation extends these results to encompass the more general notion of Hilfer hybrid derivatives. The primary aim of this study is to preserve the maximal regularity of solutions for this class of problems. To this end, we consider such operators not only in spaces of absolutely continuous functions, but also in particular in little Hölder spaces. It is widely acknowledged that these spaces offer a natural framework for the study of classical Riemann–Liouville integral operators as inverse operators with derivatives of fractional order. This paper presents a comprehensive study of this problem for proportional derivatives and demonstrates the application of the obtained results to Langevin-type boundary problems.

A Comprehensive Survey on Emerging Trends in Networking and Communication : From IoT to Edge Computing

The advancement of networking and communication technologies has escalated the IoT and edge computing integration by leaps and bounds. This paper provides a review of the current trends, technologies and issues concerning IoT and edge computing. Looking at the key application areas of smart cities, healthcare, industrial IoT and smart grids this paper demonstrates how edge computing solves the problems of cloud computing such as latency, bandwidth and privacy. The survey also reveals present day constraints such as the lack of standards for scalability, integration problems, and lack of strong data protection measures. This work can be considered as a reference source for researchers and practitioners since it reveals the relationship between IoT and edge computing and gives an idea of further advancements.

Existence and Uniqueness of a Solution of a Boundary Value Problem Used in Chemical Sciences via a Fixed Point Approach

In this paper, we present Proinov-type fixed point theorems in the setting of bi-polar metric spaces and fuzzy bi-polar metric spaces. Fuzzy bi-polar metric spaces with symmetric property extend classical metric spaces to address dual structures and uncertainty, ensuring consistency and balance. We provide different concrete conditions on the real-valued functions Ω,Π:0,∞→R for the existence of fixed points via the (Ω,Π)-contraction in bi-polar metric spaces. Further, we define real-valued functions Ω,Π:(0,1]→R to obtain fixed point theorems in fuzzy bi-polar metric spaces. We apply Ω,Π fuzzy bi-polar version of a Banach fixed point theorem to show the existence of solutions. Furthermore, we provide some non-trivial examples to show the validity of our results. In the end, we find the existence and uniqueness of a solution of integral equations and boundary value problem used in chemical sciences by applying main results.

A general Volterra integral problem of Riemann–Liouville type

Abstract We study a Volterra convolution equation of the second kind, based on a combination of Riemann–Liouville integrals. The problem can be reformulated involving the Caputo fractional derivative, hence the equation becomes of differintegral type. The modeling interpretation is based on a non-Markovian state function, where the Riemann–Liouville multi-orders are memory coefficients that decrease hazard risks of change. We prove the validity of the reformulations with fractional-calculus theory, local existence with fixed-point tools, and global uniqueness with a Gronwall-type argumentation. We show some examples and their associated physics. We also solve the general linear equation by means of the algebraic formalism of Mikusiński operational calculus, which is superior to Laplace transforms or Picard’s iterations. Multivariate Mittag–Leffler functions play a key role. We relate the emerging closed-form solution with the fractional power series that one may expect for these types of models.

Spatial-situational approach to airport transport security management

The trend in the development of systems for ensuring and managing aviation security of transport facilities in recent years has acquired the character of a transition from classical regulatory management schemes to automated control schemes using procedures based on the theory of optimal control. A number of factors can be identified that reduce the effectiveness of security management in the current system: problems related to time, post-factum processing of situational events, non-systemic collection and processing of information, the problem of hypothetical and potential security threats, the problem of security integrality and security systems integrality, the problem of indivisibility of security and the problem of vulnerability of transport infrastructure and, finally, the problems of forecasting the development of negative events. All this implies a transition to information security management, which is based on a spatial-situational approach. The paper substantiates the emergence of threat space, protection space and security space and shows the possibilities of using these spaces to solve the problems of formalization of security management procedures in the modeling process.

Academic integrity: peculiarities of popularization in Ukrainian universities

The study raises the problem of popularizing the culture of academic integrity in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The author analyzes the origin and meaning of the term "academic integrity", explores the international experience of implementing academic integrity as a moral and ethical value in a modern university. In the article, academic honesty is presented as an integral component of the entire process of learning, scientific research, and creativity. The author reveals the reasons for the growing attention to the problems of academic integrity in Ukraine and analyzes in detail the events dedicated to the problems of academic integrity that are actively held today in the educational and scientific Ukrainian academic environment, such as round tables, conferences, research and educational domestic and international projects, webinars, online courses, etc. A detailed analysis of domestic and international large-scale sociological studies on the problems of the academic culture of students and the reasons for its deformation deserves special attention. According to the results of the surveys, the author summarizes that academic dishonesty is quite widespread in Ukrainian universities, but it is quite comparable to student fraud in other countries. The rationalization of the reasons for academic dishonesty among Ukrainian students and students of higher education abroad is comparable. As a rule, students justify the violation of norms of academic integrity by external circumstances and referring to the lack of practical value of tasks for their professional training, the irrelevance and uninterestingness of such tasks. The author analyzes what measures modern Ukrainian universities resort that to develop and popularize the values of academic culture and establish high moral and ethical qualities of participants in the educational process, and what role the internal normative and regulatory documents of universities play in this. The author comes to the conclusion that a correct understanding of academic honesty and a high level of information culture are the basis of the functioning of a modern higher school.

Labor migration is an important factor that has a significant impact on the eco-nomic development of countries, both developing and developed. The article examines the key economic aspects of labor migration in the context of modern global trends. The impact of mi-gration flows on the labor market, economic growth of sending and receiving countries, as well as the social and political consequences of migration are analyzed. Both positive and negative aspects of migration are highlighted, including problems of social integration, competition in the labor market and the need to develop effective migration regulation policies. Particular attention is paid to the economic challenges associated with globalization, automation of production and changes in global labor markets.

Mediatising the Lives of Internally Displaced People: Documentary and Cinematic Aspect

The purpose of the research is to prove the importance of publishing successful stories of IDP integration on the screen and in the modern information space, to outline their impact on the life of the host communities, with emphasis on the historical component, to analyse the problems of social and psychological adaptation and integration of IDPs. To establish the relationship between the portrayal of modern migration processes in literary and audiovisual works. The research methodology. The following methods were used: theoretical (analysis of films, information sources, generalisation of information material, determination of the interdependence of the components that form attitudes towards IDPs in general); comparative and analytical (study of the impact of IDPs on the life of host communities); empirical (observation of life and display of various aspects on the screen that can be used for further research). The scientific novelty. For the first time, the problems of socio-psychological adaptation and integration of IDPs are analysed in contemporary screen discourse. A literature review is carried out, and a detailed analysis is made of the interdependence of factors that shape attitudes towards IDPs as active participants in the functioning of host communities. Through the theoretical analysis of audiovisual works, the author establishes the relationship between the representation of modern migration processes in literary and audiovisual works. Conclusions. The article analyses the problems of socio-psychological adaptation and integration of IDPs in contemporary screen discourse. A literature review is carried out, and a detailed analysis is made of the interdependence of factors that shape attitudes towards IDPs as active participants in the functioning of host communities. The author summarises the factors that prove that contemporary cinema presents the issues in sufficient detail, conveying dry facts to the audience and allowing them to understand the psychological aspects of forced displacement.

Experimental and numerical study on the mechanical properties of F type socket joints for rectangular pipe jacking with steel screw connection

To solve the problems of insufficient stiffness and poor integrity of traditional F-type socket joints, steel screw connections are set along the longitudinal direction between rectangular pipe jacking joints. However, the mechanical properties of F-type socket joints with steel screw connections have not been fully investigated, and the influence of the coefficient of subgrade reaction has not been considered. In this work, through model tests and numerical simulations of F-type socket joints with steel screws under different coefficients of subgrade reaction, the influence of steel screws on the deformation and damage characteristics of F-type socket joints is discussed, and the bending mechanical response of F-type socket joints under different coefficients of subgrade reaction is analyzed. Compared with traditional F-type socket joints, the use of steel screw connections can reduce the risk of steel ring warping and cross-sectional deformation of the joints and improve the stiffness and load-carrying capacity of the joints. However, the use of steel screw connections exacerbates damage to the chamfered parts of the jack joints. With an increase in the coefficient of subgrade reaction, the benefit of the steel screw on the joint stiffness gradually decreases. For every 0.5-fold increase in the coefficient of subgrade reaction, the effect of the steel screw on the joint bending load-carrying capacity of the joint is reduced by approximately 23%. The failure mode of joints containing steel screws is mainly the crushing of concrete in the compression zone, and the penetration cracks extend from the joint to the bottom of the pipe section. The higher the jacking force is, the higher the load-carrying capacity of the joint and the better the bending resistance.

Social Support, Self-Concept and Resilience as Protectors Against School Maladjustment During Adolescence

AbstractSchool maladjustment results in greater emotional and academic distress and reduces subjective well-being among adolescents. It is therefore important to identify the variables that contribute to school adjustment problems in order to enable interventions designed to improve or mitigate them during this developmental period. The aim of the present study is to use structural equation modeling to examine the potential impact of social support, self-concept and resilience on school adjustment problems. Participants were 1397 adolescents aged between 12 and 16 years (M = 13.88 and SD = 1.27). The results reveal that peer support has a direct negative relationship on school integration problems, and that support from families and teachers has an indirect contribution through self-concept and resilience. The percentage of variance in school integration problems explained by the variables included in the study was 36.4%. The results have serious theoretical–practical implications that broaden the range of possibilities for preventing problems of this kind.

CI/CD integration tools for automated code deployment and verification for training purposes

The article is devoted to the study and application of modern tools for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) in the educational field. Automating the processes of software deployment and testing is a relevant task for both improving the educational process and developing DevOps skills among students. Significant attention is given to studying the core principles of CI/CD, including automated testing, code quality monitoring, and integration with source code repositories. Popular CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions are utilized to automate the educational process and train students. These tools enable the creation and deployment of applications using Docker technologies, which allow real-world scenarios to be modeled. A significant emphasis is placed on the scalability and adaptability of solutions, which enhance the efficiency of resource usage. A methodology for implementing CI/CD into an educational course is proposed, including integration with project management platforms and version control systems such as Git, with Gitea as an example. The main stages include setting up automated builds, testing, and deployment, which enable students to practice the principles of continuous integration and delivery. From the perspective of improving the efficiency of the educational process, the proposed methodology allows for the automation of assignment verification. The problems of Gitea and Jenkins integration are considered. A way for integrating these tools through locally installed Jenkins and Gitea with private code repositories has been proposed. Recommendations are provided for organizing the educational process through practical and laboratory work focused on real-world scenarios of software deployment and test automation. The results of the study confirm the effective use of CI/CD tools for educational purposes, ensuring the development of competencies required for working in modern IT teams. The use of CI/CD increases awareness of cybersecurity and optimizes DevOps processes.

A Space-Borne Ka-Band Tile-Type Phased Array Transmitter Module Based on HTCC Technology

We propose a double-sided layout design method with high reliability for multi-beam phased array transmitter modules based on high-temperature co-fired ceramic technology. Efficient transmission of microwave signals and low-frequency signals is realized by using multi-layer wiring and an inter-layer transition. The proposed Ka-band transmitter module exhibits a gain of ≥26 dB, an output power of ≥21 dBm, and an overall efficiency of the component of ≥40%. The RMS accuracy of phase shift and attenuation is better than 3° and 0.5 dB, respectively. The proposed design method addresses the problems of high integration, lightness, and miniaturization in transmit/receive module design, and shows a good performance of heat dissipation performance and sealing capability. It can be easily expanded to large-scale phased arrays.

Regularized Variational Approximation for Partially Confirmatory Factor Analysis

The recently developed partially confirmatory factor analysis (PCFA) framework offers a promising solution that effectively accommodates varying levels of available knowledge, blending the strengths of both data- and theory-driven approaches. Nevertheless, its reliance on Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) techniques for parameter estimation often comes with challenges due to its computationally intensive nature and issues related to convergence. To address that, this study introduces a novel and compelling alternative - the regularized variational approximation approach within the PCFA framework (PCFA-VA). The proposed method integrates regularization techniques and converts the classical Bayesian inference problem into an optimization problem by approximating the posterior distribution with a predefined family of distributions and employing Kullback–Leibler (KL) divergence to quantify such differences. In this sense, PCFA-VA avoids the complex integration problem required to obtain the exact posterior distribution and results in substantial computational savings. Based on the simulated and real data analysis, PCFA-VA has demonstrated the potential to achieve considerable accuracy while maintaining computational efficiency, making it scalable for large-scale problems.

The Intersection of Blockchain Technology and Data Security in e-Business

This paper investigates the integration of blockchain technology and data security within an e-business context, articulating the transformative potential of this integration across various key sectors: financial transactions, supply chain operations, digital healthcare, and product authenticity verification. Other important attributes of blockchain, such as decentralization, immutability, and transparency, coupled with powerful security measures, are explored. This indicates the importance of ensuring data security in e-business, especially against cyber threats and insider threats. This paper therefore will explore specific blockchain applications in e-business, focusing especially on smart contracts, supply chain management, and data security. It also accepts challenges, including high development costs and integration problems, but it highlights opportunities according to potential operational efficiencies and overall improvement in transparency. Convergence of blockchain with AI and machine learning is discussed as part of future trends, which sets higher demand for continued research and development to maximize the benefits while at the same time mitigating the risks linked to blockchain technology in e-business. The references cited provide an essential overview of the current research landscape, which spans various digital technologies and their implications in multiple domains.

Conflict between the territorial center for recruitment and social support and the civilian population

In today’s world, conflicts between territorial recruitment centers and civilians are becoming increasingly relevant and significant. This topic covers a wide range of issues related to the interaction of military structures and civil society, as well as the problems of social support and integration of military personnel into civilian life. The article examines the peculiarities and essence of the conflict between the civilian population and the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (hereinafter - TCR and SP). This topic examines the issue of illegal detention or abduction of a person by the employees of the TCR and SP under martial law, and the issue of violation of the constitutional rights of citizens. The main causes of conflicts between the civilian population and the TCR and SP include insufficient awareness of procedures and rights, ineffective communication between military structures and citizens, as well as problems in the organization and provision of social support. Conflicts can arise due to inequitable distribution of resources, bureaucratic obstacles and lack of transparency in the activities of the TCC and SP. Misunderstandings arise for a variety of reasons, including insufficient communication between military and civilian organizations, violations of current Ukrainian legislation, shortcomings in social policy, and the lack of adequate support and rehabilitation mechanisms. The study examines the main causes and consequences of such conflicts, as well as possible ways to resolve them. Particular attention is paid to the role of the state and civil society organizations in providing social support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The essence of such conflicts lies in the confrontation between the interests of the civilian population and military structures, which can lead to a decrease in trust in state institutions, increased social tension and a deterioration in the quality of life of citizens. Conflicts can also affect the morale of not only military personnel but also the entire society, which requires special attention and support during martial law.
