Hubungan Sikap Pustakawan terhadap Tata Ruang Kerja di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Padang

This study aims to determine; 1) what is the work space layout in the Padang City Library and Archives Service; 2) what is the attitude of librarians at the Padang City Library and Archives Service; 3) what is the relationship between librarians' attitudes towards work space layout in the Padang City Library and Archives Service. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this research was 15 librarians with a sample of 15 respondents. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The main instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The instrument tests used are validity tests and reliability tests. Test the analysis requirements using the Spearman rank correlation test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that the results of the Spearman Rank correlation analysis show that the correlation between work space layout and librarian attitudes is 0.744. With a correlation value of 0.744, if seen from the table, this figure is in the interval 0.60 – 0.799 with a strong level of relationship. Based on the correlation coefficient hypothesis test, it can be seen that the value of Fcount (13.075) > Ftable (5.14) means there is a relationship between the work space layout variable and the librarian attitude variable. The results of this research found that the higher the work space layout in the library, the higher the quality of the librarian's attitude in working in the library.

Pengaruh Motivasi, Inovasi dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa D III Perhotelan Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal

Growing entrepreneurial interest cannot be done immediately without the encouragement that can drive a person's entrepreneurial spirit. The growth of student interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by motivation. Growing interest in entrepreneurship also requires the role of innovation as a response to the demands and needs of a person to survive in the midst of competition. Student entrepreneurial interest can be seen from the characteristics of an entrepreneur, namely student confidence in entrepreneurship, interest, and courage to take risks when they are entrepreneurs in the future and future-oriented when they are entrepreneurs. A person's confidence in their ability to complete a job (self-efficacy) will affect interest in entrepreneurship because a person's motivational condition is based more on what they believe than what is objectively true. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, innovation and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest of D III Hospitality students at Harapan Bersama Polytechnic Tegal. This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with instrument test using validity test and reliability test. The expected target of this study is to determine the significant influence of motivation, innovation and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest of D III Hospitality Polytechnic students of Harapan Bersama Tegal.The results of the study prove that there is a positive influence of motivation, innovation, self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in D III Hospitality students of Harapan Bersama Polytechnic Tegal. The higher the motivation, innovation, self-efficacy, the interest in entrepreneurship in D III Hospitality students of Harapan Bersama Polytechnic Tegal will also increase.

The Influence of Women's Leadership Style and Work Motivation on the Performance of Police Personnel in the Legal Work Unit of the West Sumatra Regional Police Force

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Style Leadership and Work Motivation on the Performance of Police Personnel in the Legal Division work unit of the West Sumatra Regional Police. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, the research sample is 26 personnel of the Legal Division of the West Sumatra Regional Police. Data analysis was carried out using instrument tests through SPSS Version 29 for windows software to check the validity and reliability of the data. The results of data analysis show that the variable female leadership style does not have a significant effect on personnel performance, this is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test obtained a significance value of 0.468 > 0.05 and tcount 0.739 ≤ ttabel 2.064. The results of this study also show that work motivation variables have a significant effect on personnel performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount 4.223 ≥ ttabel 2.064. Through the simultaneous hypothesis test (f test), it shows that the female leadership style and work motivation have an effect on personnel performance with a significance value of Sig 0.001 < 0.05 and the value of fcount 10.159 > ftabel 3.420.

Edukasi Mengenai Penyakit Berbasis Lingkungan Sebagai Dampak Bencana Perubahan Iklim

The background of the implementation of this community service is based on the many incidents of environment-based diseases that occur at every level of society as a result of the phenomenon of climate change. Education about environment-based diseases is a solution that can be offered in the context of anticipating climate change disaster adaptation and mitigation. The purpose of this community service is to provide information to the public regarding climate literacy and the importance of efforts to prevent and overcome various environmental-based disease events. The method in this community service is a quantitative method involving 39 Public Health students at Universitas Prima Nusantara Bukittinggi, who were selected by purposive sampling, after the education is carried out, the group will be given a test instrument to determine student knowledge about environment-based diseases and global climate change. The analysis technique used is a descriptive technique which is carried out to map the knowledge gained by students. The results of this community service are able to provide new knowledge to students related to the incidence of environment-based diseases as an impact of global climate change, by getting the most scores in the good predicate interval (71-85), reaching 46.15% of the total students. And it is concluded that the educational method on environment-based diseases is effective to be given in the context of adaptation and mitigation of climate change disasters. The findings obtained can be taken into consideration for the community on the importance of increasing knowledge in achieving a balance of human quality of life with environmental quality in the context of achieving the 3rd SDGs, namely guaranteed health and well-being and the 13th SDGs, namely climate action.

Digital and Non-Digital Services Influence on Costumers Satisfaction Through Syariah Bank Transactions

This study seeks to determine the impact of digital services, such as mobile banking, e-commerce, and flexible cashless payments, as well as non-digital services like teller services, customer services, and deposit boxes, on customer satisfaction. Specifically focusing on the university students at Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatera (UMSU), the study employed purposive sampling by selecting FAI students who have used mobile banking and other digital services in Islamic banking. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS through three main steps: instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. The findings of this research reveal that both digital and non-digital services have a partial and simultaneous impact on customer satisfaction. In line with these results, Islamic bank digital services were found to be in demand among users. Therefore, banks are encouraged to enhance both digital and non-digital services as a strategic approach to attract more customers and enhance overall service quality.

EFFECT OF SERVICE FEATURES AND WORD OF MOUTH STRATEGY ON CUSTOMER DECISIONS IN USING BSI MOBILE

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Features and word of mouth strategies on customer decisions in using BSI Mobile banking. Research using quantitative methods. The location of this research took place at Bank Syariah Indonesia Cirebon KCP Plered 2. The population in this study was 4005. Calculated based on the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 participants was obtained. The instrument used is a questionnaire or a questionnaire. instrument validity used product moment validity and reliability used Croncbach's alpha. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Data analysis used included research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis. The results showed that part there was a significant positive effect of service features on customer decisions in using Mobile Banking for BSI Cirebon customers. KCP Plered 2 with a significant value of 0.000. Meanwhile, according to word of mouth, most of the variables did not have a significant positive effect on the customer's decision to use mobile banking for BSI Cirebon KCP Plered 2 customers with a significant value of 0.696. Simultaneously the influence of service feature variables and word of mouth contributed 22.75% to customer decisions in using BSI Mobile banking.

PENGARUH ONLINE CONSUMER REVIEW DAN ONLINE CONSUMER RATING TERHADAP ONLINE PURCHASE DECISION PRODUK WARDAH OFFICIAL SHOP MARKETPLACE SHOPEE (STUDI KASUS PADA MAHASISWI MANAJEMEN UMB)

This study aims to determine the influence of online consumer reviews and online consumer ratings on online purchase decisions of Wardah Official Shop products on the Shopee marketplace (case study on management students of UMB). This research is quantitative. The population in this study consists of 400 management students at UMB who use Wardah products. The object of this research is 180 management students at UMB who are consumers of Wardah products on the Shopee marketplace. In this study, the author used data collection methods through observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient analysis (R2). The results of this study indicate that online consumer reviews and online consumer ratings have a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions. Simplification of Mobility Tests and Data Processing to Increase Applicability of Wearable Sensors as Diagnostic Tools for Parkinson's Disease.

Quantitative mobility analysis using wearable sensors, while promising as a diagnostic tool for Parkinson's disease (PD), is not commonly applied in clinical settings. Major obstacles include uncertainty regarding the best protocol for instrumented mobility testing and subsequent data processing, as well as the added workload and complexity of this multi-step process. To simplify sensor-based mobility testing in diagnosing PD, we analyzed data from 262 PD participants and 50 controls performing several motor tasks wearing a sensor on their lower back containing a triaxial accelerometer and a triaxial gyroscope. Using ensembles of heterogeneous machine learning models incorporating a range of classifiers trained on a set of sensor features, we show that our models effectively differentiate between participants with PD and controls, both for mixed-stage PD (92.6% accuracy) and a group selected for mild PD only (89.4% accuracy). Omitting algorithmic segmentation of complex mobility tasks decreased the diagnostic accuracy of our models, as did the inclusion of kinesiological features. Feature importance analysis revealed that Timed Up and Go (TUG) tasks to contribute the highest-yield predictive features, with only minor decreases in accuracy for models based on cognitive TUG as a single mobility task. Our machine learning approach facilitates major simplification of instrumented mobility testing without compromising predictive performance.

Challenges in secondary school education: profile of physics students' critical thinking skills

For students to be able to compete and overcome challenges in the future, critical thinking is essential. The study’s descriptive methodology aims to describe the students’ critical thinking abilities. Every high school in a South Sulawesi district made up the research population. Based on school accreditation, with the use of a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, 150 students were chosen to comprise the research sample. The test instrument used is an essay distributed online. The indicators for the description questions are interpretation, analysis, and interpretation thinking skills. According to the study’s findings, students’ critical thinking abilities in static fluid material have an average score in the medium category of 73.09. In terms of school accreditation, students' physics critical thinking abilities average 73.87 for schools with A accreditation, 72.43 for schools with B accreditation, and 68.47 for schools with C accreditation. The percentage of each indicator of critical thinking skills is 34.58 in inference, 33.70 in analysis, and 31.71 in interpretation. It is anticipated that this study will give a broad picture of students’ critical thinking competencies for teachers to choose and implement the most suitable stimulus to aid students in developing their critical thinking abilities.

THE EFFECT OF PRODUCTS, LOCATION, PRICE AND PROMOTION ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (STUDY OF LOTTE WHOLESALE PEKANBARU)

With the rapid growth of modern retail in Pekanbaru, where Lotte Grosir is one of the many existing retailers. The company must understand the importance of analyzing the marketing mix in relation to customer satisfaction to innovate and face competition. In this context, the marketing mix includes product, location, price and promotion, known as 4Ps. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the components of the marketing mix have an impact on customer satisfaction, providing a descriptive overview of the current conditions and serving as a consideration for the company in improving customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The sample selected in this study consist of Lotte Grosir Pekanbaru customers using the Simple Random Sampling method, resulting in 105 respondents who filled out the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using instrument test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with SPSS software. The result show that partially, the product variable (X1) does not significantly affect customer satisfaction (Y), while the location (X2), price (X3) and promotion (X4) variables have an impact on customer satisfaction (Y) variable. Other results indicate that simultaneously, product location, price and promotion have an influence on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 81.8% and the remaining 18.2% is influenced by others factors not examined in this study.

The Solar eruptioN Integral Field Spectrograph (SNIFS) is a solar-gazing spectrograph scheduled to fly in the summer of 2025 on a NASA sounding rocket. Its goal is to view the solar chromosphere and transition region at a high cadence (1 s) both spatially (0.5″\\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \\usepackage{amsmath} \\usepackage{wasysym} \\usepackage{amsfonts} \\usepackage{amssymb} \\usepackage{amsbsy} \\usepackage{mathrsfs} \\usepackage{upgreek} \\setlength{\\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \\begin{document}$0.5''$\\end{document}) and spectrally (33 mÅ) viewing wavelengths around Lyman alpha (1216 Å), Si iii (1206 Å), and O v (1218 Å) to observe spicules, nanoflares, and possibly a solar flare. This time cadence will provide yet-unobserved detail about fast-changing features of the Sun. The instrument is comprised of a Gregorian-style reflecting telescope combined with a spectrograph via a specialized mirrorlet array that focuses the light from each spatial location in the image so that it may be spectrally dispersed without overlap from neighboring locations. This paper discusses the driving science, detailed instrument and subsystem design, and preintegration testing of the SNIFS instrument.

Effects of specimen size and loading rate on the mechanical property of Bentonil-WRK bentonite for engineered barrier system

This study aims to investigate the effects of specimen size and loading rate on the mechanical property of Bentonil-WRK bentonite buffer material for engineered barrier system. Highly instrumented unconfined compressive strength tests were performed on cylindrical specimens prepared using cold isostatic pressing (CIP) technique at varying testing conditions: (a) CIP pressures of 29.43 MPa, 39.24 MPa, and 58.86 MPa, (b) specimen sizes of 30 × 60mm, 40 × 80mm, and 50 × 100mm, and (c) loading rates of 0.5 %/min, 1.0 %/min, and 1.5 %/min. As CIP pressure increases, the unconfined compressive strength (qu), failure strain (εf), and elastic modulus (E) of Bentonil-WRK increase similar to Gyeongju compacted bentonite (KJ-II). Increase in diameter results in a decrease in qu and εf, and increase in E. Minimal effect of loading rate was observed on qu and εf. However, increasing loading rate tends to increase E. In addition, decrease in diameter increases the elastic threshold axial strain (εe,th). Increase in diameter and loading rate slightly increases Poisson's ratio. Prediction models are provided for assessing the effects of specimen diameter on qu and εf. Furthermore, correlation models of qu to ρd and E are proposed for Bentonil-WRK bentonite buffer material.

Reliability and separation index analysis of mathematics questions integrated with the cultural architecture framework using the Rasch model

This research uses Rasch model analysis to identify the reliability and separation index of an integrated mathematics test instrument with a cultural architecture structure in measuring students' mathematical thinking abilities. The study involved 357 students from six eighth-grade public junior high schools in Bima. The selection of schools was based on average school exam scores and considered the effectiveness of the learning process that used cultural settings to explore mathematical content. Data analysis was conducted using Microsoft Excel to calculate the content validity of Aiken's index with four experts and the jMetrik software to measure reliability and the separation index. The research results indicate that the mathematics test instrument passed validation by mathematics experts and measurements with a valid content validity level. Rasch model calibration shows a very high level of instrument reliability. Separation analysis on the logit scale indicates the instrument's ability to differentiate students with different ability levels with good homogeneity in the distribution of test items and individual abilities. Scale quality statistics show good item response variability, low error rates and a high separation index. This study has limitations because it focuses solely on multiple-choice questions. Similar research must be conducted using other types of questions (such as those used in PISA, namely open- constructed and closed-constructed questions) and integrating other mathematical materials within relevant cultural architectural structures.

Bias and bottlenecks study in outdoor long term thermal monitoring by infrared thermography: Leveraging opportunistic data for temperature estimation

This study aims to assess the impact of the targeted scene and environmental variables on in situ long-term thermal monitoring by infrared thermography. It also addresses projection errors arising from camera perspectives and digitization. Over a span of 3 years, extensive measurements were conducted at two instrumented test sites, yielding a valuable dataset for analysis. The paper begins by introducing and discussing the model used to convert the collected data into surface temperature estimations and its associated parameters’ sensitivities. Subsequently, it delves into the effects of camera resectioning on infrared measurements. Finally, the study investigates the influence of environmental parameters and proposes a strategy to correct for these effects, with and without additional sensors (opportunistic data) and additional in-situ measurements. Finally, a discussion is proposed and perspectives are addressed.

Membandingkan Model Pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dan Jigsaw Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Kelas V SD

Science learning is currently considered less interesting so students are less enthusiastic about participating in learning and this affects their learning outcomes. This research aims to compare the cognitive learning outcomes of students who use the Snowball Throwing and Jigsaw learning models. The research used quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design. The research was carried out at SDN Kayen Kidul in class V with 32 students divided into 2 groups. This research took samples using saturated sampling techniques. Research data was obtained through test instruments. The data was then analyzed using the Independent Sample T Test and the N Gain Score Test. Based on the Independent Sample T-Test, the significance value was 0.512, meaning that there was no significant difference in the learning outcomes of students who used the Snowball Throwing and Jigsaw models. Based on the N Gain Score test, it is known that the Snowball Throwing model is more effective than the Jigsaw model, because the N Gain Score value for the Snowball Throwing class is greater than 0.6465, compared to the value for the Jigsaw class 0.5835. Based on the two test results above, it is known that the Snowball Throwing learning model is more effective in influencing student learning outcomes compared to the Jigsaw learning model on the main subject of human blood circulation in elementary schools, as well as being a novelty in this research. The results of this research can serve as guidance and recommendations in developing strategies or policies in relevant fields.

Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep dan Kolaborasi Siswa: Peran Model Problem Based Learning Terhadap Siswa Kelas V

Purpose – Teacher-centered learning models and a lack of variety limit students' opportunities to be active and think critically, affecting their concept comprehension and collaboration skills. This study aims to investigate the role of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on fifth-grade students' understanding of the human respiratory system and organs.Method – This quasi-experimental study used a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, involving experimental and control classes of fifth-grade students from a public elementary school in Harjamukti District, Cirebon City. Data was collected using testing and non-testing methods. Test instruments used to determine students' concept understanding using pretest and posttest assessments and non-test data is collected using observation.Findings – The results showed that the implementation stages of PBL were carried out very well; both the experimental and control classes showed an increase in concept comprehension, with PBL having a more significant impact. PBL increased concept understanding with an average N-Gain of 57.7% compared to 35.2% in the control class, and increased student collaboration with a percentage of active participation of 84%. Research Implications – The implication in this study is that the PBL model runs very well so that it can significantly improve students' understanding concepts in the material of the human respiratory system and organs. Can also develop students' collaboration skills so that they are more active in class. However, it is limited by its focus on a small sample and specific material. Broader research with diverse samples and materials, or additional variables, is needed for more comprehensive conclusions.

Validity of student creativity test instruments on energy and its changes for junior high school students

Science subjects not only master various types of knowledge, such as facts, concepts, or principles, but are also a process of discovery. In this era, creativity has become mandatory in schools and universities. This is also mentioned in relevant research which explains that creative thinking in learning is very important, especially in science learning. Therefore, the aim of this research is to create a test that improves students' creative abilities, with special emphasis on energy and its changes, which is one of the subjects in the field of natural sciences. This research is development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The results of data analysis show that the test questions have quite high validity and reliability, the difficulty index shows that the test questions are in the quite good category. Furthermore, with a question reliability index ranging from 0.69 > 0.60 on high criteria, this test instrument can be said to produce the same results if tested at a different time or place with reliable criteria. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that the test questions developed were suitable for use with students to measure students' creative abilities in the matter of energy and its changes.

ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN SERVIS DAN PASSING PADA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER BOLA VOLI SMP N 2 RANTAU PANDAN

Abstract This research was motivated by the unknown level of students' skills in basic volleyball techniques. This research aims to determine the top serve, bottom serve, top pass and bottom pass skills of extracurricular volleyball students at SMPN 2 Rantau Pandan t. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample in this study was volleyball extracurricular students with a total of 16 students. Data collection techniques using tests. The test instrument used is the French-Choper. The analysis technique used is to put the frequency into percentage form. The results of this research show that the level of upper service skills is considered low considering that the highest frequency is in the low category with a total of 6 students, namely 38%. The level of lower service skills is considered sufficient considering that the highest frequency is in the sufficient category with a total of 8 students, namely 50%. The level of upper passing skills is considered poor considering that the highest frequency is in the poor category with a total of 6 students, namely 38%. The level of bottom passing skills is considered sufficient considering that the highest frequency is in the sufficient category with a total of 8 students, namely 50%. THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY, PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT, PRODUCT DIVERSIFICATION, AND PRICE PERCEPTION ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY OF TOKO TANI JAYA IN BANYUWANGI REGENCY

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, physical environment, product diversification and price perceptions on customer loyalty at the Tani Jaya Store in Glenmoren District. The location of this research is at the Tani Jaya Shop in Kalibaru District, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 150 respondents and uses representative sampling techniques using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses instrument testing, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression. The analysis results obtained show that service quality, physical environment, product diversification and price perception have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on customer loyalty at Tani Jaya Stores, with a level of influence contribution of 0.769 or 76%.
