The importance of computerized systems reduces the time required to manage ongoing business processes and allows for more accurate representantation of data and information in government agencies. PT. Azure Samudera Karsa requires an education and training data management system, an information system that makes it easier for managers to catalog data, including recording, storing and reporting training participant data. With an information system, PT. Azure Samudera Karsa can manage report quickly, precisely and accurately. The data collection method that supports the development of a surveillance information system is by using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The design of education and training information systems is based on the waterfall approach which consits of the following stages: planning, modeling, construction, implementation and testing. The results of this reseaech are an educational and training information system analysis design using UML design tools, and system testing results using the EUCS method.

Pelatihan Sistem Informasi E-Commerce untuk Optimalisasi Proses Konsumen, Produksi, dan Pemasaran bagi Pelaku UMKM pada Sentra Industri Ayam Goreng Maju Makmur Kalasan Yogyakarta

The e-commerce information system training program implemented at the Maju Makmur Kalasan Yogyakarta Fried Chicken Industry Center aims to improve the skills of MSMEs in consumer management, production, and marketing through technology. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the program showed a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of participants, which was reflected in better stock management, production efficiency, and marketing strategies. Compared to the previous approach that was less measurable, this evaluation used a more comprehensive method and showed stronger and more sustainable results. The results of this PkM activity can improve the skills and efficiency of MSMEs at the Maju Makmur Fried Chicken Industry Center. The training activity was not only successful in the short term, namely improving the technical skills of participants, but also long-term benefits by using a custom-made e-commerce information system so that it can encourage the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs.

Development and Implementation of a Web-Based Management Information System for Enhancing Computer Programming Training in Education

In the current era of information technology, web-based training systems are critical for enhancing the efficiency of training processes. This study focuses on the development of a Management Information System (MIS) tailored for computer programming training, utilizing a web-based training (WBT) platform. The primary objective is to introduce a framework for a web-based MIS that optimizes the management and delivery of computer programming courses. Computer programming education presents unique challenges, such as real-time participant tracking and dynamic content management, which are addressed by this MIS. The system was developed using the waterfall model, with data collected through interviews, observations, and requirements analysis. Key features include training schedule management, participant tracking, material organization, session management, evaluation tools, and reporting capabilities. Real-time feedback enhances participant engagement, while session management improves the overall learning experience. The web-based platform offers flexible access and simplifies the management of training processes, enabling users to track schedules, access materials, and monitor progress. Validation results show a high validity score (V = 0.883), exceeding the required threshold, and the materials received a validity score of 0.864, confirming their suitability for basic programming competency training at Medan State University. These results demonstrate the system’s effectiveness and potential for wider application, making it a valuable tool for improving the management and delivery of programming courses across various educational contexts.

Development of an Industrial Practical Training Information and Management System

E-Health Training of Medical Specialists in Russia

Purpose. The article discusses the improvement of e-Health training of medical specialists in Russia, and the challenges that doctors face when working with different health information systems. 
 Methodology. The study used both qualitative and quantitative data of the online survey conducted during the primary case study. Online survey targeted students of the Department of Medical Informatics and Cybernetics of N.I. Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University and doctors who were receiving initial training under the e-Health advanced training program. The survey aimed to determine systemic challenges and demand for training in various medical information systems. 
 Findings. Research data suggest that in order to bridge the digital gap, educational and training programs should include training versions of medical information systems used in Russian practical healthcare (electronic document flow system, EMIAS, Statistica, Sotsstrakh, Retsipient, etc.). It will enable doctors to enhance their theoretical and practical skills, abilities and knowledge, thus improving the quality of educational and work processes. Practicing health specialists who not only possess the theoretical knowledge, but also actively work in these areas (temporary disability examination, evaluation of medical care quality, work with citizens' appeals, compilation of numerous statistical reports, etc.) should be involved as mentors in the educational process. Simultaneous connection under the same login and password from multiple devices should be restricted to protect personal data and increase the security level of electronic document management systems in Russia.

Exploitation of natural resources triggers a decrease in the carrying capacity and capacity of the environment and results in climate change and various kinds of disasters. The objectives of this research are Analyzing the role of the Regional Government in implementing the Regional Resilience Index Improvement Program; Analyzing the inhibiting factors of the Regional Resilience Index improvement that has been carried out by the Tanah Bumbu Regency Government; Determining the priority scale of the Regional Disaster Resilience Improvement Program. Data analysis used in this study is Calculating the percentage of indicator achievement based on the Technical Guidelines for the Regional Resilience Index Assessment Tool, Descriptive analysis of inhibiting factors in increasing the Regional Disaster Resilience Index (71 Indicators) to stakeholders through interviews, Creating a priority scale matrix to determine recommendations. Determination of the priority scale matrix is based on Minimum Service Standards and ranking of relevant stakeholders. The results of research on the role and inhibiting factors of the Tanah Bumbu district government in increasing the Regional Resilience Index are Indicators implemented in the priority of Strengthening Policies and Institutions by 60.00%. Indicators implemented in the priority of Risk Assessment and Integrated Planning amounted to 75.00%. Indicators implemented in the Information System Development, Training and Logistics priority by 69.23%. Indicators implemented in the priority of Thematic Handling of Disaster Prone Areas amounted to 80.00%. Indicators implemented in the priority of Increasing the Effectiveness of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation by 70.00%. Indicators implemented in the priority of Strengthening Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management by 55.00%. Indicators implemented in the Disaster Recovery System Development priority of 75.00%.

Analysis Of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Training Information System Design Using Extreme Programming (XP) Methods

This research is about the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Training Information System. Apart from that, the author is trying to carry out an analysis of the design of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) information system. The aim is to carry out tests to reduce problems that exist at the research site, PT employee tools. XYZ for training and GMP tests as well as getting the final results of the GMP tests carried out by employees. The method used in the research is literature study, interviews and observation. The results of this research show that system quality can make it easier to carry out GMP training. So it can be concluded that the resulting value still shows the suitability of the system to be implemented in accordance with the real system.

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS INHIBITING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SMK3 IN THE WIDENING PROJECT OF KAPAS – GLENDENG BRIDGE, BOJONEGORO REGENCY

In construction projects, inadequate implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OHSMS) poses risks to the safety and well-being of workers, resulting in decreased performance and compromised project quality. This study focuses on the Kapas-Glendeng bridge widening project in Bojonegoro Regency, identifying key obstacles such as workforce competence, limited experience, insufficient training, and challenges accessing digital information. Additionally, issues related to worker involvement in regulation-making, understanding of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), reporting procedures, and documentation of work accidents were observed. To address these challenges, the study recommends strategies such as involving untrained workers in competence-building programs, providing apprenticeships for less experienced personnel, implementing comprehensive training information systems, actively engaging workers in project planning, enforcing OHS monitoring systems, ensuring mandatory PPE usage with penalties for violations, and establishing clear procedures for recording and reporting work accidents. This proactive approach aims to enhance OHS implementation and mitigate risks in construction projects.

District health information system 2 data utilization among health professionals in Amara region private hospitals, Ethiopia.

Globally, health information systems have been improved by District Health Information System Version 2 (DHIS2), which promotes consistency and integrity in collecting data, processing, and utilization. This success has been attributed to its user-friendly interface and incorporation of advanced data analysis and validation features. This study aimed to assess DHIS2 data utilization among health professionals working at private hospitals in the Amara region. An Institution-based cross-sectional study design was conducted from 9 May to 30 June 2022. A simple random sampling technique was used to select participants, with a total of 395 health professionals participating. Data was collected using a self-administered paper-based questionnaire. Data entry was performed using the Kobo Collect tool, and data analysis was conducted using STATA version 14.0. Bivariable and multivariable logistic regression analyses were used and p < .05 with a 95% CI was considered to measure statistically significant variables. Out of 395 participants, about 37.72% of the participants had good DHIS2 data utilization. Had good data analysis skills (adjusted odds ratio (AOR) = 6.5, 95% CI [3.1-13.8]), regular supportive supervision and feedback (AOR = 5.2, 95% CI [2.8-9.5]), monthly salary > 5000 ETB (AOR = 2.0, 95% CI [1.1-3.7]), ease of use (AOR = 5.4, 95% CI [2.8-10.2]), and district health information system training (AOR = 4.2, 95% CI [2.2-7.3]) were enabling factors for utilization of DHIS2 data. Private healthcare providers had limited utilization of DHIS2 data. It is highly recommended to provide DHIS2 training, supervision, and feedback focused on private health facilities. Additionally, enhancing data analysis skills and prioritizing ease of use are crucial to improving DHIS2 data utilization.

Developing Small Medium Enterprise of Creative Business through Digital Marketing and Financial Management Training

The rapid growth of SMEs in Indonesia over the last 5 years has also been accompanied by many MSMEs going bankrupt. However, this rapid growth of SMEs is also accompanied by many SMEs going bankrupt due to mismanagement and low competitiveness caused by a lack of financial literacy (planning, recording, and reporting finances) and a lack of adaptability to business digitalization and product promotion strategies through digital media. Similar problems were also experienced by SMEs of creative businesses in Surabaya, Indonesia. This phenomenon drives the importance of increasing competitiveness with more effective digital marketing strategies and system-based financial management through community service programs in this region. This community service consists of digital marketing and financial information systems training activities.

Inovasi Sistem Informasi STUNEDUCATE sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Indeks Literasi Stunting Masyarakat Kabupaten Enrekang Sulawesi Selatan

This community service program aims to provide innovation to the Enrekang Regency Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team (TPPS) in conducting stunting counselling to the Enrekang Community. This service method uses STUNEDUCATE information system training with target partners, namely the Team for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction (TPPS) of Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The evaluation instrument of this activity is a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. The result of this service activity is the creation of new innovations for TPPS Enrekang Regency in terms of conducting online-based stunting counselling. TPPS can provide stunting education online so that TPPS is no longer constrained by distance and time. With the massive online counselling by TPPS through the STUNEDUCATE information system, the stunting literacy index of the Enrekang Regency Community can be further increased, and the stunting rate can be achieved in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the acceleration of stunting reduction.

Composing a Standard for Electronic Chart Display and Information System Type Specific Training

Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) training is accepted as extremely important for safety in modern navigation. At present, two types of training are required for deck officers. Operational use of ECDIS is mandatory training for deck officers and it is conducted according to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Model course 1.27. This course provides general knowledge about ECDIS. Type specific training is indispensable for the officers to know all the capabilities, functions, and limitations of the ECDIS used onboard. The lack of regulations for this type of training allows the manufacturers of ECDIS to apply their own requirements. This can result in improper and insufficient training. Based on research of the opinion and experience of deck officers, the authors of the paper propose a model of a standard for type specific training.

In 2017, services at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences Center for Appropriate Technology Development, especially in the training registration administration section, had not been computerized so that data was piling up and difficult when the data was needed. Based on the existing problems, the approach taken is to analyze and design a training information system and implement it into an application form that is used to support the delivery and management of training and education programs in helping plan, develop and provide training to employees, communities, and other stakeholders. other interests. So it is necessary to develop an information system that can be personalized, and adaptive so that it can be adjusted for prospective training participants. The development method uses the PHP programming language, the CodeIgniter Framework with the concept of Model, View, Controller (MVC), modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), MySQL database, and the Unified Process (UP) work method. The modules contained in the training information system include the Participant module, the Institution module, the Resource Person module, the Service User module, and the External Services module.

Design and Development of MOOCs to Develop Civil Apparatus Competence for the Banten Provincial Government Toward Banten Corporate University

Competency development is important for every employee and should be empowered for them. Competency development through training consists of classical training and non-classical training. One form of non-classical training is independent learning and self-development through online learning, such as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). The purpose of this research is to figure out the learning process either before and after the development of MOOCs and to develop an information system for training and independent learning as one feature of LMS Banten Ceria in the form of a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) as an online learning platform with the principle of independent learning or self-directed learning in order to support the Corporate University program in the Province of Banten. This research has a mixed-methods design that blends qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The 4D Thiagarajan model is used in this study, along with research and development methodologies. The result show that MOOCs are effective in developing the competencies of the civil apparatus in the Province of Banten. The difference in average between the pre-test and post-test scores is 20 points. The learning process after using MOOCs shows improvements in knowledge and competence. Hence, the system of online learning will support the BPSDMD Banten Provincial Program as it becomes a corporate university. Keywords: Development MOOCs, Design MOOCs, Civil Apparatus Competence

Domain Analysis and Audit of IT Governance Based On COBIT 5 at Denpasar Industrial Training Center

Information technology has become a key element of organizations and one of institutions’ added value and competitive advantages. Therefore, IT must be properly managed and measured. Denpasar Industrial Training Center (BDI) has implemented the IT Governance Education and Training Information System, SISDIKLAT. These applications have never been evaluated from an IT governance perspective. This study aimed to determine domains and assess SISDIKLAT using methods relevant to COBIT 5. To assist the organization in focusing on its main objectives and strategies, a tailored governance system based on the specificities of SISDIKLAT is required. This research assist BDI Denpasar in establishing healthy governance and IT management by utilizing the COBIT 5 framework. Both qualitative and quantitative approaches are used to select relevant governance/management objectives. Four domains and nine subdomains were chosen based on the domain analysis. According to the assessment results, the capability value of each subdomain was 2--3, with a gap value of 0.2--0.8. To reach the target level, the nine subdomains were advised.

Specificities of Engineering of Training Information Systems With Virtual Electronic Tutoring Devices

In the study of engineering disciplines, special attention is paid to students’ participation in conducting scientific experiments. But not all experiments can be implemented in physical laboratories due to the high cost and great complexity. In such cases, information technologies provide an opportunity to create virtual learning systems, a kind of which is cognitive training information systems, including virtual tutoring devices. The methodological basis for researching the components of virtual tutoring devices and training informational system as a whole was the complex application of mutually complementary approaches and methods, the main of which were methods of decomposition, aggregation, structural and cognitive analysis. One of the most significant shortcomings of existing training information systems is their low didactic efficiency, therefore, the purpose of this article is to create virtual electronic training devices as part of cognitive learning systems which functioning algorithms take into account the education process participant’s personal qualities and thereby provide the opportunity of using a student-oriented approach in education. The article presents schematic solutions for the engineering of training information systems, which include virtual models of precision power systems and precision amplification systems. By building powerful power supply systems, it was possible to fully compensate the instability of the output voltage when the load current changes up to 50 A. Solutions were also proposed to create broadband amplifiers with a harmonic coefficient of 0.003%. The work proposes schematic solutions for virtual electronic training devices that can provide students with nodes of various complexities in engineering. The work presents methods for increasing the didactic efficacy of the use of training information systems.

Application of the FMEA Method in Improving the Quality Management of Emergency Complete Blood Count Testing.

Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) was used to identify factors that contribute to quality management deficiencies in laboratory testing of emergency complete blood count (CBC). Improvements included instrument updates, personnel training, and laboratory information system optimization. We used operational data from January 2021 (control group) and January 2022 (FMEA group) to compare the risk priority number (RPN) of FMEA, emergency CBC laboratory turnaround time (TAT), error report rate, and specimen failure rate. After the implementation of FMEA, the average RPN dropped from 36.24±9.68 to 9.45±2.25, (t=20.89, P<.05). Additionally, the median TAT for emergency CBCs decreased from 23min to 11min as did the interquartile distance (17-34min to 8-16min) (P< .05). The rate of emergency CBC error reports decreased from 1.39% to 0.71% (P< .05), and the specimen failure rate decreased from 0.95% to 0.32% (P<.05). Patient satisfaction also increased from 43% to 74% (P<.05), and the technician-performed morphology assessment pass rate increased from 16.7% to 100% (P<.05). Improving the emergency CBC testing process with FMEA can shorten emergency CBC laboratory TAT and reduce specimen failure rates and reporting error rates. The FMEA can be used to improve quality management in emergency CBC laboratories.
