The Influence of EWOM Dimensions, Purchase Intention on Buying Behavior in Women's Clothing Products in Java Island

This research aims to analyze the influence of information quality, information quantity, information credibility, information task-fit, information needs and attitudes towards information on purchasing behavior for women's clothing products directly or through the mediation of purchase intentions. This research was applied to social media users such as Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique so that 140 respondents were obtained. Research data was collected using a research questionnaire and carried out statistical analysis using partial least squares. The research results show that information quality, information quantity, information credibility, information task-fit, information needs and attitudes towards information partially have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions, then purchase intentions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing behavior for women's clothing products. The purchase intention variable plays its role well as a mediating variable

This research aims to examine the influence of information quality, electronic word of mouth, and online shopping experience on interest in repurchasing Gen Z fashion products at the Shopee Marketplace in Sumbawa Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The research sample involved 100 respondents, selected using the Paul Leedy formula and the Non Probability Sampling method with a Purposive Sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application. The research results concluded that: 1) The quality of information has a positive effect on repurchase interest. 2) Electronoc word of mouth has a positive effect on repurchase interest. 3) The online shopping experience has a positive effect onrepurchase interest.

THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ON SERVICE RECIPIENT SATISFACTION AT THE YOGYAKARTA COURT OFFICE

The objectives of this research include: (1) To determine the magnitude of the influence of information quality on the satisfaction of people receiving services at the Yogyakarta Religious Court Office. (2) To determine the magnitude of the influence of the implementation of Public Relations consumer satisfaction on the satisfaction of the people receiving services at the Yogyakarta Religious Court Office. (3) To determine the magnitude of the influence of the implementation of consumer satisfaction, public relations, consumer satisfaction and service quality on the satisfaction of the community receiving services at the Yogyakarta Religious Court Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all service recipients at the Yogyakarta Religious Court Office. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 people. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the findings and data analysis carried out in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The implementation of consumer satisfaction public relations has a positive effect on the satisfaction of the people receiving services at the Yogyakarta Religious Court Office. (2) Service quality has a positive effect on the satisfaction of the people receiving services at the Yogyakarta Religious Court Office. (3) The quality of information and the quality of service have a positive effect on the satisfaction of the people receiving services at the Yogyakarta Religious Court Office. The variables quality of information and quality of service influence public satisfaction by 30.9%, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Research Aims: This study aims to analyze of the influence of information quality, ease of use, and trust on online purchase decisions on shopee (study of shopee.co.id buying and selling site users at yogyakarta muhammadiyah university). Methodology: The study employs a quantitative survey approach, targeting all students, particularly female students, at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. The sample comprises 100 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Business. The data analysis involves Multiple Linear Regression, Simultaneous Significance Test (F Test), Individual Parameter Significance Test (t-test), and Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R²). Research Findings: The findings indicate a notable and positive impact of information quality, ease of use, and mutual trust on online purchasing decisions at Shopee. Specifically, information quality, ease of use, and trust each individually exhibit a significant positive influence on online purchasing decisions at Shopee. Theoretical Contribution: The theoretical contribution of this research lies in its comprehensive assessment of multiple factors and their individual impacts on online purchasing decisions. The study enriches existing theoretical frameworks related to e-commerce and consumer behavior, paving the way for more nuanced and context-specific investigations in the field. Implication: The implications suggest actionable steps for Shopee to enhance its online platform, build trust, and tailor strategies to influence information quality, ease of use, and trust for more effective online purchasing decisions.

Industrial Operation Performance: Unveiling the Influence of Information Quality, Sharing, and Customer Relationships

The foundation of optimal and proficient operational performance is contingent upon the caliber of information. Organizations that prioritize the acquisition, examination, and application of high-quality information are more likely to optimize their operational processes, save costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve a competitive edge in their respective industries. The main objective of the study was to identify the effect of business supply chain practices (information Sharing, information quality, and Customer Relationships) and operation performance in the Jordanian food industries sector in the al Hassan industrial estate. To answer the problem of the study a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 67 employees. The descriptive and analytical approaches were used to attain the study's goal. The study found a statistically significant effect of supply chain practices (information Sharing, information quality, & Customer Relationships) on operation performance. The implementation of efficient customer relationship (CR) strategies has been observed to yield numerous favorable consequences for enterprises. For example, it is improved operational efficiency, decreased costs, increased revenue, and the construction of a more sustainable company framework.

THE ROLE OF PRODUCT INFORMATION IN E-COMMERCE: A CONSUMER-CENTRIC ANALYSIS IN THE MARKETING 5.0 ERA

Shopee has successfully positioned itself as a key e-commerce platform in Indonesia, with a significant and growing number of users. It is worth mentioning that a considerable proportion of Shopee's customer base comprises students from Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Asia Malang. The phenomenon of young students actively engaging in internet buying is widely acknowledged. The primary objective of this research is to examine the influence of information quality on decision-making processes related to online purchases, specifically focusing on the platform of Shopee. The study utilised qualitative research methodologies, specifically interviews and document analysis, to investigate a sample of 10 students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Institute of Asia Malang. The findings of the study indicate that there are four primary determinants that exert an influence on consumers' decision-making process while engaging in online purchases on the Shopee platform. These elements include the ratings assigned to the stores, the descriptions provided for the products, the reviews received by the stores, and the prices associated with the products. The value of high-quality information in the e-commerce arena is underscored by its potential to facilitate educated purchasing decisions.

The moderating role of aesthetics and information quality for acceptance of augmented reality

ABSTRACT This study explores the moderating role of aesthetics and information quality on the technological acceptance of augmented reality. A technology acceptance model with the following variables was used: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards using, and behavioural intention to use. Analysis was conducted by using structural equation modelling and a participation of 90 engineering students. Participants used an augmented-reality app for electrical resistive circuits, which works as a virtual laboratory. The app allows manipulating circuit elements and computing voltage and amperage values using the loop method, applying Kirchhoff’s voltage law. The results suggest that aesthetics and information quality influence attitudes towards use. These findings show the importance of aesthetics and information quality in accepting augmented reality apps; therefore, designers and developers should consider these factors. This type of study has not been investigated previously.

KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ONLINE KOPI NUANSA GEMBIRA

This study aims to determine the influence of information quality, trust, and convenience on online purchasing decisions on the purchase of Nuansa Gembira coffee in Semarang City. Data by distributing questionnaires using Google Forms with as many as 80 respondents with Convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the quality of information and trust had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. In contrast, convenience had a positive but insignificant effect on online purchase decisions.

The application of unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photography technology in online tourism design.

Tilt photography of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is widely used in urban management, cadastral mapping, disaster monitoring and other fields, but there are few innovative applications in online tourism. In this study, empirical design and usability testing methods were adopted, advanced positioning technology and Cesium engine were used to build a 3D real online travel application based on tilt photography, and the interactive function was realized through JavaScript language dynamic interactive function script. Meanwhile, combined with the questionnaire survey, the mobile application Rating Scale (MARS) was used to evaluate the function and quality of the application. The results show that engagement, functionality and aesthetics have no significant influence on user perception. Information quality and subjective quality of application have significant positive influence on user perception, and the influence of information quality is more significant. This study extends the application of oblique photography in tourism and provides experience for the development of tourism digitization.

Peran Kualitas Informasi Terhadap Keputusan Investasi Syariah Generasi Z Dengan Dimoderasi Media Informasi Era Covid-19

The Covid-19 pandemic has proven to have a significant impact on Islamic investment instruments in the Islamic capital market. However, Islamic investment in the Islamic capital market was able to record positive things even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Not only that, with the largest Muslim population in the world and supported by the bright prospects for the Indonesian Islamic capital market in the next few years, the Islamic capital market will attract more investors. Sharia investment is a very important issue, especially for Generation Z. in Lampung Province. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the important role of information quality in sharia investment decisions as well as being moderated by the information media, whether the information media is able to strengthen or weaken the relationship to sharia investment decisions in Generation Z in the Covid-19 era. This research includes quantitative research with a moderation approach. The research was conducted in Lampung Province during the Covid-19 era. The data used is primary data obtained from Generation Z Muslim investors in Lampung Province using a questionnaire sent via the Google form application. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that the quality of information has an influence on sharia investment decision-making in Generation Z in the Covid-19 era. Investment information media strengthens the influence of information quality on sharia decision-making in Generation Z in the Covid-19 era.

The moderating influence of perceived government information transparency on COVID-19 pandemic information adoption on social media systems.

Social media systems are instrumental in the dissemination of timely COVID-19 pandemic information to the general population and contribute to the fight against the pandemic and waves of disinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the information adoption model (IAM) as the theoretical framework to examine the moderating influence of perceived government information transparency on the adoption of COVID-19 pandemic information on social media systems from the Ghanaian perspective. Government information transparency regarding the pandemic is crucial since any lack of transparency can negatively affect the global response to the pandemic by destroying trust (in government and public health authorities/institutions), intensifying fears, and causing destructive behaviors. It applies a convenient sampling technique to collect the responses from 516 participants by using self-administrated questionnaires. The data analysis was computed and analyzed with SPSS-22. The following statistical tests were conducted to test the hypotheses: descriptive statistics, scale reliability test, Pearson bivariate correlation, multiple linear regressions, hierarchical regression, and slope analysis. The results indicate that information quality, information credibility, and information usefulness are significant drivers of COVID-19 pandemic information adoption on social media systems. Furthermore, the perceived government information transparency positively moderates the influence of information quality, information credibility, and information usefulness on the adoption of COVID-19 pandemic information on social media systems. The theoretical and managerial implications of these findings suggest the utilization of social media systems as an effective tool to support the continued fight against the current COVID-19 pandemic and its future role in national and global public health emergencies.

Analysis of User Satisfaction of Fintech OVO Using Delone and Mclean Information System Success Model in Denpasar City

This study aims to find out how the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality, and security, on user satisfaction in the OVO application in Denpasar. This study uses a quantitative approach, data processing methods using SEM-PLS. used is SmartPLS 3.0. The population of this study are users of the OVO digital payment system in Denpasar. The sample was determined based on cluster sampling technique and random sampling, with a sample of 96 respondents. The results of this study prove that of the 10 hypotheses made there are 7 hypotheses that are accepted, namely the relationship between system quality and use, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction, information quality and user satisfaction, service quality and use, service quality and user satisfaction, the relationship between use and net benefit and user satisfaction relationship to net benefit, and 3 hypotheses with results rejected namely information quality to use, security relationship to use and security relationship to user satisfaction.

THE EFFECT OF INFORMATION QUALITY ON PURCHASE DECISIONS THROUGH BRAND AWARENESS

This study aims to determine the effect of information quality on purchasing decisions for Ms.'s skincare products, mediated by brand awareness. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Respondents to this study were customers who had purchased skin care products more than twice in Semarang, with as many as 100 respondents using a judgmental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the Smart PLS analysis tool. The results showed that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, information quality has a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions, and brand awareness cannot mediate the influence of information quality on purchasing decisions.

FACTORS INFLUENCING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF BANGLADESHI LEATHER PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

This research has been undertaken to find if product, service and information qualities influence customers satisfaction with Bangladeshi leather products in Bangladesh. Bangladesh s leather product industries are the second largest contributor to the national GDP. The country itself has a large consumer. Customer satisfaction has increasingly become in concern of the business conglomerates in Bangladesh. Previous research has empirical evidence that product, service and information quality influence customer satisfaction. This research is a benchmark to understand how these factors together impact customer satisfaction. Research shows that all these exogenous latent constructs have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. The article theoretically contributes to the existing literature by testing a hypothetic deductive model among 384 customers in Dhaka City. Variance-based statistical tools (particle least squared equation model) were used to test the hypotheses. The result of the study arises a convincing case for the entrepreneurs of Bangladeshi leather products manufacturing industries regarding taking due attention to improving the product, service and information quality. What makes social media branding more effective in shaping pre-visit image: Information quality or source credibility?

Social media branding is increasingly undertaken by small and individual accommodation businesses. Based on the heuristic-systematic model (HSM), this study investigates factors influencing the formation and development of pre-visit images for B&Bs. An experimental design is created for empirical evidence. Study 1 (n = 451) features four types of online reviews and aims to test the respective and interactive effects of information quality and source credibility. Results show that information quality plays a more crucial role, but source credibility can bias the influence of information quality in special cases. The findings also demonstrate the difference existing in varied genders and generations. Study 2 (n = 204) further explores the influence of the four dimensions of information quality. This article extends previous research by investigating three types of effects of HSM in the B&B context and provides practical implications for marketers.

The Influence of Information Quality, Facilities, and Alumni on the Decision to Choose a WBI Polytechnic Campus Through Brand Image as an Intervening Variable

Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia Polytechnic (WBI) is an educational institution committed to becoming the best and ideal educational institution for Indonesia's young generation to be ready to compete in the increasingly competitive business world in the industrial era 4.0. One of the factors that can make prospective students decide to choose to study at the WBI Polytechnic includes the Quality of Information, Facilities, Alumni, and Brand Image. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of information, facilities, and alumni on the decision to choose a WBI Polytechnic Campus through Brand Image as an Intervening Variable. The population in this study were active students in the 2019, 2020 and 2021 batches, totaling 396 students and the sample with the criteria for class 2021 students totaling 123 students. Data collection methods were carried out by means of interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Methods and techniques of analysis of multiple regression using path analysis (path analysis). The results of the research on the direct effect on the first substructure state that simultaneously and partially, Information Quality, Facilities, and Alumni have a positive and significant effect on Brand Image. The results of the research on the direct effect on the second substructure state that simultaneously and partially, Information Quality, Facilities, Alumni, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Voting Decisions. The results of the indirect effect study stated that Information Quality, Facilities, and Alumni had a positive and significant effect on Voting Decisions through Brand Image as an intervening variable.

THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY AND INFORMATION QUALITY ON RESAVING INTENTION MEDIATED BY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF BANK ACEH SYARIAH BANDA ACEH OPERATIONAL HEAD OFFICE

This research aims to test the Service Quality and Information Quality influence on Customer Resaving Intention of Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) Banda Aceh Operational Head Office, located in Banda Aceh city. The population was all customers of BAS Banda Aceh Operation Head Office. The sample used was 230 customers. Data were tested using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Sobel test. The results conclude that in the BAS Banda Aceh Operation Head Office, Service quality affects Satisfaction, Information quality affects Satisfaction, Service quality affects Resaving Intention, Information quality affects Resaving Intention, Satisfaction affects Resaving Intention, Service quality affects Resaving Intention thru Satisfaction, and Information quality affects Resaving Intention thru Satisfaction. The evidence also shows that satisfaction functions as a partial mediator in the model for all related hypotheses. So these results explain that the model of increasing Resaving Intention is a function of improving service quality and information quality, which can stimulate increased satisfaction.

Information quality and academic heads of departments’ effectiveness in public universities in South-West, Nigeria

The study examined the influence of information quality on effectiveness of academic heads of departments (HODs) in public universities in South-West, Nigeria. Managerial effectiveness is the academic heads of departments’ ability to achieve desired results and goals of the departments and universities. Studies in the past revealed that managerial effectiveness of academic heads of departments in public universities in Nigeria has not been encouraging. Factor such as information quality is perceived may influence managerial effectiveness of academic heads of departments in public universities in South-West, Nigeria. Survey research design which included the collection of primary data from the respondents was used for the study. The study population comprised 770 academic heads of departments in public universities of South-West Nigeria. Proportional sampling technique was used to arrive at 309 academic heads of departments by the researcher to capture the entire academic heads of departments in the public universities in South-West, Nigeria. The result proves that the regression analysis result revealed that information quality (F (1,245) = 101.771, p<.05, R2 = 293) has significant influence on effectiveness of academic heads of departments. The study confirmed that information quality is highly necessary in effective management of various tasks to achieve university academic goals by academic heads of departments. The study recommended that university administrative system should emphasis quality of information by academic heads of departments to achieve strategic goals and objectives in the university. Also information quality for effective management of academic heads of departments needed improved ICT facilities and other information services.
