The need for state support for cattle breeding is important in market conditions. The current situation causes difficulties in many areas. The cattle breeding industry is no exception, in the current situation it is experiencing certain difficulties associated with the instability of the external and internal environment. This segment is important in the field of ensuring the food market. Government support for the livestock industry, as a rule, leads to an increase in the production of meat, meat and dairy products. However, a number of industry problems are being identified, including the unstable profitability of cattle breeding enterprises. Therefore, in our opinion, there is a need for timely research in this area in general, in particular, issues related to the regulation of the cattle industry at the state level and the measures taken to support and develop it.
