This article dwells on the results of the survey conducted on students in Secondary and University Education in relation to adjectives in Ankara in 2000. The questionnaire was conducted initially on 135 students aged between 14 and 18 studying at Yildirim Beyazit Anatolian Technical, Technical and Industrial Vocational High School and Esenevler High School in Ankara and later the students of the Arabic Language and Literature Department at Ankara University, Languages and History-Geography Faculty, and one hundred students who took Turkish as a compulsory elective course. The subjects were directed various questions and by evaluating their responses within a comparative framework, some interesting results were obtained.
