A slowdown in economic growth implies the need to identify driver industries that will ensure the development on a new basis. The study aims to analyse industrial structural changes in the economy of the Udmurt Republic in the context of consolidated types of economic activity. It is suggested that shifts in the industrial structure of gross regional product (GRP) of the Udmurt Republic did not accelerate its economic growth. To achieve the set goal, theoretical aspects of structural changes were examined, a retrospective analysis of statistical data for 2004–2021 was performed. A modified methodology of dynamic macrostructural analysis was applied to study structural changes along with economic growth rate. Historical background of the industrial structure formation was analysed. When assessing the quality of structural changes, the index of physical volume of GRP per capita was used instead of GRP. Additionally, the study introduced the concept of “structural determinant of economic growth”. The conduced analysis revealed two structural lags and four small periods, characterised by a certain ratio of manufacturing and mining industries, in which five significant structural shifts occurred. The region’s industrial economic structure is the result of natural, geographical and political factors. Structural changes in the examined period, being a consequence of the volatility of world oil prices, did not ensure long-term economic growth or a fundamental transformation of the technological structure of the regional industry. The obtained results can be used to develop regional structural policies from the perspective of driver industries and ensure sustainable economic growth. Future studies should substantiate the “optimality” of regional economic structure, considering the interdependence of industries and integration into the national production system.

Research on water resource carrying capacity of capital water conservation functional zone

Water resources are important for supporting regional economic development. A scientific and reasonable evaluation of the carrying capacity of water resources is of high significance to regional sustainable development. Zhangjiakou City is China’s first capital water conservation functional area, which plays a role in ensuring the safety of water resources and ecological environment in the capital. Considering Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, as a typical area, its water resource carrying capacity in the current year (2018) and the plan year (2025) is evaluated by constructing a water resource carrying capacity evaluation index system for the county, determining the threshold of the bearing capacity evaluation index, and using the single-factor evaluation method and cloud theory method. In addition, the main factors affecting the water resource carrying capacity of Chicheng County are analyzed. The results show that: Based on the single factor evaluation results, the critical state of water resources carrying capacity was evaluated comprehensively, and the factor carrying capacity of total water consumption in the predicted planning level year (38.0603 in normal water year and 41.3403 in dry water year) does not exceed the total water consumption index (51.14). Furthermore, The water resources carrying capacity level of the present level year (.45) and the planned level year (.46) belong to the third level of the evaluation index system. There is further scope for the carrying capacity of water resources in Chicheng County to satisfy its economic and social development. However, it is urgent to solve the problems affecting the water quality elements of rivers, such as heavy river water pollution, low sewage treatment capacity, and weak pollution monitoring and supervision. It is necessary to optimize the industrial economic structure of Chicheng County, accelerate the improvement of water resources management system and mechanism, and ensure the long-term safety of water resources and ecological environment in the capital.

Selection and Optimization of Regional Economic Industrial Structure Based on Fuzzy k-Means Clustering Algorithm.

Learning about the regional business model is essential for the sustainable development of the regional economy. From the perspective of urban renewable energy, city A is the product of energy development. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the industrial model of city A through fuzzy k-means clustering algorithm. The results show that although the optimization of industrial structure in city A has achieved some results, the more intuitive problems mainly include low labor productivity of the primary industry, strong resource dependence, insufficient extension of industrial chain, and slow development of technology intensive industries. This paper uses fuzzy k-means clustering algorithm to select the leading industries from the perspective of the current situation of leading industries, urban development pattern, and regional policies in city A. The results show that, as a renewable resource-based city, the leading industries suitable for the current development of city A include manufacturing, power, alkali gas and water production and supply, transportation, warehousing and postal industry, leasing, and business services. The results of fuzzy k-means clustering algorithm are quite excellent, and the accuracy rate is 93.3%. This paper uses the grey dynamic linear programming model to predict the future development of the Urban A business model and combines the selection of key functions to obtain the best business model: deep and efficient technical equipment as a good goal, achieved through regional logistics, transportation, new services, etc., to enhance the output value of the tertiary industry in city A and optimize the internal structure of the secondary industry in city A.

Environment-Friendly Behavior of New Agricultural Business Main Body Based on the Internet of Things.

The Internet of Things economy is necessary for the reform of China's economic industrial structure and international development, and it brings new opportunities and new challenges to the Chinese economy. The comprehensive informatization of the society is the prerequisite for the economic development of the Internet of Things. This article uses game theory, resource endowment theory, expectation theory, etc. to describe the impact mechanism of economies of scale, profit maximization, and environmental behavior on family farms from a game perspective and discusses the specific effects of resource endowments and psychological expectations. Through the research of the Internet of Things and the rural green energy cycle, this article applies it to the new agricultural business entities, thereby promoting the development of proenvironmental behavior analysis.

The Role of Nanomaterial Technology Industrialization Model in Promoting the Optimization of Financial Market Industrial Structure

The material technology industrialization model is in promoting the adjustment of the financial market industrial economic structure. The experiment realized the adjustment of industrial economic structure by the adsorption of nano materials. TiO2-rGO was prepared firstly, and then Mn dioxide nanoparticles (HM NPs) were synthesized. The specific surface area and pore volume were determined by N2 adsorption BET method. The infrared spectrum was obtained by infrared spectrometer (MA). The sample was heated to 900°C at 10°C to determine TGA. In order to explore the surface composition and chemical element state of the material, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used with monochromatic al Ka ray. The structure and composition of the substance can be deduced by characterization. The Zr metal organic framework was applied to the adsorption of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP) in water. he experimental data show that the degradation efficiency of metronidazole is the best in the presence of visible light and hydrogen peroxide, which can reach about 80% in 60 minutes. The results show that nano materials and nanotechnology can promote the adjustment of economic structure of financial market industry, and have a great impetus to the entire financial industry.

Analysis on the Adjustment of Marine Economic Industrial Structure Based on the Least Square Regression Model

In order to intuitively analyze and clearly understand the effect of industrial structure adjustment of the marine economy in recent years in China, modeling and empirical research on industrial structure adjustment of the marine economy are carried out. Three comparisons of marine economic industrial structure and per capita output value coefficient of the marine industry are selected as scientific measurement indexes, the ratio of regional entropy to the output value of marine scientific research management service industry is selected as the height analysis index, and the econometric model is constructed according to the influence of the scientificity and advancement of marine economic industrial structure on marine economic GDP. Based on the empirical analysis of the relevant economic data of China’s marine industry from 2008 to 2018, the model variable stationarity test and least squares regression analysis showed that the fitting degree of the model was good and significant; with every 1% increase in the scientificity and height of marine economic industrial structure adjustment, the marine economy increased by 1.88% and 2.80%, respectively. The development of marine science and technology can promote the rise of the marine economy. According to the model, the adjustment strategy of the marine economy industrial structure is made to further promote the development of the marine economy.

Design of Logistics Economic Management Measures System in the Era of Internet of Things

In order to test whether the intelligent logistics system based on the Internet of things is an important guarantee for an enterprise to have supply chain competitiveness and save a lot of costs in production and sales, this paper puts forward the innovative architecture and application of the new technology of intelligent logistics system based on the Internet of things, constructs the PLS path model and coordination degree measurement model, and measures and analyzes the coordinated development level of the “logistics regional economy” composite system and the coordinated development level of each subsystem, the coordination degree of the “logistics regional economy” composite system, and the coordination degree of each subsystem. It has effectively solved the problems of low operation efficiency and high labor cost in the procurement and inventory link; moreover, the direct effects of the development of logistics industry on the rationalization and upgrading of industrial economic structure are −0.2269 and 0.0289 respectively, which are significant at the level of 1%. The overall cointegration test shows that China’s logistics industry and economic growth maintain a long-term and stable equilibrium relationship.

Optimization of Regional Economic Industrial Structure Based on Edge Computing and Fuzzy K -Means Clustering

This paper proposes a fuzzy K -means clustering-based optimization method for regional economic industrial structure. This paper discusses the multisubject of regional industrial planning, as well as its position and function in planning, based on research into regional industrial planning system design. This paper proposes a regional industrial planning model based on regional economic differences after summarizing the general methods of regional industrial planning and the disadvantages of traditional regional industrial planning. This paper uses edge computing technology to conduct a category analysis of various industrial cities and develops three models to study the evolution law of industrial structure: alternative evolution model, unbalanced evolution model, and diffusion evolution model. The optimization model of industrial structure is established by analyzing and sorting the various influencing factors of the evolution of urban industrial structure. This paper conducts a simulation experiment to verify the content arrangement of regional industrial planning and the design theory of regional industrial structure optimization system. The findings of this study have theoretical and practical implications for the study of regional industrial structure. For the optimization of regional industrial structure, it has a certain reference value.

Coordinated development of urban economy and total amount control of water environmental pollutants in the Yellow River basin

In order to improve the water environment of the Yellow River basin and increase the economic level of the city, a model for the coupling of total control of pollutants in the water environment of the Yellow River basin and urban economic development was established. Analyze the geographical environment and urban economy of the Yellow River basin, the total control strategy of pollutants in the water environment, and the development of urban economy. On this basis, it analyzes the coupling relationship between total pollutant control and urban economy in terms of water pollution load, economic industrial structure, and coupling coordination and realizes the coupled development between the two. The experimental results show that after applying the constructed model, the total amount of water pollution has been reduced by 77.6%, and the urban per capita income has increased by about 12%, indicating that a good development relationship can be maintained between the two under the application of the model.

Evaluation Model of Low-Carbon Circular Economy Coupling Development in Forest Area Based on Radial Basis Neural Network

In this paper, we study the radial neural network algorithm for low-carbon circular economy in forest area, design a coupled development evaluation model, study its algorithmic ideas operation mode and the update formula obtained by standard algorithm, and finally optimize the RBF neural network by particle swarm algorithm. After an in-depth analysis of the particle swarm algorithm, an improved particle swarm algorithm is proposed to improve the search accuracy and capability of the algorithm by nonlinearly adjusting the inertia weights and introducing the average extreme value factor, in response to the problems of premature convergence and poor search capability that appear in the particle swarm algorithm. Through the analysis and evaluation of the interaction between industrial ecosystem and carbon emission, the main influencing factors of carbon emission are identified, and the size and magnitude of the influence of economic growth, industrial structure, energy intensity, and energy structure on carbon emission are determined; the current situation of the industrial ecological structure is evaluated, and the direction of optimization and adjustment of industrial economic structure, energy structure, and ecological structure is clarified. We construct a multidimensional multiconstraint multimodel industrial ecological structure optimization prediction model, set the development scenarios of economy and society, and optimize the prediction of low-carbon industrial ecological structure in forest areas; based on the simulation analysis of the prediction results, we propose the direction of industrial ecological structure adjustment and the path of industrial ecological system construction.

Drivers and Policy Choices of Industrial Total-Factor Coal Productivity: Evidence From Eastern China

Identifying the critical factors of industrial total-factor coal productivity (TCP) and its promotion paths will help achieve the goals of regional energy conservation and pollution reduction. Based on the perspective of total-factor productivity, this paper integrates the methods of stochastic frontier analysis (SFA), Kaya identity, and STIRPAT model to systematically diagnose the temporal and spatial characteristics and the heterogeneous sources of the industrial TCP in 11 provinces of eastern China, and it proposes some differentiated regulatory policies for different provinces. The results show that the TCP is increasing year by year and tends to converge, which indicates that increasing TCP is more and more challenging. Further research shows that there are significant spatial differences in the impact of the economic development level (EDL), industrial economic structure (IES), energy consumption intensity (ECI), and energy consumption structure (ECS) on industrial TCP. As the original driving factors of technological progress, the impact of R&D investment intensity (RII) and R&D investment levels (RIL) on industrial TCP is relatively consistent in different regions. The former has a negative congestion effect on TCP due to the imbalance of R&D investment structure, while the latter has a positive effect on TCP. Therefore, the eastern region should increase R&D expenditure and optimize R&D expenditure structure as a general way to improve TCP in each region and adopt differentiated regulatory policies in economic development and energy utilization according to local conditions.

Economic effects analysis of environmental regulation policy in the process of industrial structure upgrading: Evidence from Chinese provincial panel data

As Chinese economy enters the stage of high-quality development from the stage of rapid growth, the economic vitality that relies on the demographic dividend and capital dividend is gradually disappearing. In order to alleviate the downward pressure of the economy and explore a sustainable growth path, Chinese government is seeking to optimize industrial economic structure by strengthening environmental regulations. However, the effect of environmental regulation on the change of industrial structure has not been carefully examined yet. This study constructs a panel model and uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2016 to empirically test the economic effectiveness of environmental regulation policies on the upgrading of industrial structure. The results showed that diversified environmental regulation policies can accelerate change in regional industrial structure, and the positive effects of economic incentives and legislative monitoring of environmental regulation policies on the upgrading of industrial structure are significant. However, there are significant differences in the economic performance of environmental regulation policies among regions. The economic effectiveness of environmental regulation policies in the eastern region is better than that in the central and western regions, and the low level of environmental regulation in the central and western regions may trigger the “growth limit” problem. Therefore, in order for environmental regulation policies to better promote the upgrade of industrial structure and promote the high-quality development of the national economy, it is necessary to enrich environmental regulation policy tools, seek precise regulation in the field of the environment, build an environmental information service platform, promote supporting reform in key areas, and support the people's livelihood to alleviate transformation pressure.

Studying the influencing factors of Fujian's marine economic development is of great significance to Fujian's marine economic development. This study divides the influencing factors of the marine economic development level of Fujian Province into three categories: marine economic industrial structure level, marine production support capacity, and marine economic science and education. On this basis, through factor analysis, principal component analysis and semi-logarithmic multiple regression model, the current status of Fujian's marine economic development level and its influencing factors are analyzed to draw conclusions: (1) Optimizing the marine economic industrial structure and increasing the proportion of the tertiary industry in the marine economy will be conductive to the development of the marine economy of Fujian Province; (2) Increasing the level of port industry intelligence can promote the development of Fujian's marine economy; (3) Strengthening the training of high-level marine professionals is the key to sustainable development of the marine economy.
