Supervision Academic In The Independent Curriculum At Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Jambi City

The Madrasah Principal is the school personnel responsible for all activities at school. He has the authority and responsibility to Manages all educational activities in the school he leads. Supervision is a coaching activity planned to help teachers and staff other schools so they can do their jobs effectively. Objective This research is to find out the academic supervision strategies carried out by madrasa heads to improve teacher academic performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Jambi City.Results of academic supervision. . This research method is qualitative phenomenology with a study research design case. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Technique data analysis using flow, data reduction, presentation of data at the verification stage. Testing Data validity was carried out using a triangulation approach. The two teachers' planning stages were included in the good category with recap scores of 86% and 89%. In the implementation stage, class 1 teachers obtained a score of 86% in the good category, a score of 91% obtained by the class 4 teacher in the very good category. In the evaluation stage, both teachers were also included in the category both with recap scores of 86% and 85%. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the SD/MI level prioritizes project-based learning in order to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. This is also very relevant to 21st century learning which equips students with the 4C skills needed to answer the challenges of the times. There are 3 (three) options in implementing or implementing the independent curriculum (IKM) at the SD/MI level, namely: Independent Learning Category, independent change category and independent sharing category at class I and class IV SD/MI levels starting in the 2022/2023 school year .

Trademark as an object of intellectual property rights

The article analyzes the historical retrospective of the origin and development of trademarks. The second half of the nineteenth century saw the emergence of intellectual property as an independent legal category, and the need for legal protection of marks of individualization of goods and producers was recognized. It is established that Ukrainian legislation uses various terms, such as “mark for goods and services”, “trademark”, “trade mark” etc. This is a negative aspect, as it may cause certain misunderstandings and complications in the interpretation and application of the relevant legal provisions. Based on the provisions of current legislation and scientific works of various authors, the author formulates the definition of the concept of “trademark”, and outlines its features and key functions. It is established that Ukrainian legislation does not provide an exhaustive list of designations which may be registered as trademarks. Instead, the legislation establishes the general principle of “distinctiveness”. In practice, such abstraction is a negative phenomenon, since it does not provide persons wishing to register a trademark with clear criteria of compliance. The author analyzes the trademark registration procedure. According to this procedure, a person wishing to register a certain designation as a trademark applies to the National Intellectual Property Authority and files an application for registration. The author concludes that a trademark certificate is an official document confirming the applicant’s exclusive rights to use a trademark in respect of specific goods or services specified therein.

Impact of Self-Organized Learning Environment Model and STAD Cooperative Model on Knowledge Competency in Terms of Learning Independence in Dynamic Fluids Material

This study aims to investigate the differences in the effect of using Self-Organized Learning Environment and STAD cooperative learning models supported by the Sigil module on knowledge competency in terms of learning independence, and to investigate the differences in the effect of different categories of student learning independence on student knowledge competency. This study aim also to investigate interaction between learning independence with Self-Organized Learning Environment model and STAD cooperative learning model on student knowledge competency. The type of this research is a quasi-experiment. Using the cluster random sampling technique, class XI MIPA 1 was chosen as the experimental class, and class XI MIPA 3 as the control class. Data were collected using documentation, test, and questionnaire distribution methods. Data were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA technique followed by multiple comparison tests using Scheffe's method. The results of the study indicate that there is no difference in the effect of Self-Organized Learning Environment and STAD cooperative learning models supported by the Sigil module on students’ knowledge competency, and there is a difference in the effect between categories of student learning independence on knowledge competence. This study also proves that there is no interaction effect of the use of learning models and learning independence on knowledge competency.

KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH PENGGERAK DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA

This research aims to analyze the leadership role of school principals in implementing the independent curriculum in educational units. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach which was carried out in 21 driving schools and 21 schools in the independent category in Kudus Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and a cross-sectional survey type design with questionnaire instruments and data analysis was carried out descriptively and narratively. The results of the research show that in the leadership of the school principal the driving force has carried out planning, implementation and evaluation in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM). In planning it got a score of 3,58% and in preparing the KOSP it included elements of sacred local wisdom and involved teachers, students, the community, supervisors and got a score of 3,6% with very good criteria. In its implementation, it obtained a score of 3,2% with good criteria and it was seen that the effectiveness of the principal's leadership obtained a score of 4,65%, with the highest score in reflection activities and parent involvement. The leadership of school principals in driving schools with the challenges and obstacles they face has acted as a catalyst for change in the school environment and especially in surrounding schools that implement the Independent Curriculum independently.

Deciphering Financial Health and Risk: Hierarchical Relationships and Interdependencies among Key Factors

Abstract This study examines the hierarchical relationships and inter dependencies of financial factors impacting companies’ health, using Total Interpretive Structural Modelling and Matrice d’Impacts Croisés Multiplication Appliquée à un Classement analyses. It identifies key financial factors and their influences. Findings reveal credit risk as a pivotal factor with substantial impact on other parameters. Solvency, capital adequacy, and Tier 1 capital ratios are also key determinants of financial health. The study further categorizes factors into independent, linkage, autonomous, and dependent categories. This research offers valuable insights for managers, policymakers, and investors aiding decision-making.

Implementation of The Independent Learning Curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Lahewa in The 2022/2023 Academic Year

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the independent learning curriculum is, to find out the obstacles faced in implementing the independent learning curriculum and to find out the efforts made in overcoming the obstacles to implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Lahewa in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The purpose of using a descriptive approach is to find meaning starting from facts by making observations recording all facts in a holistic scientific manner with the problems observed. The research instrument is the researcher himself, using a mobile phone as a tool to record all conversations, pictures as real evidence, and a notebook that serves to record conversations with informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research and discussion concluded that: First, the implementation of the independent learning curriculum has been implemented but not fully implemented. Of the three categories of independent curriculum implementation, SMK Negeri 1 Lahewa uses the independent learning category option, which means that schools are given the authority to use the 2013 curriculum structure but apply several principles of the independent learning curriculum in the learning process and assessment. Second, the obstacles faced in implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Lahewa are that teachers do not have experience in accordance with this independent learning curriculum. Then there are difficulties in obtaining material references, and including inadequate facilities and infrastructure and internet facilities. Third, the efforts made to overcome the obstacles to the independent learning curriculum are preparing teachers by participating in online-based socialisation to have experience in implementing the independent curriculum, then utilising social media to obtain material references according to the independent curriculum such as modules, books provided by the government and the implementation of facilities and infrastructure and facilities that support the education process by collaborating with the government.

'Qualitative' and 'quantitative' methods and approaches across subject fields: implications for research values, assumptions, and practices

There is considerable literature showing the complexity, connectivity and blurring of 'qualitative' and 'quantitative' methods in research. Yet these concepts are often represented in a binary way as independent dichotomous categories. This is evident in many key textbooks which are used in research methods courses to guide students and newer researchers in their research training. This paper analyses such textbook representations of 'qualitative' and 'quantitative' in 25 key resources published in English (supported by an outline survey of 23 textbooks written in German, Spanish and French). We then compare these with the perceptions, gathered through semi-structured interviews, of university researchers (n = 31) who work in a wide range of arts and science disciplines. The analysis of what the textbooks say compared to what the participants report they do in their practice shows some common features, as might be assumed, but there are significant contrasts and contradictions. The differences tend to align with some other recent literature to underline the complexity and connectivity associated with the terms. We suggest ways in which future research methods courses and newer researchers could question and positively deconstruct such binary representations in order to free up directions for research in practice, so that investigations can use both quantitative or qualitative approaches in more nuanced practices that are appropriate to the specific field and given context of investigations.

Понятие «франкофонии» и ее влияние на развитие французской социолингвистики и лингводидактики

The article examines how the concept of «francophonia», which has become established and spread in culture and science as a result of the works of L.S. Senghor, influenced the vectors of development of the French sociolinguistics and linguodidactics. If earlier the attention of scientists was focused on the French language of France, its normalization and codification, and any deviation from the norm caused censure (in this context, we mean regional uses that did not correspond to the norm), then with the advent of the concept of «francophonia», territorial varieties of the French language became separate object of study, thereby giving rise to a new direction of language variation studies, aimed at exploring the richness and originality of regional varieties of the French language. The article gives the names of the first collective monographs dedicated to the peculiarities of the French language, depending on its territorial affiliation and social stratification.As for the French linguodidactics, until the last quarter of the 20th century, its development took place in two directions: teaching French as a mother tongue and teaching French as a foreign language. Here the concept of «francophonia» played an important role, revealing another independent category of French speakers who speak it as a second language. Being initially the achievement of theoretical linguodidactics, the concept of «French as a second language» provoked the development and creation of new teaching aids, mainly for French-speaking countries (with French as a second language for the majority of the population), and later for allophones arriving in France and other French-speaking countries (with French as a mother tongue for the majority of the population).

Questions of the legal limit in public law

Public legal relations, especially those related to finance, are a developing and complex group of public relations with a long history. All over the world, there is a continuous process of modernization of legislation, the establishment of new rights and obligations of participants in public relations, the formation or abolition of prohibitions, restrictions, permits. Legal regulation mechanisms are also being improved in the world. Society has always had a need for a stable existence, a harmonious and happy life, which the state should provide. Without understanding the clear boundaries of the rights and duties of each individual, associations of citizens and the state as a whole, it is impossible to build a balance between private and public interests. The purpose of the research is a historical, philosophical, political and legal analysis of the category of "legal limit" in public law. Despite the large amount of fundamental research in science, there is no formed concept of the legal limit in public law in general, and in financial law in particular. In the course of the research, the author uses a different methodology. In particular, the historical method allowed us to establish the specifics of the development of limits and limitations as various states develop. The comparative method served as the basis for the analysis of paired or opposed categories: limit and limitation, justice and injustice, certainty and uncertainty, permissibility and prohibition, etc.Special attention is paid to the theory of public and private law, the aspects of the balance of private and public interests, as well as the boundaries defining these interests, are investigated. The article pays attention to legal principles and legal regimes. In the historical context, the correlation of the limits of the rights of the state and society in relation to each other is analyzed. The issue of legal limitsin certain types of financial relations comes to the fore. The conclusion is formulated about the instability of legal limits in public law and the role of political ideologies that change the legal traditions of society. The need of society for stability and confidence in its state, guarantees of legality and clear legal boundaries, objectively built on a fair basis, issubstantiated.The author also concludes that the limit in public law is a unique entity and can be considered as an independent stable category, and can act as a unique and universal tool, helping to reveal the meanings of other legal categories. The article emphasizes that oppositions form an important basis for understanding the essence of legal limits.There has always been and continues to be a need in society to eliminate injustice, and the uncertain legal limits only reinforce it. That is why certainty is an important component of legislation. Speaking, for example, about the principle of certainty of taxation existing in tax law, one should agree with the words of A. Smith, who emphasized in his writings that uncertainty of taxation is a greater evil than unevenness.Thus, in conditions of large-scale economic and political challenges, clear boundaries of a public-legal and private-legal nature should be built for the harmonization of public life.

Biogenetic human rights: a new structural element in the system of the fourth generation of rights

The concept of human rights is a dynamic legal phenomenon. The main feature of all three generations of rights is that they are a powerful constitutional and moral-legal foundation for the development of the last fourth generation of rights. Traditionally, the fourth generation of rights includes somatic, reproductive and informational rights. The article substantiates the innovative idea of identifying an independent category of rights — biogenetic rights. The author for the first time in the scientific literature uses the term “biogenetic rights”, offers the definition and content of a new category of rights. The main conclusion of the study is that the generation of biogenetic rights should be aimed at protecting the human genome, genetic information, ensuring the biosecurity of a person, society, state and mankind.

Teacher Perceptions of the Independent Curriculum for Senior High Schools Changed Independent Category Indonesian Language Lessons in Surakarta

This research is a qualitative research with a case study strategy. This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum, especially at independent sharing schools. The subjects of this study were Indonesian language teachers and students at SMA Negeri 6 and 7 Surakarta. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and document analysis. Researchers used the triangulation method to validate the research results so as to produce findings on teacher perceptions of the independent curriculum. The conclusions obtained in this study are: 1) the teacher's perception from the research above regarding the Independent Curriculum is a curriculum that is "free" for educators in determining learning in the classroom. Although in practice the administrative burden is still much like the previous curriculum. Freedom here, students are given the freedom to determine their learning style and choice of subjects they will study; 2) The terms in the 2013 Curriculum are different from the Independent Curriculum. The material in the Independent Curriculum is more focused and essential, so students are able to explore the material more deeply; 3) the assessment used is different from the 2013 curriculum which emphasizes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor assessments. The independent curriculum contains diagnostic assessments, formative assessments, and summative assessments.

Substance Use Disorders, Mental Illness, and Health Care Utilization Among Adults With Recent Criminal Legal Involvement.

Individuals involved with the criminal legal system have higher rates of mental illness, addiction, and health care utilization. The authors examined whether substance use disorders and mental illness alone or in combination drive health care utilization among those with recent criminal legal involvement. This cross-sectional analysis used nationally representative data from U.S. adults with past-year criminal legal involvement (N=9,039) recorded in the National Survey on Drug Use and Health (2015-2019). Using adjusted negative binomial regression models, the authors estimated relative risks for health care utilization. Primary independent variable categories included neither substance use disorder nor mental illness, substance use disorder only, mental illness only, and both conditions. Health care utilization included emergency department (ED) visits and nights spent in inpatient care. Relative to neither mental illness nor substance use disorder, mental illness alone was associated with significantly increased acute health care services use: for ED visits, incidence risk ratio (IRR)=1.43 (95% CI=1.18-1.75) and for inpatient stays, IRR=2.14 (95% CI=1.47-3.11). Having both conditions was associated with increased ED visits (IRR=1.62, 95% CI=1.38-1.91) and inpatient stays (IRR=4.16, 95% CI=2.98-5.82). Substance use disorder alone was associated only with higher risk for ED visits compared with neither condition (IRR=1.23, 95% CI=1.01-1.50). Mental illness with or without co-occurring substance use disorder is a strong driver of acute health care utilization after interaction with the criminal legal system. Interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals with mental illness or substance use disorder are needed for those with recent criminal legal involvement.

Critical success factors of heritage building maintenance management: An ISM-MICMAC analysis

To improve the functionality of heritage buildings, modern facility management (FM) practices have been increasingly adopted in heritage building maintenance management (HBMM). To achieve effective FM operations in HBMM, it is essential to identify the critical success factors (CSFs) and understand their relationships. Since this is an underexplored area, a study was initiated to establish a hierarchical structure of the CSFs and ascertain their influence on each other. Under the study, HBMM experts were invited to assess the interrelationships of the CSFs through an online survey. Then, an interpretative structural modeling (ISM) technique was used to establish the envisaged hierarchical structure. Finally, Matrice d'Impacts Croisés Multiplication Appliqués à un Classement (MICMAC) analysis was used to classify the CSFs into four clusters based on their dependence and driving powers. From the ISM analysis, a hierarchical structure composed of seven levels was resulted, with the CSFs at the bottom of the hierarchy belonging to the independent categories with strong driving power but weak dependence power. Achieving these CSFs, which will drive the realization of other CSFs, warrant particular attention from HBMM practitioners. With an integrated ISM – MICMAC model developed, this study contributes to knowledge by establishing the hierarchy and interactions among the CSFs. The CSFs classification also serves as a guide for HBMM practitioners in understanding the operational dynamics of the CSFs and prioritizing their importance. The approach of this study, which is novel in the HBMM research domain, also forms a fertile foundation for future studies in this field.

Формирование понятия «административный акт» в европейской административно-правовой доктрине

The article focuses on the formation of the main approaches to the content of the concept of an administrative act in European administrative law. The subject of the analysis is either the rule of law or the doctrine of France, Germany, Italy and Spain. The author notes that administrative act as an independent category arises in France as a result of the creation of a separate administrative jurisdiction. The article gives a detailed analysis of the evolution of approaches to the administrative act in France, as a result, the author shows gradual narrowing of its content and reveals its prerequisites. The author states that the interpretation of the administrative act given by M. Hauriou as an expression of the will of the administration in order to cause legal consequences served as the basis for the application (with some adaptation) civil law developments regarding legal transactions (invalidity of administrative acts, conditional administrative acts, etc.) to administrative act. The article examines the approaches of the German doctrine and shows common features and differences between the concept of an administrative act in Germany and in France. The study determines construction of an administrative act by analogy with a judicial decision as a characteristic feature of the German legal order. In this regard, its focus on the settlement of a specifi c case becomes its key parameter, which, unlike France, excluded the possibility of considering regulatory acts of the administration as a type of administrative acts. Much attention is given to the approaches to the administrative act in Italy and Spain. The author shows that these countries point departed from the French and German traditions in the middle of XX century and adopted a much broader defi nition of the administrative act.

Analysis of factors inhibiting the customer engagement of eHealth in India: Modeling the barriers using ISM-Fuzzy MICMAC analysis

IntroductionThe current study aims to evaluate and measure the relationship between the customer engagement barriers influencing the adoption of eHealth in India. Previous studies have shown that low levels of engagement can lead to worse health outcomes, so this study is an expanded version of those findings to highlight those challenges. MethodologyFor this, the study followed three phases of research: factor identification through a review of the literature; expert opinion for selecting key and pertinent factors for the study; and application of interpretive structural modelling approach to capture the proper association between various factors. Using fuzzy-MICMAC analysis, the factors were divided into independent, dependent, autonomous and linkage categories. ResultsA model is created in this study that shows the relationship between different barriers that aid the Indian healthcare industry in better implementation and also Indian citizens in better adoption of eHealth services. According to the research and derived model, some of the biggest obstacles in the eHealth are need of product portfolio, Lack of Customer support and Low first call resolution rate. ConclusionThis study contributes to the body of knowledge by offering novel perspective into the types of hierarchical relationships that exist among barriers. These insights will be valuable to academicians and practitioners interested in India's healthcare market and its strategic expansion.

Historicising the overseas Odia diasporic experience

ABSTRACT The Odia diasporic experience from deep antiquity to the present is characterised by unceasing continuity. This experience may be categorised into three distinct periods in history. It includes the Era of Sadhabas (the Merchant community from Kalinga, currently Odisha), the Colonial Era and the Contemporary (from the immediate aftermath of the Second World War to the present). Against this background, this paper periodises the Odia diasporic experience into three distinct categories. It gives the overseas Odia diasporic experience specific attention which remained largely neglected in the politics of academic representation. It argues that the Odia diasporic experience demands unaided attention being an independent category as the Telugu, Tamil and Malayali diaspora have gained without seeking the legitimacy of a broader nomenclatural framework namely Indian. Its growing overseas numeric strength and its diasporic experience in antiquity ensure its autonomy as a major recognisable category in the broader discipline of the Indian diaspora.

Barriers to Tourism Travel Service Business Cooperation with Pioneering Tourism Villages in Tabanan Regency

Tourism villages in Bali Province have reached 37.26% of the existing villages and only 2 are in the independent category. Tabanan Regency has a number of pilot tourism villages and the majority are more than five years old. Obstacles to increasing the status of a tourist village are thought to occur due to the lack of tourists and the ability of managers to cooperate with the tourism industry. Research needs to be done to overcome barriers to the establishment of cooperation between tourism villages and industry. The problems described need to be solved by formulating a strategy. The pilot Tourism Village which is the location of the research focus has great potential but has experienced obstacles. This study aims to: analyze the role of Tourism Travel business(1), barriers to cooperation between tourism travel business and pilot Tourism Village(2), and develop a management strategy of pilot tourism village in Tabanan Regency(3). This study used qualitative descriptive method. The Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with eight experts. Obstacles are described using coding techniques and then strategies are made to overcome them. The strategy was prepared using Intepretive Structural Modeling analysis techniques. The results showed that UPW has a role in assessing cooperation proposals consisting of details of tourist activities offered, equipment required, price details, feed back, matching proposal descriptions, uniqueness, service quality, cleanliness, and safety. Barriers to cooperation occur due to the location of the tourist village, the potential benefits of the formation of cooperation, and tourist interest. The strategies formed to overcome these obstacles are increasing the competence of human resources in Pilot tourism villages, packaging of industry-standard tourism products, accelerating cooperation between tourism villages and the tourism industry. Suggestions in this study is the implementation of a strategy that is in accordance with the strategy model that has been formed.

Vocative strategies and accent in Armenian: synchrony and diachrony

Abstract The vocative, the case of direct address, is a form used for calling out and attracting or maintaining the addressee’s attention. It is not represented in Classical Armenian as an independent case category (§ 1b). At different stages of Armenian the vocative is often characterized by initial accentuation, which is comparable to other Indo-European traditions (§ 2). Accented vocative particles are used both in Classical Armenian and dialects (§ 3). Mostly in dialects, several words, particularly kinship terms and anthroponyms, take endings, one or a few of which may be regarded as relics of older vocative case endings (§ 4). In the Armenian dialects of Syria, one finds a few kinship terms the vocatives of which are compounds with ayr ‘man’ or tikin ‘mistress, lady’ (§ 5)

Study On Risk Identification of Corporate Supply Chain Finance Based on ISM-MICMAC Model

It is crucial to accurately identify the main influencing factors of supply chain finance risk, analyze their mechanism of action and construct a system of influencing factors for risk management of supply chain finance. This paper examines the three parties involved in supply chain finance, including the financial institution, the core enterprise, and the SMEs, and screens out 21 major risk factors from them. This study calculates the adjacency matrix and accessibility matrix by using SPSSPRO, then constructs the interpretative structural modeling method (ISM) and the recursive structure diagram. Combining the Matrix-based Multiplication Applied to a Classification (MICMAC), this paper classifies the influencing factors into four categories: autonomous category, dependent category, linkages category, and independent category. The results show that: (1) the factors that constitute the deepest level of risk in supply chain finance are crediting false trade, non-standard bill of lading, data information security risk, imperfection of business process design, et cetera. (2) Among all factors, three factors are identified as the autonomous category, nine as the independent category, and nine as the dependent category with no linkages category.

Individuality in Commonality: A Comparative Study of Su Embroidery and Gu Embroidery Based on Online Retrieval of Museum Collections

As traditional handicrafts in the south of the Yangtze River, Su embroidery and Gu embroidery are closely related to each other due to their geographical proximity, mutual exchange of embroidery techniques and similar cultural backgrounds. In recent years, there has been considerable research on the historical origins and relationship between the two, but no unified conclusion has been formed. Through the combination of quantitative statistics of online collections in domestic museums and qualitative analysis of literature records, following the idea of “deconstruction - research - recombination”, this paper studies the similarities, differences, and influencing factors of Su embroidery and Gu embroidery, and illustrates the relationship between them. Su embroidery and Gu embroidery are two independent embroidery categories, which showed the characteristics of “Individuality in Commonality” with the evolution of the historical process. Under the call to revitalize traditional handicrafts, it is beneficial for the protection and inheritance of Su and Gu embroidery to trace their historical origins, analyze their respective technical characteristics, and clarify their relationship.
