 The main problem encountered in stock supplies and ordering rice is that there are many factors in various types of rice that can influence the quality of the rice itself. There needs to be an assessment to determine the quality of rice. This can be done using a model that can determine the quality of rice in accordance with the criteria desired by consumers. to get the best quality rice. This will have a good impact on the company if the quality of the rice matches consumer demand, as a result the company will experience an increase in production because the type of rice meets the criteria desired by consumers. And the rice company exports its rice to rice shops and restaurants. In designing a stock inventory and rice ordering information system using PHP and MySQL, we can integrate these two technologies to build a web application that is effective and efficient in managing stock inventory and carry out the rice ordering process. With this system, it is hoped that it can help rice business owners manage stock inventories, carry out ordering processes more quickly and easily, and increase business efficiency and productivity.
 
 
 

Competitiveness Improvement Strategies of Msme Blora Batik: Analytic Network Process Approach

Purpose: This study aims to develop strategic priorities for increasing the competitiveness of Batik SMEs in Blora Regency Theoretical Framework: Previous research in the field of company competitive advantage argued what approach is suitable to be used by MSME to grow sustainably. Sustainability of a company 's competitive advantage is influenced by the potential of existing resources (Grant, 1991). Design/Methodology/Approach: This research was conducted in Blora Regency, Central Java, which is one of the regions in Indonesia that is rich in culture and local wisdom. Like other areas in Central Java, Blora has batik as a traditional craft which is quite popular. Until now, the Blora Regency Government continues to develop the sustainability of Blora batik through empowerment programs. The data analysis method used in this research is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) which is a mathematical theory that allows decision making to deal with interrelated factors (dependence) and mathematical feedback. Findings: The findings in this study indicate that Batik Blora is a business unit that has the potential to develop and be competitive with various advantages. As a product that elevates regional advantages, it is necessary to increase business aspects that include upstream to downstream aspects so that the competitiveness of Blora batik can continue to increase. Research, Practical & Social Implications: The most prioritized aspect in increasing the competitiveness of Blora batik is the aspect of the business cycle which emphasizes increasing innovation and diversification as well as increasing business productivity. Originality/Value: This research is a research that focuses on the development strategy of Batik MSMEs with the ANP approach which has never been done before.

Designing Advertising Videos as Promotional Media In 3D Animation Based Computer Embroidery Services

The embroidery services business in Indonesia, starting from mid-2009, has begun to show its prospects. Until early 2016, the embroidery service business was growing rapidly since the advent of computer embroidery. Currently, many computer embroidery service owners are competing for the continuity of the service. Competition cannot be separated from advertising media aimed at promoting products and services. The problem in this research is how to promote computer embroidery services in increasing business productivity, how to introduce the public to computer embroidery services and how to design promotional advertising videos based on 3D animation. The computer embroidery business currently only relies on catalogs, where catalogs are only able to display information in the form of images in 2 dimensions to carry out promotions, so it needs to be developed further to create an attractive computer embroidery business model so that consumers are interested in using computer embroidery services. Consumers will be very interested if the catalog can present a form of visualization in the form of a 3-dimensional model that can be seen from various sides. This research implements 3D animation for marketing computer embroidery services using Blender software, the results of which will be used as promotional media. This research uses Blender software and aims to produce 3D animated advertising videos in order to market and promote computer embroidery services as well as as a medium of information and promotion to the public or consumers of computer embroidery services. The results of this research are in the form of advertising videos as promotional media for 3D animation-based computer embroidery services.

A necessary conversation to develop chatbots for HIV studies: qualitative findings from research staff, community advisory board members, and study participants

ABSTRACT Chatbots increase business productivity by handling customer conversations instead of human agents. Similar rationale applies to use chatbots in the healthcare sector, especially for health coaches who converse with clients. Chatbots are nascent in healthcare. Study findings have been mixed in terms of engagement and their impact on outcomes. Questions remain as to chatbot acceptability with coaches and other providers; studies have focused on clients. To clarify perceived benefits of chatbots in HIV interventions we conducted virtual focus groups with 13 research staff, eight community advisory board members, and seven young adults who were HIV intervention trial participants (clients). Our HIV healthcare context is important. Clients represent a promising age demographic for chatbot uptake. They are a marginalized population warranting consideration to avoid technology that limits healthcare access. Focus group participants expressed the value of chatbots for HIV research staff and clients. Staff discussed how chatbot functions, such as automated appointment scheduling and service referrals, could reduce workloads while clients discussed the after-hours convenience of these functions. Participants also emphasized that chatbots should provide relatable conversation, reliable functionality, and would not be appropriate for all clients. Our findings underscore the need to further examine appropriate chatbot functionality in HIV interventions.

In the era of economic digitalization, global business and industry competition is very tight and moves fast. Fashion, trends, and innovations are growing vigorously so that all business and industry players continue to increase their productivity in all fields. The increase in productivity is in line with the company's efforts to increase profits along with optimal product and service quality to consumers. However, efforts to increase it will be hampered by several aspects of waste, this is what is felt by small and medium business actors such as SBRC Furniture which is engaged in the production of carving frames. This research aims to identify various wastes that occur by changing them through the Kaizen method to provide constructive notes to increase business productivity.

Assessing SMEs leadership styles impact on business development and job creation: Evidence from Ghana

Unemployment is a growing concern for today’s economies. Governments gear various policies to increase business productivity and expansion to create new job places. However, little research was conducted on how informal sector leadership contributes to resolving this crisis worldwide. This study seeks to identify the SME leadership styles that foster business development and job creation in Ghana. The study targets the leadership styles of artisans and manufacturers of local goods. Mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative) where both questionnaire and interview were used to gather information from a total of one hundred and twenty respondents; sixty proprietors were artisans and the remaining were managers of local factories. The paper adopts SPSS and the Pearson correlation in the data analysis. The study determined emotional intelligence and ethical leadership regarded as emerging leadership styles the best for informal sector growth. However, bureaucratic leadership, autocratic and laissez-faire leadership referred to as traditional leadership styles had no positive influence on growth indicators within the informal economy. The results also reveal that most SMEs fold up before the fifth year of their establishment, deepening the unemployment situation in the research communities. The paper further confirms the inadequate resources of most SME leaders to take up leadership training. Therefore, the study recommends that government should periodically organize and finance workshops and seminars to facilitate SMEs access to leadership training and development in Ghana.

Digital Readiness of Creative Economy Entrepreneurs Subsector Culinary in Padang City

The Covid-19 pandemic had an impact to culinary entrepreneurs begin to adapting digitalization. However, digitalization transformation process needed digital readiness to better prepared facing challenges in various crises. The purpose of this article is to analyze the extent of digital readiness and the use of digitalization by culinary entrepreneurs in Padang city. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis from data sources on Roadmap Creative Economy of Padang city from the 2021-2026. The results show that 51 culinary entrepreneurs are in the complement category and 50 culinary entrepreneurs are in the digital data-based company category. Culinary entrepreneurs also consider that using digital technology give benefit to reducing business costs and increasing business productivity. In addition, research and development, technology leadership and innovation are also considered important. However, the cost of using technology is not cheap and many of them do not have adequate financial resources to apply technology to business operations. They also worry that hackers can steal data. The use of digital technology provides the benefits of improving product quality (goods/services), customer service, and creating better working relationships with business partners. While the value of benefits that have not been maximized are related to competitive advantages that are not owned by competitors and reduced business costs.

Pengaruh Modal Kerja Dan Produktivitas Terhadap Profitabilitas Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

This study aims to build a decision-making model on the amount of working capital needed to increase business productivity so that it will ultimately increase sales turnover. It is expected that if the sales turnover increases, the company's profit will also increase. Working capital and work productivity of MSMEs as variables that affect the profitability or operating income. While the object of research used is MSME actors in the city of Bogor. This type of associative/correlative descriptive research. Arikunto (2006) states that correlative research is research that aims to find whether or not there is a relationship, how close the relationship is, and whether or not the relationship is meaningful. The population in this study are MSME actors spread across the city of Bogor. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was not performed manually, but by using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22. The results showed that there was a significant effect of working capital and productivity either partially or simultaneously or simultaneously on profitability.

The implementation of RME will be able to provide effective and efficient management of patients, doctors and clinics as well as improve good outcomes for hospitals. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between business expectations and performance expectations with the use of electronic medical records by outpatient installation officers at the Cut Meutia General Hospital, North Aceh Regency in 2022. The type of research is quantitative research, the nature of the research is cross-sectional. This research was conducted at the outpatient installation of the Cut Meutia General Hospital, North Aceh. The study population was all employees in the outpatient installation, totaling 337 people. The sample in the study amounted to 185 people. The results showed that there was a relationship between business expectations and the use of electronic medical records in the outpatient installation of the Cut Meutia General Hospital, North Aceh. There is a relationship between performance expectations and the use of electronic medical records in the outpatient installation of the Cut Meutia General Hospital, North Aceh. It is recommended to the management of the Cut Meutia General Hospital, North Aceh in an effort to further increase business expectations and productivity of officers' performance in order to encourage and motivate officers to continue their education to a higher level or attend seminars in accordance with their disciplines.

How Do The Level Of Experience And Coaching Style Affect The Leadership Quality Of KUD Directors In Increasing Business Productivity

Level of Experience and Coaching Style on the Quality of the KUD director's leadership affects the village business productivity. This study took 123 respondents who were directors of village businesses. The research approach uses an explanative method using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The research findings show that: (1) the level of experience of directors has a strong and significant effect on the Quality of Leadership with Partial Mediation of the Coaching Style; (2) The level of experience of KUD directors has a strong and significant effect on the Coaching Style performed by the directors; (3) Coaching Style performed by influential directors strong and significant towards the Quality of Leadership; (4) Level The experience of directors has a strong and significant effect on productivity Business with Partial Mediation of Coaching Style and Quality Good leadership from the board of directors; (5) The coaching style performed by the directors has a strong and significant effect on business productivity with Partial Mediation of good Leadership Qualities from the board of directors; (6) Good leadership qualities from the board of directors have a strong and significant effect to the productivity of business.

Aplikasi Teknologi Floating Catfish Pellet Sebagai Solusi Pemanfaatan Larva Black Soldier Fly di Mitra Usaha Mazgot BSF Boyolali

<p><strong>Application of Floating Catfish Pellet Technology as a Solution for Utilizing Black Soldier Fly Larvae at Mazgot BSF Boyolali Business Partners</strong>. The black soldier fly (BSF) raised by a business partner Mazgot BSF Boyolali is an effort that exists to solve the problem of organic waste. However, the high production of BSF maggots has become a challenge for partners to find alternative ways to take advantage of the maggot. The application of feed technology based on BSF maggot can increase business productivity because BSF raising is not only aid for overcoming the problem of organic waste, but it can be used as a source of feed ingredients as well. The purpose of the service activity is to provide assistance in the application of fish pellet feed technology (floating fish pellet) as a solution to the use of BSF maggot. This activity was conducted by giving a mentoring of feed technology application based on BSF maggots including selection of raw feed materials, feed processing, and physical measurement of feed as well. The result of this activity showed that partners are able to formulate fish pellet based on available feed ingredients approach to the chemical content of feed ingredients and fish nutrient needs. The content of fish feed has complied with the SNI for catfish feed including crude protein 35.25%; crude fat 13.94%; crude fiber 6.37%; ash 11.43%; BETN 26.26%; and 1409.58 kcal/kg energy. The resulting physical quality is also categorized as good including buoyancy reaching 1 – 2 hours and good stability.</p>

Effectiveness of the Distribution of KUR (People's Business Credit) for the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pangkalpinang City

People's Business Credit (KUR) is a credit guarantee program, where this program is channeled to MSMEs who need additional loan funds for their businesses so that they can increase business productivity. After the program runs, the guarantee institution ensures that the program has been running productively or effectively so that the target for the distribution of the KUR program is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) and its effect on improving the performance of micro and small enterprises. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. Descriptive research pays attention to the actual problem as it was at the time the research took place. Through descriptive research, researchers try to describe events and events that are the center of attention without special treatment for these events. The last stage in data analysis is drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that KUR in the city of Pangkalpinang can be said to be effective, because it has met the requirements set by the government.

Peningkatan Produktivitas Usaha Pemotongan Ayam Menggunakan Poultry Depilator Machine di Desa Jenangger Batang-Batang sumenep

This research aims (1) to analyze the production activities of the Chicken Slaughter Business in Jenangger Village, Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency, (2) to analyze the Increase in Productivity of Chicken Slaughter Business Using Poultry Depilator Machine in Jenangger Village, Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency. This research is a field research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive-analysis which is concluding data reduction, data display, and conclution/verification. The results of this research are: First, production activities in the chicken slaughter business in Jenangger Village, Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency are divided into several stages, namely: the stage of chicken health checks and manual slaughter in accordance with Islamic rules, the stage of soaking chickens in hot water, the stage of removing chicken feathers using Poultry Depilator Machine which is continued then continued using manual technique for maximum results, and the marketing stage. Second, the use of Poultry Depilator Machine in chicken slaughter business in Jenangger Village, Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency can increase business productivity compared to before using the machine. This is proven by the increase in the amount of production which is increasing from a daily average of 60 chickens to 200 chickens per day, and the time required for daily production is more efficient which is decreasing from 7 hours to 5 hours. However, the use of the Poultry Depilator Machine does not completely replace the manual technique of removing chicken feathers, because in fact, after the removal using the machine, it still requires removal using manual technique to get maximum results.

Impact of Strategic Alliance Management on Competitive Advantage among Financial Institutions in India

More studies indicate that businesses becomes very competitive in an emerging market when they give importance to innovative activities that build their reputation in the market environment. Essentially, the key reason for innovativeness is the desire of firms to obtain increased business productivity and increased competitive edge and the ultimate goal of strategic alliance is to improve business productivity. Strategic alliance management is critical for firms that are in pursuit of improved productivity and their reward is often an increase in their profits and their market share. Process of strategic alliance management is strongly associated with organizational learning and refers to ability of organization to generate, accept and implement new ideas, processes, products or services. The primary goal of process strategic alliance is to generate a notable increase in productivity or to drive down costs significantly. This approach can help organizations achieve major reductions in process cost, improvements in quality, service levels and other business objectives. Strategic alliance management is contributor to creation of new markets and products for the market, however even after the benefits of strategic alliance management has been established the impact of strategic alliance management on productivity of Businesses has remained misunderstood. The study adopted the use of mixed method approach research design which is the application of both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The study used a desk study review methodology where relevant empirical literature was reviewed to identify main themes. Result findings from literature-based review indicated that strategic alliance had positive and significant influence on the productivity of businesses. It was recommended that strategic alliance information should be available particularly to regulatory and advisory bodies for guidance to the Businesses on the need to craft and employ sound strategies geared towards continuously embracing innovativeness since strategic alliance leads to improved financial productivity. Kaizen is one of the company's strategies in increasing business productivity. In addition to being related to production management, kaizen is also related to human resource management. This can be in line with increase in employee performance. The implementation of kaizen on the factors of improving employee performance can not necessarily be done instantly, there needs to be a thorough adaptation that takes a long time to implement. In case, the researchers try to examine "Kaizen and its Implementation of Factors That Improve Company Employee Performance" through literature studies from various sources such as articles, books, and scientific journals. It was found that there are various point of performance improvement in the implementation of kaizen in a company. Not all factors can match one company to another. Strategy Analysis of Sustainability of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Increasing Productivity and Profit in the Middle of Covid-19 Pandemic

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of Covid-19 on business productivity and MSME profits, as well as to establish the effectiveness of the MSME business continuity strategy in improving company productivity and MSME profits during the Covid-19 pandemic in Makassar City. This analysis uses a descriptive qualitative approach, analyzing MSME business continuity plans during the Covid-19 pandemic through a literature review. The processes included data analysis, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the productivity and profit of MSMEs due to reduced distribution of raw materials, decreased profits, and decreased sales. The MSME business continuity strategy for increasing business productivity is performed by keeping the environment clean during the Covid-19 pandemic and expanding work facilities to a value of 100%, which is classified as extremely effective, while the business continuity strategy is performed through creativity and innovation in the products produced, as well as the use of technology in marketing products, which achieves a value of 95%.
