The article shows that use of constant dressing in the process of creep-feed grinding of titanium-based alloys allows to reduce significantly force of cutting and to provide grinding without burning. Morphological researches of quality of a grinded surface of an electron microscope of Versa 3D shows a decrease in the intensity of the adhesive interaction. Consistent pattern of change of radius of slot with length of a grinded surface with the constant and periodic dressing operations is determined. Rp increases with length of sample in the process of grinding with periodic dressing operation, decreases and aims at the minimum value in the process of grinding with the periodic dressing operation. With the increase of feed speed of a ruling roller the radius of a slot decreases and aims at the minimum value. With decreasing of grain size ratio the cutting force forces P z / Р у increases as increases blunting and pollution of peaks of grains, causing an increase in friction force that the greatest impact on the component Pz. With increasing feed rate and depth of grinding increases instantaneous cutting ability, respectively, the load on peaks of grains increases, which inevitably leads to an increase in the proportion of self-sharpening operation of the tool and reduce friction. As a result, with the increase of components of force of grinding the relation of Pz/Py decreases. With increase of feed speed of a ruling roller the relation of forces of P z / Р у decreases because of the increasing of forced sharpening of peaks of grains accompanied with lowering of frictional force.
