In the article, the authors address the issue of financing industrial parks. The authors of the article point out the need to provide subsidies for the creation of technology and industrial parks only to regions with a low level of socio-economic development, with mandatory private co-financing. The authors indicate that industrial parks, within the framework of the provided federal budget funds, will receive funding from 11 constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the creation of 14 parks for a total amount of 5,7 billion rubles. The purpose of the study is to provide ready-made infrastructure, which is a way to stimulate the development of new industrial projects. The article discusses the experience of the creators of industrial infrastructure. The authors consider five projects that took the top positions in the funding ranking: Kurgan region (industrial park “Stalmontazh”), Republic of Karelia (technopark “Onezhsky”), Republic of Khakassia (industrial park “Tasheba”), Novgorod region (industrial technology park “Transvit”), Altai Territory (industrial technology park “Component”). As a result of the implementation of the event, it is planned to create at least 20 industrial parks and technology parks by 2024, which will accommodate at least 150 residents and create 1,5 thousand jobs. The volume of investments of management companies in the implementation of new projects in 2023–2024 will be at least 3 billion rubles. The newly created areas of these parks accommodate at least 680 residents, who have created more than 9 thousand jobs. The article discusses an example of launching production using the example of industrial parks in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The implementation of the group’s strategy continues to develop industrial competence centers specializing in the localization of key technological solutions. For the Sollers and UAZ model range, localization of power units will ensure increased competitiveness and increased production volumes.

The article notes that the Krasnodar Territory is one of the five largest producers of poultry products in Russia. As of 01.01.2024, the poultry population amounted to 22 million heads. In 2023, poultry producers in the Krasnodar Territory produced 1,543.6 million eggs and 214.2 thousand tons of poultry meat in live weight. The leader of the industrial production of poultry products in the Krasnodar Territory is JSC Agrocomplex named after N.I. Tkachev. Kuban products are becoming more and more popular both in Russia and abroad. In recent years, the poultry industry in the Krasnodar Territory has been experiencing significant difficulties. According to the author, a necessary condition for the restoration of poultry farming is the close attention of the state. Effective support measures are needed to increase production volumes.

Leveraging IoT in Auto Component Manufacturing to Monitor Surface Roughness and Tool Temperature

Surface finish is an important requirement in Auto Component Manufacturing that defines the quality of work piece obtained from turning operations. Thus to reduce downtime due to rejection of work piece for its surface finish a continuous monitoring of surface roughness based on its cutting parameter and vibration signal is required. Similarly it is also important to monitor the cutting tool temperature to have a longer tool life. With the emerging trend of Internet-of-Things (IoT) it has become very easy to collect the required data, storing it, analysing it and also alerting the required personnel through the mobile application, e-mail and SMS. The stored data and analysis could reveals in depth the process, which leaves a large scope for improvement of the system. The paper discusses the implementation of IoT to collect data of vibration signal and cutting tool temperature of dry turning operation, for cutting parameter like 1) spindle speed 2) feed rate and 3) depth of cut for three different material mild steel (MS), brass and aluminium (Al). A correlation was obtained to predict surface roughness and tool temperature. The system developed could give a real time monitoring of surface roughness on a smart phone that can be used as a tool for optimizing the turning process to give improved quality and increased production volume.

The background of this research is the existence of sharp competition between companies, both because of the increasing number of competitors, increasing product volume and rapidly increasing technological developments. This forces companies to pay attention and know what kind of marketing strategy is implemented by the company. The focus is this study was to describe the implementation of the marketing strategy of the intestine Mardha Chips Business in increasing competitiveness and the impact of the marketing strategy implementation by the intestine Mardha Chips Business. This study used qualitative descriptive type approach. Data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) Mardha Intenstinal Chips Business used a good marketing strategy, namely by conducting market segmentation, target market, market position and marketing mix which includes product strategy, price strategy, location and distribution strategy, and promotion strategy; (2) The marketing strategy implemented by Mardha intestine Chips Business has had positive impacts including increasing sales, adding value to the family economy, prodiving satisfaction to consumers with quality product and affordable prices and expanding market share.

Can bioplastics always offer a truly sustainable alternative to fossil-based plastics?

Bioplastics, comprised of bio-based and/or biodegradable polymers, have the potential to play a crucial role in the transition towards a sustainable circular economy. The use of biodegradable polymers not only leads to reduced greenhouse gas emissions but also might address the problem of plastic waste persisting in the environment, especially when removal is challenging. Nevertheless, biodegradable plastics should not be considered as substitutes for proper waste management practices, given that their biodegradability strongly depends on environmental conditions. Among the challenges hindering the sustainable implementation of bioplastics in the market, the development of effective downstream recycling routes is imperative, given the increasing production volumes of these materials. Here, we discuss about the most advisable end-of-life scenarios for bioplastics. Various recycling strategies, including mechanical, chemical or biological (both enzymatic and microbial) approaches, should be considered. Employing enzymes as biocatalysts emerges as a more selective and environmentally friendly alternative to chemical recycling, allowing the production of new bioplastics and added value and high-quality products. Other pending concerns for industrial implementation of bioplastics include misinformation among end users, the lack of a standardised bioplastic labelling, unclear life cycle assessment guidelines and the need for higher financial investments. Although further research and development efforts are essential to foster the sustainable and widespread application of bioplastics, significant strides have already been made in this direction.

Semi-hard cheeses with propionic acid bacteria have gained popularity in Russia: almost all major cheese plants produce this or that variety. However, semi-hard cheeses with propionic fermentation are notorious for certain defects that emerge during production. Irregular eye formation is one of the most common and visible defects that reduce product appeal for the end consumer. In an effort to reduce production cost and increase production volumes, cheese makers only aggravate improper eye formation. This article introduces the most frequent defects of propionic cheeses. For instance, butyric acid bacteria often appear as a result of production technology and cause surface cracks. Poor or irregular eye formation in the cheese matrix is another popular defect. Rindless cheese ripening leads to two more defects, which hardly ever occur during traditional rind cheese maturation. First, eyes may develop too close to the cheese surface. Second, vacuum packaging process may trigger ragged eye formation. A comprehensive understanding of factors that affect eye formation allows cheese makers and food scientists to concentrate their efforts on efficient methods to control the development of propionic acid bacteria in semi-hard cheeses. In-depth studies of eye formation, taste, and texture make it possible to avoid defects, reduce production cost, and make domestic products more competitive.

НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ РАЗВИТИЯ РЫНОЧНО-ОРИЕНТИРОВАННЫХ ОТРАСЛЕЙ РАСТЕНИЕВОДСТВА В ПЕРМСКОМ КРАЕ

The scientific article contains a theoretical analysis of the prospects for increasing production volumes of market-oriented types of crop products, draws attention to the need for the development of organic agriculture, presents the results of an analysis of the global, domestic and regional market for crop products and indicates the fact of imports into the Russian Federation, noting the need to increase consumption of crop products. Attention is drawn to the location of suburban vegetable growing in urban agglomerations, the need to establish the priority of farmers for the production of market-oriented products of the crop industry without losses in their own feed production for the livestock industry is noted. The development of greenhouse vegetable growing in the suburb of Chusovoy, where the Perm Greenhouse Plant operates, was noted. Statistical data is presented and an increase in grain yields in 2022 is noted. In the structure of the gross grain harvest, the largest share belongs to wheat, while the least amount of winter rye was collected. The dynamics of potato yields are considered, it is indicated that peak values were observed in 2011 and 2021. The trend towards a reduction in sown areas has also affected the cultivation of potatoes; according to statistical data, there is a constant annual decrease in the sown areas of potatoes. The decrease in sown areas had a negative impact on the gross potato harvest. Statistically, data indicate that in 2011 the peak value of the gross harvest was obtained with a clear decrease in the sown area. The growth of the gross harvest in 2011 was influenced by the record potato yield. In 2017, there was a decrease in the gross potato harvest due to a significant decrease in yields and sown areas.

Energy Efficiency in Additive Manufacturing: Condensed Review

Today, it is significant that the use of additive manufacturing (AM) has growing in almost every aspect of the daily life. A high number of sectors are adapting and implementing this revolutionary production technology in their domain to increase production volumes, reduce the cost of production, fabricate light weight and complex parts in a short period of time, and respond to the manufacturing needs of customers. It is clear that the AM technologies consume energy to complete the production tasks of each part. Therefore, it is imperative to know the impact of energy efficiency in order to economically and properly use these advancing technologies. This paper provides a holistic review of this important concept from the perspectives of process, materials science, industry, and initiatives. The goal of this research study is to collect and present the latest knowledge blocks related to the energy consumption of AM technologies from a number of recent technical resources. Overall, they are the collection of surveys, observations, experimentations, case studies, content analyses, and archival research studies. The study highlights the current trends and technologies associated with energy efficiency and their influence on the AM community.

Cost of production, break-even point and sensitivity of honje processing into honje juice

Honje juice agro-industry is one of the industries that process honje as raw material into processed products in the form of drinks that are ready for consumption. This study aims to determine the amount of total costs, cost of goods produced, break-even point of sales value and production volume, and the level of sensitivity of honje juice agro-industry. The research was conducted at Luthfi Food Company, one of whose products is Honje Lakaku Juice. The research method used is a case study. The analysis used is total cost analysis, cost of goods produced, break-even point and sensitivity. The results showed that the total production cost of honje into honje juice was IDR 446,156.95 in one production process, the cost of production was IDR 4,055 per 250 ml, the break-even point of honje juice sales value was IDR 64,810.38 and the break-even point of production volume was 1,620.26 ml (7 bottles of honje juice). The sensitivity of honje to honje juice is seen in the price increase of honje by 400 percent, this causes an increase in sales value to IDR 113,799.34, and an increase in production volume to 2,844.98 ml (11 bottles of honje juice).

Efficiency of Digestate from Biogas Plants for the Formation of Bio-Organic Technologies in Agriculture

The article examines the potential of digestate from biogas plants as a high-quality organic fertilizer that can ensure environmentally friendly development of the agro-industrial complex. The essence of the European Green Deal, the role of biogas production, and the use of digestate for achieving a climate neutral economy are considered. The purpose of the article was to analyze the potential of digestate production in Ukraine and to substantiate its role in Ukraine’s achievement of the goals set by the European Green Deal. The research was carried out according to dialectical and systemic approaches, using monographic, economic-statistical, index, and cartographic methods. The results showed that Ukraine needs further development of biogas production and an increase in digestate production to meet the demand of agricultural enterprises for organic fertilizers, as there is currently an urgent need to increase soil fertility. It was determined that, in addition to European integration processes and the implementation of “green” technologies, a driving force for the intensification of digestate use is the high cost of mineral fertilizers on the Ukrainian and world markets, as well as high efficacy of digestate as an organic fertilizer. The authors proposed and calculated the green agriculture index, which is based on the calculation of the ratio of the amount of active substance, the rate of mineral fertilizers, kg to the rate of application of organic fertilizers, t/ha. Its levels (intensive, growing, declining, extensive) were determined by the regions of Ukraine, and strategies for the use of digestate were developed depending on the level of the region’s greening. It was proven that the future of Ukrainian agriculture should be based on green agriculture and the active use of digestate as a fertilizer, which will help to produce environmentally friendly products, increase production volumes, and reduce the ecological burden on the environment. The use of digestate will help to achieve a reduction in the application of mineral fertilizers up to 25% by 2030 in accordance with the eco-goals of the European Green Deal.

The article is devoted to the issues of organizing in railway transport a system of training and instructing personnel related to servicing passengers with limited mobility.

АКТУАЛЬНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ БЮДЖЕТУВАННЯ ВИТРАТ БУДІВЕЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УКРАЇНІ

The article is devoted to the study of the current problems of developing the budget structure and budgeting the costs of construction enterprises. The analysis of the dynamics of construction in Ukraine for 2012-2022, conducted according to statistical data, showed an increase in production volumes, despite the impact of negative factors. It is emphasized that the economic and managerial aspects of the activity of construction enterprises, including drawing up a consolidated budget, are largely determined by the specific features of construction as a branch of the economy. When developing the list and structure of operating budgets, construction enterprises need to take into account both their own production capacity and the rhythm of the supply of raw materials, materials and components, and a number of influencing factors. It is important to make assumptions about the probability of external influence on the components of construction works by other participants in the construction process (investors, designers, subcontractors, etc.). Thus, changes in the schedule of investment receipts, non-compliance with the terms of the contract by suppliers of raw materials or materials, inaccuracy of the developed estimate documentation can lead to additional costs. Since construction is one of the most material-intensive industries, preparation of the budget for material costs is of priority. It is noted that the budgeting of the wage component and deductions for social events should contribute to the motivation of workers at existing enterprises and reduce the turnover of qualified personnel in conditions of labor shortage. Due to budgeting, it is possible to carry out preliminary control over costs, in order to prevent irrational use of resources and to check compliance with the accepted standards of costs for individual construction works. It was determined that the budgeting process, as an element of financial planning, has prospects for use in calculating the forecasted values of the revenues of enterprises of the relevant branch of the national economy, which is especially important in the conditions of recession of the country's economy in a state of war.

The areas of implementation of the circular economy in the woodworking industry have been studied. The purpose of the article is to analyze and determine the ways of implementing the circular economy in the woodworking industry to promote sustainable development. The woodworking industry is closely connected with the use of forest resources. The analysis of the size of the forest areas indicates a reduction in forests. The consequences of excessive logging have been biodiversity loss and climate change due to the release of carbon from forest ecosystems. The woodworking industry shows stable growth and a further positive trend is predicted in the coming years. The increase in production volumes emphasizes the need for sustainable consumption and will affect the strategies of woodworking enterprises. The importance of moving from traditional production models to circular approaches that support the use of resources with efficient use and waste minimization is analyzed. The specific strategies and initiatives of leading companies aimed at preserving natural resources and reducing the impact on the environment in the woodworking sector were studied. The directions for the implementation of the circular economy in the woodworking industry are defined as follows: the use of secondary materials, the creation of closed production cycles, the stimulation of the effective use of wood, the development of recycling programs, the implementation of the concept of long-term use. Restraining factors can be high costs for the introduction of new technologies, resistance to reforms, the possibility of reduced profitability at the initial stages, and difficulties in waste management. The positive effects of the implementation of the circular economy in the woodworking industry will be the following: efficient use of resources; reducing the negative impact on the forest fund due to the optimization of logging and the use of secondary materials; stimulation of innovations and new technologies; creation of new markets and jobs. Cooperation between industrial entities, authorities and the public is important for achieving positive results and successful implementation of these directions.

Digital potential of the Russian agro-Industrial complex based on the results of technological innovations

The article analyzes the current state of innovation activity and the fundamental features of technological development in the agricultural sector of the economy, identifies barriers and prerequisites for the transition to digital transformation, and demonstrates the results of the introduction of domestic technological innovations. In the context of modern realities, innovations are becoming a fundamental component of the development of the national economy. The process of digitalization for the agro-industrial complex is due to the urgent need to increase the efficiency and sustainability of its functioning through radical transformations of managerial efficiency by technological processes and decision-making processes at all levels of the hierarchical ladder, based on innovative approaches to production and the subsequent application of information data on the state of controlled elements and subsystems and forecasting their potential adjustments, as well as economic conditions in the agricultural sector. The practice of a global scale and the experience of authoritative domestic agricultural producers illustrate that the use of modern technological solutions contributes to ensuring optimal soil, agrotechnical and organizational and territorial conditions, which make it possible throughout the full life cycle of agricultural products to contribute to an increase in yield and labor productivity, reduce material costs for fuels and lubricants (F&L), electricity, plant protection products (PPP), wages and other types of expenses, maintaining soil fertility and preserving the environment. Increasing and stimulating innovative and technological activity in the agro-industrial complex will also increase production volumes, increase the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products, eliminate the problem of import substitution and increase the level of profitability of agricultural enterprises.

Information system for improving the process of managing the manufacture of organic products

Climate change and increased anthropogenic impact on the environment, leading to environmental problems, pose a threat to all countries of the world and require the development of effective solutions in the field of organizing production processes, ensuring the use of resource-saving technologies, increasing production volumes through the use of progressive scientific achievements in the field of digitalization, ecology, chemistry, breeding, etc. As a result, the development of organic agriculture and an increase in its production volumes becomes relevant. The purpose of this paper is to develop a hybrid intelligent decision support system for assessing the effective production of organic crop production in regions, municipal districts, as well as on individual land plots, where data on natural and climatic characteristics, agrochemical soil analysis, monitoring of air parameters, etc. act as input parameters. Within the framework of the article, the authors focused on the consideration of the information, behavioral model and the model of the intellectual system components. Thanks to the implementation of these models of the system for improving the process of managing the manufacture of organic products, the user receives the most optimal proposed solutions on the issue of production, changing parameters and conditions characterizing the level of region development, climatic conditions, socio-economic situation, etc. at the entrance to the system.

Cooperation with leading international corporations in the defense sector opens up opportunities for technology exchange, investments, and the integration of new possibilities for the development of the Ukrainian defense industry.Ukrainian machine-building enterprises possess significant potential in the production, repair, and modernization of military equipment, which can be utilized to meet the army's needs. The gradual localization of Western technology production in Ukraine will contribute to reducing dependence on imports and increasing production volumes. The development of the service, repair, and restoration sector of military equipment can positively impact employment and the socio-economic situation in regions of Ukraine.In particular, the development of modern defense potential is a strategically important task for any state. Ensuring the availability and effective use of modern military technology is a necessity for maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and national security. It is emphasized that collaboration with leading international companies in the defense industry provides opportunities for technology exchange, investment attraction, and enhancement of the Ukrainian defense production potential. This is due to the fact that Ukrainian machine-building enterprises have substantial capabilities in the production, repair, and modernization of military equipment, which can be utilized to meet the army's needs. The research findings attest to the significance of the machine-building sector cluster in the context of ensuring Ukraine's defense capability. The role of MSMEs is very important in increasing economic development in a region, especially MSMEs for grocery stores. However, there are several obstacles to MSME grocery store operators in Sidoarjo Regency, one of which is the minimal use of E-Commerce for the development of their grocery store business, making it difficult for small shop operators to increase production volumes to achieve greater turnover. Basic food stores in Sidoarjo district are unable to compete with large stores that have online websites such as Indomaret, Alfamart which can make it easy to find products and carry out shopping transactions for customers. One solution to overcome this problem is to create an Android-based application for MSMEs for basic food stores in Sidoarjo Regency using the Google Maps API. With this research, it is greatly facilitated for the community in carrying out buying and selling transactions, starting from payment, time and energy expended. With research that utilizes Google Maps Fire Technology, the people of Sidorejo can easily search for the products they want from grocery stores in the surrounding area and make it easier for shop owners to market their products, so that by making this application it can make it easier to carry out shopping activities and become one of them. a driving force in the community economy.

Integration of Industry 4.0 with reliability centered maintenance to enhance sustainable manufacturing

AbstractAchieving sustainability in manufacturing requires optimizing reliability and productivity while reducing environmental impact. This article introduces a novel approach by integrating Industry 4.0 technologies with reliability centered maintenance (RCM) to create a “smart RCM” model. In an era where Industry 4.0 leverages the Internet of Things (IoT), cyber physical systems (CPSs), cloud computing, and cognitive computing, this integration transforms conventional RCM into a data‐driven and efficient system. A case study conducted in a cement plant illustrates the benefits of smart RCM implementation. Key performance indicators (KPI), including increased production volume, reduced downtime, enhanced mean time between failures (MTBF), and improved overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), showcase the positive impact of smart RCM. Furthermore, specific environmental performance indicators, such as energy consumption, carbon footprint, and water consumption, exhibit favorable changes, contributing to sustainability. The implementation of smart RCM also presents an attractive payback period, making it an appealing approach for industries looking to optimize maintenance practices and environmental performance. Despite potential challenges in workforce adaptation and resistance, the integration of Industry 4.0 with RCM emerges as a transformative strategy.

The article reveals the essential and substantive basis of supply chains, the main tasks. The main elements of the interaction of the material flow on the path of its movement have been studied. The relevance and necessity of using new information technologies in logistics and, in particular, in supply chain management is determined. Digital technologies are the basis of modernity, it is one of the promising areas of development of the world economy. The use of these technologies in logistics processes in the conditions of Industry 4.0 led to the emergence of the concept of "smart logistics". Thanks to smart technologies, the time of many processes in both marketing and logistics is reduced. You can reduce the speed of product delivery and its quality. The development of the digital economy in Ukraine is aimed at creating motivation, forming needs for the use of digital technologies to increase production volumes, increase competitiveness and national development in accordance with the "Concept of the Development of the Digital Economy and Society of Ukraine for 2018-2020" [1]. This concept notes the growing demand for the use of digital processes in various industries. The concept of "smart logistics" is equated with "intelligent logistics" or "intelligent logistics", which involves the optimization of information logistics flows that contribute to the automation of processes. That is, with the help of smart-logistics tools (information systems), efficiency increases in those processes where they are used. The movement of material flow in logistics chains requires the storage of certain stocks in warehouses. Accordingly, warehousing also needs to improve the efficiency of its activities, as well as the transportation system. The purpose of this article is to define the concept of smart logistics, its meaning and key elements. Key information technologies used in supply chain management are analyzed in the work, and the stages of their application are highlighted. The introduction of smart technologies in logistics determines clearer processes and priorities for the use of digital innovations in the company's activities.
