An experiential learning approach based on Plato's four forms of awareness was adapted to help business graduate students understand Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. First, the students researched RFID use in various industries and identified the future uses of the technology in those industries. Next, the students conducted in-class experiments using an RFID evaluation kit, followed by classroom discussions of the technology. The students were then challenged to develop a profile of potential RFID uses within the educational services' delivery process.
