Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Kelas I SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang

Quality education must be supported by the selection of appropriate resources and learning models. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning model in improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes for Class I SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. This research is quantitative research. The research design used was pre-experimental with a one group pretest posttest design system. The population in this study was 26 students with 14 female students and 12 male students. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Data collection techniques use tests. Data analysis techniques include normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. The results obtained were that the pretest score obtained an average score of 59.23 with a posttest score of 80.00. Based on the results of the t-test, the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The research results show an increase in learning outcomes through the Problem Based Learning learning model in class I.

Implementation in Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes of the Elementary School Students Using Make a Match Cooperative Learning Model

This study employs a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach to examine the mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students utilizing the Make a Match cooperative learning model. The participants include fifth-grade students from class VB and their homeroom teacher at the elementary school under investigation. Qualitative data collection involves direct observation and analysis conducted on-site. Data were gathered through observations and interviews with fifth-grade teachers at SD Negeri 55 Palembang, utilizing both primary and secondary sources. The secondary data encompassed various aspects related to the research focus, such as educational facilities, infrastructure, student enrollment, among others, obtained through document analysis. However, secondary data were not utilized in this research. Data collection methods encompassed observation, interviews, and documentation. To ensure data validity, a two-stage process involving observation protocols and alternative data validity analysis techniques was implemented. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings, based on observations and interviews conducted on Monday, January 15, 2024, at SD Negeri 55 Palembang with class VB students, revealed a notable issue: a lack of implementation of the Make a Match cooperative learning model by teachers. The study highlights the significant impact of this cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes, emphasizing its potential for fostering positive student engagement, motivation, and direction within the learning process.

Implementation of Team Quiz to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Elementary School Students

This research aims to enhance students' learning outcomes. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this research were 20 fourth-grade elementary school students. The instruments used were learning outcome tests, teacher and student observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used firstly involved continuous data reduction throughout the research. Secondly, data presentation was done in the form of a presentation of the improvement of students' abilities to determine learning completeness using individual, classical, mean, median, percentage analysis, and standard deviation formulas. Thirdly, data verification, where the categorization of learning outcomes is adjusted to the school. The results showed that the team quiz type of learning successfully improved students' learning outcomes in the class. In two cycles of learning, the percentage of mathematics completeness increased from 10% to 75%. This model is effective and recommended for further learning processes.

This study aims to describe about: (1) development of valid learning cycle teaching materials for improving student mathematics learning outcomes in grade VIII SMP North Tapanuli Regency, (2) development of practical learning cycle teaching materials for improving student mathematics learning outcomes in grade VIII SMP North Tapanuli Regency, (3) development of effective learning cycle teaching materials for improving student mathematics learning outcomes in grade VIII SMP North Tapanuli Regency, and (4) improving students' mathematics learning outcomes using teaching materials based on the learning cycle method developed in grade VIII of SMP North Tapanuli Regency. The subjects in this study are grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Parmonangan for the 2021/2022 academic year. The subjects in this study are grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Parmonangan for the 2021/2022 academic year. The object of this research is mathematics teaching materials developed based on learning cycle learning methods to improve mathematics learning outcomes of Pythagorean Theorem material. Research using the Plomp development model consists of investigation, design, realization/construction, test, evaluation and revision, and implementation phases. The product test consists of Teaching Material Validity Data Analysis consisting of three linguists, three material experts and three design experts, as well as data analysis of learning outcomes by calculating N-gain. The results of the study stated that (1) teaching materials based on the learning cycle method developed are valid, used to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in grade VIII SMP North Tapanuli Regency, (2) teaching materials based on the learning cycle method developed practically, used to improve student mathematics learning outcomes in grade VIII SMP North Tapanuli Regency, (3) teaching materials based on the learning cycle method developed effectively, used to improve student mathematics learning outcomes in grade VIII SMP North Tapanuli Regency, (4) teaching materials based on the learning cycle method developed can improve student learning outcomes in grade VIII SMP North Tapanuli Regency. The acquisition of calculated results or N-Gain value of 0.64 with the category of sufficient or good learning improvement results.

Elementary School Students' Effectiveness towards Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes in Additional Material

The low results of learning mathematics from year to year give rise to suggestions for students that mathematics is a difficult lesson. This needs to be researched to find out the relationship between mathematics learning attitudes, anxiety, habits, and additional mathematics learning outcomes. Quantitative research method with a survey approach. The subjects were 251 random sampling people. Data collection techniques using instruments adapted from Mathematics Learning Orientation which include attitudes, attention, and mathematics learning habits totaling 51 items. Analysis techniques using correlation and regression with SPSS software version 26.0. The findings show that attitudes, habits, and anxiety are positively and significantly related to mathematics learning. Mathematics learning anxiety has a moderate relationship, while mathematics learning attitudes and habits have a weak relationship to additional mathematics learning achievement. Another finding is that the relationship between anxiety about studying mathematics is the main predictor of additional material, compared to attitudes and habits about studying mathematics. The conclusion is that mathematics learning orientation is one of the factors that plays a very important role in determining the level of student achievement in mathematics. The contribution provides information that students who have a positive attitude in learning mathematics show good study habits, therefore the teacher's role is needed to build a positive attitude.

Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Third-Grade Students on the Material of Calculating the Perimeter and Area of Flat Buildings through the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model

Based on the learning results of class V students at SDS Islam An Nuriyah in South Jakarta, it shows that the results of learning Indonesian about writing summaries of the contents of children's books/stories are still below the specified KKM, namely 75. Of the 35 students, only 13 were able to reach the KKM. Therefore, improvements were made to Indonesian language learning regarding writing summaries of the contents of children's books/stories using the Jigsaw type Cooperative Learning method. This research method uses a cycle system consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research aims to improve learning and achieve the expected results. To improve student learning outcomes in writing summaries of the contents of children's books/stories, a Jigsaw type Cooperative Learning method solution is offered. The results of the research show that learning mastery in each cycle has increased using this method. In the pre-cycle, there were only 13 students whose learning completeness was above the KKM 75 out of 35 students (40.00%). In cycle 1 it increases to 19 people (54.29%). Meanwhile in cycle 2 it increased to 28 people (80.00%). The results of this research can improve learning outcomes. This research can be concluded that the Jigsaw type Cooperative Learning method can improve the learning outcomes of class V students at SDS Islam An Nuriyah in Indonesian language lessons on writing summaries of the contents of children's books/stories.

Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Third Grade Students on the Material of Calculating the Perimeter and Area of Flat Buildings through the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model at SDN Kuningan Barat 03 Pagi Mampang Prapatan South Jakarta in 2017-2018

The background of this study is based on the results of observations of third grade students of SDN Kuningan Barat 03 Pagi who have low learning outcomes or have not reached the KKM in Mathematics material on calculating the perimeter and area of flat shapes (square and rectangle). The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes in Mathematics lessons for third grade students on the perimeter and area of flat shapes at SDN Kuningan Barat 03 Pagi. This research uses a class action research method with a cycle system consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects used in this study were third grade students totaling 24 students consisting of 12 boys and 12 girls with different ability backgrounds. The results obtained in the pre-cycle with 45.83% completeness and in cycle I 66.67% while in cycle 2 there was an increase in learning outcomes, namely with 91.67% completeness. The conclusion of this study is that learning by using the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of third grade Mathematics students on the material of calculating the perimeter and area of flat shapes at SDN Kuningan Barat 03 Pagi.

Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes Through the Consideration Model for Class VII Students

Purpose of the study: The current research aims to determine student learning outcomes in class VII which are improved through the application of a decision-making model, namely the consideration model.
 Methodology: This research uses the classroom action research method, the sample involved in this research is class VII students. There are several research procedures that will be carried out, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The quantitative data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis, while qualitative data is assessed verbally when observing the learning process.
 Main Findings: Based on the results of research and descriptive analysis, the average value of mathematics learning outcomes after implementing the Consideration Model in cycle I was 64.80. Meanwhile, the average value of learning outcomes after implementing the Consideration Model in cycle II was 77.83. Class VII students' mathematics learning outcomes have increased. This increase is caused by the learning techniques used which can increase student activity and reduce student tension in learning mathematics.
 Novelty/Originality of this study: Previous research aimed to determine the model of consideration and value clarification in improving affective abilities. Meanwhile, this research is new in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes through the consideration model.

Efforts to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes Using Napier Bone Teaching Aids for Elementary School Students

Purpose of the study: This research aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes in multiplication calculation operations using Napier bone teaching aids so that an active, creative, enjoyable learning process can be produced and ultimately complete learning outcomes can be achieved.
 Methodology:This research was conducted using mixed methods, namely quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The qualitative method was carried out using a type of classroom action research. Meanwhile, quantitative methods use observation techniques, and formative tests are analyzed using descriptive techniques. The sample for this research was 33 fourth grade elementary school students, consisting of 16 boys and 17 girls. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques use percentage statistics and qualitative using miles and huberman.
 Main Findings: The results of observations carried out in cycle I followed by a formal test showed data in the form of a class average result of 45.75. In cycle II the average student formal test result was 61.21 and the difference between cycles I and II proved that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. In cycle III the average formal test result was 72.12. Meanwhile, the students' achievement of the Minimum Completeness Criteria ) has been achieved in accordance with the class KKM achievement standard, namely 87.9%.
 Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this research is that it is a means of creating interesting activities and games that encourage direct learning and foster a deeper understanding of multiplication.

Implementation of the NHT Type Cooperative Learning Model to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes

At the Integrated Agricultural Vocational High School in Riau Province, there are many problems faced by students in the process of learning mathematics, including the lack of motivation to learn, students are less active in learning activities, students have difficulty mastering the material, and students' basic mathematical abilities are low, so this will also affect student learning outcomes. The results of the author's observations as a teacher in Class XII APHP 1 found that most students had difficulty solving math problems, so this had an effect on student learning outcomes that were not optimal. Researchers think that a learning model is needed that can activate students during teaching and learning activities. The learning model that is expected to encourage activeness, independence and responsibility in students is the NHT cooperative learning model. Through the application of the NHT type cooperative learning model, it is hoped that it can increase the learning activity of class XII APHP 1 students so that student learning outcomes will also increase.

Penggunaan Pajum Pada Siswa Kelas II SD Negeri Merauke Materi Penjumlahan dengan Teknik Menyimpan

This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The aim of the research is to improve Mathematics learning outcomes regarding Addition of Two Numbers using Saving Techniques for grade II students at SD Negeri 2 Merauke for the 2022/2023 academic year by using the Addition Board (Pajum) teaching aid until they reach the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC). The research is said to be successful if all students have reached the MCC 65. The results of the research show that there has been an increase, that Pajum teaching aids make learning material more interesting and simple. So it shows that there was an increase in the percentage of learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects before the action of 12 (43%) students who completed the first cycle, there was an increase to 18 (64%) students and after the second cycle it increased to 28 (100%) students who completed it. In accordance with the aim of this research, namely the use of Pajum teaching aids can improve learning outcomes about Adding Two Numbers with Saving Techniques for grade II SD Negeri 2 Merauke for the 2022/2023 Academic Year until they reach the MCC.

Teams Games Tournament Type Cooperative Learning Model as a Solution to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes Integer Calculation Operation Material in Grade VI Students of Al-Azhar Bekasi Elementary School

Mathematics is one of the most important subjects to be mastered well by students, this is because learning mathematics has benefits for everyday life. This study aims to improve learning outcomes in mathematics in elementary school students and to apply the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in improving mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students. This study used a qualitative approach and the data analysis process emphasized the conclusion of comparative literature reviews from several scientific journals. The results showed that using the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in the cognitive aspect, thus it can be concluded that the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model can be used as a solution to improve mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools. PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MATERI PECAHAN SISWA KELAS II SEKOLAH DASAR

In class II of the Merico room at Santa Ursula Ende Catholic Elementary School, students generally experience difficulties when asked to work on questions, both on the blackboard and in books, even though the students actually have good abilities. To overcome the problems above, the step that needs to be taken is to apply a problem based learning model. This research aims to improve Mathematics learning outcomes in class II fraction material by using a problem based learning model at Santa Ursula Catholic Elementary School in Ende, Ende Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research went through the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that in cycle I the average student score was 69.88 and learning completeness reached 48%, while in cycle II the average student score was 82.22% and learning completeness reached 89%. In this way, the use of the problem based learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fraction material for Class II students in the Merico room at Santa Ursula Catholic Elementary School, Ende for the academic year 2023/2024.

Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes Through Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) Models with Auxiliary Objects of the Surrounding Environment at Madigondo Samigaluh Public Elementary School, Kulon Progo Regency, 2021/2022 Academic Year

This research was conducted to improve mathematics learning outcomes in the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic era through face-to-face meetings, increase student motivation in learning and improve teachers' abilities in carrying out teaching and learning activities. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were all fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Madigondo Kapanewon Samigaluh for the 2021/2022 academic year, with a total of 14 students consisting of 9 boys and 5 girls. The object of research is solving problems related to learning mathematics by using the CTL learning model to increase student motivation and achievement as well as teaching abilities in teaching and learning activities. The data collection technique in this study used the evaluation of student test assessments and observation sheets. The results showed that there was an increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes through the CTL learning model, namely in cycle I for 1st meeting of 55.56% in the "very low" category, and in 2nd meeting, the percentage of learning completeness was obtained by 66.67% in the "low" category, while in cycle II for 1st meeting percentage of 77.78% category "Enough" and at 2nd meeting obtained a percentage of 100%. The results showed that there was an increase in the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Madigondo Kapanewon Samigaluh, namely in cycle I for the 1st meeting obtained a percentage of 49.39%, and the 2nd meeting obtained a percentage of 70.31%. While in cycle II for 1st meeting obtained a percentage of 84.60%, and the second meeting obtained a percentage of 92.70%. The results showed an increase in the current teacher's ability (KBM), that is, in cycle I a presentation of 89.68% was obtained with a conversion of 4 "Very Satisfactory" values, while in cycle II a percentage of 95.91% was obtained with a conversion of 4 "Very Satisfactory" values.

Implementasi Model Pembelajaran TGT dan Media Quizizz untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika pada Siswa Kelas 3 di SDN 23 Ampenan

This research is entitled: "Implementation of the TGT Learning Model and Quizizz Media to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes for Grade 3 Students at SDN 23 Ampenan". The aim of this research is to improve learning outcomes in mathematics lessons regarding angles through the Teams Games Tournaments type learning model for students in Class III SDN 23 Ampenan. The method used in this research is Action Research which consists of 2 (two) cycles, and each cycle consists of: Planning, Implementation, Observation and reflection. Based on the results of action research, the Teams Games Tournaments Type Learning Model can improve the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class III students at SDN 23 Ampenan. Furthermore, the researcher recommends: (1) Teachers who experience the same difficulties can apply the Teams Games Tournaments Type Learning Model to improve the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class III students. (2) In order to get maximum results, teachers are expected to better understand the Teams Games Tournaments Learning Model.

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran PBL (Project Based Learning) pada Siswa Kelas IVA SDN 48 Cakranegara

This research aims to improve Mathematics learning outcomes through the application of the PBL (Project Based Learning) learning model for class IV students at SDN 48 Cakranegara for the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in 2 cycles consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, evaluation and reflection stages. Each cycle consists of one meeting. The results of this research show an increase from cycle to cycle. In cycle I, students' Classical Completeness reached 73% with teacher activity in the very good category and student activity in the quite active category. In cycle II, students' calculus completion reached 88.4% with teacher activity being in the very good category and student activity being in the very active category, this means that Classroom Action Research (PTK) has met the indicators to be achieved. Therefore, based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the PBL (Project Based Learning) learning model in class IVA students at SDN 48 Cakranegara for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika melalui Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik Siswa Kelas Vb SD Negeri 2 Sungai Raya

This study aims to improve Mathematics learning outcomes through Realistic Mathematics Learning in class VB students of State Elementary School 2 Sungai Raya. The learning outcomes used include cognitive learning outcomes and student attitudes during learning. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively with the class teacher. This research design used a modified Kemmis & McTaggart model in 2 cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The object of the research was the learning outcomes of Mathematics through Realistic Mathematics Learning. Data collection techniques were testing and observation. Data analysis techniques were descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the Mathematics learning outcomes of VB grade students of State Elementary School 2 Sungai Raya could improve after being given action through Realistic Mathematics Learning. In realistic Mathematics Learning used is to use real problems in life, use props, discuss results, and find concepts, then the teacher introduces standard procedures/formulas and relates other concepts in mathematics that are related. Students do not immediately get the formula but first students are directly involved in making observations using props and group discussions so that they find concepts. Initial cognitive learning outcomes showed that as many as 8 students (30%) had reached the KKM then in cycle I increased to 18 students (67%) and in cycle II increased to 23 students (85%). The average result of the attitude of cycle I reached 63% while cycle II obtained an average result of attitude of 81%. Thus, Realistic Mathematics Learning can improve the learning outcomes of mathematics students in class VB SD Negeri 2 Sungai Raya.

Bruner's learning theory is a student-centered discovery learning model. This study aims to determine the application of Bruner's theory in improving student mathematics learning outcomes. This study used qualitative research methods. Students learn through active engagement with concepts and principles, and teachers encourage students to gain experience by engaging in activities that allow them to discover concepts and principles for themselves. In using Brunner's theory in geometric learning it can be said to be successful because it helps students to understand and recognize the parts of geometric shapes and geometric materials. Based on these results, it means that the application of Bruner's theory can improve student learning outcomes in elementary school geometric learning.
