Abstract

This research aims to enhance students' learning outcomes. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this research were 20 fourth-grade elementary school students. The instruments used were learning outcome tests, teacher and student observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used firstly involved continuous data reduction throughout the research. Secondly, data presentation was done in the form of a presentation of the improvement of students' abilities to determine learning completeness using individual, classical, mean, median, percentage analysis, and standard deviation formulas. Thirdly, data verification, where the categorization of learning outcomes is adjusted to the school. The results showed that the team quiz type of learning successfully improved students' learning outcomes in the class. In two cycles of learning, the percentage of mathematics completeness increased from 10% to 75%. This model is effective and recommended for further learning processes.
