Improvement of regulatory mechanisms in public administration as an element of innovation development of economy of Ukraine

The questions aimed at the improvement of the regulatory mechanisms in the public administration are discussed. The aim of the research is a definition of the drawbacks of the implementation mechanism (which exists in Ukraine) of the regulatory activity of its subjects and its prospects of the improvement at the present stage of the innovation development of our state economy. The drawbacks of the mechanism of the implementation of regulatory activities of its subjects are revealed, the recommendations are presented to improve the implementation of the regulatory activity in the context of the E-governance. The implementation of system development of information relations of all its members are proved with the full usage of information and communication technologies in order to provide the direct and open dialogue between citizens and business groups with public authorities in the implementation of regulatory activities. The suggested recommendations will allow integrating the traditional public administration in the field of regulatory activity with electronic one. The research results can be applied in the practical activity of state and local authorities under the implementation of regulatory activity in order to increase its efficiency, as well as by non-governmental organizations under the implementation of public control over the regulatory activity of the public administration.
