This study aims to find out the first, to find out the level of student career planning when the career guidance program is in the independent learning curriculum, the second is whether there is a difference after being given a career guidance program in the independent learning curriculum. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study included school principals, deputy principals for curriculum, vice principals for student affairs, counseling teachers and students at SMKN 3 Madiun. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of this study it can be seen First; The implementation of the counseling program at SMKN 3 Madiun is quite good. Judging from the implementation of information services where the teacher always provides information about the world of work and the industrial world, the counseling teacher always provides counseling services to their students through class hours determined by the classical service method, the counseling teacher is also ready to provide individual counseling services when there are students who experience problems. . Second; The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMKN 3 Madiun was carried out well. Judging from the curriculum program that has been implemented and compiled by several teachers, it is sufficient to facilitate the implementation of learning for teachers and streamline learning or material provided to students. Supporting factors for the implementation of student career planning are categorized as quite good, schools always support the implementation of student career planning by carrying out several activities such as EduFair or JobFair to determine student career plans whether they want to continue on to higher education or the world of work.

Prediction the Level of the Electromagnetic Background Created by Constellations of Satellites Near the Earth’s Surface Using Registration Data

A technique has been proposed for predicting the average intensity of electromagnetic background created near the Earth’s surface by a constellation of communication satellites, taking into account the number of satellites in the constellation, the satellite total radiated power, parameters of its radiation in the main and side lobes, the orbit altitude and restrictions on the tilt angle of service of ground-based equipment. The results of the analysis of the dependence of the average electromagnetic background levels at the Earth’s surface on the number of satellites in the constellation under various scenarios for the implementation of information services for terrestrial subscriber terminals are presented, confirming the adequacy of the developed approach. It is concluded that the expected levels of electromagnetic background in the microwave range created by megaconstellations of low-orbit communication satellites are many orders of magnitude higher than the levels of electromagnetic background of natural origin, which significantly changes the physical characteristics of the habitat.

Efektivitas Layanan Informasi dengan Teknik Role Playing untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMAN 2 Palembayan

Learning motivation is a very important factor in the learning process. High learning motivation can encourage students to undertake learning activities and will have an impact on student learning achievement. The study aims to look at the effectiveness of the implementation of information services with role-playing techniques to improve student learning motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the kind of research Quasi Experiment project The Non Equivalent Control Group. As for the population in this study is the whole of students SMAN 2 Palembayan classes X and XI, sampling using purposive samplings, then sampled are classes XIF2 and XIF3. The technique used in the data collection is by spreading questionnaires in the form of motivational learning racket, further analysed using the comparison of the gain score table and the Mann U Whitney 2 Independent Sample Test. The results of this study show that the implementation of information services with role-playing techniques can improve student learning motivation.

Scientific Communication Initiative at a Medical Military Library

Implementation of new scholarly communication library service in the digital age is characterized by the competitive forces between the old library information services and the ambiguity of future information services. This research analyzes the development process of scientific initiative and collaborative partnership in the military medical library environment aimed to enhance the quality of scientific communication and information skills in military residents and clinicians. The hindering internal and external forces and facilitators of developing and implementing scientific initiative service in the military medical library are evaluated. The environmental analysis was conducted to determine the scholarly communication needs in the scholarly military medical environment. The ambassador-based model was used for the development of scientific communication initiative (SCI) at the military medical library. The SCI consisted of two components: library information communication and scientific communication. This implementation in the military medical environment enhanced scholarly communication, research skills development, and information education. A collaborative Scientific Hub, and liaison partnerships with military graduate medical education program directors and clinicians enhanced the scientific communication and information skills in residents. The Ambassador model, used in the development of scientific initiative in academic and military environments, was valuable for developing and implementing specialized interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary information services in the academic and military environment. Higher education hierarchy, educational needs, organizational hierarchy, academic culture, and educational environment influence the implementation of information services in academic and military environments.

Efektivitas Layanan Informasi dengan Format Klasikal Menggunakan Metode Small Group Discussion untuk Meningkatkan Self-Efficacy Akademik Siswa SMA Negeri 10 Padang

Academic self-efficacy is one of the many factors that can affect student learning achievement. Someone who has good academic self-efficacy, will feel that he is always ready and alert in completing his academic tasks without any doubts about his condition. in completing their academic tasks without any doubts about their own condition. This study aims to see the effectiveness of the implementation of information services with a classical format using the small group discussion method to improve students' academic self-efficacy. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the type of research Quasi Experiment design The Non-Equivalent Control Group. The population in this study were Phase E students of SMA Negeri 10 Padang, sampling using purposive sampling method, then obtained samples of Phase E 4 and Phase E 9 classes. The technique used in data collection is by distributing questionnaires, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and Mann-Whitney U 2 Independent Sample Test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of information services with a classical format using the small group discussion method is effective in increasing students' academic self-efficacy. Specifically, the use of this method increases better academic self-efficacy.

PERAN LAYANAN INFORMASI GUNA MENINGKATAKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA DI SMPN 282 JAKARTA

It is easy to find that there are some who experience difficulties in the learning process of their students in class, all of which are influenced by the low learning motivation that students have. Motivation itself has a very important role in the process of student learning activities. But sometimes student motivation can decrease due to several factors, both internal and external. There are several guidance and counseling services, one of which is information services. Where this information service itself can be provided to students in order to provide information about the problems experienced by students. The research conducted has the objectives of: 1) Knowing the role of information services to increase students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta with student learning motivation, 2) Obstacles in the implementation of information service activities at SMPN 282 Jakarta, 3) The reality of students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta. Data collection techniques in this study, using observation and interviews. This research was also conducted with a descriptive descriptive type of research, with the support of some literature study materials. therefore, the research data that researchers get will be strong. The results of this study show that: 1) Guidance and Counseling teachers plan information services by adjusting students' needs, 2) There is involvement of the teacher/homeroom teacher and the school in the implementation of information services, 3) The form of the reality of learning motivation carried out by students in school. What can be found is that information services can increase students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta

Implementation Of Information Services with The Approach to Cognitive Behavior Therapy to Improve Learning Independence at SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik

This study aims to determine the implementation of information services using the cognitive behavior therapy approach to increase learning independence at SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik. The subjects in this study were counseling teachers, subject teachers and students in class IX, while the objects in this study were 15 students in class IX-F at SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik, who experienced problems with lack of independent learning. Implementation of the service is carried out in two times the provision of information services. This research is qualitative research and to obtain data and information in this study, observations and interviews were carried out. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The level of digital competencies for the provision of smart information service at academic libraries in Jordan

PurposeTechnological advancement has forced academic libraries to change their traditional services and routines by adopting emerging technologies to respond to the changing information needs of their users who are now more technologically inclined and prefer to access information remotely and in a timely manner. Smart technologies are the recent trends in academic libraries. This research aims to investigate the level of smart information service implementation at academic libraries in Jordan. It also aimed to investigate the correlation between the level of smart information services offered by the libraries and the level of digital competencies among the library staff.Design/methodology/approachThis research is designed using survey design to collect comprehensive information from the study participants. A questionnaire was disseminated to 340 respondents, and 246 questionnaires were returned and were suitable for analysis with a response rate of 72.4%.FindingsThe results indicated a moderate level of smart information service offered by academic libraries, as well as a moderate level of digital skills associated with the advocacy of smart information services. The results also indicated a strong and positive relationship between the level of smart information services at the investigated libraries and the level of digital competencies among the librarians.Practical implicationsThe findings will help other academic libraries understand how to respond to the emergent change in users’ information-seeking behavior by understanding their available human resources competencies and the requirement to undergo this emergent change.Originality/valueThis paper provides insights and practical solutions for academic libraries in response to global information trends based on users’ behaviors. This research was conducted in Jordan as one of the developing countries and hence it provides insights of the situation there. It will help academic libraries in Jordan and the region to handle and cope with the challenges associated with technology acceptance based on its staff level of digital competencies. The contribution of this research that it was done in a developing country where progress in the filed can be considered slow because of many factors, mainly economics, where institutions focus on essential library objectives, which are information resources development and databases subscriptions.

Perceptions on The Implementation of Information Services in Class XI High Schools in Bayah District, Lebak Banten Regency

This research is expected to help Guidance and Counseling Teachers know students' perceptions of BK services provided in schools. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of 612 students of class XI at the senior high school level in the Bayah District. The sample taken in this study was 242 students. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire on students' perceptions of information services which consisted of 52 statement items. The results of the research as a whole show that students' perceptions of the implementation of information services in high school level schools in Bayah District, obtained students who have perceptions in the very low category as much as 7.4%, the low category as many as 16.9%, the medium category as much as 52.5%, the high category as many as 17.4 % and very high category as much as 5.8%. Based on this, it is concluded that most students have a moderate perception of the implementation of information services in schools, as much as 52.5%.

Implementasi Layanan Informasi dalam Menanggulangi Tindakan Cyberbullying di SMA Swasta Al–Maksum Desa Cinta Rakyat Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan

This study entitled "Implementation of Information Services in Dealing with Cyberbullying in Al-Maksum Private High School Cinta Rakyat Village, Percut Sei Tuan District" which aims to find out: (1) The role of the Counseling Teacher in providing information services in tackling cyberbullying in Al-Maksum Private High School Percut Sei Tuan District (2) The impact caused by cyberbullying which resulted in the physical and psychological conditions of students at school. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, research data collection is carried out by utilizing observation, interviews and documentation studies. The findings of this study reveal two findings, namely: (1) Counseling teachers play an important role in implementing information services in schools, one of which is providing direction and information knowledge about cyberbullying. Counseling teachers provide services in the form of information to Al-Masum Private High School students about understanding the effects of cyberbullying on changes in behavior caused to people subjected to cyberbullying. (2) The impact of changes in students' social behavior. Changes occur significantly. Because there are some students who experience changes in their social behavior, namely after the cyberbullying action occurs it causes a student to want to quit school and the student's level of self-confidence decreases.

 Bullying is a phenomenon of violence that has spread to the world of education. Guidance and counseling efforts are the right efforts that can prevent bullying. Therefore, it is appropriate as a counseling guidance teacher to take preventive action against this. The purpose of this study is to explore in depth data on the effectiveness of information services in preventing bullying with qualitative research methods that seek to describe research findings and find facts with instruments of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The informants in this study were BK SMK Negeri 1 Panjatan teachers, SMK Negeri 1 Panjatan heads, and SMK Negeri 1 Panjatan students. The results of this study can be seen that the implementation of information services at SMK Negeri 1 Panjatan in terms of its implementation is coordinated, systematic, and has been determined through the Service Unit (Satlan) and Service Implementation Plan (RPL), in preventing bullying by counseling guidance teachers not only solely information services provided but also other services such as group guidance as a follow-up service that aims to achieve self-understanding for victims or students who have the potential to become victims of bullying. Information services in preventing bullying at SMK Negeri 1 Panjatan have been effective and have a good impact on students so that it creates a complete understanding of the benefits of solidarity, mutual respect, and the negative impact of bullying for perpetrators and victims. In this case, it is also assisted by the existence of special programs for the missionary corps, mandatory ablution, dhuha prayers and the participation or coordination of teachers in the field of study, homeroom teachers and counseling guidance personnel in supervising students at SMK Negeri 1 Panjatan.
 
 
 

The Implementation of Information Services in the Prevention of Drugs Abuse in School

This study aims to describe the implementation of information services in the context of preventing drug abuse in schools. The type of this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Informants in this study included school principals, deputy principals, heads of administrative affairs, counseling guidance teachers (counselors), and students. The research was carried out for 3 (three) consecutive months, namely June, July, and August 2021. The research data will be tested for credibility through diligent observation, triangulation, discussing research results, adequacy of references, and analysis of research cases. The results show that the implementation of information services in the context of preventing narcotics abuse in schools includes aspects of information service material (understanding, types, and factors of narcotics abuse) and information service methods (lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and the use of guide books). Supporting this implementation, it is hoped that there will be a strengthening of the concept and consistency of counselors (supervising teachers) and peer tutors in equipping students with insights, knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in implementing these information services through the effectiveness of training and deepening of information material.

Profile of Online Information Service Program Implementation at SMPN in Padang Pariaman District

This research is motivated by the obstacles of BK teachers in providing questionnaires to analyze the needs of students through WhatsAPP Group, students who do not respond and are indifferent in the implementation of the information services provided and the obstacles of BK teachers in determining information service materials to be provided through WhatsAPP Group . The purpose of this study is to describe 1). Planning, 2). Implementation, 3). Evaluation, 4). Result analysis 5). Follow-up in the implementation of online guidance and counseling teacher information services. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The research population was 49 BK teachers who were selected by purposive sampling technique as many as 30 BK teachers samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Meanwhile, for data analysis using descriptive statistics with percentage techniques. The results of research on the implementation of online information service programs at SMPNs throughout Padang Pariaman Regency are seen from 1). Planning is in the effective category, 2). Implementation is in the effective category, 3). Evaluation is in the effective category, 4). The analysis of the results is in the effective category, 5). Follow-up is in the effective category. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for BK teachers to further improve the implementation of online information services in order to get even better results.

The Role of The Guidance and Counseling Teacher in Improving Student’s Argumentation Ability at MTS Mal UIN North Sumatra Medan

This study aims to describe the role of BK teachers in improving students' ability to argue at MTs MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The research subjects were BK teachers, students of MTs MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan, subject teachers taken by snowball sampling. Interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by editing, classifying, reducing and presenting data. The results showed that: 1) The argumentation ability of class VII students of MTs MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan can now be said to be even better, in the sense that students dare to argue and do not show shy behavior when arguing. 2) The form of the guidance and counseling teacher's role in improving students' argumentation skills through the implementation of information services, group guidance and content mastery and collaborating with subject teachers and homeroom teachers. there is a special time allocated to carry out guidance and counseling. Meanwhile, the BK teacher's efforts in overcoming these obstacles are by continuing to provide guidance and direction to students so that they are still willing to follow the implementation of guidance and counseling services and make closeness that touches students' socio-emotional. BK teachers also take advantage of the empty lesson hours because the teacher is not present to provide counseling services.

Modern View on Information Services Provided by Service Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Procedures for the implementation of information services provided by service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine have been studied. The analysis of doctrinal provisions allowed us to conclude about the multiplicity of information services and differences in the procedure for their provision, which necessitated the classification of these procedures in order to identify their fundamental features, namely: depending on the subject of provision; according to the method of providing information; depending on the need for payment; depending on the availability of the information service procedure; according to the definition of the range of consumers; depending on the possibility of refusing to provide this type of administrative services; according to the content of the information service. The authors have singled out specific features of information services provided by service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which significantly distinguish them from other types (permit and registration) services, in particular: can be provided both personalized and non-personalized; the vast majority of information services are provided in electronic form and do not require a personal application to the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine; almost all information services are provided free of charge; most information services do not have procedures because they are provided automatically online; relative limitation of the scope of information administrative services that are reduced to: registration, operation, including driver skills, certificates of international standard providing the right to drive a vehicle, and the sale of a vehicle, as well as providing information from the information resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The authors have offered to amend the current legislation in terms of improving the procedure for the implementation of information services provided by service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The Survey on the Implementation of Online Tutoring Information Services at SMP PGRI 1 Buduran Sidoarjo

This study aims to determine tutoring services to identify the implementation of information services for students of SMP PGRI 1 Buduran during the pandemic. The method applied was descriptive qualitative, in the form of a survey research involving BK SMP PGRI 1 Buduran Sidoarjo teachers as informants. The data collection technique used in this study used data triangulation carried out by interview and observation methods, as well as document data collection. The conclusion from the results shows that the tutoring information service shows that the implementation of tutoring services during this pandemic is not effective enough due to limited time, place, and the situation is quite difficult to meet face to face with students directly, but counselors always try to provide good services. and continuously according to student needs so that students even during the pandemic can still get proper and good learning.

Satisfaction of drug information services implementation in Air Itam, Selindung, Girimaya, Gerunggang and Melintang health centre Pangkalpinang City


 Background: Previous studies have shown that the service quality of the pharmaceutical drug information service has not been optimally implemented. This problem also occurred in Pangkalpinang city. Therefore, it is essential to conduct a study on the satisfaction of drug information service implementation to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services. 
 Aim: Examining the satisfaction of drug information service implementation in Air Itam, Selindung, Girimaya, Gerunggang, and Melintang health centres Pangkalpinang city. 
 Method: This observational research was conducted from March to December 2018 in Air Itam, Selindung, Girimaya, Gerunggang, and Melintang health centres, Pangkalpinang city. It involved 150 patients selected by accidental sampling techniques, and the bivariate analyses were performed using the dependent t-test. 
 Results: The quality of drug information service implementation in all dimensions was good, and there were significant differences in tangibility (p < 0.0001), reliability (p = 0.025), and empathy (p = 0.011). All respondents were quite satisfied with the drug information service implementation in all dimensions, with a significant difference in the dimensions of tangibility (p = 0.002), reliability (p = 0.045), and empathy (p = 0.045). 
 Conclusion: All respondents were quite satisfied with the drug information service implementation in all dimensions.

Status and prospects for the libraries of academic research institutes (as the case study of SB RAS Novosibirsk Scientific Center libraries). Part 2

The authors analyze the survey of the Novosibirsk Scientific Center’s libraries related to the relevant services provided by academic libraries. In Part 2, the authors discuss the findings for traditional and innovative services; attitude of library directors toward the newest services, and the latest developments. On the whole, the libraries of SB RAS research institutes enforce the widest range of activities and services based on the newest technologies. However, to offer modern information services, the librarians have to interact with researchers (experts) as their obvious partners. Through analyzing the survey results, the authors came to the following conclusions: all libraries have been accomplishing their traditional tasks; despite their adaptation to a new environment, as far as implementation of information services is concerned, they have remained at the level 1990s – early 2000s; library top managers demonstrate interest toward new knowledge and skills needed to offer innovative services to their users.

The Effect of Information Services Toward Confidence Students’ in Expressing Opinions

This research aims to determine the effect of information services on confidence in expressing opinions in student online lectures. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with the type of Pre test-post test one group design. The subjects in this study were 30 students in semesters 1 and 3 who had low confidence in expressing their opinions. The instrument used is a self-confidence scale in expressing opinions. Instruments are given before and after the implementation of information services. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Pre-test data in the experimental group obtained an average = 73.5 while the post-test data obtained an average = 119.30. This data is in accordance with the Wilcoxon level test obtained Jcount = 132 while Jtable = 105. Based on the critical value table J for the Wilcoxon marked level test for n = 30, = 0.05 the hypothesis is accepted. That is, there is a significant effect of providing information services on confidence in expressing opinions on online student recovery.
