With the rapid development of the Internet, information processing work in universities has also increased, from libraries to electronic book management platforms, everything is available. Although the number of libraries we have is constantly increasing and people's attention to them is also increasing, their existence is often universal, non-existent, and sometimes incomplete, which brings great difficulties to our daily management. Analyzed the workflow and functional requirements of university libraries, and applied them in practice to achieve better results. On this basis, the paper provides a detailed analysis of the main functions and various forms of the enterprise financial management information system. SQL Server 2008 is a database based system with high confidentiality and large-scale storage capacity. Through this concept and approach, one can better grasp and grasp the business skills required in daily work and work, greatly improving work efficiency. A library MIS based on AIS/S model was constructed using an A/S model and a SQL Server database. This software is user centered and librarian centered. They proposed a system to the library that maximized its workflow and improved its service management and supply.

Analysis of The Influence of Financial Information Systems, Internal Control Systems, and Information Technology on Quality of Financial Reports

The present study investigates the effects of information technology utilization, regional financial management information system implementation, and internal control system implementation on the integrity of financial reports generated by regional governments. A causal connection distinguishes the present investigation. Surveys were utilized to collect data, and questionnaires were distributed to respondents as part of the methodology. Respondents to the study were government employees. The samples used in this study were selected through convenience sampling. The research approach employed in this investigation was multiple regression analysis. According to this research, no observable correlation between local governments' degree of information technology implementation and the caliber of financial reports they generate can be identified. Nevertheless, the integrity of financial reporting can be improved through the implementation of financial management information systems and internal controls. An effective financial management information system can facilitate the production of financial reports of superior quality that adhere to specific regulations. The above system should address data security issues, timely information retrieval, report precision, report variety, and compliance with governmental financial report standards. Similarly, the enhancement of financial report quality generated by local governments can be achieved by implementing a resilient internal control system comprising communication, monitoring, the control environment, risk assessment, and control measures. The concurrent implementation of internal control systems, information technology implementation, and financial management information system establishment all contribute to improving the quality of financial reports produced by local governments.

Barriers to healthcare data quality and recommendations in public health facilities in Dire Dawa city administration, eastern Ethiopia: a qualitative study.

Maintaining good quality of healthcare data at various levels is a critical challenge in developing countries. The barriers to healthcare data quality remain largely unexplored in eastern Ethiopia. This study aimed to assess the barriers to quality of healthcare data in urban public health facilities in the Dire Dawa city administration from 7 April to 7 May 2019. An institutional-based qualitative exploratory approach was used among 17 purposefully selected key informants. In-depth interviews were inductively coded using the ATLAS.ti 7.5.4 version software. Inductive analysis was used by semantically analyzing the explicit content of the data to determine our themes. Several key themes and subthemes with different barriers, some of which are mutually non-exclusive, were identified. These include: Organizational Barriers: Lack of an adequate health management information system and data clerk staff, poor management commitment, lack of post-training follow-up, work overload, frequent duty rotation, lack of incentives for good performers, lack of targeted feedback, and poor culture of information use. Behavioral/Individual Barriers: Gaps in the skill of managers and health professionals, lack of adequate awareness of each indicator and its definitions, inadequate educational competence, lack of feeling of ownership, poor commitment, lack of daily tallying, and lack of value for data. Technical Barriers: Lack of a standard form, diverse and too many data entry formats, manual data collection, shortage of supplies, failure to repair system break down in a timely manner, interruption in electricity and network, delay in digitizing health information systems, lack of post-training follow-up, and inadequate supervision. External Barriers: Poor collaboration between stakeholders, dependence on the software program of non-governmental organizations, and very hot weather conditions. Diverse and complex barriers to maintenance of data quality were identified. Developing standardized health management information system implementation plans, providing advanced supervisory-level training, supportive supervision, and site-level mentorship may be very effective in identifying and resolving bottleneck data quality issues. Healthcare managers should understand the imperative of data quality and accept responsibility for its improvement and maintenance. Interventions targeted only at supplies will not fully overcome limitations to data quality. Motivation of staff and recognition of best performance can motivate others and can create cooperation among staff.

DIRECT EFFECT ANALYSIS OF ONLINE INTEGRATED BANKING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND COMPLIANCE OF SUMUT BANK

This study investigates the influence of the OLIBs management information system implementation in PT Bank Sumut Pematang Siantar Branch's banking services on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and compliance. Employing quantitative analysis via Smart PLS, collected data was assessed. Outcomes highlight a significant positive impact of OLIBs on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and compliance. Smart PLS analysis establishes notable connections between OLIBs-related factors (service quality, accessibility, personalization, data security) and customer-oriented aspects. The study suggests that embracing OLIBs can amplify customer satisfaction, loyalty, and compliance. Implications extend to PT Bank Sumut Pematang Siantar Branch and other financial entities, providing insights to refine strategies, uphold robust relationships, and ensure compliance, ultimately enhancing overall customer experiences.

Analysis of Management Information System Implementation by adopting the HOT-FIT Framework in Higher Education

The purpose of this paper is to determine the implementation of the HOT-FIT framework written by Yusof, et. all, (2006) [19] in tertiary institutions in the industrial era 4.0. Where HOT-FIT framework consists of technological factors, human factors, organizational factors and net benefits and the authors do not add other components. In the technology factor, a network quality component was added, considering that in the industry era 4.0 network quality was one of the important factors in implementing management information systems. Human factors, the authors add user motivation where motivation is the key to successful system implementation in tertiary institutions. The organization factor is added environment, budgeting and supporting where the writer adopts a paper written by Winanti, et. all [10]. This research discusses the integration of Management Information System (MIS) in digital marketing strategies through the Instagram platform. Using a qualitative approach with a case study, the research elaborates on the utilization of MIS in collecting and analyzing customer data and its impact on digital marketing effectiveness. The main findings indicate that MIS plays a crucial role in enhancing understanding of customer behavior, facilitating team coordination, and expediting marketing decision-making. However, challenges such as resource availability and employee training are also identified. The results of this study provide in-depth insights into the role of MIS in the context of Instagram digital marketing and offer practical recommendations to enhance MIS implementation and digital marketing strategy efficiency.

Digital Transformations in Vocational High School: A Case Study of Management Information System Implementation in Banda Aceh, Indonesia

This study examines the digital transformation in vocational education through the implementation of a Management Information System (MIS) in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Focused on enhancing educational administration and decision-making, the study provides insightful analysis on the integration of MIS in State Vocational High School (SMK), specifically SMKN 1 and SMKN 3 in Banda Aceh. A purposive sampling method was employed for usability testing. The questionnaire-based usability test revealed high reliability and positive user responses across multiple indicators. Data analysis affirmed the system's high user satisfaction, effectiveness, and ease of use. Despite limitations, the study highlights the significant potential of well-designed MIS in improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction in educational settings. Future research directions include expanding the sample size, conducting longitudinal studies, incorporating qualitative methods, and exploring the impact on educational outcomes, to enhance the generalizability and depth of understanding regarding the role of MIS in education.

Digital Transformation of the Management Information System (MIS) at Pondok AnNahdloh, Selangor, Malaysia

The role of information technology in enhancing institutional quality, particularly at Pondok AnNahdloh in Malaysia, cannot be underestimated. Information technology is vital in elevating an institution's standards by improving efficiency, communication, decision-making, security, and innovation. Institutions that effectively embrace information technology can optimize their operations and achieve higher levels of quality, resulting in enhanced competitiveness and desired outcomes. The research's primary objective is to describe the Education Management Information System (MIS) for educational documents at Pondok AnNahdloh in Malaysia, which is up-to-date and integrated. The research methodology involves focus group discussions to identify administrative activities, system application design, system testing, improvement, operator training, limited user testing, launching, and evaluation. Data collection methods include field observations, interviews, and activity documentation. Data analysis follows the theory of Miles and Huberman. The research findings reveal the successful implementation of MIS, leading to up-to-date and integrated educational document data, both in terms of input and processes. Adopting information technology in the academic environment through this system ensures efficient and accurate access, management, and utilization of essential data and information in the educational process. With this system in place, improvements in activity quality are expected, positively impacting community empowerment and national development.

Controlling as an enterprise management tool in the digital economy

Purpose. Expansion of the ability to implement an adaptation approach in enterprise management because of the implementation of the new controlling concept (NCC) in a digital economy. Development of the mathematical model of the adaptive approach. Methodology. The study uses general and special methods of cognition: abstract-logical analysis – to determine NCC, its preconditions, new opportunities; inductions and deductions – to establish the importance of adaptation as a NCC component, to harmonize strategic and operational plans; mathematical methods – for presenting an adaptation in structural and logical form; generalization method – for proposing ways of implementing the adaptation; logical abstraction – for development of the scheme of implementation of adaptation approach, and study on the possibility of diversification of the strategy, with the coordination of enterprise sub strategy. Findings. The definition of the new controlling concept is proposed, its preconditions are detailed. Ways of implementing an adaptation approach to managing the enterprise in conditions of dynamic changes are proposed. It is indicated that a new opportunity opened by NCC is the use of diversification of the company’s strategy and the implementation of adaptive coordination of sub strategies in real-time conditions. It is stated that the indicator of development of diversification can be used as an indicator of the adaptation capacity of the enterprise. The requirements for the introduction of NCC and the two main methods for implementing the adaptation approach are specified. Originality. A mathematical model of the adaptive approach for the implementation of NCC has been developed. A mathematized approach has been developed to coordinate sub strategies. A basic block diagram of the realization of the adaptation approach when introducing a new controlling concept has been developed. Practical value. The results of the study can be used by scientists to improve the methods and tools of NCC and by practitioners in the development and implementation of management information systems. The proposed approaches will increase controlling efficiency.

Effectiveness of Next Generation Regional Management Information System Implementation at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of North Sulawesi Province

This study aim to determine the effectiviness of the implementation of the Next Generation Regional Management Information System in North Sulawesi Province Regional Financial and Asset Management. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that implementation of SIMDA NEXT-G was seen from 1) the program success indicators were quite effective, because they were in accordance with the main objectives and functions, namely being able to produce the right information for local governments so that the information produced could be useful in making decisions and helping employees or staff ini facilitating financial management and being able to store financial data for future management purposes, 2) target success is declared not effective enough because there are problems with the SIMDA NEXT-G server which often has errors because the server is based at BPKP, 3) satisfaction with the program is stated not quited effective bevause there are still several menus dan features that are not yet available ini implementation and administration, 4) Achievment of overall objectives is not effective enough because the level of timeliness of SIMDA NEXT-G depends on the situation and conditions at that timen. If, on that day the server is down and there is interference. The SIMDA NEXT-G cannot be accessed which hinders work.

Factors of Regional Management Information System Implementation Influencing the Quality of Financial Statements with the Role of Financial Administration Officials in the SKPDS (Regional Personnel Work Units) as a Moderating Variable: A Study in Medan

This research examines and analyses the factors of implementing regional management information systems that affect the quality of financial reports, with the role of regional work unit financial administration officials as a moderating variable in the Medan City Government. The sampling technique used in this study is the total sample method. The total sample of this research is 138 respondents. Researchers use SPSS software to manage research data. The results showed that the application of government accounting standards had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports, the use of information technology had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports, the government's internal control system had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. The role of regional work unit financial administration officials significantly moderates the effect of applying government accounting standards on the quality of financial reports; the role of regional work unit financial administration officials does not significantly moderate the effect of the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports, the role of regional work unit financial administration officials significantly moderates the influence of the government's internal control system on the quality of financial reports. Implementation of Personnel Management Information Systems in Agency of Personnel and Human Resource Development Regional Tojo Una–Una District of Central Sulawesi

This study aims to describe the mechanism for implementing management information systems, supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and determining the strategy for implementing personnel management information systems at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Tojo Una-Una Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation with validation and data analysis using SWOT analysis and interactive models (collection, reduction, presentation, and Drawing conclusions) from Miles and Huberman. Factors supporting the implementation of management information systems from internal factors, namely employee loyalty in carrying out tasks with full responsibility and support from leaders who support the implementation of personnel management information systems properly. In addition, from external factors is the Implementation of the Merit System in the management of State Civil Apparatus which is mandated in the ASN Law No. 5 of 2014. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the personnel management information system from internal factors are the uneven quality and quantity of existing human resources, as well as the lack of supporting facilities. Such as computers, document scan tools and unstable internet network infrastructure. From internal factors, there is a mutation of employees, which is carried out using a (spoil) approach and limited budgetary funding support. The implementation strategy is to carry out education and training activities for human resources, improve facilities and infrastructure, and further enhance the integration of data and information communication between sectors.

This study aims to identify Islamic education management information systems and their concepts and implementation processes in educational institutions. The Role of Implementation of Management Information Systems in Mediating the Influence of Social Capital on Business Sustainability

The aim of this study Purpose review about the role of social capital on the use of Management information systems and their impact on the business continuity of Institution Credit and for test the Model Acceptance of Technology on Social Capital and Credit Institution Business Continuity. The research was conducted at 1,200 Credit Institutions in Indonesia with a sample of 100 Credit Institutions spread across In Indonesia. The research method used to answer the research objectives uses a quantitative test with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study show that the application of Social Capital has an effect on the implementation of Management Information Systems and the business continuity of Credit Institutions. The application of the Management information system is a mediating variable for the relationship between social capital and the business continuity of Credit Institutions. The research results are in line with the TAM theory which explains that someone wants to use information technology because they consider the management information system that is applied to be useful and easy to use in completing work.
