Hybrid FE combined membrane + bending rectangular plate vibration models (7 + 11)βC 0 and (7 + 17)βC 1 are proposed for computer assisted identification of vibration modes for high degree efficient coarse-mesh analysis. Accurate yet cost effective hierarchial FE matrix generation capability is provided through the expedient of an exact analytical integration algorithm, which circumvents many time consuming steps and associated controversies of the numerical quadrature interactions, while yielding computational economy comparable to that required by the single-point Gaussian rule. Samples of numerical experiments corroborate the present development and confirm the high accuracy with rapid convergence characteristics.
