Bibliometric and Systematic Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Chatbots’ Use for Language Education

This research aimed to comprehensively analyze the use of chatbots in language education and its potential for advancing educational development. Through a bibliometric and systematic approach, the study identified influential authors, references, organizations, and countries in the field of chatbot application in language education using VOSviewer. A total of 26 peer-reviewed publications were selected for a systematic review. The findings of the study indicated that chatbots have a positive impact on language learning, although they are limited in terms of facilitating listening and writing practice. The study extended the Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) fit framework for chatbots’ use for language education and discussed the factors that frustrate learners' use of chatbots for language education from human, organization, and technology dimensions. Furthermore, the author further discussed the suggestions for chatbots’ better application for language education based on the three dimensions.

Evaluasi Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) dengan Metode Hot Fit di RSU Mitra Sejati Medan

The Hospital Information System (SIMRS) is a system that integrates the collection, processing, reporting and use of data information needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services through better management at various levels of health services. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS) at Mitra Sejati General Hospital with the Human Organization Technology (HOT) Fit Model method. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with the Hot-Fit model method. The results of this study are that when viewed in terms of the human aspect, it is still not optimal, there are still many obstacles that occur in the field including the absence of an RME obligation, The organizational aspect is good, the hospital management has conducted training and is always holding retraining. The technological aspect is satisfactory enough for HR. Another obstacle that often occurs is related to the discipline of human resources for data input that is not in real time, SIMRS which is applied at Mitra Sejati General Hospital still has application deficiencies, the hospital management does not provide support in the form of repairs or strengthening the hospital network. Suggestions for hospitals need to develop medical records, HR discipline, develop existing SIMRS and improve network constraints.

Evaluasi Faktor Keberhasilan dan Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Online Kota Malang

An online complaint application has been launched to bridge the aspirations, complaints, and grievances of the community to the municipal government of Malang. This application is used to facilitate the public in submitting their complaints with the hope of receiving prompt responses and immediate follow-up actions. Although the online complaint application can be accessed by users, in reality, the administrators responding to public complaints still undergo a very lengthy process, and some complaints are left unanswered. There are many obstacles, both within and outside the system, suspected to be the causes of the slow response by administrators to public complaints. For example, the lack of a super administrator, budget constraints, frequent personnel turnover in the Diskominfo apparatus, some regional devices lacking synchronization, and challenges related to commitment guidance and inadequate socialization. This is due to many operational and managerial aspects that may not have been running as they should. Therefore, an evaluation of the success factors of the use of the online complaint system needs to be conducted using the HOT-Fit Model (Human Organization Technology—Net Benefits). The aim of this research is to identify the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the online complaint system.

The Application of Human Organization Technology Model to Evaluate ERP Information Systems in General Contractor, Supplier and Trade National Companies

The goal of this study is to assess the system and identify the key performance indicators for the enterprise resource planning (ERP) information system. Researchers also spoke with a number of respondents in unstructured interviews; the results of these interviews served as some supporting information on the business. Saturated sampling combined with a nonprobability sampling strategy was employed by researchers. Thus, 100 respondents, or samples, were used in this study. To create the framework for the research model that would be utilized, research model creation was done. The HOT Fit model was employed in this study. There are four hypotheses that cannot be accepted, according to the study and discussion outcomes. System usage, user satisfaction, structure, and environment are the aspects that affect net benefit; system quality, information quality, and service quality are the factors that influence system use, user satisfaction, and structure. In this study, the variable relationship with the highest influence is IQ? US, with a path coefficient value of 0.5, and the variable relationship with the lowest value is SU? NB, with a route coefficient value of 0.1. Thirteen of the hypotheses are accepted, whereas two have little bearing.

Menakar Digital Customer Service Machine Menggunakan Human Organization Technology Model

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence BNI customers in using digital service machines, namely Digi CS or Digital Customer Service Machine Using the Human Organization Technology (HOT-FIT) Model. This research is a descriptive-quantitative research with 134 respondents as who are customers of BNI Renon Branch using accidental sampling. Data was obtained through an open questionnaire points to measure or obtain opinions or responses from customers regarding the eight variables in this research, namely System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Use, User Satisfaction, Organization Structure, Environment and Net Benefits. The research results show that technological factors, namely the variables Information Quality, Service Quality, System Quality, have an influence on human factors, namely System Use, User Satisfaction, where these human factors also influence Net Benefits. Apart from that, organizational factors, namely Structure, influence the net Benefit but not the Environment which does not influence the Net Benefit.

Prioritization of barriers to social media usage by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in disaster preparedness phase: An integrated methodology

Social media is an example of a sociotechnical platform that provides real-time information in disaster preparedness and response phases. However, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) involved in humanitarian operations have not realized the full potential of social media in India. Therefore, this study examines barriers and solutions to improve social media usage (SMU) by NGOs in the disaster preparedness phase (DPP). In addition, the barriers to SMU are prioritized so that NGOs can prioritize resource allocation to improve the most critical barriers first. The factors influencing SMU were identified using the SAP-LAP (Situation, Actor, Process-Learning, Action, Performance) framework. Thereafter, the barriers were classified using the integrated Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) and Human-Organization- Technology (HOT) frameworks. Finally, barriers to SMU by NGOs were prioritized using the best worst method. This study is the first of its kind to examine the factors that influence SMU by NGOs in the DPP in developing countries. The findings suggest that six main barriers, namely human, organizational (operational, financial, and strategic), technological, and environmental, interlocked with 24 sub-barriers, influence SMU. In addition, the results indicate that financial barriers are the most prominent, followed by strategic, technological, human, environmental, and operational barriers to SMU by NGOs. The findings of this study can be used by practitioners, technology developers, and policymakers to develop technologies and formulate more effective strategies to realize social media's benefits and improve the performance of disaster relief operations.

Enablers for Adopting Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directives by Electronic Manufacturing Service Providers

The Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry contributes significantly to toxic waste generation due to its fabrication processes. Notably, adherence to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive varies amongst EMS providers, despite its aim to reduce electronic waste. This study explores the factors influencing EMS providers’ decision to adopt the RoHS directive, utilizing the technology–organization–environment (TOE) and the human–organization–technology (HOT) fit, or the TOE-HOT fit framework. We validated our framework using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), based on responses from 379 questionnaires from major EMS providers. The results demonstrated that expert resources, adequate resources, perceived industrial pressure, institutional pressure, and costs were positively associated with RoHS adoption. However, innovation, relative advantage, and verification ability were identified as significant barriers. In particular, innovation in the human dimension was the key determinant for RoHS adoption. Therefore, clear policy instruments and regulations may enhance RoHS adoption by EMS providers. These findings can guide environmental policy definitions in governmental laws and strategies, encouraging EMS providers and other firms to adopt RoHS standards.

 E-Commerce is beneficial for micro, small and medium enterprises in selling their products. Initially, sales were only made offline; now, they can be done online. The HOT (Human, Organization, Technology) Fit Evaluation Framework is used to evaluate Android-based micro, small and medium business E-Commerce applications. This study analyzes the effect of service quality on user satisfaction and the effect of user satisfaction and organization on net benefits. It is to provide information about the level of perceptions of Android-based E-Commerce users in its implementation.
 The results of data analysis were conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The quality of Service (KL) of Android-based e-commerce significantly affects User Satisfaction (KP). The coefficient value is 0.760, and the CR is 6,780 more than the required critical value of 1.96. It indicates that Service Quality has a significant effect on User Satisfaction. User Satisfaction has a significant effect on Net Benefits. The coefficient value is 0.492, and the CR is 5.511, more than the required critical value of 1.96. It states that User Satisfaction has a significant effect on Net Benefit. Organizational structure has a significant effect on Net Benefit. The coefficient value is 0.547, and the CR of 5.246 is more than the required critical value of 1.96. It means that the Organizational Structure has a significant effect on Net Benefit.

How can big data and predictive analytics impact the performance and competitive advantage of the food waste and recycling industry?

AbstractBig data and predictive analytics (BDPA) techniques have been deployed in several areas of research to enhance individuals’ quality of living and business performance. The emergence of big data has made recycling and waste management easier and more efficient. The growth in worldwide food waste has led to vital economic, social, and environmental effects, and has gained the interest of researchers. Although previous studies have explored the influence of big data on industrial performance, this issue has not been explored in the context of recycling and waste management in the food industry. In addition, no studies have explored the influence of BDPA on the performance and competitive advantage of the food waste and the recycling industry. Specifically, the impact of big data on environmental and economic performance has received little attention. This research develops a new model based on the resource-based view, technology-organization-environment, and human organization technology theories to address the gap in this research area. Partial least squares structural equation modeling is used to analyze the data. The findings reveal that both the human factor, represented by employee knowledge, and environmental factor, represented by competitive pressure, are essential drivers for evaluating the BDPA adoption by waste and recycling organizations. In addition, the impact of BDPA adoption on competitive advantage, environmental performance, and economic performance are significant. The results indicate that BDPA capability enhances an organization’s competitive advantage by enhancing its environmental and economic performance. This study presents decision-makers with important insights into the imperative factors that influence the competitive advantage of food waste and recycling organizations within the market.

Literature Review Analysis Of Application Of Electronic Medical Records In Hospitals

Background: This research on electronic medical records referring to Human Organization Technology (HOT-fit) procedure aims to figure out factors that affect implementation of electronic medical records that are in line with the cases investigated in this research.Objective: Knowing the implementation of electronic medical records in hospitals with the HOT-Fit method from various journals.Methods: Literature review to examine five journals on electronic medical records in hospitals with the HOT-fit method. Secondary data are collected and analyzed descriptively.Results: Based on 6 journals analyzed, it is shown that the implementation of EMR can facilitate staff in medical services. Human factor in system usage variables is an important part and has the biggest benefits. System implementation also becomes a main requirement in EMR operations that can be measured from system’s benefits such as on performance, efficiency and effectiveness on an organization activity.Conclusion: Human Factor plays the major influence, but it has to be monitored. Technological factors. Organization factor shows that RME is already adjusted with user needs and ease of use

Analisis Keberhasilan Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Baturaja Menggunakan Human Organization Technology Fit Model

Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is a system implemented by Baturaja University as a support for lecture activities. This study aims to determine what factors influence the success of SIAKAD using the Human Organization Technology Fit Model by applying 8 variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, structure, Environment and net benefit. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students and lecturers of Baturaja University. Sampling using Probability Sampling with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data analysis used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing of all variables, it was found that the factors that influence the success of SIAKAD are service quality 7.808, user satisfaction 8.389, have an influence on system use. Information quality 3.046 service quality 7.326 has an influence on user satisfaction. Information quality 2,605 service quality 3,671 has an influence on structure. System use 2.98 structure 4.223 environment 7.875 has an influence on net benefits and structure 9.627 has an influence on the environment. And factors that do not affect the success of SIAKAD, namely system quality 1.103 has no effect on system use, system quality 1.167 has no effect on user satisfaction, system quality 1.304 has no effect on structure, information quality 0.394 has no effect on system use and user satisfaction 0.787 has no effect on the net benefit.

Application of Hot Fit Model to Analyze Information Technology Ams (Academic Management System)

Bina Insan University has applied a computer-based information system. This system is named AMS (Academic Management System). The application of AMS (Academic Management System) at this time is still experiencing various obstacles and obstacles at the level of user acceptance. This study aims to analyze the results of the evaluation of the success factors for implementing AMS (Academic Management System) using the Hot-Fit Model (Human Organization Technology – Net benefits). This model was chosen because this model can provide an explanation and provide an evaluation of the factors that influence the implementation of a system at the University of Bina Insan Lubuklinggau in terms of Human (Human), Organization (Organization), Technology (Technology), and Net benefits. In addition, the success of implementing AMS (Academic Management System) at the University of Bina Insan Lubklinggau, is also influenced by the support and encouragement from universities to AMS (Academic Management System) users, as well as the availability of adequate facilities within the Bina Insan Lubuklinggau University to use AMS (Academic Management Systems). From the analysis that has been carried out on 80 respondents who have filled out the research questionnaire, the results show that to test the validity of the variables (Human), Organization (Organization), Technology (Technology), and Net benefit, it shows that each question measured on all variables is valid, which indicated by Corrected Item – Total Correlation or (rcount) the entire score of Corrected Item – Total Correlation or (rcount) greater than rtable of 0.220, and for the F test results obtained a value of F = 13.334 with a significance of 0.000. meaning that the variables of human, organization and technology together have a significant effect on net-benefit (Y).

Developing a human-organization-technology fit model for information technology adoption in organizations

Some information technologies (ITs) are better adopted than others and even the same IT may be adopted differently even in similar organizations. Existing old-fashioned theories which focused on one or several of technical, managerial, personnel factors cannot fully explain the phenomenon. This paper proposes human-organization-technology (HOT) fit as an overarching concept to explain the IT adoption heterogeneity in organizational technology management. The HOT fit model includes the characteristics and bi-party relationships of the human, organization, and technology dimensions. The model can be further used to holistically evaluate the HOT fit, diagnose the HOT configuration, and strategize organization adaptation directions iteratively. It provides a genuine theoretical perspective to investigate IT adoption in society.

Investigating the drivers of cybersecurity enhancement in public organizations: The case of Jordan

AbstractElectronic government systems are broadly recognized in the modern era as useful and valid means of delivering e‐services. As the importance and prevalence of e‐government services have grown, increasing attention has necessarily been placed on the cybersecurity of electronic programs. Multiple drivers have been identified as contributing to the enhancement of cybersecurity, however, there is limited empirical research confirming these drivers. The main aims of this study are to investigate the drivers of e‐government cybersecurity enhancement and determine the impact of cybersecurity on the effectiveness of e‐government systems. The study constructs were extracted from the human–organization–technology (HOT) theory and institutional theory. A total of 500 questionnaires were randomly distributed to information technology department staff members and e‐government officials in Jordanian ministries. The resulting data were analyzed using a structural equation modeling approach. The findings indicate that technical measures, the role of senior management, coercive pressures, and memetic pressures are important drivers for enhanced cybersecurity levels in governmental organizations. The results also show that enhancing cybersecurity levels in organizations promote the effectiveness of e‐government services. These conclusions offer researchers and practitioners insight as to the drivers of an enhanced cybersecurity and the importance of cybersecurity in e‐government as a whole.

Pengarahan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Dalam Pengelolaan Data Surveilans Diare

The health information system is one of the six building blocks or main components in the health system in a country. SIK is the main form of the National Health System (SKN) which is used as a component in health-oriented development. An information system that is structured and conceptualized will produce good output and the information is faster, more complete. Information technology is developing rapidly and has an impact on all aspects of life, including health information. One of the health information that has the highest incidence of disease cases among 10 cases of infectious diseases at the bulili health center is diarrheal disease. In order to control and overcome the incidence of disease or health problems and conditions that affect the increase and transmission of diarrheal diseases, it is necessary to provide fast and accurate information in order to direct effective and efficient control and control measures by implementing an integrated surveillance health information system and increasing the number of officers who able to operate a health information system. The counseling activity used a descriptive method with the Human Organization Technology Fit (Hot Fit) approach which was carried out at the Bulili Health Center, Palu City, in November 2021. Based on observations from health education activities about the role of Health Information Systems in managing diarrhea surveillance data, diarrhea surveillance officers have understand the benefits provided by the application of the diarrhea surveillance information system application, one of which is the presentation of information that can be quickly and easily accessed if needed for decision making by stakeholders, although there is still manual data as a result of patients not carrying identity cards.

Banking developments that adopt digital technology are growing rapidly. This is not spared from the competition between financial institutions which is very tight. One of them is the banking sector. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Bank BNI customers in using digital service machines, namely Digi CS using the Digital Customer Service Machine Using the Human Organization Technology (HOT-FIT) Model. Location this research was conducted at Bank BNI Renon Branch, Denpasar City, Bali Province. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with 134 respondents who are customers of Bank BNI Renon Branch as a sample using accidental sampling. Data were obtained through open questionnaires with an interval scale of 1 to 10 points which were distributed to measure or obtain opinions or responses from customers regarding the eight variables in this study, namely System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Use, User Satisfaction, Organization Structure, Environment and Net Benefits. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Part Lease Square (PLS) approach with the SmartPLS 3.2 program. The results of the study show that the Technology Factor, namely the Information Quality, Service Quality, System Quality variables, has an influence on the human factor, namely System Use, User Satisfaction where the human factor also influences Net Benefits. In addition, organizational factors, namely Structure, have an effect on net benefits, but not on Environment, which do not affect net benefits.

Evaluation of Human Resource Information System by Using HOT-Fit Model

Today’s competitive business environment, many organization give more attention to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of employee. PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali as a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) also continues to improve business processes of Human Resource Management through the application of Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This application has been developed since 2016 and is still implemented 67% of the HRIS PJB model design. This certainly raises questions about the development of HRIS PJB implementation, which is need for an evaluation of the implementation of HRIS PJB applications. HRIS Manager has never conducted an evaluation of HRIS PJB that can strengthen the benefits of its use for employees. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the use of HRIS PJB applications in this case the focus on the Personal Management module in order to assess its usefulness to the needs of users and organizations by using Human Organization Technology (HOT) Fit Model. Primary data were obtained through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to PT PJB employees as application users. Data analysis method used is Partial Least Square using SmartPLS. The results of this study shows the suitability of this application benefits. If there is a gap, alternative solutions are needed to improve and develop applications in the future. Decision making through Borda Count Method is used to get the right solution with the current conditions and can be used as improvements priority and development of HRIS PJB applications for both application managers and management of PT PJB.

Knowledge Integration in Smart Factories

Knowledge integration is well explained by the human–organization–technology (HOT) approach known from knowledge management. This approach contains the horizontal and vertical interaction and communication between employees, human-to-machine, but also machine-to-machine. Different organizational structures and processes are supported with the help of appropriate technologies and suitable data processing and integration techniques. In a Smart Factory, manufacturing systems act largely autonomously on the basis of continuously collected data. The technical design concerns the networking of machines, their connectivity and the interaction between human and machine as well as machine-to-machine. Within a Smart Factory, machines can be considered as intelligent manufacturing systems. Such manufacturing systems can autonomously adapt to events through the ability to intelligently analyze data and act as adaptive manufacturing systems that consider changes in production, the supply chain and customer requirements. Inter-connected physical devices, sensors, actuators, and controllers form the building block of the Smart Factory, which is called the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT uses different data processing solutions, such as cloud computing, fog computing, or edge computing, to fuse and process data. This is accomplished in an integrated and cross-device manner.

A Proactive Risk Assessment Methodology to Enhance Patient Safety: Reducing Wrong Site Surgery as a Preventable Medical Error

Patient safety has been a major area of concern over the last decades in the healthcare industry. The number of preventable medical errors in hospitals has been noticeably high. These errors are more likely to occur in intensive care units including Operating Rooms (ORs). Wrong site surgery is one of the critical sentinel events that occur in healthcare settings. This paper fills an important gap by proposing an integrated, system-oriented methodology for proactive risk assessment of operations in ORs, to specifically analyze the wrong site surgery issue, through the identification and monitoring of appropriate Leading Safety Indicators (LSIs) to evaluate the safety of those operations and generate warning/predicting signals for potential failures. These LSIs are identified across the layers of an introduced framework, which is built on the foundation of the Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) model originally developed by Meshkati (1992). This multi-layered framework captures the contributing causes of wrong site surgery.

Analysis of Hospital Information System Implementation Using the Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) Fit Method: A Case Study Hospital in Indonesia

Background and purpose: The implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS) is important to achieve strategic objectives based on quality services. For this reason, an evaluation is needed to find out how the benefits of HIS in the hospital work unit. This study uses the evaluation framework of Human, Organization, Technology (HOT) Fit which was introduced by Yusof in 2008.
 Methods: This research method was carried out using a mixed method approach where the quantitative approach was processed by using Partial Least Square. The sample was obtained through proportionate stratified random sampling, namely 201 respondents who were employees of HIS users in MHJS hospital. The research instrument used a questionnaire and was measured using a Likert scale
 Results: Based on the results of the t-statistic test, there is a misfit which appears in the insignificant direct effect between service quality on user satisfaction (p-value 0.062), service quality on system use (p-value 0.063), organizational structure for system use (p-value 0.492) and user satisfaction with system usefulness (p-value 0.188).
 Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the service quality because does not significantly influence user satisfaction and system use. System quality provides a dominant influence on user satisfaction, the use of systems and organizational structures so that management plays a very important role in the implementation of HIS in MHJS hospital.
