INTENTIONALITY AND FUNCTIONAL POTENTIAL OF ENGINEERING THINKING IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN MILITARY CHALLENGES

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The works of S. Winchester, E. Meyers, K. Mitch, K. Smythe, A. Ustundag, E. Chevikkan, E. Schatzberg, and others are devoted to the study of the role of technology and engineering in the human life space. Axiological and cultural-anthropological aspects of engineering thinking are considered in the works of Ukrainian researchers. First of all, this is the research of V. Voronkova, I. Goliad, I. Markus, and O. Shulga. Discussions about the responsible use of technology in the context of military operations and the creation and development of more peaceful innovations are of particular importance. The statement of basic materials. Philosophy of technology is an important area of study because it examines the impact of technology on human existence, society, and the future of humanity. Technologies have a significant impact on human life and international relations, creating new challenges and fundamental questions about the ethics of their use, the responsibility of developers and users, as well as possible consequences for the future world. Issues related to establishing a balance between technological capabilities and general values of society require special attention. The question of the genesis of the definition of engineering success requires special attention, which can conditionally occur depending on the context where the project is carried out. In peacetime, the success of this project is evaluated according to the criteria of efficiency, economy and innovation, since the task is to improve technologies, optimize processes and ensure sustainable development. Engineering thinking in the conditions of a globalized world and longterm geopolitical claims must be ready for such challenges. First of all, it is about responsibility in ensuring the ethical and safe use of their developments. It is about supporting international efforts to control and regulate the export of military equipment, developing principles and standards for the ethical development and use of technologies for military purposes. In addition, engineers can play an active role in the development of technologies aimed at peaceful purposes and limiting the possibility of using technology in military conflicts. The functional potential of engineering thinking in the creation of state-of-the-art technologies in the conditions of war is specified through the ability to develop, implement and adapt technical solutions capable of responding to complex military challenges. This covers the following aspects: innovativeness, adaptability, cooperation.

INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY SECTOR

The purpose of this article is to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the essence and peculiarities of development of the institutional environment of the digital economy sector, to allocate the components of its architectonics as the basis for forming a platform for the conceptual development of the national economy based on digitalisation. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study is formed by modern economic and sociological institutional theories, the object of analysis of which is the institutional dynamics of the environment: institutional theory, new institutional theory, substantivist theory, the concept of institutional density, the concept of institutional matrices, the theory of societal psyche. The paper uses the historical-logical and dialectical methods to study the contradictions of the processes of formation and development of the institutional environment, as well as the methods of system analysis to study the components of the architectonics of the institutional environment of the digital economy. Results. From the standpoint of institutional theory, it is formulated and substantiated that the institutional environment of the digital economy sector is a synthesis of a set of formal/іnformal basic/complementary institutions of the traditional and digital economies of different levels and institutions that are in certain interconnections and relationships with each other, forming a hierarchical integrity. Institutions determine the creation and operation of relevant institutions, which, in turn, ensure the implementation and enforcement of established rules and regulations. At the same time, the resilience and flexibility of the environment is based on the natural accumulation or forced implementation of basic institutions capable of ensuring the emergence of new digital economy institutions or significant modernisation of existing ones, which protects and promotes the development of the digital economy. The task of managing the institutional environment is to balance the ratio of institutions. The architectonics of the institutional environment of the digital economy sector is a system that combines a functional set of institutions of the traditional economy (management, labour, property, market, non-market), specific institutions of the digital economy (information, participation, digital space), global institutions, and regional institutions. Institutions as systemic elements, through implementation/legitimation mechanisms, form a set of institutions of the digital economy that mediate the interaction of economic actors, provide contracting, and mechanisms of institutional change. The most important institutions include innovation labs, research centres, technology companies, start-ups, cryptocurrency exchanges, digital agencies, consultancies, educational institutions, learning platforms, government agencies, legislative bodies, banks, digital banks, financial institutions, digital platforms, and digital networks. Interaction and mutual influence of institutions and institutions of the digital economy form the guidelines for selecting effective elements of the institutional structure from alternative institutional forms. The digitalisation of Ukraine, which is focused on the norms of international, European and regional cooperation, will facilitate Ukraine's integration into the European and global market of e-commerce, goods and services based on information and communication technologies. A new global economic architecture is being designed, into which new economic agents are integrating. At the same time, regionalisation processes are taking place, new regional clusters are emerging, and the country is being integrated into the European cluster. Practical implications. The elements of the architectonics of the institutional environment of the digital economy sector are identified and summarised by criteria, which makes it possible to identify the most problematic areas of institutional transformations and to formulate and select instrumental solutions to overcome them. The development of the relevant elements of the institutional environment of the digital economy sector contributes to a rapid and profound digital transition, when the results of digital transformation will become the basis of Ukrainian society and a key factor on the path to Ukraine's prosperity and welfare. Value/оriginality. It is established that the use of institutional analysis tools will allow determining the optimal directions of institutional building/transformation of digital economy institutions and minimising the social costs of Ukraine's evolutionary development. A two-level approach to designing the institutional environment of the digital economy sector in the national space is proposed: at the institutional level – as designing the socio-political and economic conditions for the development of digital economy institutions based on the development of digital products and technologies; at the individual level – as designing the functional place of a digital product in the human life space.

The article examines the theoretical issues and problems of defining the object-subject composition of ecological constitutionalism, as an actual, qualitatively new phenomenon of international legal life and national constitutional-legal reality, systemic and complex phenomenology, which is the result of an integrative and synthetic combination of various factors-tendencies of national constitutional and international legal regulation in conditions of legal globalization. Such an approach is seen as a rather difficult task within the limits of both the modern theory of constitutional law and the modern theory of international law, which operates with a number of new concepts and definitions that indicatively and identifiably reflect the latest trends in state and international development - "human rights in their national and international measurement" , "international legal standards of human rights and freedoms", "global legal trends - trends of state and international development", "soft law", "fundamental principles of international public law and the expansion of their number", "dichotomy of local and global development", finally, "constitutionalization of international law and internationalization of the constitutional legal order of states." It is noted that this is determined, first of all, by powerful horizontal-vertical connections of a managerial nature that arise within the state and its society, functioning in the conditions of global constitutionalism, that is, in the conditions of the presence of general methodological approaches, principles and norms, management paradigms that determine the prospects for the general and further development of the fundamental subjects of general international law, as well as the same functional and methodological approaches to the implementation of domestic and international legal activities of public authorities in relation to the fundamental dominants of the development of statehood - the priority of human rights over the rights of the state, recognition of human rights as fundamental indicators democratic activity of the state and the international community, the principle of the rule of law as the fundamental basis of the connection of the state and its public authority by law, etc. It is proved that solving the question of determining the object-subject composition of ecological constitutionalism is characterized by a number of methodological difficulties. These include, first of all, the issue of clear understanding, interpretation and identification of the categories "object of legal regulation" and "subject of legal regulation". It is also complicated by the innovative and synthetic nature of environmental constitutionalism, which is independently determined by international legal institutions on the basis of relevant identification features. Taking into account the system-complex nature of profile phenomenology, its object is a set of social relations related to the protection and protection of the environment, as well as the rights of a person to the environment, which has an appropriate and safe condition for his life activities. The subject of legal regulation of environmental constitutionalism is social relations that are directly or indirectly related to the environment. Based on the fact that the environment is the fundamental natural space of human life, such relations can be characterized as global, but with the obligatory local, local-regional, regional, state-wide, interstate, macro-regional, global understanding, measured and implemented.

The city as a palimpsest: the phenomenon of “empty places” in the urban environment

The article attempts to analyze, within phenomenological optics, the phenomenon of "empty places" in the city, which, in turn, is understood as a specifically organized space of human life. In an interdisciplinary way, at the intersection of theoretical urban studies, memory studies and political philosophy, the relationship between space, place and emptiness in the urban environment, is considered. Based on the concepts of Simmel, Heidegger, Bachelard and others, the author comes to the conclusion that the city is a kind of "palimpsest", the memory of which arises under the influence of not only those elements of the environment that exist in the actual visual experience of everyday life, but also remain only in the format of “ruins” or “spectres”, which at the same time have significant symbolic content in the context of the everyday urban landscape, including the landscape of a post-socialist city.

Globalization vs Localization: the Dialectics of Interaction in the Modern World

The intensification of interest in the local history and regionalism is happening all over the world as globalization processes undermine the specific development of individual countries and their parts. The weakening of the internal social structures of modern states is manifested in the destruction of old and the search for new sources of identification. In the context of methodological approaches to the "spatial paradigm" the article examines the impact of globalization processes on the dynamics and structure of regionalization and localization of modern societies. By expanding the scope of human contacts, globalization creates additional reserves for the socio-economic development of most countries. But at the same time it creates new risks and dangers, because it involves narrowing the possibility of choosing a special, specific path of development. The duality of the process of globalization is manifested in the fact that it unprecedentedly expands and at the same time narrows the space of human life. While the economy is destroying national borders, people, not wanting to lose the feeling of "home", are looking for local spaces with strong ties. Globalization and localization are becoming parallel processes, which is reflected in the new concept of "glocalization". It is proved that the general tendency of globalization to influence the world-system structure is to increase the potential for interconnectedness and interdependence. The boundaries between the internal and external spaces of states, and hence between domestic and foreign policy, are partially blurred. The counter-flows of innovation and inertia, standardization and cultural differentiation create a unique palette of intercivilizational exchanges and interactions – with a corresponding expansion of the "space of opportunities". In response to cultural unification and the pressure of the standard, more and more people are trying to defend their identity, demonstrating a commitment to traditional norms and values. Therefore, the universal tendency to globalization is opposed by the tendency to diversify, which is manifested in the cultivation of their own space of existence, advocating the priorities of cultural, ethnic, religious and other group identities

Training is an educational activity to improve the ability and knowledge of a person or group of people. In this training activity, it was introduced to the millennial Muslim generation and recitation participants, regarding the development of Mathematics and Architecture in the Al-Quran. The development of Science and Architecture from time to time can be found in the Qur'an, so we can say that the Qur'an is multidimensional. Explanations and facts can be found in every dimension of human life, since the earth was created. This PPM material was obtained from the results of the study of the Qur'anic Science Perspective for the Intelligence of the Indonesian Young Generation. The method of implementing this dissemination is in two ways, namely, distributing questionnaires before and after the seminar and presenting research results. In the dissemination of the results of this study, it was carried out by showing the writings, readings, meanings of the verses of the Koran which explained the development of the space of human life from time to time. Its development can be traced from the stone age to the millennial era. So that the fostered partners understand the existence of Science and Technology in the Quran. After the training, the results of the evaluation showed that the participants were at the knowing stage and wanted to gain more knowledge. So that this training reaches the stage of getting a very good positive reaction.

Value aspect in forming the foundations of information culture in preschoolers

The purpose of the research described in the article is to consider the values and imperatives that underlie the formation of the information culture of preschool children. The research methods were the study and analysis of psychological, pedagogical and philosophical literature, forecasting and reflection. Based on the results of the study, the concept of antifragile education was proposed, its methodological basis, principles and rules were determined. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in determining the components of the formation of the value basis of the preschool information culture preconditions: cognitive (the process of cognition of adequate actions in the digital space in the process of self-realization; the ability to select criteria for ranking information; awareness in the field of digital space threats that contradict imperatives and impede self-realization), behavioral with sufficient emotional and volitional reinforcement (to plan and perform a conscious system of actions), motivational and value (a conscious system of actions for self-realization in accordance with imperatives). The study revealed that the issue of personal self-identification in the redundant digital space has not been sufficiently studied. It is necessary to introduce the principles of antifragile education and continue the awareness and development of the components of the formation of the value basis of the preconditions of the information culture of preschoolers. The concept of antifragile education can form the basis of the work of teachers, starting from the level of preschool education, and the spiritual and moral values that form the basis of the concept can be very important for parents of preschoolers. For the first time, a concept is proposed that is designed to form and maintain imperatives in children, allowing for self-identification and spiritual and moral self-realization in the context of the formation of information culture of preschoolers. As the conclusions, the use of digital technologies in education was noted, and at the same time the issue of introducing the principles of antifragile education for the spiritual and creative self-realization of the individual in the new global international digital space of human life is being actualized.

Community Architecture: Synergizing Public Space and Community Education

Architecture is not just about the physical entities of buildings; it is also about the space of human life and all its activities. This paper is a lesson-learned gathered from field experience in assisting rural communities in building physical facilities and initiating various community activities. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which is oriented to the community’s needs. The research is conducted in Cibeureum Wetan Village in Sumedang Regency, Indonesia. Mentoring begins with the planning process, design, and construction of public spaces, i.e., buildings for children’s learning activities, which gradually being developed into various community activities from all age groups, especially children, women, and adolescents. The participatory concept developed shows an increase in activities, strengthening social capital, productive economic activities, and collective awareness to optimize public space as a joint activity space. The value of architecture in a broader meaning is indicated by the positive connectivity between space and its users.

Objective of this article is to determine the relationship between the digitalization of education and general process of forming the information society, connected with the technicalization of human life space. The globalization, informatization and virtualization of modern social life are the result of fundamental economic, political and cultural changes. The relationship between man and technics is being actively transformed during of the 19th - 20th centuries. These changes become especially significant in the 21st century. Applied methods include descriptive characteristics of the most significant works, related to the considered problem, as well as hermeneutic and comparative approaches in the analysis of literature. Results of the article reveal that the appearance of cyberspace, reflecting all spheres of social life, brings the formation of the new type of “third wave” man: constantly immersed to informational space person, who is able to perceive the streams of compressed and “clipped” information. The digitalization of education process is the natural consequence of the networked society's development. Conclusion the article concerns the digitalization of education changes the focus of the socialization: access to information and educational communication are not limited to the space of the school, high involvement in the learning process is achieved due to the independent interest and initiative of the student. At the same time, digitalization is accompanied by globalization, standardization and unification of education. The indicated problem is considered by cultural and social philosophical positions.

Ecology of the Сity and the Role of Tourism in the Formation of Living Space (on the Example of Urban Ecosystems of the Cities of Kryvyi Rih and Uman)

Despite the significant success of the human population in the development of the planet's resources, man will most likely never be able to completely get rid of dependence on the material and energy mechanisms of the biosphere. The clearest proof of this is the existence of urban ecosystems, within which human living space is formed. However, there is no consensus among researchers on the participation of social and natural components in the formation of urban ecosystems. Moreover, there is no clear answer to the question of how and through what mechanisms the space of human life is formed in modern cities. The article analyzes the ontological affiliation of the category "living space". Numerous aspects of the formation of modern living space have been studied on the specific examples of urban ecosystems of Kryvyi Rih and Uman. In particular, sample surveys of residents of these cities were conducted, based on the results of which conclusions are made about the quality of living space. Tourist activity and tourist resources are considered by the authors as a field of harmonization of human-environment relations in modern conditions of formation of living space.

The paper describes the regularity of the transition from the 25-element sankhya model to the 45-element structure of the vastu-mandalas. The author takes into account mathematical, structural and functional problems. The allocation of the first four ontological principles of Samkhya, as well as the sixth one, is similar to those of the Pythagorean Tetractys, but the fifth and the seventh to the ninth principles are expressed in each case by five-element groups, symbolizing the space of human life. The results obtained are applied to the analysis of cultural processes and geopolitical issues. The author describes the ontological foundations for identifying the "northern" and "southern" cultures and explains the inevitability of the confrontation between East and West. The analysis confirmed the characteristics of the space sectors, adopted in the ancient Indian picture of the world. Review of 40- / 45-element models includes the numerical model of Vastu-vidya in a general scientific context that has multiple temporal applications. An outstanding organization of vastumandalas allows to take into account general laws, analyze geopolitical processes, and perform functional zoning, combining the experience of antiquity and the achievements of modern times. The author considers that the analyzed models must be included into the methodological apparatus of the modern science.

The article examines the role of the mask in the social and cul- tural space of human life. The problem is revealed on the basis of a comparative analysis of V. Shymborska’s poem “Portrait of a woman” and A. Chekhov’s story “Mask” with a projection on the modern epidemiological situation. Poet- ics reveals the aspect of philosophical understanding of changing human nature in both works, focuses on different types of masks presented in V. Shymborska’s poem “Portrait of a woman” and A. Chekhov’s story “Mask”, studies the impact of masks on society, culture and the individual, the correlation of the concepts of portrait and mask, made in the titles of the analyzed works. In V. Shymborska’s poem we are dealing with an internal social mask that influences the character appearance: wearing a mask, a woman learnt to reshape, even cardinally transform herself, and V. Shymborska showed it. Since the mask of the lyrical character of the Polish poem is internal, hidden, the word mask does not appear in the text itself. The character of V. Shymborska has a mask, but it is so disguised that it is almost non-existent. In A. Chekhov’s story, the word mask is included in the title; the mask serves as a tool for removing the “mask” from those people who did not wear it. V. Shymborska and A. Chekhov use different methods to prove that the inner mask affects the appearance of the characters. But the question arises: can the outer mask affect the inner world of man? This issue has been raised by the current situation of the spread of coronavirus infection, which forced the introduction of the rules of the “new etiquette”, one of which requires covering the nose and mouth with a mask. Psychotherapists argue that the mask has become a tool for managing people, a tool for manipulating consciousness and the human will, because a closed face develops obedience, suppresses freedom and volitional qualities Thus, the observations of medical workers and other specialists clearly show that A. Chekhov and V. Shymborska in their works revealed that the mask really destroys normal relations between people. It can be noted that both writers acted as a kind of soothsayers. At the same time, it should be emphasized that a comparative analysis of these works convinces that V. Shymborska and A. Chekhov significantly enriched the meaning of the concept of the mask, helping to better understand human nature, its behaviour. And this understanding can contribute to the establishment of normal communicative relations between members of society. The article only partially reveals an important humanistic topic – “Mask as a socio-cultural phenomenon...”, which remains relevant and requires further study with the involvement of texts of domestic and world fiction.

VIRTUAL TOURISM IN THE ERA OF CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC – CHALLENGES AND HOPES

The role of the Internet as a culture-forming factor cannot be underestimated. In the modern world characterized by the domination of new technologies, this medium is developing dynamically, because it combines the potential of audio-visual messages with the possibility of creating diverse virtual reality. The computer network has already appropriated various professional, cultural and private spheres, becoming a full, but at the same time artificial space of human life. Thanks to the development of social networking sites and an unlimited number of users (interactors), social and collective needs are met through the internet. It comes to the so-called: “wikification” of knowledge and culture understood as the effect of collective intelligence actions and arrangements as well as restrictions on the sphere of privacy. This phenomenon is assessed by researchers in an ambivalent way. We learned about the importance of the internet in the age of the coronavirus pandemic. At that time, virtual tourism was included in the era of virtual dimension, gaining in this situation new opportunities and a spatio-temporal context. In view of this innovative form of tourism there is a need for a scientific view of this phenomenon and to pay attention to both positive aspects and threats that may occur to people moving in cyberspace. There is also a need for terminological clarification of the place, meaning and concept of virtual tourism. The purpose of the article, which uses the desk research critical analysis method is to pre-consider these problems and in this aspect try to propose an original definition of virtual tourism.

Transdisciplinary Approach in Modern Psychology

The paper looks at key transformations of the contemporary situation requiring new methodological strategies in psychology, and evolution of science in the 20th century from interdisciplinary to trans-disciplinary. The latter takes the form of a strategy for analyzing complex and dynamic phenomena with the help of combined methods and contextual application of research optics borrowed from related disciplines. Methodologically trans-disciplinarily serves as the basis for the integration of cognitive practices and research techniques, development of the holistic outlook, with the expansion of intellectual capacity as its educational side-effect. Conceptually trans-disciplinarily is expressed in several interpretations. Piaget, one of the founders of the approach, viewed it as a higher and more complex stage of integration of knowledge than interdisciplinarity. Contemporary interpretations of trans-disciplinarily vary from emphasizing the fluidity of cognitive space to general principles of cognitive activity seeking mathematical expression. The trans-disciplinary start of contemporary science is characterized by the fact that each discipline is viewed as both a sovereign and open system; development of cognition takes place in the antinomies of tradition and innovation: changes and breakthroughs happen by means of borrowing experience from related disciplines while preserving own scientific identity. Key characteristics of trans-disciplinarily are cognitive movement through disciplines; transparence of disciplinary boundaries: the dissolution of dominant paradigms. Human life space in a transitive society, which is variable, multi-dimensional and complex, can only be understood on the basis of comparison and integration of knowledge within the framework of the transdisciplinary approach.

Green Wrocław: Urban narratives of three post-war generations of Wrocław’s inhabitants

This study is an invitation to reflect on issues that fall within the area of collective memory, an area that awaits further in-depth analysis. More specifically, this article is a proposal of a broader study on cultural landscape and places of memory than that which is dominant in the sociological literature. In particular, I examine the relationship between the inhabitants of the Polish “Western Lands” and the material German heritage of the cities in which they happen to live. I mainly focus on the relation between socially constructed memory and greenery—a “negligible” part of the space of human life. As I demonstrate in the article, the “green” narrations about Wrocław created after World War II are lasting and are still present in the stories of city’s inhabitants today.

Macierzyństwo i ojcostwo w perspektywie podejmowania roli rodzica dziecka z niepełnosprawnością

Z taką sytuacją mamy do czynienia w przypadku dzieci z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną.

In the article the author reveals the substantive link between the main categories of forming the future anti-corruption culture of the Bachelor of Laws: “culture”, “corruption culture”, “anti-corruption training”, “anticorruption education”, “anti-corruption competence”, “educational space of a law school”. It is noted that in modern Russian society there are trends of degradation of the traditional culture; anti-values are being actively formed and spread, moral ideals are being lost, practically the whole space of human life is being dehumanized. The analysis of the research space of professional training at a law school allows the author to insist on the need to create a discursive field of a new branch of pedagogical knowledge – anticorruption pedagogy.

Socio-Cultural Problems of Sustainable Urban Environment

Urban environment is a complex concept that includes material structure (buildings, constructions, transport, industry, utility lines, etc.) and natural environment with a variety of anthropogenic factors. Consistent patterns and directions of development of the urban environment are interrelated with philosophy, religion, science, aesthetics, socio-economic relations, natural and climatic characteristics and culture of a particular country. According to the methodological principles of anthropologism and historism, the authors understand the urban environment as a continuum of coexistence, communication, interactions, relationships and needs of different nature and level, as a socio-cultural space of human life. Leading research workers from different scientifical branches present the urban space in contemporary anthropological versions of ontological theories as a unique space of human existence.
