Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of transformation of a man into a post-human due to the emergence of the fifth industrial revolution. The digitalization processes inherent in industry 4.0 have become so firmly entrenched in human everyday life that they change it from the inside. Interaction with artificial intelligence and cobots creates a post-human future, and implantation of a chip in the brain creates a post-human. Theoretical analysis. The industry 5.0 phenomenon is associated with the active use of robotics and artificial intelligence in all spheres of human activity. The peculiarity of this stage of the industrial revolution lies in the human-oriented nature of technology and the establishment of a balance between nature and the technosphere. However, as a result of these processes, a person loses his own self and the status of a subject of cognition. There is a transition from Homo Sapiens to Homo Digitalis. Conclusion. The fifth industrial revolution can be considered the triumph of posthumanism. Techno-optimism, faith in scientific and technological progress and artificial intelligence cast doubt on the fact of the disappearance of a man as the culprit of these phenomena. Why create posthuman existence if a man loses his essence in it? Homo Digitalis is like a signifier without a signified - a talking head, devoid of its own consciousness and intelligence.

Maximum permissible levels of laser radiation as a tool for ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population

Introduction. Laser radiation is the youngest production factor, but not the most harmless. The rapid development of modern laser technologies and their introduction into various fields of science and technology has allowed lasers entering widely into everyday human life, as well as into the sphere of culture, fine arts, and the show industry. Thus, the development of a unified algorithm for calculating the maximum permissible levels (MPL) of laser radiation is becoming particularly relevant. The purpose of this work is to assess the subjective feelings of persons exposed to laser radiation at levels not exceeding the maximum permissible levels and clarify the methodology for calculating acceptable levels of laser radiation. Materials and methods. Graphical modelling was used to develop an algorithm for calculating the MPL. To assess the subjective perception of laser radiation, a survey of 20–25 years five hundred eighteen people was used according to a specially designed questionnaire. Results. Exposure to laser radiation at levels not exceeding the MPL caused unpleasant sensations in the eyes of the participants of the show, temporary violation of colour perception, temporary blindness, headache. An algorithm for calculating the MPL of laser radiation has been developed, consisting of six stages, which allows optimizing the computational component of laser safety assessment in the implementation of State sanitary and Epidemiological supervision and control. Limitations. The age range of the study participants is 20–25 years old. Conclusion. It is proposed to revise the standards of MPL for the population based on the temporary effects of radiation. This will minimize the negative impact on the organ of vision in terms of reversible changes and qualitatively improve the hygienic assessment of laser radiation. The developed algorithm for calculating the permissible levels of laser radiation will help minimize errors and reduce the time spent by specialists when assessing the safety of exposure to laser radiation on the body.

Conceptualization of everyday life in philosophy of M. Heidegger and R. Barthes

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concepts of everyday life in the works of M. Heidegger and R. Barthes. Based on textual and comparative analysis, the author offers her own interpretation of the meaning of the concept of "everyday life" in "Being and Time". In the first section of the study, the author examines Dasein and some structures of its existence, the concept of "das Man" as the basis of inauthentic existence, two modes of Dasein's existence and their connection with the meaning of everyday life. Particular attention is paid to Barthes's work "How to Live Together: Novelistic Simulations of Some Everyday Spaces", which is a collection of his lectures, his concept of "idiorrythmie" in connection with the study of the structure of everyday life. Barthes continues the work begun by Heidegger, but tries to establish and reveal the cultural and ideological influence on human everyday life. To accomplish the tasks, the author uses a methodology that is based on the methods of textual and comparative analysis, as well as the problematization of concepts. The main conclusions of the conducted research are, firstly, the identification of three possible meanings of "everyday life" in the work "Being and Time", secondly, the disclosure of the discourse on everyday life in the framework of R. Barthes's philosophical works, thirdly, an attempt to identify the cultural and ideological influence on the grasp of everyday life by man. Thus, it was established that everyday life itself, as an a priori-ontological condition of human existence, is unchangeable, but only the perception of everyday life by man or his way of grasping everyday life in consciousness changes. In this sense, Barthes continues and brings to a new level the work begun by Heidegger, but he starts not from individual consciousness, but from the life of the "I" with others in everyday life as a space of idiorrhythmes. The discovery of common features of reflections on everyday life in Heidegger and Barthes prompts the author to trace the influence of philosophical texts on changes in the subject of the humanities.

Meowmy, Pawrents and Menschenwelpen ‘human puppies’: Linguistic practices of Doing Interspecies Families on German Instagram

Looking at cute animal images and videos has become a popular online pastime and animals themselves increasingly appear as actors in social media who have their own accounts and profiles from which they ‘speak’ to and ‘interact’ with us. This development goes hand in hand with a change in human-animal relations in most of Western cultures, where pets – especially cats and dogs – are more and more often seen and treated as family members while the animals we eat are rendered invisible in factory farms that are spatially detached from everyday human life. The familial relationships between humans and their pet companions are constructed by a variety of sociocultural means, one of which is language. By talking about pets as babies and children and oneself as cat or dog moms, the connection between the human and the pet is discursively established as one of kinship and intimacy rather than one of ownership and obedience. Social media have become a prolific space for performing “interspecies families” (Owens, 2015), where self-acclaimed pet parents can interact with each other and build communities of practice in which pet accounts post and engage with each other from an imagined pet perspective. This article uses a quantitative corpus-based approach to study the discursive construction of interspecies families on German-speaking Instagram. By analysing more than 20,000 posts from dog and cat accounts offering first person narratives, the article provides insights into the ways human pet owners speak about themselves and their relations with their pets from an imagined pet perspective. The analysis shows that the caption texts accompanying the posted pictures and videos are highly anthropocentric: at the centre of these short texts stands the – usually female – human pet owner. Using family terminology for both humans and other animals in these posts serves the linguistic construction of interspecies families in which pets and their human companions are held together by love and kinship ties rather than ownership.

Transformations of ‘traditional everyday life’ in the paradigm of modern transgressive culture

One of the most apparent specific parameters of the modern socio-cultural situation is its obvious transgressive nature. In modern humanitarian science, within the framework of the concept of "transgression" it is customary to mean the objectively existing desire of individuals, human communities and society to overcome certain norms, values and attitudes that have been once established and institutionalized and had time to become traditional. There are whole spheres of human activity whose existence, and especially their development, is simply impossible without a high degree of transgression. First of all, they include science and the arts. Although the study of cultural transgression has a long and fruitful history (including the work of such recognized authorities as Hegel, Bataille, Foucault, etc.), in the new historical realities, the problem also acquires new semantic solutions. First of all, we attribute to such innovations the acutely actualized problem of the "points of intersection" of transgressive culture and human everyday life. Such "intersections" provide many examples of a positive impact on our lives. However, the concomitant negative potential is very high here and over time it turns out to be an increasingly obvious factor of modernity.

Study of the Pattern of Internet Use and Internet-related Behavior among Medical College Students

Background: In today’s day and age, the Internet has had unarguably the largest impact on everyday human life. It would be appropriate to designate/name this age as the “Internet Age.” Internet use is facilitating notable improvements in many fields but with increasing use of the internet, many individuals are becoming preoccupied with the internet, unable to control their use, and jeopardizing their employment and personal relationships. We have evaluated the patterns of Internet use among medical students and the changes in behavior pattern observed in students. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study at a tertiary care teaching hospital, a questionnaire was used to collect information about the various aspects and patterns of Internet usage and Internet-related behavior among students. Results: One hundred undergraduate medical students participated in the current study. Students spent more than 17 h/week using the Internet. The time spent on the Internet for work and study-related purposes was equal to time spent on socializing. The questionnaire on feelings and experiences on Internet use indicated addiction and habituation/dependency on the Internet and guilt among some students for Internet addiction. Some students who are addicted to the Internet sought aid from different sources to reduce their dependency on the Internet. Conclusion: Self-control, restricting the use of the Internet for other than study, work and professional purposes, motivation to the disciplined use of the Internet, and the mentoring facility could help reduce Internet addiction in undergraduate medical students.

International regulation of the turnover of virtual assets: basic provisions and principles

The dynamic development of virtual assets and their introduction into everyday human life and the economy require the world community to build symmetrical international legal regulation. Currently, the world still does not have a unified approach to regulating this financial phenomenon. However, most countries and international institutions do not ignore it and try to create an appropriate legal field to regulate all possible types of these assets.
 The article analyzes the legal regulation of relations in the sphere of circulation of virtual assets in some countries of the world and identifies the most favorable norms for their possible implementation into Ukrainian legislation.
 The experience of regulating virtual assets in the United States of America is singled out, in particular, it is determined that at the federal level of the country, digital assets are considered as property. The general principles of taxation that apply to transactions with property also apply to transactions with virtual assets. It has been studied that the system of regulation of virtual assets in the USA is in the process of development, but the fundamental principles have already been formed.
 The legal field of regulation of virtual assets in Great Britain is analyzed. The announced intentions of the government in 2017 to make the United Kingdom the best place in the world for the development of digital business are becoming a reality, the confirmation of this is the high level of regulation of the sphere of circulation of virtual assets.
 The experience of Germany is singled out, where virtual assets are not considered a means of payment, currency or foreign currency. Regulators classify them as a financial instrument or asset, subject to securities and investment-related rules and laws. The country’s legislation contains both detailed regulation of the activities of service providers, users and investors, as well as a system of tax benefits and exemptions. The legal regulation of virtual assets in Singapore, which is one of the most loyal to virtual assets in Asian countries, is analyzed.
 The conclusion was formulated that when developing a mechanism for legal regulation of virtual assets and blockchain technologies in Ukraine, it is necessary to take into account the international experience of countries where relevant regulatory acts already exist and there is experience in law enforcement.

Bordering Practices in a Sustainability-Profiled Neighbourhood: Studying Inclusion and Exclusion Through Fluid and Fire Space

Borders are essential in the current planning of cities since new forms of social relations are needed to support more sustainable ways of life. In this article, we present a case study of a sustainability-profiled new neighbourhood, Vallastaden in Sweden. We focus on how sustainability is enacted in different socio-material versions, which often include defusing borders between private and shared spaces. Shared space in Vallastaden includes spaces to facilitate meetings, such as <em>felleshus</em> (built as semi-communal, ground-level buildings, semi-indoor spaces, and greenhouses), winter gardens (built as rooftop, semi-private, semi-indoor, and social spaces), and the shared brook-park Broparken and farm-park Paradiset with rental allotments and communal gardens. Analysing how bordering practices create inclusion and exclusion, we study their consequences for the everyday lives of humans and non-humans in Vallastaden. We conceptualise these dynamics as fluid and fire space in order to make the ontological politics of bordering visible. Our study shows that the borders in the planned shared spaces are dynamic and create both fluid and fire space, depending on their socio-material relations. The research shows that planners need to take these heterogeneous socio-material relations into account when creating borders because, otherwise, they risk creating unfair exclusions.

Discovering clinical phronesis

Phronesis is often described as a ‘practical wisdom’ adapted to the matters of everyday human life. Phronesis enables one to judge what is at stake in a situation and what means are required to bring about a good outcome. In medicine, phronesis tends to be called upon to deal with ethical issues and to offer a critique of clinical practice as a straightforward instrumental application of scientific knowledge. There is, however, a paucity of empirical studies of phronesis, including in medicine. Using a hermeneutic and phenomenological approach, this inquiry explores how phronesis is manifest in the stories of clinical practice of eleven exemplary physicians. The findings highlight five overarching themes: ethos (or character) of the physician, clinical habitus revealed in physician know-how, encountering the patient with attentiveness, modes of reasoning amidst complexity, and embodied perceptions (such as intuitions or gut feeling). The findings open a discussion about the contingent nature of clinical situations, a hermeneutic mode of clinical thinking, tacit dimensions of being and doing in clinical practice, the centrality of caring relations with patients, and the elusive quality of some aspects of practice. This study deepens understandings of the nature of phronesis within clinical settings and proposes ‘Clinical phronesis’ as a descriptor for its appearance and role in the daily practice of (exemplary) physicians.

The aim of this research is to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) device technology in supporting everyday human life, especially in Luna Torasyngu's novel "Traveline Past." AI is implemented as an intelligent and flexible assistant/partner, serving not only as a mechanical tool but also as an adaptive partner that responds to user needs. Concrete examples include smartwatches, computers with complex authorization systems, sensors that read phenomena and function as weapons, databases encompassing information from the past, and the use of Nano Technology in the production of clothing that can change according to needs. The research findings provide a holistic overview of how AI technology and its related components can shape the lifestyle and interaction of humans with the environment in the future, prompting questions about the positive impact and ethical challenges associated with the integration of AI into daily life. The focus is on analyzing the role of AI-forming device technology in the novel, using a hermeneutic approach. The findings include the utilization of technologies such as 1) smartwatches, 2) computers, 3) sensors, 4) databases, and 5) Nano Technology.

On Heidegger's Concept of "Dasein" A Discussion Based on Being and Time

"Dasein" is a central concept in Heidegger's philosophy, representing a unique form of existence among many. Unlike other existents, it takes priority over them, defining their existence. Unlike other theories of existence, the ontological treatment of "Dasein" is not an abstract idea but deeply rooted in everyday human life. This paper explores the concept of "Dasein" following the insights of Being and Time. This passage discusses the background and significance of Martin Heidegger's philosophy, as well as its research value and influence on subsequent philosophers. It then delves into Heidegger's philosophy of "Dasein," explaining its fundamental constructs, including the rejection of the Cartesian subject and the establishment of a solid philosophical foundation based on existence itself rather than the level of the existent. It further explores the basic ways in which Dasein unfolds, such as "thrownness," "projection," and "fallenness," deepening the understanding of the structure of being-in-the-world and its fundamental regulations.

Understanding Alcohol Consumption and Its Antecedents and Consequences in Daily Life: The Why and the How.

Most of the scientific research on alcohol consumption behavior in humans is laboratory-based, as reflected by the ratio of laboratory vs. real-life contributions to this handbook. Studies in daily life, although having a long history in addiction research (Shiffman et al., Ann Behav Med 16:203-209, 1994), are in the minority. This is surprising, given that patients with substance use disorders are suffering in daily life and not in the laboratory setting. In other words, drinking patterns and symptoms of alcohol use disorder evolve not in the lab but in daily life, where patients show difficulties in limiting their alcohol intake accompanied with all kinds of related problems. The ultimate goal of all interventions, independent of being tailored toward restricted drinking or abstinence, is again an altered behavior in real life. Translated to practice, patients' behavior in the lab may not translate to daily life, often showing minimal ecological validity. Therefore, we have to question to which degree lab-based research findings translate into daily life. Fortunately, the current digital revolution provided us with more and more tools, enabling us to monitor, analyze, and change behavior in human everyday life. Our chapter does not intend to give a comprehensive overview of the daily life research on alcohol consumption over the last few decades as others do (Morgenstern et al., Alcohol Res Curr Rev 36:109, 2014; Piasecki, Alcohol Clin Exp Res 43:564-577, 2019; Shiffman, Psychol Asses 21:486-497, 2009; Votaw and Witkiewitz, Clin Psychol Sci 9:535-562, 2021; Wray et al., Alcohol Res Curr Rev 36:19-27, 2014). Instead, we aim at the following: first, to highlight the key advantages of ecological momentary assessment to motivate scientists to add daily life research components to their laboratory research and, second, to provide some guidance on how to begin with daily life research.

Comparative analysis of artificial intelligence based on existing chatbots

Today, artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly gaining popularity in various sectors, including the corporate world, business circles, and people's daily lives. The application of artificial intelligence in such fields as medicine, banking and government structures is becoming more frequent. Artificial intelligence facilitates data processing, as it occurs without the intervention of human labor and usually ensures the accuracy of the tasks performed. According to statistics, the number of companies using artificial intelligence in their operations is increasing, and many organizations consider artificial intelligence as an important technology to achieve competitive advantage. This scientific study presents a comprehensive analysis of two leading artificial intelligence systems – ChatGPT-4 from the OpenAI company and Bard from the Google AI company. The work also provides an overview of the development of artificial intelligence in various fields and its impact on everyday human life, especially in such vital areas as medicine, finance, public administration, etc. The paper delves into a detailed comparison of different versions of ChatGPT (GPT-3 and GPT-4) by discussing and analyzing their capabilities, improvements, and limitations. The article also discusses the integration of the Bard system with Google services, its unique functionality and recent updates. The purpose of this study is to compare the capabilities of the artificial intelligence systems ChatGP-4T and Bard, highlight their strengths and weaknesses, as well as their practical application. The paper presents the results of comparative testing to evaluate the performance of each model (system) in various tasks, including solving a logical task, writing an essay, analyzing with subsequent suggestions for improving the web-site, and writing HTML/CSS code for a web-page. The results highlight the fact that, despite the recognized advantages of these models, their functional characteristics may sometimes be limited or not meet expectations when performing specific tasks and the choice of system (model) will be adjusted depending on the needs of users.

Therefore, the problem found is how to make the Semosemo Vehicle Rental Application in Manado City. With the aim of making the Semosemo Vehicle Rental Application in the City of Manado. This research uses the prototype method and is also assisted by software such as React Native, Figma, and Visual Studio Code. The result is that the Semosemo application can be made to help rent vehicles in the city of Manado and the application can run accordingly.

Birds are present in everyday life, in forests, parks, cities, in fields and on playgrounds, by rivers and at entrances to stores, etc. Their ubiquity in human everyday life all through history leads to “birds” developing metaphorical meanings and producing powerful stereotypical images, which also motivate wider conceptual meanings. This article focuses on the lexeme ptica “bird” in Slovenian short folklore forms, its stereotypical representation and its metaphorical meanings. The ethnolinguistic approach will provide insight into the characteristics ascribed to birds as well as personifications and metaphorical transfers in short folklore forms, i.e., it will show what the bird symbolizes.

Character Education: Strengthening the Character of Elementary School Students based on Wayang Sukuraga through Practice of Noble Morals

This study is to learn about character education based on local wisdom, Wayang Sukuraga, through the cultivation of noble morality in primary school. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method aimed at knowing the picture of character education on the basis of Wayang Sukuraga by cultivating the noble morals of students in elementary schools. Data collection was carried out with interview techniques, observations, and documentation studies. As for the results of this study, the strengthening of character education based on the phenomenon of Sukuraga through the cultivation of the noble morality of students in the school is very supportive both in student activities and school programs. This can be seen from the values contained in philanthropy, which support the formation of true human character. Because the philosophy is taken from the stories of everyday human life, Thus, the strengthening of character education based on this philosophy can be implemented by students in the practice of noble morals in school and outside school. This can be demonstrated by the vision, mission, and purpose of the school; character education strengthening programs with the integration of learning processes implemented in everyday life, integrated implementation in the intrakuricular, non-curricular, as well as extracurricular strategies of character strengthening education using methods of cultivation, uniformity, spontaneous activities, and student character successes that are more diligent in devotion. Mechanical and Acoustic-Driven BiFeO3 Composite Films-Based Hybrid Nanogenerator for Energy Harvesting and Sensing Applications.

Nanogenerators for acoustic energy harvesting are still in the early stage of development, and many challengessuch asthe optimization of device structure and the design of efficient and sensitive materialsneed to beaddressed.To solve the above-mentioned problems,herein, advancement in synthesized multiferroic material for hybridizing the nanogenerator and efficient harvesting of various energies such as acoustic, mechanical, and vibrational energies is reported. Initially, bismuth ferrate (BiFeO3, BFO)-based composite films are prepared with high ferroelectric and dielectric coefficients. The hybrid nanogenerator (HNG) based on a 3D-printed structure has the highest electrical output which is further improved depending on the BFO loading concentration in the composite film. The 0.5 wt% BFO-loaded PVDF-based HNG offers the enhanced open circuit voltage, short circuit current, and charge density values of ≈30V, ≈1µA, and ≈10 µC/m2, respectively. The optimized HNG is employed to harvest mechanical energy from everyday human life. Furthermore, the HNG layers are used in the fabrication of a multi-energy harvester/sensor (MEH/S) which can harvest/sense various vibrational and acoustic energies under different acoustic frequencies and amplitudes, respectively. The harvested energy from the MEH/S is tested to power portable electronics.

Psychosocial detailing as a methodological procedure

The interdisciplinary study is devoted to substantiating the significance of intellectual detailing as the usual order of carrying out professional methodological thinking on covital and personal events of human everyday life. The object of study is psychosocial detailing as a means of methodology in socio-humanitarianism, and its subject is the named detailing as a thinking action aimed at clarifying and explaining what happened as a personal or personified social event. The result of scientific research was the confirmation of a hypothesis consisting of two statements. The first indicates that the methodological procedure of psycho-social detailing of socially important phenomena and processes will ensure the identification of micro-connections between social and psychological mechanisms that have an impact on the behavior and activities of people in various life situations. In particular, it has been proven that the role of interrelationships between these mechanisms is performed by psychological and social details, which, due to complementarity and co-organization, form a micro-event field of interaction of the individual as a source of psycho-spiritual and environment as a socio-cultural experience of the ethnic group in space and time. The second statement, which received confirmation, states the perspective: the described methodological procedure enables prediction of social events, taking into consideration the potential response of citizens to certain events. The deed organization of psychosocial detailing of a social or life event indicates that the scenario of potential reactions is implemented by the method of extrapolation on the basis of previously acquired knowledge and on the exhaustiveness of interpretations of micro-event connections. Therefore, the methodological procedure of psychosocial detailing is fundamentally important for interdisciplinary research in the field of socio-humanitarian studies and during the creation of social prognosis.

In fact, the influence, the Bauhaus principles that later evolved into an International style, were not the product of experiments produced by the instructors (Meister) and his students, but the methodology of visual arts education and the design methodology that he taught. The fundamental role of a designer will never change, but what will change is his commercial situation. Aplikasi Tiktok Sebagai Media Representasi Diri Pada Remaja di SMPN 2 Alalak Kabupaten Barito Kuala

Mobile phones are part of everyday human life, especially if there is the Tiktok application in it which can allow humans to connect with millions of people in various parts of the world. This study aims to determine the self-representation of adolescents at SMP Negeri 2 Alalak, Batola Kuala Regency using the tiktok application as a medium of self-representation. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained by observing, interviewing and documenting. The data analysis technique used was adapted from Miles and Huberman (2014) covering 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were several factors resulting from the use of the tiktok application including imitation/psychological factors, suggestion, identification and sympathy. On the imitation/psychological factor, adolescents will imitate public figures in society. In the suggestion factor, teenagers are affected by the existence of advertisements. The identification factor is driven by the desire of adolescents to show their existence in society. Teenagers who are influenced by sympathy because they are inspired by their idols. The results of using Tiktok are adding insight and knowledge to teenagers, increasing creativity and as a medium of propaganda.
