Learning Arabic using the Al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik Book at the University

The purpose of this study was to describe Arabic language learning using the book Al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik Di Mustawa Tamhidi Di Ma'had Umar Bin Al-Khattab Putri Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study by carrying out observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. The results showed that: Preparation before learning Arabic, namely: Preparing the Lesson Plan (RPP), opening a dictionary, preparing learning media and studying the pattern of practice questions. The process of learning Arabic, which uses a communicative method. Evaluation of Arabic learning, namely formative evaluation and summative evaluation. Supporting factors are learning media, dictionaries, preparation, motivation and google. While the inhibiting factor is that at the beginning of learning there are some students who do not have the al-arabiyah baina yadaik book, when students do not do the assignments given by the teacher, students do not bring dictionaries into the classroom while learning, and the learning audio has not been updated.

Headmaster's Strategy to Improve the Quality of Teaching and Learning of Islamic Education in an Elementary School

This research aims to analyze the strategies employed by school principals to enhance the quality of Islamic Religious Education in primary schools. The study utilizes a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data sources are obtained through structured interviews with four key informants, including the school principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. To strengthen the interview data, the author also conducts direct observations and analyzes relevant documentation to ensure comprehensive research outcomes. All data are analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The research findings reveal nine strategies implemented by school principals to improve the quality of instruction. These nine strategies consist of two aspects of planning (internal analysis and external analysis), five aspects of implementation (providing continuous motivation to teachers, enhancing teacher competence, fostering discipline among teachers and students, improving student quality, and enhancing learning facilities), and two aspects of evaluation (supervision and routine evaluation). These strategies can serve as references for schools in enhancing the quality of instruction in various primary schools in Indonesia

Simplicity Character Value Development in Gedongkuning State Elementary School

Character building guides students to become human beings with character, and simplistic values ​​are a person's habit of behaving according to their needs and abilities. This study aims to determine how students' character development is based on the value of simplicity in SDN Gedongkuning. The research was conducted in field research with exploratory qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study interviewed several informants: the school principal, our students and teachers. Data analysis techniques in this study used the theory of Miles and Huberman's data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that SDN Gedongkuning applies the character value of simplicity, including 1) Getting used to students helping friends who are in trouble; 2) Assign students to dress modestly and avoid using items such as shoes, bags or jewellery that are too expensive; 3) Encouraging students to bring pocket money reasonably. By applying the value of simplicity so that there are no gaps between students and others.

Implementation Of The Triple Helix Mohammad Natsir In Arabic Education

The integration of mosque institutions, Islamic boarding schools, and campuses in the educational process, according to Mohammad Natsir, is essential. He believes this concept is very in line with the culture of Indonesian society. According to him, the educational process that integrates the three institutions can make graduates become intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually intelligent people. This research uses qualitative techniques and data sourced from documentation studies, and interviews, the data analysis techniques used are Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques, namely data analysis techniques consisting of three stages of analysis, namely collecting data and data reduction, displaying data, and conclusion. The findings are the implementation of Mohammad Natsir's triple helix at Arraayah University Indonesia, including 1) implementation of Arabic language teaching in the Arraayah Mosque through into kalimah activities (short speech), halaqah of the Qur'an (tahfidz), mashrohiyyah (Arabic theatrical), scientific competitions. 2) The implementation of Arabic language teaching at Pesantren Arraayah is carried out in various places such as in madrasahs through Arabic language learning activities, dormitories through study group activities, monitoring Arabic-language discipline, direct evaluation from the senior student, Arabic environment conditioning, sports fields through Arabic-language conditioning activities in various sports activities, open spaces and in other public facilities in pesantren through activities jalsah tarbawiyyah. 3) The implementation of Arabic language teaching at the Arraayah Campus is carried out in lecture classes through learning materials for Arabic and Islamic studies as well as the development of Arabic language education through teaching practices and research in the Arabic teaching studies.

Analyzing the environmental sustainability of rural water management in community self-help group (CSHG) – a case study of Gunungpati district

Economic developments and the increasing population have recently led to a rapid increase in the consumption of clean water. The objectives of this study are to analyze the management of available water and develop a model to support the distribution of rural water services. It was a qualitative study with informants from the manager and users of the Community Self-Help Group (CSHG) in Gunungpati District, Semarang. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations, and then processed using the Huberman data analysis technique. Physically, the water supply managed by CSHG was sufficient to fulfill the community needs. Every morning in a month produces more than 1,000 cubic meters of water to distribute to 150 households. Management could meet the water daily needs of the community in the dry and rainy seasons. They also perform intensive maintenance on water pumping machines and checking water capacity to be distributed to the public. The sustainability of the water supply in the CSHG depends on the participation of the community in protecting the environment. Community participation was elaborated from the sociological perspective that the basic elements of social life consisting of structure, culture, and processes in the realm of environmental communities.

Lusi Island is one of the tourist destinations in Sidoarjo which is expected to become an environmentally friendly tourist destination with the theme of utilization, research, and conservation of mangroves. Lusi Island is not widely known by the public because visitors are still dominated by the Jabon sub-district and the surrounding area. This study aims to analyze and describe the management and constraints in the Management of Tourism Destinations on Lusi Island in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach, data collected through observation, interviews and documentation, while the data sources are primary and secondary data. Informants who were determined by interview, the informants were UPT BPSPL Wilker staff, East Java Directorate General of PRL, Lusi Island Guard and Head of the Sidoarjo Regency Tourism Office, data analysis derived from Miles and Huberman data, namely through data collection, data, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of managing Lusi Island has not been maximized because there are several inhibiting factors. As for some of these factors, there is no government intervention in the process of maintaining and developing the island and there is no legality on the island of Lusi in Sidoarjo Regency.

Portrait Of Financial Management Of Bumdesa Cempaka Telaga Biru Village, Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency

This research aims to reveal an overview of the financial management of BUMDesa both in terms of recording and reporting as well as the accountability carried out by the manager of BUMDesa Cempaka Telaga Biru Village, Tanjungbumi District, Bangkalan Regency. In addition, it reveals the obstacles faced by BUMDesa managers in carrying out financial management, as well as the solutions offered in dealing with these obstacles. To answer the problem and achieve the research objectives, this research uses descriptive proximity. This research uses interview data collection and documentation, while the research data analysis stage refers to Miles and Huberman's data analysis which includes: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions. The results of the research said that BUMDesa Cempaka had carried out bookkeeping or financial records but it was still very simple and produced financial statements in the form of a cash book, which included a cash receipt book and a cash expenditure book only. This is because in carrying out this recording, BUMDesa has problems, namely human resources who do not really understand accounting records. For this reason, there is a need for training and technical guidance from the government, especially those related to the financial recording of BUMDesa.

Evaluation of Islamic Personal Development Program (BPI) in Integrated Islamic School Networks

This study aims to (1) evaluate the achievement of character education programs at the elementary school level in Medan City, (2) provide good recommendations to teachers, schools, for improving the Islamic Personal Development education program in the Integrated Islamic School Network. The type of research is program evaluation (formative evaluation) with a qualitative approach. The research subjects include: SD IT AD-DURRAH Medan. The data were analyzed using Milles & Huberman data analysis including: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the readiness of elementary schools in the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) to implement Islamic Personal Development education, judging from the curriculum that has integrated character education, but is still lacking in terms of managing supporting infrastructure and many teachers need more a lot of knowledge and skills about Islamic Personal Development; (2) the implementation of character education has begun to appear in learning activities; (3) support from the government in socialization or training is still lacking by schools; (4) monitoring and evaluation of character education is still limited to the curriculum and is carried out through coaching in every school; and (5) common obstacles faced by schools are student attitude assessments that have not been documented, teachers' lack of understanding to implement Islamic Personal Development.

Implementor in Advocacy for Mentoring Violence against Women in Pasuruan District

This study aims to analyze and describe acts of violence against women in Pasuruan Regency as well as analyze and describe the implementers in advocating acts of violence against women in Pasuruan Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach, data collected through observation, interviews and documentation, while the data sources are primary and secondary data. Informants determined by purposive sampling, the informants include the Head of Gender Mainstreaming Institutionalization (PUG) and Women's Protection, Facilitators and Staff (Data), data analysis derived from Miles and Huberman data, namely through data collection, data, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the implementers in advocating for assistance to acts of violence against women in Pasuruan Regency should be the KBPP Office, and PPT-PPA which consists of various OPD (Regional Apparatus Organizations) as providing support and assistance to victims.

Floof Disaster Management Strategy In Sidoarjo District Based On SWOT Analysis

This study aims to analyze and describe flood disaster management strategies in Sidoarjo Regency based on a SWOT analysis. The method used is descriptive qualitative, the technique of determining the informants used is purposive sampling. The types of data obtained are primary data and secondary data obtained through data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using Milles and Huberman data analysis methods and SWOT analysis. The results of this study obtained the SO strategy the need for technology-based innovation specifically in flood disaster management. Data analysis comes from Miles and Huberman data, namely through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of the INTAKO Small and Medium Industry revitalization program in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin District seen from three indicators, namely the achievement of goals seen from the period of completion of the program in line with the legal basis, namely the Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 09/M-IND/PER/2/ 2016 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Use of Special Allocation Funds for the Development of Industrial Facilities for the 2016 Fiscal Year, however, it is necessary to realize the program in accordance with the action plans that have been made previously. The target of the revitalization program is Tanggulangin integrated tourism or 3 in 1 tourism. EFL classrooms in the Indonesian context: How do eleventh-grade students perceive rewards in EFL instruction?

Perception is a cognitive process when a person interacts with their surroundings while accepting information from the brain. Students perceive of rewards during English as a foreign language instruction is important because perception can affect their learning ability. However, the eleventh-grade students perceive of rewards in EFL instruction was still unclear, this research aimed to investigate the perception of rewards among eleventh-grade students in a vocational high school in EFL instruction. The approach of this research was quantitative. With the help of Microsoft excel, eighty-one students in the eleventh grade were chosen randomly to answer the questionnaire, and 10% of them were chosen to be interviewed. A questionnaire and interview were employed to get the data about the eleventh-grade student's perceptions of rewards in EFL instruction. Then, the interview data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman data analysis, which consists of data condensation, data display, conclusion, and verification. Meanwhile, the data collected through a questionnaire was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that rewards in EFL instruction could increase students’ motivation in learning as well as make them happy and excited during the learning process. Besides that, students picked words of praise as the reward that could make them happy and followed by any tangible rewards the teachers gave. Several suggestions for future research follow the findings of this study.

Analisis kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik selama pandemi pada muatan pelajaran ppkn kelas V sekolah dasar

This study aims to determine the student's learning discipline attitude during the pandemic on the content of the Civics Class V lesson at the Packaging 1 Sawit State Elementary School for the 2021/2022 Academic Year with the implementation of learning having been carried out in schools.This research uses qualitative research, using a case study approach or method. Sources of data in this study were students and homeroom teachers of class V SD Negeri 1 Packaging. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the learning discipline of fifth grade elementary school students during the COVID-19 pandemic showed high category results with indicators of discipline in entering school, discipline in following lessons at school, discipline in doing assignments, discipline in studying at home, discipline in studying at home. obey school rules. The results of the study can add to the treasures and as a reference regarding the learning discipline of students during the COVID-19 pandemic.

ANALISIS SWOT : Faktor Internal dan Eksternal dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan di MI Miftahul Ulum Beru

ABSTRACT
 SWOT analysis is generally carried out to determine policies within an institution, organization. The main objective of this research is to be able to perform a SWOT analysis of internal and external factors at MI Miftahul Ulum Beru as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources from interviews, and secondary observations from documentation. The data analysis stage uses the Miles and Huberman data analysis stage, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The stages of the research are pre-field, field and data analysis. The results of this research are SWOT analysis is carried out to understand and know the phenomena experienced by the school so that it can be handled in an appropriate way by the parties concerned. Things that need to be considered in the SWOT analysis carried out by researchers are the strategies that will be carried out to improve the quality of education at MI Miftahul Ulum Beru, including: conducting training and gradual development; cross-sectoral approaches and cooperation; and form creative innovations that are constructive and fun for children.

IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IX DI MTs. NU SUNAN GIRI PRIGEN PASURUAN

The problem in this study is to determine the implementation of akidah akhlak learning in the formation of the religious character of students in class IX Mts. Nu Sunan Giri Prigen Pasuruan, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the results of the implementation of Akidah Akhlak learning in the formation of the religious character of class IX Mts. Nu Sunan Giri Prigen Pasuruan. This research was conducted at IX Mts. Nu Sunan Giri Prigen Pasuruan. Research subjects and informants were class IX class teachers of morals and eighth- grade students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which is in the form of written or oral data from the research object at the institution. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis used Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data modeling (data display), and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of akidah akhlak subjects in the formation of the religious character of grade IX Mts. Nu Sunan Giri Prigen Pasuruan used exemplary and habituation methods such as praying before learning begin, praying in congregation, following the Quran Tahsinul program, accustoming praiseworthy behavior, and respecting teachers. and friends. Strategi kepala madrasah dalam menyiapkan peserta didik menghadapi asesmen nasional di MIN 1 Yogyakarta

In preparing the National Assessment/Assessment, the right strategy is needed from the head of the madrasa for the implementation of the assessment process so that students can follow the assessment process properly without any obstacles. The research that will be conducted aims to find out the strategies prepared by the madrasa head in preparing students to take part in the National Assessment (AN) at MIN 1 Yogyakarta. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection system is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles Huberman data analysis model as quoted by Sugiyono which consists of 3 (three) related processes, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the National Assessment is designed to map the education system which will later be used as a reference for improving and evaluating the quality of education in each educational unit. Efforts made by the head of the madrasa to prepare students for the AKM (Minimum Competency Assessment) are by providing additional study hours and facilitating books to support the success of the program. However, the program cannot be fully implemented due to the pandemic. The supporting factors in the success of the National Assessment at MIN 1 Yogyakarta are the support and willingness of the madrasa head to be responsible and special supporting book facilities to be given to teachers and students of the National Assessment.

Implementasi Strategi Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta dalam Pengembangan Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM)

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the strategy of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in the development of the MSME sector in Surakarta City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling and data validity using triangulation method. Meanwhile, in data analysis, this research uses Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the strategy of the Surakarta City Cooperatives and SMEs in developing the MSME sector had been carried out quite well, but there were still obstacles such as the lack of openness of SMEs in providing business data, the lack of completeness of product legality, and the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic. The development of the Surakarta City Cooperatives and SMEs Service program in the midst of the pandemic situation was focused on the empowerment and development program for MSMEs with activities including MSME monitoring and evaluation, information dissemination on capital providers, entrepreneurship training, promotional exhibitions, trade contacts, and business meetings. The budget for the Cooperatives and SMEs Service is sourced from the Surakarta City Budget, which in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is experiencing a budget refocusing. The budget development has been allocated quite well and is able to support the financing of the MSME development program. The Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in developing procedures has compiled the stages of procedures for each program of MSME development activities that also act as a form of supervision of the implementation of these activity programs.
