Objective: To document and analyze the comprehensive oral rehabilitation process carried out in a 6-year-old pediatric patient at high cariogenic risk, using minimal intervention techniques to restore dental function and esthetics, improve general oral health and prevent future carious lesions. Case report: 6 year old male patient with no relevant medical-pathological history, with multiple carious lesions, a complete oral rehabilitation was performed, eight treatment sessions were carried out including prophylaxis, restoration with celluloid crowns, application of sealants and pulpotomy with Biodentine, resulting in the return of dental function and esthetics, the sealants prevented new carious lesions in the molars and when performing oral hygiene controls and plaque indexes showed significant improvement in the patient. Conclusion: Comprehensive oral rehabilitation using minimal intervention techniques such as sealants, plaque controls, celluloid crowns, showed good clinical performance in a 6-year-old pediatric patient with high risk of dental caries.
