The hotel business, as well as other sectors of the Russian economy, is experiencing significant economic problems in the modern conditions of the Russian Federation. At the same time, certain segments of the hospitality industry are characterized by a high level of competition. To increase the competitiveness of the hotel, it is necessary to ensure the growth of the competitiveness of the services offered by it, which depends on the degree of customer satisfaction with their quality and level of service. This work is devoted to the identification of the main factors determining the competitiveness of resort hotel services. The results of the study can be further used to identify strategies for the functioning of relevant economic entities.
