Research on the Enlightenment of Sports Literacy to Graduate Education and Training

Graduate education is the key stage of high quality talent cultivation. However, based on the characteristics of graduate students, the work itself has its particularity and importance. This paper focuses on postgraduate education, from the beginning of sports literacy, putting forward the question whether sports literacy would produce irreplaceable influence in the process of graduate education and training. Finally this paper make a reasonable response. At the same time, it gives some enlightening strategies for sports literacy to graduate education, in order to cultivate all-round development of innovative high-quality talents to increase efficiency and expand ideas.

Research on Biopharmaceutical Talent Cultivation Assessment Based on OBE Model

With the advancement of science and technology and the global prevalence of COVID-19, the biopharmaceutical talent cultivation has become increasingly important and played a more prominent role. The traditional cultivation model which is teacher centered and focuses on theoretical and textbook teaching, as well as classroom teaching, can no longer meet the talent cultivation needs of the biopharmaceutical industry. This paper is to analyze the main problems in the current cultivation of biopharmaceutical talents and explores the necessity of introducing the concept of outcomes-based education (OBE) into the cultivation of biopharmaceutical talents. This paper makes a further research directed towards the biopharmaceutical development needs, setting goals for cultivation of biopharmaceutical talents, exploring new ways to carry out biopharmaceutical teaching activities, proposing strategies for constructing an assessment system for biopharmaceutical professionals under the OBE cultivation model, and providing theoretical basis and implementation paths for cultivating high-quality talents in biopharmaceutical major.

Challenges Faced by HR on Recruitment Process

It further investigates the link between performance and success in recruitment and selection processes, and how this connection may be changing within certain organizations. The research aims to improve the performance of organizations by helping them hire high-quality talent through a better understanding of the recruitment and selection process.The objective of this study is to analyse the trends in recruitment use and practice, and identify the opportunities and challenges encountered by job seekers and employers when utilising e-recruitment. Additionally, the study seeks to understand how value-added services, cost-effectiveness, speed, customised solutions, relationship building with HR managers, and brand building can help organisations to successfully recruit staff.

Research on the Cultivation Path of the Integration of Craftsman Spirit and Professional Skills

The industrial upgrading and the promotion of the Made in China 2025 strategy urgently need a large number of high-quality talents with craftsmanship spirit. Therefore, the cultivation of craftsmanship was included in the work report of the Chinese government as early as 2016. However, vocational colleges generally focus on skills training and neglect craftsmanship and other professional quality training. Even though a few schools began to attach importance to the cultivation of craftsmanship, they separated the cultivation of craftsmanship from the cultivation of professional skills. But, in fact, craftsmanship spirit and professional skills have a high degree of internal correlation, so it can not achieve the corresponding effect if they are cultivated separately. Therefore, the paper explores an effective way to integrate craftsmanship and vocational skills.

Research on Optimization of Interactive Design Course for Industrial Design Specialty Based on Interdisciplinary Integration

With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the demand for products of people is getting higher and higher. The appearance and function of products can no longer meet their needs, and user experience has become an important measure. Therefore, as a new discipline, interactive design has gradually attracted people’s attention. Interactive design is not only a combination of aesthetics and technology, but more importantly, it takes human factors into account in product design. As one of the main fields of product design, industrial design specialty also needs to integrate the theory and practice of interactive design into the curriculum to cultivate high-quality talents that are more in line with market demand. In this thesis, the optimization approach of interactive design course for industrial design specialty based on interdisciplinary integration is discussed.

Investigation and Analysis of the Construction Mechanism and Effectiveness of Art Education Clubs in Local Colleges and Universities

Art clubs are important carriers for local colleges and universities to implement aesthetic and art education and cultivate high-quality talents. Art clubs have established a construction work mechanism which is responsible by school-level leaders, coordinated by relevant functional departments, and implemented by the teaching departments of aesthetic education and public art education. The art club implements a membership system and a credit system. In the process of construction, the system and mechanism of art clubs in some local colleges and universities are not perfect, the concept of club construction is backward, and there are deviations in the concept and cognition of teachers and students in aesthetic education. In some art clubs, the aesthetic education coordination mechanism is not complete, the aesthetic education teachers and funds are insufficient, and the aesthetic education curriculum resources and teaching methods are single. As a result, the construction of art clubs and the effect of aesthetic education are not ideal. The systematic investigation of the construction mechanism, implementation path and initial results of art clubs in local colleges and universities will help promote the construction of art clubs in colleges and universities, it also can meet the individual needs of college students in aesthetic education and art education.

The research found that the deep integration of industry-university-research has a great promotion effect on the improvement of enterprise intellectual capital. First of all, the deep integration of industry-university-research can accelerate the innovation of enterprises in the field of scientific research technology, help the transformation of achievements of the country and enterprises in major scientific research projects, thus improving the economic benefits of enterprises and serving social development; Secondly, the deep integration of industry-university-research is also conducive to improving the competitive strength of enterprises and absorbing more think tanks and innovative technologies for enterprises; Thirdly, the deep integration of industry-university-research also conforms to the common development goals and tasks of universities and enterprises under the background of university-enterprise cooperation, and helps to build a high-quality talent training system, and ultimately feeds back the human resources development of enterprises. Research on low-carbon lifestyle of college students in Hubei University and promotion strategies

College students, as high-quality talents for China's future social construction, are the main force for practicing low-carbon life. Through investigating the cognition, willingness, behavior and motivation of low-carbon life among college students in Hubei universities, it is found that most college students do not have a sound low-carbon cognitive concept, and their awareness of responsibility for low carbon and the subjective motivation to spread it are not strong, so it is difficult to change their low-carbon behavior in the short term. Accordingly, countermeasures to promote low-carbon lifestyle of college students are proposed in terms of raising responsibility awareness, visualizing "low-carbon", creating a good campus low-carbon atmosphere, cultivating "low-carbon" models, and promoting low-carbon ideological innovation.

In the context of high-quality development of education, vigorously promoting the construction of new agricultural science is the need to serve the national strategy and rural revitalization, and is an inevitable choice for the development of agriculture-related colleges and universities. Exploring a new path of agricultural science construction that is in line with both national policies and local socio-economic development, and cultivating high-quality agricultural talents is a realistic problem that needs to be solved at present. This paper adopts inductive method through interviews with experts from agriculture-related colleges and universities, research institutes, industry enterprises and government authorities, and expert discussion sessions, and proposes that the construction of new agricultural science in Xinjiang needs to adopt such paths as innovative talent cultivation system, innovative talent practice platform, innovative curriculum system, innovative teacher team construction, innovative research platform for rural revitalization, and support for the construction of Xinjiang New Agricultural Science Education Union to achieve high-quality talent cultivation and enhance the ability to serve rural revitalization. This study tries to propose a new construction path for the construction of Xinjiang agricultural science, explore a new track for agriculture-related colleges and universities to serve the needs of rural strategy and shape a new development momentum.
