PADASAN AND SYMBOLS OF PUBLIC SELF-HEALTH IN JAVANESE-ISLAMIC CULTURAL PERSPECTIVE

The purpose of this research is to increase the desire for healthy livingbehavior of the community, especially thorough hand washing, as well asprovide insights to the community to always preserve the healthy livingculture that has existed in the culture of Javanese society and Islam. Thisresearch uses a method through literature studies with literature review. Theresults showed that the padasan has been known since time immemorial.On the site of Ki Buyut Trusmi, the padasan is placed to enter a holierplace. Padasan in Al-Aqsa mosque Kudus have Buddhist architecturestyle. In the new normal era, the government encourages the public to getused to washing their hands with soap. This research concludes the habit ofwashing hands has been done by the previous community but using atraditional tool called padasan.

Self Management Education Healthy Life Behavior towards changes in perception and knowledge of COVID transmission 19

Covid 19 is a deadly infectious disease caused by the corona virus, which is still a global pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self management education on changes in people's perceptions and knowledge in East Java. One effort to change perceptions and knowledge of the breaking of the covid 19 chain was carried out with a self management education approach. Methods: Quasi-experiment one group pre and post design in patients who visited polyclinic 3 hospitals in East Java as many as 150 respondents were divided into 2 groups: 75 respondents in the control group and 75 respondents in the treatment group. Sampling through simple random sampling technique. Pretest data collection to identify perceptions and knowledge, then the intervention of self management education was carried out and finally posttest conducted. Pretest and posttest data collection included closed questionnaire, data analysis was performed with Mann Whitney U test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. Result: Changes in perception and knowledge a significant after self management education in hospitals at East Java. Conclusion: self management education able to change the perception and knowledge of patients about covid transmission 19. In the future it is necessary to research more deeply about the behavior of the community towards the breaking of the covid 19.

Determinants of infectious disease in children: Epidemiological Phenomena

Diarrhea is a disease with changes in the shape and concentration of feces, which softens until melted, and increases the frequency of bowel movements more than normal (3 times or more a day). Data from Tanoh Manyang Village in 2014 showed the proportion of diar-rhea in infants was 12% of 144 children, in 2015 26% of 156 children, in 2016 as many as 40% of 343 children. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of maternal culture on the incidence of infectious diseases (diarrhea) in infants. The population in this study 138, with sampling using total sampilng. This type of analytic survey research with cross sectional approach, data analysis using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Chi-square test results showed that mothers 'knowledge and attitudes as well as clean and healthy life behaviors of mothers affected the incidence of diarrhea in infants (p <0.05), while the results of multivariate logistic regression tests showed that mothers' clean and healthy life behavior had a stronger influence on incidence of diarrhea in toddlers with Exp (B) value of 38, 201. Conclusions from the results of multivariate regression tests the mother's clean and healthy behavior has a strong influence on the incidence of diarrhea in infants. It is suggested that related agencies can increase health promotion in the form of counseling to the community so as to increase knowledge of clean and healthy living behavior in preventing infectious diseases, especially the incidence of diarrhea in infants.

Development of Healthy Life Behavior Model in The Institution of Education

Healthy Active lifestyle through 1) being fond of movement, 2) caring for one's own health, 3) caring for the health of others, and 4) caring for the environment, which is closely related to the government's commitment to the healthy life behavior program. The result shows that classes that carry out Healthy Active Living behavior resulted in an increase in students' physical fitness, while control classes that did not carry out Healthy Active Life behavior did not significantly increase physical fitness. There is a positive correlation between Healthy Active Life and physical fitness and health. How to live a healthy active life as a model for improving one's own health, common health, environmental health and fitness can be an important step to maintain health.

Determination of Healthy Life Behaviors and Affecting Factors in Pregnant Women

Amaç: Araştırma, gebelerde sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışlarını ve etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Materyal ve Metot: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel türde olan araştırmanın evrenini bir kamu hastanesinde, doğum polikliniklerine 30.02.2018-15.06.2018 tarihleri arasında başvuru yapan gebeler oluşturdu. Çalışmanın örneklemde çalışmaya dahil edilme kriterlerini sağlayan toplam 207 sağlıklı gebe ele alındı. Veri toplama aracı olarak kişisel bilgi formu ve Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimi Davranışları Ölçeği kullanıldı. Bulgular: Gebelerin yaş ortalaması 27,68±4,18 (min:18, max:41)’dir. Gebelerin sağlık davranışları ölçeğinden almış oldukları en yüksek puan; manevi gelişim (26,84±4,88), kişilerarası ilişkiler (25,18±4,82) ve sağlık sorumluluğu (24,49±4,40) olup, en düşük puan ise fiziksel aktiviteye (14,99±4,71) aittir. Ev hanımı olan, düzenli egzersiz yapan, gündüzleri dinlenen, cinsel yaşamı değişmeyen, gebeliği planlı olan, bebeğinin doğum ağırlığı normal sınırlarında olan, son doğumunu vajinal yolla yapan kadınların sağlık davranışları puan ortalamaları daha yüksektir. Sonuç: Gebelikte maternal ve fetal iyilik durumu için sağlıklı yaşam davranışları kaçınılmazdır. Multidisipliner bir ekiple gebeler için sağlıklı yaşam davranışlarına yönelik rehberlerin oluşturulması, farkındalıkların sağlanması önemlidir. Tespit edilen olumsuz sağlık davranışlarının gebe ile birlikte değerlendirilmesi ve değiştirilmesi yönünde destek sağlanması önerilmektedir.

Kegiatan Penyuluhan dan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan untuk Membiasakan PHBS bagi Warga Desa Kemantren

Efforts to familiarize clean and healthy life is significant to improve the degree of public health. The strategies for familiarize clean and healthy living behaviors are counseling and checking of clean and healthy life behavior. The purpose of these activities was to increase knowledge, awareness, and potential of clean and healthy life behavior in Kemantren Village, Malang. This dedication involved the participation of the people of Kemantren Village so that the community could realize that health improvement can be started from healthy daily living habits. The method used was counseling, and health checking. The results of the service showed that the community gave a positive response and was very enthusiastic in participating in health education and counseling activities.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI PENYEBARAN PENYAKIT TUBERKULOSIS (TBC) DI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

The highest number of tuberculosis sufferers in Indonesia is in West Java Province. The spread of TB disease depends on a variety of different factors in each region. Due to differences in geographical conditions between regions in West Java, the differences between one variable and different variables give different responses at different locations in each study area. This is called spatial heterogeneity. The method that can be used to overcome the problem of spatial heterogeneity is the Weighted Geographic Regression (GWR) method. The best model of this research is the GWR model using the bisquare adaptive kernel weighting function. The resulting coefficient of determination is 93.79%. Significant variables are the number of households having clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS), the number of male residents, and the number of houses not meeting health requirements.

Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle through Mindfulness in University Students: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

The present study explored the effects of a second-generation mindfulness-based intervention known as flow meditation (Meditación-Fluir) in the improvement of healthy life behaviors. A sample of university students (n = 51) in Spain were randomly assigned to a seven-week mindfulness treatment or a waiting list control group. Results showed that compared to the control group, individuals in the mindfulness group demonstrated significant improvements across all outcome measures including healthy eating habits (balanced diet, intake rate, snacking between meals, decrease in consumption by negative emotional states, increased consumption by negative emotional states, amount of consumption, meal times, consumption of low-fat products), tobacco, alcohol, and cannabis consumption, and resting habits. There were differences between males and females in some of these variables and a better effect of the treatment was evident in the females of the experimental group when compared to the males. The flow meditation program shows promise for fostering a healthy lifestyle, thus decreasing behaviors related to maladaptive eating, tobacco, alcohol, and cannabis consumption as well as negative rest habits in university students. This mindfulness program could significantly contribute to the treatment of eating disorders and addictions, wherein negative emotional states and impulsivity are central features of the condition.

Perilaku dan Peran Tokoh Masyarakat dalam Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Pandemi Covid -19 di Desa Jayaraga, Kabupaten Garut

This study aims to describe behaviour and roles of community leaders in the Covid-19 prevention at Jayaraga Village, Garut District. This study applied qualitative method. Data were collected through discussion with community leaders who joined whatsapp group. This study reveals that the behaviour of community leaders is the product of their knowledge and attitude. They have sufficient knowledge about Covid-19 which in turns construct their attitude towards it. They worry about the disease its rapid contagion and its negative impact to the community. Having this attitude, they decided to start actions for prevention, and invited community members to join them in the action. They promoted healthy life behaviour, which is known effective in prevent the Covid-19 contagion, and initiated actions which aims to assist members of the community whose socio-economic condition devastated by the pandemic. The behaviour of these community leaders describes their roles in the community in the context of Covid-19 pandemic. This behaviour also enhances empowerment of the to Covid-19 pandemic.

Investigation of Health Sciences University Students' Healthy Living Behavior Perceptions

All of the behaviors that people exhibit in order to stay healthy both physically and psychologically and maintain their health during their lifetime are included in the definition of "healthy life behavior". In this study, it was aimed to identify and compare the perceptions of healthy life behavior of students of the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences and Psychology Department Students who study at the University of Health Sciences. A total of 199 students, 97 students from the sports science department (age: 19.84 ± 1.801, weight: 65.30 ± 12.460), and 102 students from the psychology department (age: 20.12 ± 1.916 weight: 60.17 ± 9.881) participated in the study. There was a statistically significant difference between the scale total scores of the participants and the dimensions of health responsibility, physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and the measurements of the students of sports science students and students of psychology sciences in terms of an increase in sport sciences students (p <0.05). There was no significant difference between the participants' interpersonal communication and spiritual development scores, which are the sub-dimensions of the scale (p˃0.05). University education is an education period in which students can decide independently. These results showed that sports students and psychology sciences students' different undergraduate education also affected their healthy lifestyle behaviors. In this context, it is concluded that directing students of other departments of the university to exercise and sports activities will contribute to their perceptions of healthy lifestyle.

Impact of Emotion Regulation in Patients Suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: To investigate the impact of self-management intervention on the effectiveness of emotional regulation in patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
 Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in the Pulmonology Department of Jinnah hospital Lahore in Collaboration with community medicine department for Six months duration from March 2018 to August 2018. 86 consecutive chronic COPD patients were diagnosed in the stable phase. 43 patients in each group were divided into a control group and a randomized observation group. In the control group, the continuous feeding mode outside of a conventional hospital and an enhanced guide to self-care programs in the observation group (information about the disease, breathing exercises, emotions, home oxygen therapy, medication technique, healthy life behaviors and deteriorating action plans) were used to compare differences in results.
 Results: For six-month follow-up visits, personal hygiene behavior, physical education, cognitive symptoms and management of medical care results, and observation groups in both groups were more visible and the differences were statistically significant (p <0.05); Self-regulation of emotions regulation in two groups was increased, including positive effect, deterrence / anguish, anger / irritation and total results. In addition, the extent of growth in the observation group was clearer and the differences were statistically significant (p <0.05).
 Conclusion: intervention of the self-monitoring program can improve the self-control behavior of patients with COPD and is important for improving the effectiveness of regulation and prediction of emotions.

Risk Factors of Lung Tuberculosis Occurence in the Working Area of Kaluku Bodoa Health Center Makassar City

Makassar City is one of the coastal areas that are vulnerable to the transmission of pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB). The condition of population density in the area can increase the risk of transmission. The aims of the study to determine the risk factors for the occurrence of pulmonary TB in the coastal area of Makassar city. The Design study is case control. Cases are pulmonary TB patients recorded in the medical record of Kaluku Bodoa Health Center. Control is TB suspects who have experienced symptoms of a cough more than 2 weeks and do not have positive TB. The number of samples is 120 with details of 60 cases and 60 controls. Data analysis was used by bivariate and multivariate with odds ratio & logistic regression tests. The results showed that occupancy density (OR: 2.33; 95% CI: 1.103-4.935) and TB contact (OR: 9.077; 95% CI: 1.098-75.02) were risk factors for pulmonary TB, while poor families (OR : 1.909; 95% CI: 0.811- 4.493) and smoking behavior (OR: 1.336; 95% CI: 0.463-3.856) is not a risk factor for the incidence of Pulmonary TB. The conclusion in this study is the probability of the occurrence of pulmonary TB in subjects whose home density is <10 m2 / person and has a contact history with pulmonary TB patients, which is 92%. Integrative Health Thematic Strategy Increases Learning Outcomes And Students ‘Clean And Healthy Living Behaviors

This study aimed to improve student learning outcomes, clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS). This goal achieved through an integrative health thematic strategy (STIK). This study was a quasi-experiment with randomized pretest-posttest control group design. It conducted in 2016/2017 academic year in Buleleng sub-district. It used two sample classes who took by multistage random sampling technique. One class as a Control Group was taught with Conventional Strategy (SK) using the 2013 Curriculum Integrated Thematic Book, and one class as a Treatment Group was taught with STIK using an integrative health thematic textbook (BATIK). Data were analyzed using MANOVA at a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the data analysis it is evident that STIK improves the learning outcomes of thematic knowledge 16.6 percent, PHBS knowledge 71.7 percent, PHBS attitudes 70.5 percent, and practice PHBS 10.8 percent. The conclusion of this study is the integration of health education into the themes of learning to improve student learning outcomes and PHBS. The implication of the results of this study is that STIK can be recommended as an alternative learning strategy that has the advantage of improving learning outcomes and providing health education to students.

Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan dengan PHBS di Pekanbaru

&#x0D; &#x0D; &#x0D; Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di rumah tangga merupakan upaya dalam memberdayakan anggota rumah tangga supaya mampu mempraktikkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Indonesia memiliki target capaian Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di rumah tangga yakni 100 % dan untuk Puskesmas Simpang Baru pencapaiannya sebesar 62,1%, masih rendah dari target capaian Nasional. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada tatanan rumah tangga di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Baru Pekanbaru Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif desain cross sectional. Populasi seluruh kepala keluarga (KK) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Baru sebanyak 37.172 orang. Sampel diambil dengan tekhnik cluster sampling dengan jumlah sampel 380 Kepala Keluarga(KK). Analisa data dimulai dari analisis univariat, analisis bivariat, dan analisis multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperolehlah Kepala Keluarga(KK) yang tidak ber-PHBS dalam tatanan rumah tangga sebanyak 216 orang (56,8%) dan variabel independent yang memiliki hubungan signifikan adalah variabel : budaya (POR=3,092), peran tenaga kesehatan (POR=2,018), pendidikan (POR=1,979), dan pengetahuan (POR=1,665). Sedangkan, variabel sikap merupakan confounding terhadap variabel budaya. Disarankan kepada tenaga kesehatan terkhusus penanggungjawab promosi kesehatan di Puskesmas Simpang Baru untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat melalui pemberian informasi dan edukasi secara berkelanjutan dalam menerapkan hidup ber-PHBS didalam tatanan rumah tangga.&#x0D; &#x0D; &#x0D;

EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI TERAPEUTIK TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PERILAKU HIDUP SEHAT ORANGTUA BALITA DI DEMAK

Healthy life behavior is closely related to the stunting impact on toddlers making the government to establish an impact prevention intervention program to toddler’s parents by Posyandu personnel. The intervention by using therapeutic communications are assessed as effective in delivering such information interventions. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of therapeutic communication towards healthy life behavior improvement of toddler parents in Demak. Study used descriptive design with a quantitative approach. Study's population were all parents (mother or father) of toddlers in Demak District, Dempet subdistrict, Kedungori village from December 2019 to February 2020, amounting to 78 people. Samples were equal to the number of population taken using the saturated sample technique amounted to 32 respondents. The structured questionnaire instrument is used to obtain the healthy life behaviour change data of the toddler's parents by using therapeutic communication through Pre Test (X) and Post Test (Y) results. The result of using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test is known as ? < 0.05, which means there was a difference in the results of Pre Test value with Post Test. So, there is an increase in healthy living behavior towards the toddler's parents by using therapeutic communication. Keywords: healthy living behavior, therapeutic communication, toodler's parents

PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT KELUARGA PEMULUNG

Every family would want a clean and healthy environment. The level of achieving social welfare can also be passed through behaviors that reflect cleanliness of the environment. This also applies to scavenger families in Babarsari's shanties. In this context, the research was conducted in Babarsari's shanties in the type of field research and was descriptive qualitative in nature. Those who work as scavengers do not recognize clean and healthy living behaviors or PHBS. They are used to environmental life which can be said to not support the survival of their children. An environment full of garbage has become their usual sight. To analyze PHBS, Abraham Maslow's theory of Hirearki's theory of Human Needs is used. The results of this study are that those scavenger families do not have the awareness of the importance of basic needs, such as clean and healthy life behavior or PHBS.Keywords: Social Welfare, Family, Scavenger, Healthy Living Behaviors

Three-parameter bivariate gamma regression model for analyzing under-five mortality rate and maternal mortality rate

Gamma regression is often used to model continuous, right-skewed and strictly positive data. This paper discusses three-parameter gamma regression, namely scale, shape, and location parameter, with two correlated response variables. The purpose of this study is to determine the estimator parameters, perform the testing for the parameters using Maximum Likelihood Ratio Test (MLRT) and its application in the cases of the Under-five Mortality Rate (U5MR) and the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi Provinces in 2016. The parameter estimation in this global model obtained through MLE. Nevertheless, the results showed an unsolvable equation in closed-form, then we used numerical optimization. In this study, we were using the Berndt-Hall-Hall-Hausman optimization method. After the estimation results are obtained, the estimation parameters need to be tested with a simultaneous test with the MLRT,while for test partially, we used the Z test. Moreover, the factors that influence U5MR and MMR are the poor population, the obstetric complications handled, the mothers received Fe3 during pregnancy, the teenage pregnancy,the children under-five received vitamin A and the households with clean and healthy life behavior.

HUBUNGAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT DALAM TATANAN RUMAH TANGGA DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE

Diarrheal disease frequency of bowel movements more than 4 times with consistent dilute, can green or can be mixed with mucus and blood or mucus only. This study aims to determine The relationship between behavior of clean and healthy life and incidence of diarrhea at subvillage sidorame paya rumput subdistrict medan deli. The study design used is cross sectional by using total sampling method, a sample size of 50 people. Data were analyzed using chi square test, with α of 0.05. Research results obtained from 50 people who did not do a clean and healthy living behaviors there are 37 people (74%) had diarrhea, which perform a clean and healthy life behavior, there were 13 people (26%) did not have diarrhea. From the research there was no significant association of clean and healthy behaviors with the incidence of diarrhea who do not have the meaning of living a clean and healthy behaviors have a great chance of diarrhea than those who do a clean and healthy living behaviors. Suggested to the health authority health centers medan deli to take preventive action against the possible occurrence of diarrhea to reduce mortality and morbidity in diarrhea.

The Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) Among Elementary School Student in East Kuripan, West Nusa Tenggara Province

School-age is a golden period to instill the values of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS), so it has the potential as an agent of change to promote within the school, family and community. The function of the school is also a place of learning that can be a threat of disease transmission if not managed properly. Besides, school-age for children is also a vulnerable period for various diseases. The aim of this study was to determine the association between knowledge, attitude and role of teacher with the implementation of PHBS in the school. This study used observational quantitative research by using a cross-sectional approach. The research subjects were 58 students in fourth and fifth grade from elementary school number 1 East Kuripan West Lombok which selected by using total sampling. That school was selected because it has the lowest scope in terms of implementation of PHBS. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the checklist form which consisted of 19 questions about knowledge, 15 questions about attitude, 13 questions about the role of teacher, and 11 questions about the implementation of PHBS. Each variable was categorized into good category if the correct answers was covered &gt;70 % out of total score, and vice versa. Data analysis performed by Chi-square. The results of the bivariate analysis revealed that knowledge and attitude were significantly associated with implementation of PHBS behavior. The role of the teacher did not have any association with implementation of PHBS among fourth and fifth grade elementary school students’ number 1 East Kuripan. It can be concluded that the implementation of PHBS in Elementary School Number 1 was influenced by student’s knowledge and attitude.
