Connecticut Implements a Team-Based Approach to Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Using Community Health Workers and Mobile Medical Devices.

The Connecticut Department of Public Health's Early Detection and Prevention Program uses an integrated approach to deliver breast and cervical cancer screening services, cardiovascular disease risk assessment, health coaching, and the identification of social determinants of health to women from economically disadvantaged and minority communities. Statewide contracted providers who represent twenty hospitals and their fee-for-service providers employ community health workers (CHWs) to conduct outreach, screening assessments using mobile medical devices, and risk reduction counseling in community settings to reduce service access barriers, while also engaging eligible women who may not typically frequent clinical services. Mobile medical screening devices enhance healthcare accessibility by enabling screenings to be conducted in a participants preferred setting, whether it is a clinic or within the community, with the added benefit of delivering rapid screening results. Utilizing these results, CHWs provide risk reduction counseling to develop individualized health action plans at the outreach session.

Optimising a digitally delivered behavioural weight loss programme: study protocol for a factorial cluster randomised controlled trial

BackgroundDigitally delivered weight loss programmes can provide a convenient, potentially cheaper, and scalable treatment option for people who may need to lose weight. However, outcomes are often inferior to in-person interventions in the long-term. This trial will use principles from the Multiphase Optimisation Strategy (MOST) framework to test whether it can enhance the effectiveness of a commercial digital behavioural weight loss programme. This trial aims to identify an optimised combination of four intervention components to enhance weight loss over a 24-week period. We will also explore which components contribute to improvements in participant retention and engagement with the programme.MethodsApproximately 1400 adults with a BMI > 21 kg/m2 will be enrolled and randomised to one of 16 experimental conditions in a 24 factorial cluster design. The trial will test four intervention components: an introductory video call with the health coach, drop-in webchat sessions with the health coach, goal setting statements, and food diary review and feedback. All participants will receive the core digital behavioural weight loss programme and up to four new intervention components. Participation in the trial will last for 24 weeks. The primary outcome will be weight change at 16 weeks. Other outcomes, measured at 4, 16, and 24 weeks, include programme drop-out and engagement (number of interactions with the three main app functions). Fidelity and acceptability will be assessed using data on component adherence and self-report questionnaires. Decision-making for the enhanced programme will be based on components that contribute to at least a minimal improvement in weight loss, defined as ≥ 0.75kg, alone or in combination with other components.DiscussionThe factorial design is an efficient way to test the efficacy of behavioural components alone, or in combination, to improve the effectiveness of digital weight loss programmes. This trial will test the implementation of the MOST framework in an industry setting, using routinely collected data, which may provide a better way to refine and evaluate these types of interventions in a model of continuous service improvement.Trial registrationTrial registration: ISRCTN, ISRCTN14407868. Tele-health coaches’ responses to clients' emotional cues and concerns and engagement with the Bump to Baby and Me Intervention

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between health coaches’ responses to emotional cues/concerns and women’s subsequent engagement with the health coaching mHealth platform. Methods24 face-to-face video-mediated initial conversations between participants and their health coaches were coded using the VR-CoDES-P method. Women with high risk of developing Gestational Diabetes Mellitus were selected from the study, based on their engagement with the smartphone health coaching platform. 12 women with very low engagement and 12 women with high engagement were identified. ResultsIn interactions with women with high goal engagement, coaches had significantly more counseling codes with prior other codes and no instances of non-explicit response codes that reduce space for further disclosure. Analysis showed that interactions with women with high goal engagement were more frequently met by the coach with affect-acknowledging and empathic responses prior to the counseling speech act. ConclusionHigh goal engagement among women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus may appear to be associated with coaches facilitating the frequent use of empathy. Practice implicationsFindings can draw coaches’ attention to the impact that their counseling has on goal engagement, increasing the opportunity for intervention to be person-centered and effective.

A qualitative study of stakeholders' experiences with and acceptability of a technology-supported health coaching intervention (SHARE-S) delivered in coordination with cancer survivorship care.

Healthy cancer survivorship involves patients' active engagement with preventative health behaviors and follow-up care. While clinicians and patients have typically held dual responsibility for activating these behaviors, transitioning some clinician effort to technology and health coaches may enhance guideline implementation. This paper reports on the acceptability of the Shared Healthcare Actions & Reflections Electronic systems in survivorship (SHARE-S) program, an entirely virtual multicomponent intervention incorporating e-referrals, remotely-delivered health coaching, and automated text messages to enhance patient self-management and promote healthy survivorship. SHARE-S was evaluated in single group hybrid implementation-effectiveness pilot study. Patients were e-referred from the clinical team to health coaches for three health self-management coaching calls and received text messages to enhance coaching. Semi-structured qualitative interviews were conducted with 21 patient participants, 2 referring clinicians, and 2 health coaches to determine intervention acceptability (attitudes, appropriateness, suitability, convenience, and perceived effectiveness) and to identify important elements of the program and potential mechanisms of action to guide future implementation. SHARE-S was described as impactful and convenient. The nondirective, patient-centered health coaching and mindfulness exercises were deemed most acceptable; text messages were less acceptable. Stakeholders suggested increased flexibility in format, frequency, timing, and length of participation, and additional tailored educational materials. Patients reported tangible health behavior changes, improved mood, and increased accountability and self-efficacy. SHARE-S is overall an acceptable and potentially effective intervention that may enhance survivors' self-management and well-being. Alterations to tailored content, timing, and dose should be tested to determine impact on acceptability and outcomes.

Health Coaching Improves Outcomes of Informal Caregivers of Adults With Chronic Heart Failure: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

Caring for someone with heart failure takes an emotional and physical toll. Engaging in self-care may decrease stress and improve the health of informal caregivers. We conducted a randomized controlled trial testing the efficacy of a virtual health coaching intervention, compared with health information alone, on the self-care, stress, coping, and health status of heart failure caregivers. We enrolled 250 caregivers providing care at least 8 hours/week, reporting poor self-care, and able to use technology. All received a tablet device programmed with websites providing vetted information on heart failure and caregiving. Half were randomized to also receive 10 synchronous support sessions virtually with a health coach over 6 months. Data on self-care, stress, coping, and health status were collected at baseline and 3 and 6 months. Linear mixed-effects models were used to assess the interaction between time and treatment group. The sample was majority female (85.2%), White (62.2%), spouses (59.8%), and aged 55±13.6 years. Many were employed full time (41.8%). They had been caring for the patient 8 hours/day for a median of 3.25 years. In the intention-to-treat analysis, caregivers who received the health coach intervention had statistically and clinically greater improvement across 6 months compared with the control group in the primary outcome of self-care maintenance (5.05±1.99; P=0.01) and stress (-4.50±1.00; P<0.0001). Self-care neglect declined significantly (-0.65±0.32; P=0.04), but the difference between the treatment arms disappeared when the results were adjusted for multiple comparisons. Mental health status improved statistically but not clinically (3.35±1.61; P=0.04). Active coping improved in both groups but not significantly more in the intervention group (P=0.10). Physical health status was unchanged (P=0.27). This virtual health coaching intervention was effective in improving self-care and stress in heart failure caregivers.

Medical Assistant Health Coaching for Type 2 Diabetes in Primary Care: Results From a Pragmatic Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial.

This cluster (clinic-level) randomized controlled trial (RCT) compared medical assistant (MA) health coaching (MAC) with usual care (UC) among at-risk adults with type 2 diabetes in two diverse real-world primary care environments: a federally qualified health center (FQHC; Neighborhood Healthcare) and a large nonprofit private insurance-based health system (Scripps Health). A total of 600 adults with type 2 diabetes who met one or more of the following criteria in the last 90 days were enrolled: HbA1c ≥8% and/or LDL cholesterol ≥100 mg/dL and/or systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥140 mmHg. Participants at MAC clinics received in-person and telephone self-management support from a specially trained MA health coach for 12 months. Electronic medical records were used to examine clinical outcomes in the overall sample. Behavioral and psychosocial outcomes were evaluated in a subsample (n = 300). All clinical outcomes improved significantly over 1 year in the overall sample (P < 0.001). The reduction in HbA1c was significantly greater in the MAC versus UC group (unstandardized Binteraction = -0.06; P = 0.002). A significant time by group by site interaction also showed that MAC resulted in greater improvements in LDL cholesterol than UC at Neighborhood Healthcare relative to Scripps Health (Binteraction = -1.78 vs. 1.49; P < 0.05). No other statistically significant effects were observed. This was the first large-scale pragmatic RCT supporting the real-world effectiveness of MAC for type 2 diabetes in U.S. primary care settings. Findings suggest that this team-based approach may be particularly effective in improving diabetes outcomes in FQHC settings.

“Veteran to Veteran, There's Automatically a Trust”: A Qualitative Study of Veterans’ Experiences in a Peer Health-Coaching Program for Hypertension

IntroductionVeteran peer Coaches Optimizing and Advancing Cardiac Health (VetCOACH) was a randomized controlled trial to test the effectiveness of a peer support intervention to reduce blood pressure among Veterans with hypertension and one or more cardiovascular risks. We studied participant perceptions of the intervention, including barriers and facilitators to participation, factors promoting behavior change, and disease self-management practices. MethodsWe enrolled participants at their exit visit for the VetCOACH study. Participants received primary care at the Veterans Administration health care system and had multiple cardiovascular disease risks, including a diagnosis of hypertension. We conducted a qualitative content analysis of semi-structured interviews about their experience with the VetCOACH intervention. ResultsInterview participants (n=29) were 60 years of age on average (SD 8.6), 71% male, and 55% White. They had mean systolic blood pressure of 138 mmHg (SD 18) at baseline. We identified themes across three major categories, which follow the general progression of the intervention: participation, relationship-building, and behavior change. Scheduling flexibility, shared identity and experiences with the coach, acquisition of new knowledge and skills, and goal-setting were important determinants of participants’ experiences in the program. In the participation category, the themes were scheduling, visit modality, life circumstances, and staffing. In the relationship category, the themes were the coach's professional role, shared identity and experiences, and social support. In the behavior change category, the themes were memory, attention, decision-processes; goal-setting; skills and knowledge; and environmental context and resources. We report differences across patients varying by blood pressure reduction following the intervention and number of coaching visits. ConclusionsParticipants generally reported positive experiences in a peer support intervention for Veterans with hypertension. Participant perceptions provide important insights to the intervention design and implementation. These findings may inform future implementation of peer support among Veterans in hypertension and chronic disease self-management more generally.

Does Health Coaching Reduce the Risk of Type 2 Diabetes?

Even with decades of medical advancements and the National Diabetes Prevention Program, the incidence obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) continues to rise. This pilot study explored the effect of lifestyle coaching on weight and engagement in care among adults with or at risk for prediabetes. It used a virtual, group health coaching program called Aligning Nutrition, Exercise and Wellbeing (ANEW-AP), facilitated by board-certified health coaches. Weight loss varied, yet no participants gained weight, and overall engagement in care slightly increased.

Goal Setting, Movement Behaviors, and Perceived Health during an Online Health Coaching Intervention

The purpose of this study was to examine the associations of goal setting, movement behaviors, and health perceptions in young adults after an online health coaching intervention. Participants were young adults from a university within the western United States (N=257; 57.2% female). Participants met with health coaches in an online setting for one hour and goals were set for two behavior areas. Physical activity (PA), sitting time, sleep, and perceptions of general health and emotional wellbeing (health perceptions) were collected at baseline and at 2- and 4-weeks after the coaching session. Mediation analyses determined the associations of the health coaching session with goal setting on self-reported general health and emotional wellbeing and the indirect associations of each movement behavior. No movement behavior positively mediated the associations between the health coaching session and any of the health perception outcomes, although PA, sitting time, and weeknight sleep at 2-weeks associated with general health at 4-weeks (b=0.17–0.39, p&lt;0.01) and associated with emotional wellbeing at 4-weeks (b=0.16–0.21, p&lt;0.01). Emotional wellbeing mediated the associations of the health coaching session on general health (IE=0.19, p&lt;0.001) and general health mediated the association of the health coaching session on emotional wellbeing (IE=0.09, p&lt;0.001). Movement behaviors correlated with self-reported general health and emotional wellbeing, but no positive mediating associations were observed. Emotional wellbeing mediated the associations of the health coaching session on general health and vice-versa, suggesting a bidirectional association between the two health perceptions.

Cost-Effectiveness of a Home Telemonitoring System for Asian Adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Background: Telemonitoring programs have been found to be effective in improving diabetic control by promoting patients' self-management of diabetes through medication adherence, dietary modifications, and exercise. Nonetheless, few studies have assessed the cost-effectiveness of telemonitoring for the self-management of diabetes based on real-world data. Methods: A randomized controlled trial entitled Optimizing care of Patients via Telehealth In Monitoring and Augmenting their control of Diabetes Mellitus was conducted among adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Singapore. Individuals in the intervention group (n = 159) underwent a telemonitoring program comprising of remote patient monitoring, education, individualized health coaching, and teleconsultations, whereas individuals in the control group (n = 160) received regular care. Economic evaluation was conducted from health care system and societal perspectives in 2020 in Singapore dollars, using health outcomes and costs documented at baseline and at 6 month follow-up. One-way sensitivity analyses and bootstrapping to generate scatter plot on cost-effectiveness planes were done. Results: The adjusted reduction in HbA1c scores was greater in the intervention group by -0.41 (95% confidence interval [CI], -0.65 to -0.17), while the change in utility scores was higher in the intervention group by 0.011 (95% CI, -0.016 to 0.0378). From a health care perspective, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) of the telemonitoring program per unit improvement in HbA1c, per additional case of well-controlled diabetes, and per unit improvement in quality adjusted life years was SGD 580.44, SGD 9100.15, and SGD 21,476.36, respectively. From a societal perspective, the ICERs were SGD 817.20, SGD 12,812.02, and SGD 30,236.36, respectively. Conclusions: The Optimizing care of Patients via Telehealth In Monitoring and Augmenting their control of Diabetes Mellitus telemonitoring program was effective and potentially cost-effective for the management and control of diabetes among patients in primary care.

Evaluating the Impact of a Virtual Health Coaching Lifestyle Program on Weight Loss after Sleeve Gastrectomy: A Prospective Study.

Bariatric surgery (BS) is a leading treatment for obesity; however, adverse side effects (e.g., pain and infection) can deter patients or affect weight maintenance. This study investigates how a post-operative virtual health coaching lifestyle program, monitoring virtual weekly goal progress made by patients, affects weight loss after BS, specifically sleeve gastrectomy. Patients recruited for this 6-month study were classified with a BMI > 30 kg/m2 90 days post-operatively. Patients were prescribed lifestyle support delivered by certified health and wellness coaches (InHealth Lifestyle Therapeutics™). Demographic variables (e.g., age, weight, height, and gender) were obtained and compared according to initial, 3-, 6-month, and current weight through repeated measures ANOVA and post hoc comparison. Thirty-eight adult participants were included, with a mean age of 52 years ± 12.9 and with a majority (n = 35; 97%) of them being female. There were significant differences in weight reported across all five time points (p < 0.05), with the greatest weight difference seen between the initial (250.3 ± 45.5 lbs.) and final time points (226.7± 40.4 lbs.). This study suggests post-operative virtual health coaching can enhance weight loss outcomes after sleeve gastrectomy. Further research is needed to assess the long-term effects and cost-effectiveness of such a form of coaching for bariatric surgery patients.

Robots as Mental Health Coaches: A Study of Emotional Responses to Technology-Assisted Stress Management Tasks Using Physiological Signals.

The current study investigated the effectiveness of social robots in facilitating stress management interventions for university students by evaluating their physiological responses. We collected electroencephalogram (EEG) brain activity and Galvanic Skin Responses (GSRs) together with self-reported questionnaires from two groups of students who practiced a deep breathing exercise either with a social robot or a laptop. From GSR signals, we obtained the change in participants' arousal level throughout the intervention, and from the EEG signals, we extracted the change in their emotional valence using the neurometric of Frontal Alpha Asymmetry (FAA). While subjective perceptions of stress and user experience did not differ significantly between the two groups, the physiological signals revealed differences in their emotional responses as evaluated by the arousal-valence model. The Laptop group tended to show a decrease in arousal level which, in some cases, was accompanied by negative valence indicative of boredom or lack of interest. On the other hand, the Robot group displayed two patterns; some demonstrated a decrease in arousal with positive valence indicative of calmness and relaxation, and others showed an increase in arousal together with positive valence interpreted as excitement. These findings provide interesting insights into the impact of social robots as mental well-being coaches on students' emotions particularly in the presence of the novelty effect. Additionally, they provide evidence for the efficacy of physiological signals as an objective and reliable measure of user experience in HRI settings.

Effect of Digital Health Coaching on Self-Efficacy and Patient-Reported Outcomes in Individuals with Acute Myeloid and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia: A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial.

Promotion of self-efficacy can enhance engagement with health care and treatment adherence in patients with cancer. We report the outcomes of a pilot trial of a digital health coach intervention in patients with leukemia with the aim of improving self-efficacy. Adult patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) were randomized 1:1 to a digital health coach intervention or standard of care. The primary outcome of self-efficacy was measured by the Cancer Behavior Inventory (CBI) score. A total of 147 patients (37 AML, 110 CLL) were enrolled from July 2020 to December 2022. In the AML cohort, there was a mean increase in CBI score of 7.03 in the digital health coaching arm compared to a mean decrease of -3.57 in the control arm at 30 days (p = 0.219). There were no significant associations between the intervention and other patient-reported outcomes for patients with CLL. There were numerical, but not statistically significant increases in self-efficacy metrics in AML patients who received digital health coaching. Although this trial was underpowered due to enrollment limitations during a pandemic, digital health coaching may provide benefit to patients with hematologic malignancy and warrants further investigation.

Health Coaching Intervention to Improve Self-Care Management of Hypertension Among Older People in Indonesia: A Randomized Controlled Study Protocol.

One-third of the global population is predicted to be diagnosed with hypertension (HTN) in 2025, with the percentage highest among older people. Without proper self-care management, uncontrolled HTN causes negative health consequences and decreases the quality of life. The previous scoping review identified various challenges that older adults may face in dealing with HTN and that effective approaches should consider each individual's circumstances and attributes. This study aims to investigate the efficacy and sustainable impact of an Indonesian adaptation of an 8-week nurse health coaching intervention on self-care management and self-efficacy among older people with HTN. The coaching sessions will last for 30 min weekly for 8 weeks. The data will be measured at three points: baseline (initial), 1 week after the eighth health coaching session, and 3 months after concluding the intervention. This study will be the first health coaching intervention research based on motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy approach with Indonesian background adjustment. The study result will help develop a guideline for nurses and other health workers providing health coaching for older people in Indonesia and other countries with similar characteristics in terms of sociodemographics or lifestyle. thaiclinicaltrials.org Identifier: TCTR20230410001 (Date of registration: April 9, 2023).

Report on the 4th Board Meeting of the International Human Phenome Consortium.

Phenome has become a consensus as the next innovation source of biomedicine. As the global network dedicated to large-scale research efforts on human phenome and promoting the Human Phenome Project, the Board of International Human Phenome Consortium (IHPC) plays an essential role to guide the strategy and implementation of international human phenome project and to ensure coordination across the IHPC members. The 4th International Human Phenome Consortium Board Meeting was held virtually on December 13, 2022. During the meeting, the keynote speeches highlighted the latest advancements in phenomics. The construction and discoveries of the first human phenome Atlas had shown promising potential in limb development, disease prevention, and early diagnosis. Combining genome-phenome sequencing, analysis, and wellness coaching enhanced individual wellness. Phenomics trajectories from healthy to diseased states and recovery provided insight into the metabolic risk spaces associated with COVID-19. Board members from Ghana, Malaysia, India, and Russia presented their own plans and research progress. The IHPC Board deliberated on the "Framework Guidelines for Human Phenome-related Measurements" and "Proposal of the PhenoBank Initiative". The meeting also featured a presentation of the annual report of the IHPC Journal Phenomics. Laboratory coordination, interoperable databases, and standardized platforms were productively discussed, which would enable concerted research efforts of the Human Phenome Project.

Insights Into the Use of a Digital Healthy Aging Coach (AGATHA) for Older Adults From Malaysia: App Engagement, Usability, and Impact Study.

Digital inclusion is considered a pivotal social determinant of health, particularly for older adults who may face significant barriers to digital access due to physical, sensory, and social limitations. Avatar for Global Access to Technology for Healthy Aging (AGATHA) is a virtual healthy aging coach developed by the World Health Organization to address these challenges. Designed as a comprehensive virtual coach, AGATHA comprises a gamified platform that covers multiple health-related topics and modules aimed at fostering user engagement and promoting healthy aging. The aim of this study was to explore the perception and user experience of Malaysian older adults in their interactions with the AGATHA app and its avatar. The focus of this study was to examine the engagement, usability, and educational impact of the app on health literacy and digital skills. We performed a qualitative study among adults 60 years and older from suburban and rural communities across six states in Malaysia. Participants were purposefully recruited to ensure representation across various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Each participant attended a 1-hour training session to familiarize themselves with the interface and functionalities of AGATHA. Subsequently, all participants were required to engage with the AGATHA app two to three times per week for up to 2 weeks. Upon completion of this trial phase, an in-depth interview session was conducted to gather detailed feedback on their experiences. Overall, the participants found AGATHA to be highly accessible and engaging. The content was reported to have a comprehensive structure and was delivered in an easily understandable and informative manner. Moreover, the participants found the app to be beneficial in enhancing their understanding pertaining to health-related issues in aging. Some key feedback gathered highlighted the need for increased interactive features that would allow for interaction with peers, better personalization of content tailored to the individual's health condition, and improvement in the user-experience design to accommodate older users' specific needs. Furthermore, enhancements in decision-support features within the app were suggested to better assist users in making health decisions. The prototype digital health coaching program AGATHA was well received as a user-friendly tool suitable for beginners, and was also perceived to be useful to enhance older adults' digital literacy and confidence. The findings of this study offer important insights for designing other digital health tools and interventions targeting older adults, highlighting the importance of a user-centered design and personalization to improve the adoption of digital health solutions among older adults. This study also serves as a useful starting point for further development and refinement of digital health programs aimed at fostering an inclusive, supportive digital environment for older adults.

Domain-specific Embeddings for Question-Answering Systems: FAQs for Health Coaching

FAQs are widely used to respond to users’ knowledge needs within knowledge domains. While LLM might be a promising way to address user questions, they are still prone to hallucinations i.e., inaccurate or wrong responses, which, can, inter alia, lead to massive problems, including, but not limited to, ethical issues. As a part of the healthcare coach chatbot for young Nigerian HIV clients, the need to meet their information needs through FAQs is one of the main coaching requirements. In this paper, we explore if domain knowledge in HIV FAQs can be represented as text embeddings to retrieve similar questions matching user queries, thus improving the understanding of the chatbot and the satisfaction of the users. Specifically, we describe our approach to developing an FAQ chatbot for the domain of HIV. We used a predefined FAQ question-answer knowledge base in English and Pidgin co-created by HIV clients and experts from Nigeria and Switzerland. The results of the post-engagement survey show that the chatbot mostly understood the user’s questions and could identify relevant matching questions and retrieve an appropriate response.

Management of work stress among arts and science school administrators in Nigeria using rational emotive occupational health coaching: A randomized controlled trial evaluation.

The working circumstances of the administrators are appalling due to the nature of education in Nigeria. These administrators put in a lot of overtime to fulfill the expectations of their positions, which stresses them out. But there is no information in the literature about how administrators of science schools deal with their demanding environments. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate how administrators of secondary scientific schools in the Southeast could manage work-related stress by using rational and emotive occupational health coaching. A randomized controlled trial (RCT) experimental design was used for the investigation, with 106 people divided into 2 groups-one for the intervention and one for the control. A selection of these participants came from southeast Nigerian special scientific schools. The Occupational Stress Index (OSI) and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) served as the foundation for our data collection procedure. A posttest was given following the 12-week intervention, and then there was a 2-month follow-up assessment. Repeated analysis of variance (ANOVA) was utilized to ascertain the effects both within and across groups. It was revealed that rational emotive occupational health coaching had significant effect on the management of work stress among southeast secondary arts and science school administrators, F (2, 208) = 1452.484, P = <.050, ŋ2 = .933, and F (1, 104) = 18076.988, P = <.050, ŋ2 = .994). The management of work stress among southeast secondary arts and science school administrators was significantly improved through rational emotive occupational health coaching.
