In this paper, we focus on the configuration software programmable controller (PLC) teaching in applications by the simulation examples of the mechanical hand, delivering car and elevator control system. The development of this system includes PLC programming design and program development of configuration interface control. The former requires programming and hard ware design of PLC based on the basic function and control requirements of controlled objects. For the latter, the configuration software is used designing simulation interface and program. Through the connectivity and communication between configuration software and PLC equipment, teacher can develop various configuration simulating control system in need to achieve the implementation of PLC programming teaching in visualization.
